In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the front and rear associated objects are an "or" relationship.
It should be noted that, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like in the embodiments of the present application are described in terms of the angles shown in the drawings, and should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present application. In the context of this document, it will also be understood that when an element is referred to as being "on" or "under" another element, it can be directly on the other element or be indirectly on the other element through intervening elements.
As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present application provides a container cover 1, where the container cover 1 may include a body portion 11, a first handle 17, an opening stop rod 12 and a limiting assembly, the body portion 11 may be covered on the container main body 2, the opening stop rod 12 is disposed on the body portion 11 and may move in a thickness direction of the container cover 1, that is, may rise or fall relative to the body portion 11, so as to prevent a user from clamping his or her cooking container when the domestic pressure exceeds the pressure. The first handle 17 stop assembly includes a first stop 13, a second stop 14, and a first spring 15. The first handle 17 is provided with a first stopper groove 111, the first stopper groove 111 is recessed in the thickness direction of the container cover 1, and the opening of the stopper groove 111 is provided downward. At least part of the first stopper 13 can be inserted into the stopper groove 111 and can be moved in the thickness direction of the container cover 1 to be inserted into or removed from the stopper groove 111. The second limiting piece 14 is sleeved with the first limiting piece 13, and the first elastic piece 15 is located on one side, away from the body portion 11, of the first limiting piece 13 along the radial direction of the container cover 1 and is connected with the second limiting piece 14. When the first stopper 13 is disengaged from the stopper groove 111, the second stopper 14 can move in the radial direction of the container cover 1 to lock or unlock the open-stop lever 12. When the first stopper 13 is located in the stopper groove 111, the second stopper 14 cannot move in the radial direction of the container lid 1, the second stopper 14 locks the opening stop lever 12, the opening stop lever 12 cannot rise, and in the locked state, the second stopper 14 can abut against the opening stop lever 12 in the thickness direction of the container lid 1 to restrict movement of the opening stop lever 12 in the thickness direction of the container lid 1. The first limiting member 13 may be a shoe, and the second limiting member 14 may be a safety plate. When the second stopper 14 moves in the radial direction of the container cover 1, the first elastic member 15 can be elastically deformed, and the restoring force generated by the first elastic member 15 can act on the second stopper 14, so that the first elastic member 15 can be used to restore the second stopper 14.
In general, the container cover 1 only includes the second limiting member 14, and a user directly pulls the second limiting member 14 to lock or unlock the second limiting member 14, so that a false touch is easily generated during use, resulting in a state change of the opening stop lever 12, and a safety hazard exists. When the container cover 1 is in the inverted state and the user touches the second stopper 14 by mistake to release the open-stop lever 12, the open-stop lever 12 falls (corresponding to the container cover 1 being in the normal state, the open-stop lever 12 rises) under the influence of gravity, and the exhaust hole is blocked. Under the action of the first elastic piece 15, the second limiting piece 14 after the false touch has a reset trend, moves along the radial direction of the container cover 1 and is in abutting connection with the opening stop rod 12, and the restoring force of the first elastic piece 15 can act on the opening stop rod 12 through the second limiting piece 14, so that acting force between the second limiting piece 14 and the opening stop rod 12 is increased, and further friction force is increased. When the user puts the container cover 1 in this state forward, the opening stop rod 12 cannot fall under the influence of friction force between the two, so that the exhaust hole is in a blocking state, and if the container cover 1 is directly used for cooking, the cooking container can be pressed up no matter whether the container cover 1 is covered in place or not, so that potential safety hazards exist.
The solution provided by the embodiment of the application can limit the movement of the second limiting member 14 through the cooperation between the first limiting member 13 and the limiting groove 111, and the limiting groove 111 is used for limiting the radial movement of the first limiting member 13 along the container cover 1. When the opening stop rod 12 needs to be loosened, the first limiting piece 13 needs to be driven to be separated from the limiting groove 111, and the second limiting piece 14 can be driven to move. Because the second limiting piece 14 is sleeved with the first limiting piece 13, when the first limiting piece 13 stretches into the limiting groove 111, the second limiting piece 14 connected with the first limiting piece 13 cannot be driven to move along the radial direction of the container cover 1, so that the possibility that a user mistakenly touches the second limiting piece 14 to cause the state of the opening stop rod 12 to change can be reduced. Since the first stopper 13 moves in the thickness direction of the container cover 1, even if a user touches the first stopper 13 by mistake during use, the second stopper 14 cannot be driven to move in the radial direction of the container cover 1. When the user touches the second stopper 14 by mistake, the second stopper 14 cannot move in the radial direction of the container cover 1 because the first stopper 13 is extended into the stopper groove 111. Only after the first limiting piece 13 is driven to be separated from the limiting groove 111, the second limiting piece 14 is driven to move along the radial direction of the container cover 1, so that the opening stop rod 12 can be unlocked, the safety can be improved, and the potential safety hazard can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, in one possible embodiment, the second stopper 14 has a guide hole 141, the guide hole 141 extends in the thickness direction of the container cover 1, a portion of the first stopper 13 is located at the guide hole 141, and the first stopper 13 is movable along the guide hole 141 with respect to the second stopper 14.
The guide hole 141 can guide the movement of the first limiting piece 13, so that the stability of the movement of the first limiting piece 13 is improved, and meanwhile, the possibility that the first limiting piece 13 drives the second limiting piece 14 to move along the thickness direction of the container cover 1 in the movement process can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, in one possible embodiment, the container cover 1 further includes a second elastic member 16, and the second elastic member 16 is located between the second stopper 14 and the first stopper 132 in the thickness direction of the container cover 1.
The second elastic piece 16 can be used for resetting the first limiting piece 13, when the user drives the first limiting piece 13 to move, the first limiting piece 13 moves towards the direction away from the limiting groove 111, the second elastic piece 16 is elastically deformed, the generated restoring force of the second elastic piece 16 can act on the first limiting piece 13, and when the user mistakenly touches the first limiting piece 13, the second elastic piece 16 can be used for driving the first limiting piece 13 to move along the thickness direction of the container cover 1 and reset, so that the influence caused by mistakenly touching the first limiting piece 13 by the user can be reduced.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the first limiting member 13 includes a main body portion 131 and a first limiting portion 132, the first limiting portion 132 is located at one end of the main body portion 131 near the limiting groove 111, and a cross-sectional area of the first limiting portion 132 is larger than a cross-sectional area of the guide hole 141.
By such a design, the first limiting part 132 can limit the first limiting part 13, so that the possibility that the first limiting part 13 moves along the guide hole 141 in a direction away from the limiting groove 111 and is separated from the second limiting part 14 can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, in one possible embodiment, the first stopper 13 is provided with a guide portion 135 and a relief groove 134, the guide portion 135 extends in the thickness direction of the container cover 1, and the second elastic member 16 is sleeved with the guide portion 135. The escape groove 134 is recessed in the radial direction of the container cover 1, and at least part of the guide 135 and at least part of the second elastic member 16 are located in the escape groove 134.
The size of the first limiting part 13 can be reduced by arranging the avoidance groove 134, so that the installation space can be saved, and the practical use requirement can be met better.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the second limiting member 14 includes a second limiting portion 133, the second limiting portion 133 is located at an end of the main body portion 131 away from the limiting groove 111, and a cross-sectional area of the second limiting portion 133 is larger than a cross-sectional area of the guide hole 141. The first and second stopper portions 132 and 133 are located at opposite sides of the second stopper 14 in the thickness direction of the container cover 1.
The first limiting part 13 can be limited by the first limiting part 132 and the second limiting part 133, so that the possibility that the first limiting part 13 is separated from the second limiting part 133 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, in one possible embodiment, the container cover 1 further includes a key 112, and the body portion 11 is provided with a mounting hole. Along the thickness direction of the container cover 1, the mounting hole is communicated with the limit groove 111, the key 112 is mounted in the mounting hole, and the key 112 is connected with the first limit piece 13, and the connection mode can be fixed connection or abutting connection. When the key 112 moves along the mounting hole, the key 112 can drive the first limiting member 13 to move along the thickness direction of the container cover 1 and separate from the limiting groove 111
The first limiting member 13 can be driven by the key 112 by a user, so that the use of the device can be facilitated.
As shown in fig. 2, in one possible embodiment, a lower surface of the first handle 17 is provided with a limiting hole 171 in a thickness direction of the container cover 1, and when the first limiting piece 13 is separated from the limiting groove 111, a portion of the first limiting piece 13 protrudes along the limiting hole 171 and protrudes with respect to the lower surface of the first handle 17. The limiting hole 171 may have a racetrack type or the like.
Through the design, the first limiting piece 13 can be protruded relative to the first handle 17 after being separated from the limiting groove 111, and the first limiting piece 13 can be driven to move along the radial direction of the container cover 1 by driving the part of the first limiting piece 13 protruding from the first handle 17, so that the second limiting piece 14 is driven to move along the radial direction of the container cover 1, and the opening stop rod is released.
Based on the container cover 1 provided in the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of the present application further provides a cooking container, where the cooking container includes a container body 2 and a container cover 1, and the container cover 1 can be covered on the container body 2. The container cover 1 may be the container cover 1 according to any of the above embodiments, and since the container cover 1 has the above technical effects, the cooking container including the container cover 1 also has the corresponding technical effects, and will not be described herein.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in one possible embodiment, the container body 2 has a second handle 21, the second handle 21 being adapted to cooperate with the first handle 17. The second handle 21 has a guide groove 211 on a side facing the first handle 17, the guide groove 211 extends in a direction away from the container body 2, and at least a part of the guide groove 211 forms an angle with a radial direction of the container cover 1, that is, an extending direction of the second handle 21. The first limiting member 13 can extend into the guide groove 211, and when the container cover 1 rotates relative to the container main body 2, the first limiting member 13 can move along the guide groove 211 and drive the second limiting member 14 to move along the radial direction of the container cover 1. Normally, the container cover 1 and the container body 2 are rotatably fitted, and thus, the opening of the guide groove 211 may be provided at the side wall of the second handle 21, and the first stopper 13 may enter the guide groove 211 along the opening and move along the guide groove 211 during rotation of the container cover 1.
By means of the design, the second limiting piece 14 is conveniently driven to move through the first limiting piece 13 in the process of opening and closing the container cover 1, and therefore locking and unlocking of the opening stop rod 12 can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 4, in one possible embodiment, the guide groove 211 includes a first groove section 211a and a second groove section 211b, the first groove section 211a and the second groove section 211b are communicated, the first groove section 211a is located at a side of the second groove section 211b near the container body 2, an included angle is formed between the first groove section 211a and a radial direction of the container cover 1, and the second groove section 211b extends in a width direction of the second handle 21. When the first limiting member 13 extends into the second groove section 211b, at least part of the projection of the first limiting member 13 is located outside the projection range of the limiting groove 111 along the thickness direction of the container cover 1.
In the closing process, the protruding part of the first limiting piece 13 relative to the lower surface of the first handle 17 firstly stretches into the first groove section 211a and moves along the first groove section 211a, and when the first limiting piece 13 stretches into the second groove section 211b, the container cover 1 is closed in place.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in use, a user can disengage the first limiting member 13 from the limiting groove 111 by pressing the key 112, and one end of the first limiting member protrudes relative to the lower surface of the first handle 17 to pre-cover the container cover 1 on the container body 2, at this time, the first limiting member 13 can extend into the first groove section 211a of the guiding groove 211, rotate the container cover 1, move the first limiting member 13 along the first groove section 211a, and simultaneously drive the second limiting member 14 to move along the radial direction of the container cover 1 in a direction away from the opening stop rod 12, so as to unlock the opening stop rod 12, and when the first limiting member 13 moves to the second groove section 211b, the container cover 1 is covered in place, at this time, along the thickness direction of the container cover 1, the projection of at least part of the first limiting member 13 is located outside the projection range of the limiting groove 111, i.e. the first limiting member cannot extend into the limiting groove 111. When the pressure in the cooking container is large, the gas pushes the opening stop rod 12 to move upwards, as shown in fig. 5, at this time, the opening stop rod 12 can be used for limiting the movement of the second limiting member 14 in a direction close to the opening stop rod 12, if the user wants to open the container cover 1 at this time, the first limiting member 13 cannot move along the first groove section 211a due to the limitation of the opening stop rod 12 on the second limiting member 14, and thus the container cover 1 can be limited to rotate relative to the container main body 2 part 131, that is, the user cannot open the container cover 1 when the pressure of the cooking container is large, so that the safety of the cooking container is facilitated to be improved.
When the user does not press the key 112 when closing the container cover 1, the first limiting member 13 cannot extend into the guide groove 211, so that the second limiting member 14 cannot be driven to unlock the opening stop rod 12 in the process of rotating the container cover 1, even if the pressure inside the cooking container is large, the opening stop rod 12 cannot rise, so that the exhaust hole of the container cover 1 cannot be plugged, the air pressure inside and outside the cooking container can be balanced, and the safety is further improved.
When a user touches the limiting assembly by mistake in the state that the container cover 1 is inverted, the vent hole is blocked by the opening-stopping rod 12, and the second limiting piece 14 is abutted with the opening-stopping rod 12 along the radial direction of the container cover 1, so that the opening-stopping rod 12 cannot fall in the normal state, the first limiting piece 13 protrudes relative to the lower surface of the first handle 17, and the second limiting piece 14 has displacement along the radial direction of the container cover 1 in the false touch process, so that the first limiting piece 13 also has displacement along the radial direction of the container cover 1, when the user covers the container cover 1, one end of the first limiting piece 13 protruding out of the lower surface of the first handle 17 is misplaced with the opening of the guide groove 211, namely, the first limiting piece cannot extend into the guide groove 211, and the container cover cannot be covered in place, so that the user can timely find that the opening-stopping rod 12 is not in the normal state, and therefore the opening-stopping rod 12 can be timely reset, and the potential safety hazards are reduced.
The embodiment of the application provides a container lid 1 and cooking vessel, wherein, container lid 1 includes body portion 11, first handle 17, end open pole 12 and spacing subassembly, end open pole 12 sets up at body portion 11, first handle 17 sets up the edge at body portion 11, first handle 17 has spacing groove 111, spacing subassembly includes first locating part 13, second locating part 14 and first elastic component 15, first locating part 13 can be followed the thickness direction motion of container lid 1 in order to stretch into or break away from spacing groove 111, second locating part 14 cup joints with first locating part 13, when first locating part 13 breaks away from spacing groove 111, second locating part 14 can follow the radial motion of container lid 1, first elastic component 15 is used for restoring to the throne second locating part 14. In the solution provided in the embodiment of the present application, the movement of the second limiting member 14 along the radial direction of the container cover 1 may be limited by the cooperation of the first limiting member 13 and the limiting groove 111.
When the user touches the first stopper 13 by mistake, since the second stopper 14 is required to move in the radial direction of the container lid 1 to release the open-stop lever 12, the open-stop lever 12 cannot be released by simply touching the first stopper 13 by mistake. When the user touches the second limiting member 14 by mistake, the first limiting member 13 is matched with the limiting groove 111, so that the movement of the second limiting member 14 and the first limiting member 13 along the radial direction of the container cover 1 can be limited, and therefore, the opening stop rod 12 cannot be loosened when the user touches the second limiting member 14 by mistake. The opening stop rod 12 can be released only by driving the first limiting piece 13 to be separated from the limiting groove 111 and then driving the second limiting piece 14 to move along the radial direction of the container cover 1. The design can reduce the possibility of changing the locking state of the opening stop rod 12 when a user touches the first limiting piece 13 or the second limiting piece 14 by mistake, thereby being beneficial to improving the safety and reducing the potential safety hazard.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the same, but rather, various modifications and variations may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principles of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
