With reference to fig. 1 and fig. 5, in this embodiment, the pot cover 1 is provided with a mounting cavity 1a, the pot cover assembly 100 further includes a screwing hand, the screwing hand includes a screwing hand seat 11 and a screwing hand cover 12, the screwing hand seat 11 may be fixed in the mounting cavity 1a through, for example, a snap, a screw thread, etc., the screwing hand cover 12 is covered on an upper end opening of the screwing hand seat 11 and may be connected with the screwing hand seat 11 through a snap structure, the screwing hand cover 12 covers the upper end opening of the mounting cavity 1a, and a top surface of the screwing hand cover 12 is adapted to a top surface of the pot cover 1 without affecting an overall shape of the pot cover 1. Most of the components of the pressure adjusting mechanism (of course, theoretically, all the components may be also installed in the screw handle (how to install the components described in detail later) and are combined with the screw handle to form a separate component, and the screw handle is integrally installed on the top of the pot cover 1 through the screw handle.
With reference to fig. 1 and fig. 5, the exhaust valve 3 is installed in the pot cover 1, a mounting groove 13 with an open upper end is defined in the pot cover 1, the exhaust valve core 2 extends into the mounting groove 13 from the bottom of the mounting groove 13, the exhaust valve 3 is installed in the mounting groove 13 and is movably sleeved on the exhaust valve core 2 up and down, in this embodiment, the mounting groove 13 is defined by the hand rotating cover 12 and the hand rotating base 11, specifically, the hand rotating cover 12 is provided with an exhaust valve mounting opening 121, an inner edge of the exhaust valve mounting opening 121 protrudes from a first cylindrical sleeve-connecting portion 12a, the hand rotating base 11 is correspondingly provided with a second sleeve-connecting portion 11a in butt joint with the first cylindrical sleeve-connecting portion 12a, and the first cylindrical sleeve-connecting portion 12a and the second cylindrical sleeve-connecting portion 11a together enclose to form the mounting groove 13.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 5, the first magnetic attraction element is generally a magnet fixedly mounted in the exhaust valve 3, but may also be an iron piece, and is preferably arranged in a ring shape.
The second magnetic part 5 may be an iron sheet attracted by a magnet, and obviously, may also be a magnet attracted by an iron sheet. More specifically, referring to fig. 3, the second magnetic attraction element 5 includes a main body 51 annularly disposed, and two ears 52 extending from the main body 51, the main body 51 is sleeved on the exhaust valve core 2, and the lower end of the main body is abutted against the bottom of the installation groove 13 through the first restoring element 71, and the main body 51 is disposed in the installation groove 13 and horizontally limited. The two ear portions 52 extend out of the mounting groove 13, and in view of the existence of the second magnetic attraction piece 5 and the mounting groove 13, the structure of the linkage slider 6 also needs to be designed adaptively, in this embodiment, please refer to fig. 2 together, the linkage slider 6 is arranged in a frame shape and includes a transverse frame 61 extending along the transverse direction and a longitudinal frame 62 connected with the transverse frame 61, the linkage slider 6 is arranged at the periphery of the mounting groove 13, the two ear portions 52 are correspondingly and slidably abutted against the bottoms of the two transverse frames 61, and the two ear portions 52 are pressed by the two transverse frames 61, so that the second magnetic attraction piece 5 moves downward, and meanwhile, when the linkage slider 5 moves transversely, the second magnetic attraction piece 5 is horizontally limited and slides relatively with the linkage slider 5, and remains unchanged in the transverse position.
The linkage sliding block 6 extends along the transverse direction, and is movably arranged on the pot cover 1 vertically and transversely, specifically, the linkage sliding block 6 is movably arranged on the handle rotating seat 11 vertically and transversely. In this embodiment, as mentioned above, the linking slide block 6 is provided in a frame-shaped structure, and the detailed structure is not described again.
In this embodiment, in order to prevent the interlocking slider 6 from affecting the arrangement of the mounting groove 13 and improve the mounting stability of the interlocking slider 6 itself, the interlocking slider 6 is disposed in a bent shape along the transverse direction, and includes a pressing section 6a located below the swivel base 11 and below the mounting groove 13, a connecting section 6b extending from the pressing section 6a to the swivel base 11 in an inclined direction, and a driving section 6c extending from the connecting section 6b along the transverse direction, the unlocking key 91 is disposed above the driving section 6c and is in transmission connection with the driving section 6c through the interlocking mechanism, the specific structure of the driving mechanism is described in detail later, in view of the fact that the pressing section 6a is disposed at the bottom of the swivel base 11, in view of the bent shape of the interlocking slider 6, the structure of the second magnetic attraction piece 5 also needs to be adaptively changed, mainly because the two pieces 52 need to extend downward to the bottom of the mounting groove 13, and specifically is: the two ear portions 52 and the main body portion 51 are provided with connecting portions 53 extending downward, so that the two ear portions 52 extend out from the bottom of the mounting groove 13 and are correspondingly in sliding contact with the bottoms of the two transverse frames 61 on the pressing section 6 a.
The first restoring member 71 is preferably a spring, and is used to restore the interlocking slider 6 and the second magnetic attraction member 5 from a low position to a high position, in this embodiment, when the second magnetic attraction member 5 is introduced, the setting position of the first restoring member 71 has been described in detail, which is not described herein again, and obviously, the first restoring member 71 is not limited to the setting mode of this embodiment, and a designer can adjust the setting mode according to actual requirements.
The second reset member 72 is preferably a spring, and is configured to reset the interlocking slider 6 to the horizontal initial position when the interlocking slider 6 moves horizontally, and when the interlocking slider 6 is in the horizontal initial position, there is a repeated portion in the projection of the interlocking slider 6 and the locking structure 8 on the horizontal plane, so that the interlocking slider 6 may be locked by the locking structure 8 when moving downward to the low position. The second resetting piece 72 is installed between the interlocking slider 6 and the pot cover 1, specifically, in this embodiment, the locking structure 8 is located at one end of the interlocking slider 6, the second resetting piece 72 abuts between the other end of the interlocking slider 6 and the pot cover 1, and more specifically, the second resetting piece 72 is connected between the other end of the interlocking slider 6 and the side wall of the spinner seat 11.
The specific form of the locking structure 8 is not limited, and may be the locking structure 8 which is specially used for the linkage slider 6 and exists independently on the pot cover 1, for example, a convex block may be arranged on the side wall of the installation cavity 1a of the pot cover 1 to form the locking structure 8, as long as the locking structure can lock the linkage slider 6 and limit the linkage slider 6 to move upwards. In this embodiment, the locking structure 8 is a pot cover self-locking sliding block 8a, the pot cover self-locking sliding block 8a is elastically and movably installed on the pot cover 1, and the whole body can move in a telescopic manner towards the center direction of the pot cover 1, the pot cover self-locking sliding block 8a includes an opening stopping portion 81 which exposes the inner side wall of the pot cover 1, and a locking portion 82 which extends from the top of the pot cover 1 to the interlocking sliding block 6, and the interlocking sliding block 6 is locked with the locking portion 82 when being pressed. The pot cover assembly 100 covers the upper port of the pot body, the stop portion 81 is approximately equal to the pot cover assembly in height, when the pot cover assembly 100 rotates relative to the pot body to open the pot, the pot teeth can abut against the stop portion 81 to move outwards, so that the locking portion 82 moves towards the outer side of the pot cover 1 and is staggered with the locking portion 82 and the linkage slider 6 in the transverse direction, at the moment, the linkage slider 6 is reset to a high position under the action of the first reset piece 71, if the locking portion 82 and the linkage slider 6 are separated at the moment, the linkage slider 6 is unlocked, and therefore, the unlocking is called.
In general, in order to improve the safety of opening the lid, the lid self-locking slider 8a is also self-locked by the float 83 of the pressure cooker 100 to prevent the user from opening the lid when the pressure in the pressure cooker 100 is too high, the float 83 locks the locking part 82, so that the lid self-locking slider 8a cannot move laterally, and at this time, when the lid assembly 101 is rotated, the opening stopping part 81 interferes with the teeth of the cooker, the lid assembly 100 cannot rotate to open the lid, and the specific connection relationship between the float 83 and the locking part 82 is as follows: the locking part 82 is provided with a stopping hole 821 corresponding to the float 83, and the float 8 is matched with the stopping hole 821 when floating upwards to limit the horizontal movement of the pot cover self-locking sliding block 8 a. Specifically, the float 83 includes a free section 831 and a stop section 832 which are arranged in a segmented manner, in a normal condition, the free section 831 is located in the stop opening 832, and a transverse gap is reserved between the free section 831 and the stop opening 821, so that the locking portion 82 can move transversely to unlock the pressure cooker, when the pressure in the pressure cooker 100 is too large, the float 83 floats upwards, the stop section 832 is matched with the stop opening 821, the stop section 832 and the stop opening 821 basically do not reserve a transverse gap, even if the gap is small, so that the transverse movement of the self-locking slider 8 is limited, at this time, when the cooker cover assembly 101 is rotated, the stop section 81 interferes with the cooker teeth, and the cooker cover assembly 100 cannot be opened by rotation.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the interlocking slider 6 is disposed in a frame shape, a driving groove 63 is formed in the middle of the interlocking slider 6, the driving groove 63 extends from one end to the other end of the interlocking slider 6, the wedge surface a is disposed at one end of the driving groove 63 away from the latch structure 8 and faces the latch structure 8, and as shown in fig. 2, the wedge surface a is disposed on a right side wall of the driving groove 63.
In this embodiment, the unlocking key 91 is unlocked by pressing down, and accordingly, the inclined direction of the wedge-shaped surface a is set to be close to the locking structure 8 from top to bottom, and if in other embodiments, the unlocking key 91 is unlocked by pulling up, the inclined direction of the wedge-shaped surface a is set to be close to the locking structure 8 from bottom to top.
As mentioned above, the downward movement of the interlocking slider 6 is often involved, and it is not described what the downward movement of the interlocking slider 6 is driven by, obviously, there are many ways to realize the downward movement of the interlocking slider 6, in this embodiment, an additional pressure regulating button 92 is adopted, and the pressure regulating button 92 has an up-down stroke and is located above the interlocking slider 6 to press the interlocking slider 6 downward, and specifically, the pressure regulating button 92 is arranged in the rotary handle and reveals the rotary handle cover 12 for the user to press.

When pressing the unlocking key 91 and pressing the exhaust lever 93 to exhaust, theoretically, the upper port of the mounting groove 13 is directly discharged from the exhaust valve 3 at the upper end of the pot cover 1, then, the side wall of the mounting groove 13 is provided with a relief hole 131 for the first end 931 of the exhaust lever 93 to pass through, the steam in the mounting groove 13 is prevented from being discharged from the relief hole 131 to the space where the unlocking key 91 is located, when the user presses the unlocking key 91, causing injury to the user, the first end 931 of the exhaust lever 93 is provided with a sealing member 94 for sealing the relief hole 131, the sealing member 94 is usually made of a soft material such as silica gel or a rubber material and has good elasticity, when pressing the second end of the exhaust lever 93 so that the first end 931 thereof is lifted upward, the sealing member 94 is elastically deformed, and when the acting force for pressing the second end of the exhaust lever 93 is released, the sealing member 94 is under the action of its own elastic force, so that the exhaust lever 93 is reset, and the sealing member 94 has two functions, one of sealing and one of the exhaust lever 93 is reset.
Fig. 10 to 12 show another interlocking mechanism of the pot cover assembly according to the present invention:
referring to fig. 10 to 12, the unlocking key 91 has a swing stroke, and the linking mechanism is used to convert the swing stroke of the unlocking key 91 into a lateral separation motion of the linking slider 6 and the locking structure 8. Specifically, the unlocking key 91 has a swing stroke in the lateral direction, and the interlocking mechanism includes a pushing portion a1 provided at the lower end of the unlocking key 91, and a pushing surface b1 provided on the interlocking slider 6 and opposed to the pushing portion a 1. Obviously, the design is not limited to this, the unlocking key 91 may also have a longitudinal swing stroke, and accordingly, the interlocking mechanism is configured to convert the longitudinal swing stroke of the unlocking key 91 into a transverse separation motion of the interlocking slider 6 and the locking structure 8.
As shown in fig. 10, the interlocking slider 6 is at the high position and the horizontal initial position, as shown in fig. 11, the interlocking slider 6 is pressed and moved downward to the low position and still at the horizontal initial position, as shown in fig. 12, the unlocking key 91 swings horizontally, and the pushing portion a1 pushes the interlocking slider 6 and the locking structure 8 to move horizontally apart, so that the interlocking slider 6 deviates from the horizontal initial position.
Fig. 13 to 15 show another interlocking mechanism of the pot cover assembly according to the present invention: the unlocking key 91 has a rotation stroke, and the linkage mechanism is used for converting the rotation stroke of the unlocking key 91 into the transverse separation movement of the linkage sliding block 6 and the locking structure 8. Specifically, the interlocking mechanism includes a cam a2 disposed at the lower end of the unlocking key 91 and a pushing surface b2 disposed on the interlocking slider 6 and opposite to the cam a2, and obviously, the design is not limited thereto, and only an interlocking structure capable of converting the rotation of the unlocking key 91 into the lateral separation movement of the interlocking slider 6 and the locking structure 8 is available.
As shown in fig. 13, the interlocking slider 6 is in the high position and the horizontal initial position, as shown in fig. 14, the interlocking slider 6 is pressed to move downward to the low position and still in the horizontal initial position, as shown in fig. 15, the unlocking key 91 rotates, and the cam a2 pushes the interlocking slider 6 and the locking structure 8 to move laterally apart, so that the interlocking slider 6 deviates from the horizontal initial position.
