Referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, specifically, an exhaust valve 10 is installed at the upper end of a valve core 11 of a pot cover, and a first support plate 12 is fixed at the lower end of the valve core 11, and the first support plate 12 can be fixed on an inner cover of the pot cover; the second magnetic attraction piece 2 is annularly arranged and sleeved on the valve core 11; the first reset piece 3 is a compression spring sleeved on the valve core 11, and the upper end and the lower end of the first reset piece 3 are respectively connected with the second magnetic attraction piece 2 and the first support plate 12. It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, the first position is located above the second position, i.e. when the second magnetic element 2 is located in the first position, the pressure in the pressure cooker is high, and when the second magnetic element 2 is located in the second position, the pressure in the pressure cooker is low. In this embodiment, the inclined surface of the second wedge 411 is located on the lower surface of the second wedge 411, and is inclined upward in the direction from the first end 41 of the linkage member 4 to the first magnetic attraction member, when the second wedge 411 rotates to the second magnetic attraction member 2, the second magnetic attraction member 2 can be pressed downward from the first position to the second position, so that the pressure cooker is switched from high pressure to low pressure, and the exhaust boiling effect is achieved. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, two driving lugs 21 extending outwards are disposed at the outer edge of the second magnetic attraction member 2, and correspondingly, a second wedge 411 is disposed at the first end 41 corresponding to each driving lug 21.
It should be emphasized that the present design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, it may also be designed as follows: the first reset piece 3 is an extension spring sleeved on the valve core 11; the first position is positioned below the second position, namely when the second magnetic attraction piece 2 is positioned at the first position, the pressure cooker is at low pressure, and when the second magnetic attraction piece 2 is positioned at the second position, the pressure cooker is at high pressure; the inclined plane of the second wedge 411 is located on the upper surface of the second wedge 411, and is inclined downwards in the direction from the first end 41 of the linkage 4 to the first magnetic attraction piece, when the second wedge 411 rotates to the second magnetic attraction piece 2, the second magnetic attraction piece 2 can be propped upwards from the first position to the second position, so that the pressure cooker is switched from low pressure to high pressure.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, further, the pressure adjusting key 5 is disposed beside the second end 42 and located on the same side of the linkage member 4 as the second wedge 411. The pressure regulating key 5 has a movable stroke in the up-down direction and comprises a second pressing part 51 exposed on the outer surface of the pot cover and a second triggering part 52 fixedly arranged below the second pressing part 51; it will be appreciated that the second trigger portion 52 is movably disposed through the lid of the pan and extends vertically downwardly. The second end 42 is provided with a third wedge-shaped block 421 which tapers outwards at the side facing the pressure regulating key 5, and the inclined surface of the third wedge-shaped block 421 is positioned on the upper surface of the third wedge-shaped block 421 and is arranged obliquely downwards in the direction from the second end 42 of the linkage piece 4 to the second triggering part 52; the lower end of the second triggering portion 52 is provided with a triggering slope 521 corresponding to the slope of the third wedge 421. Thus, pressing the second pressing portion 51 of the pressure regulating key 5 downward can move the second triggering portion 52 of the pressure regulating key 5 downward, so that the triggering inclined surface 521 presses the inclined surface of the third wedge 421, and the second end 42 rotates around the pivot shaft 15, so that the first end 41 rotates toward the second magnetic attraction member 2, and the second wedge 411 pushes the second magnetic attraction member 2 toward the second position, so as to switch from high voltage to low voltage. Preferably, the pressure regulating key 5 further comprises a third reset member 53, the third reset member 53 being configured to cause the pressure regulating key 5 to have a tendency to reset to its initial position; in this embodiment, the third restoring member 53 may be flexibly designed according to specific practical use, and simply, the second support plate 14 is further disposed in the lid and fixed between the lid and the inner lid, the second triggering portion 52 of the pressure regulating key 5 movably penetrates through the second support plate 14, the third restoring member 53 is a compression spring set on the second triggering portion 52, and two ends of the third restoring member 53 elastically abut against the lower surface of the second pressing portion 51 and the upper surface of the second support plate 14 respectively.
In this embodiment, further, the locking structure 6 is formed above the triggering slope 521 of the second triggering portion 52, and is configured to cooperate with the free end of the third wedge 421 to lock the second end 42 when the second magnetic attraction member 2 moves to the second position. In other words, in this embodiment, the pressure regulating key 5 not only has the function of switching the high pressure to the low pressure, but also has the function of restricting the second magnetic attraction piece 2 to the second position, and compared with the technical scheme of separately setting the locking structure 6, the technical scheme has fewer parts and lower cost. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, specifically, the second triggering portion 52 is disposed in a barb shape, the hook portion of the second triggering portion 52 extends toward the second end 42, and the triggering slope 521 is a lower surface of the hook portion; the locking structure 6 is the upper surface of the hook. When the second magnetic attraction piece 2 is pressed to the second position by the inclined surface of the second wedge-shaped block 411, the third wedge-shaped block 421 just exceeds the upper end of the triggering inclined surface 521, and the lower surface of the free end of the third wedge-shaped block 421 is lapped on the upper surface of the hook part of the second triggering part 52, so that the second end 42 is locked. In this embodiment, the hook portion of the second trigger portion 52 increases the area of the trigger slope 521, thereby increasing the trigger stroke of the trigger slope 521. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the locking structure 6 may also be a locking groove 6a of the second triggering portion 52 disposed above the triggering slope 521, and the locking groove 6a is used for locking the free end of the third wedge 421 when the second magnetic attraction member 2 moves to the second position, so as to lock the second end 42, as shown in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, further, the unlocking key 7 includes a first pressing portion 72 exposed on the outer surface of the pot cover, and a first triggering portion 71 fixedly disposed below the first pressing portion 72; it will be appreciated that the first trigger portion 71 is movably disposed through the lid of the lid and extends vertically downwardly. The linkage member 4 has a driving position away from the pivot position and corresponding to the first trigger portion 71. Without loss of generality, in this embodiment, the driving position of the linkage 4 is located at the second end 42. The lower end of the first trigger part 71 is provided with a first driving inclined plane 74, and meanwhile, the linkage piece 4 is provided with a second driving inclined plane 40 matched with the first driving inclined plane 74 at the driving position; specifically, the first driving inclined plane 74 and the second driving inclined plane 40 extend in a direction close to the pivot position of the linking member 4 and are inclined to the vertical direction, so that the first pressing portion 72 of the unlocking key 7 is pressed downward, so that the first triggering portion 71 of the unlocking key 7 moves downward, the first driving inclined plane 74 presses the second driving inclined plane 40, the linking member 4 rotates horizontally, and the second end 42 is separated from the locking structure 6. In this embodiment, the voltage-regulating reset structure is provided with the first driving inclined plane 74 and the second driving inclined plane 40 at the same time; it should be apparent that, in other embodiments, only the first driving ramp 74 or the second driving ramp 40 may be alternatively provided, which is not limited by the present invention. It should be noted that, when the pressure regulating key 5 is not provided with the third reset member 53, after the second end 42 is separated from the locking structure 6, the pressure regulating key 5 may be manually lifted to give way to the reverse rotation of the linkage member 4. Preferably, the unlocking key 7 further comprises a second reset member 73, and the second reset member 73 is used for resetting the unlocking key 7 to the initial pressing position; in this way, after the unlocking key 7 drives the second end 42 to disengage from the locking structure 6, the unlocking key 7 can be automatically reset to its initial position under the reset action of the second reset member 73, without the user having to manually lift the unlocking key 7. In this embodiment, the second restoring member 73 may be flexibly designed according to practical use, and simply, a third supporting plate 13 is further disposed in the lid and fixed between the lid and the inner lid, the first triggering portion 71 movably penetrates through the third supporting plate 13, the second restoring member 73 is a compression spring sleeved on the first triggering portion 71, and two ends of the second restoring member 73 elastically abut against the lower surface of the first pressing portion 72 and the upper surface of the third supporting plate 13, respectively.
With continued reference to fig. 1, further, the first trigger portion 71 is disposed beside the second end 42; the second end 42 is provided with a first wedge block 422 on a side facing the first trigger portion 71, and the inclined surface of the first wedge block 422 is located on the upper surface of the first wedge block 422 and is inclined downward in the direction from the second end 42 to the first trigger portion 71, and it can be understood that the second driving inclined surface 40 is the inclined surface of the first wedge block 422; thus, pressing the first pressing portion 72 downward can cause the first triggering portion 71 to press the inclined surface of the first wedge 422 through the first driving inclined surface 74, so as to drive the second end 42 to rotate horizontally. It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, the unlocking key 7 and the pressure regulating key 5 are located on the same side of the second end 42, and of course, the first wedge 422 and the third wedge 421 are also located on the same side of the second end 42, otherwise, the pressing of the first driving inclined surface 74 on the second driving inclined surface 40 cannot achieve the horizontal rotation of the second end 42.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a pressure-regulating reset structure of a pot cover assembly according to another embodiment of the present invention. The difference between this embodiment and the previous embodiment is that the first reset element 3 is disposed below the pivot position of the linkage element 4, and the first position is located above the second position. The pressure regulating key 5 is provided above the link 4 and has a movable stroke in the up-down direction. The second magnetic attraction member 2 is fixedly arranged at the first end 41. Thus, pressing the pressure regulating key 5 downwards can make the linkage member 4 press downwards, and drive the second magnetic attraction member 2 to move downwards from the first position to the second position through the first end 41, and the first reset member 3 can indirectly make the second magnetic attraction member 2 have a tendency to reset to the first position by making the linkage member 4 have a tendency to reset upwards.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6 together, in this embodiment, further, the locking structure 6 is formed at an inner end of a self-locking slider 8 of the lid, and the self-locking slider 8 is elastically movably mounted to the lid so as to be capable of telescoping toward a center of the lid. Specifically, the inner end of the self-locking slider 8 is provided with a slider inclined surface 81, and the slider inclined surface 81 faces upward and is obliquely arranged downward in the inner extending direction of the self-locking slider 8; the locking structure 6 is the lower surface of the inner end of the self-locking sliding block 8. The pressing key 5 is pressed downwards to enable the linkage piece 4 to be pressed downwards, and the sliding block inclined surface 81 is pressed by the free end of the first end 41 to force the self-locking sliding block 8 to move outwards when the second magnetic attraction piece 2 moves downwards from the first position to the second position, the lower surface of the inner end of the self-locking sliding block 8 just exceeds the upper surface of the free end of the first end 41, at the moment, the self-locking sliding block 8 rebounds under the action of the reset piece, so that the lower surface of the inner end of the self-locking sliding block 8 is overlapped on the upper surface of the free end of the first end 41, the first end 41 is locked, and the second magnetic attraction piece 2 is limited at the second position.
Referring also to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the unlocking key 7 has substantially the same structure as that of the previous embodiment, but the first trigger portion 71 is disposed above the second end 42, and the first driving inclined surface is not disposed at the lower end of the first trigger portion 71; the upper surface of the second end 42 is provided with a driving groove 420 corresponding to the first triggering portion 71, and the second driving inclined surface 40 is disposed on an inner side wall of the driving groove 420. Thus, the first pressing portion 72 is pressed downward, so that the lower end of the first triggering portion 71 directly presses the second driving inclined surface 40 in the driving slot 420, and drives the second end 42 to rotate horizontally, so that the first end 41 is separated from the locking structure 6, and the second magnetic attraction piece 2 can be reset to the first position under the action of the first reset piece 3.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, in order to make the second magnetic attraction member 2 move down to the second position each time, the self-locking slider 8 can lock the free end of the first end 41, and the first reset member 3 preferably has a torsion spring function while having an elastic compression function, so that after unlocking, the free end of the first end 41 can be automatically reset to a position directly above the self-locking slider 8. In this embodiment, the first restoring member 3 may be a combination of a compression spring and a torsion spring. Specifically, in this embodiment, a sliding guide groove (not shown) extending in the up-down direction is formed below the linkage member 4 on the pot cover; preferably, referring to fig. 7, two guide groove plates 17 are fixedly provided in the pot cover, and the sliding guide groove is formed between the two guide groove plates 17. In this embodiment, a sliding plate 18 is disposed in the sliding guide groove, and the sliding plate 18 is slidably connected to the sliding guide groove so as to be slidable in an up-down direction; of course, the slide plate 18 is non-rotatable. The linkage member 4 is fixedly provided with a downward extending pivot shaft 15, and the lower end of the pivot shaft 15 is rotatably fixed on the sliding plate 18. In this embodiment, the first restoring member 3 includes a restoring compression spring 31 provided below the slide plate 18 and a restoring torsion spring 32 provided above the slide plate 18. The reset torsion spring 32 includes a torsion spring body 321 sleeved on the pivot shaft 15, and an upper extension end 322 and a lower extension end 323 respectively disposed at two ends of the torsion spring body 321. In this embodiment, the upper extension end 322 is fixedly connected to the pivot shaft 15; of course, in other embodiments, the upper extension end 322 may be fixedly connected to the linkage member 4; the lower extension 323 is fixedly coupled to the sliding plate 18. In this embodiment, the reset spring 31 provides an upward reset function for the linkage member 4, and the reset torsion spring 32 provides a rotational reset function for the linkage member 4. It should be emphasized that in other embodiments, the first restoring member 3 may also be simply provided as a compression torsion spring.
The invention also provides a pressure cooker, which comprises a cooker cover assembly, wherein the specific structure of the cooker cover assembly refers to the embodiment, and as the pressure cooker adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, the pressure cooker has at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the detailed description is omitted.

Claims (17)

the pressure regulating key is arranged on the pot cover and drives the second magnetic attraction piece to move from the first position to the second position through the linkage piece;
the locking structure is arranged in the pot cover and used for blocking the linkage piece from moving to the first position when the second magnetic attraction piece moves to the second position;
the unlocking key is arranged on the pot cover and provided with a moving stroke in the up-down direction and is used for driving the linkage piece to horizontally rotate until the linkage piece is separated from the locking structure;
the unlocking key comprises a first triggering part, and the linkage piece is provided with a driving position far away from the pivoting position;
the lower end of the first trigger part is provided with a first driving inclined plane, and/or the linkage part is provided with a second driving inclined plane matched with the first driving inclined plane at the driving position.

The lid assembly of claim 1, wherein the unlocking key further comprises a first pressing portion exposed on an outer surface of the lid, the first triggering portion being fixedly disposed below the first pressing portion; the first driving inclined plane and the second driving inclined plane extend towards the direction close to the pivoting position of the linkage piece and are obliquely arranged with the vertical direction.

The lid assembly of claim 2, wherein the first trigger portion is disposed adjacent the second end; the second end is provided with a first wedge block at one side facing the first triggering part, the inclined plane of the first wedge block is positioned on the upper surface of the first wedge block, the second end is arranged in a downward inclined mode in the direction from the second end to the first triggering part, and the second driving inclined plane is the inclined plane of the first wedge block.

The lid assembly of claim 3, wherein the unlocking key further comprises a second reset member sleeved on the first trigger portion, the lower end of the second reset member elastically abuts against the inside of the lid, the upper end elastically abuts against the lower surface of the first pressing portion, and the second reset member is used for resetting the unlocking key to a pressing initial position.

The lid assembly of claim 2, wherein the first trigger portion is disposed above the second end; the upper surface of the second end is provided with a driving groove corresponding to the first triggering part, and the second driving inclined plane is arranged on the inner side wall of the driving groove.

The lid assembly of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the first reset element is disposed below the second magnetic element; the first end extends to the side of the second magnetic attraction piece from the pivoting position, a second wedge block is arranged on the side face facing the second magnetic attraction piece, and the inclined surface of the second wedge block is abutted to the second magnetic attraction piece so as to push the second magnetic attraction piece from the first position to the second position when the first end rotates towards the second magnetic attraction piece.

The lid assembly of claim 6, wherein the pressure regulating key is located beside the second end and on the same side of the linkage as the second wedge; the pressure regulating key has a movable stroke in the up-down direction and comprises a second pressing part exposed on the outer surface of the pot cover and a second triggering part fixedly arranged below the second pressing part; the second end is provided with a third wedge block at one side facing the pressure regulating key, and the inclined surface of the third wedge block is positioned on the upper surface of the third wedge block and is arranged in a downward inclined manner in the direction from the second end of the linkage piece to the second triggering part; the lower end of the second trigger part is provided with a trigger inclined plane corresponding to the inclined plane of the third wedge-shaped block.
10. The lid assembly of claim 9, wherein the locking structure is formed above the trigger ramp of the second trigger portion and is configured to cooperate with the free end of the third wedge to lock the second end when the second magnetic attraction member is moved to the second position.

The lid assembly of claim 10, wherein the second trigger portion is disposed in a barb-like configuration, a hook portion of the second trigger portion extending toward the second end, the trigger ramp being a lower surface of the hook portion; the locking structure is the upper surface of the hook part and is used for enabling the lower surface of the free end of the third wedge-shaped block to overlap when the second magnetic attraction piece moves to the second position, so that the second end is locked.

The lid assembly of claim 10, wherein the locking structure is a locking groove provided above the trigger ramp by the second trigger portion, the locking groove configured to allow a free end of the third wedge to snap into and lock the second end when the second magnetic attraction member moves to the second position.

The lid assembly of claim 9, wherein the pressure regulating key further comprises a third reset member, the third reset member is sleeved on the second trigger portion, the lower end of the third reset member elastically abuts against the inside of the lid, the upper end elastically abuts against the lower surface of the second pressing portion, and the third reset member is used for resetting the pressure regulating key to an initial position of the pressure regulating key.

The lid assembly of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the first reset member is disposed below the pivot location of the linkage member and the first location is disposed above the second location; the pressure regulating key is arranged above the linkage piece and provided with a movable stroke in the up-down direction; the second magnetic attraction piece is fixedly arranged at the first end; and the pressure regulating key is pressed downwards, so that the linkage piece is pressed downwards, and the first end drives the second magnetic attraction piece to move downwards from the first position to the second position.

The pot cover assembly of claim 14, wherein the pot cover is formed with a sliding guide groove extending in an up-down direction under the linkage member, and a sliding plate is provided in the sliding guide groove and is slidably connected to the sliding guide groove so as to be slidable in the up-down direction; the linkage piece is fixedly provided with a downward extending pivot shaft, and the lower end of the pivot shaft is rotatably fixed on the sliding plate;
the first reset piece comprises a reset pressure spring arranged below the sliding plate and a reset torsion spring arranged above the sliding plate, wherein the reset torsion spring comprises a torsion spring body sleeved on the pivot shaft, and an upper extension end and a lower extension end which are respectively arranged at two ends of the torsion spring body, the upper extension end is fixedly connected with the pivot shaft or the linkage piece, and the lower extension end is fixedly connected with the sliding plate.

The lid assembly of claim 14, wherein the locking structure is formed at an inner end of a self-locking slider of the lid, the self-locking slider being resiliently movably mounted to the lid so as to be telescopically movable toward a center of the lid; the locking structure is the lower surface of the inner end of the self-locking sliding block and is used for being lapped on the upper surface of the free end of the first end when the second magnetic attraction piece moves to the second position, so as to lock the first end.
