It should be emphasized that the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the design may be further designed as follows: the first reset piece 3 is an extension spring sleeved on the valve core 11; the first position is positioned below the second position, namely when the second magnetic attraction piece 2 is positioned at the first position, the pressure in the pressure cooker is low pressure, and when the second magnetic attraction piece 2 is positioned at the second position, the pressure in the pressure cooker is high pressure; the inclined plane of the second wedge-shaped block 411 is located on the upper surface of the second wedge-shaped block 411, and is arranged to be inclined downward in the direction from the first end 41 of the linkage member 4 to the first magnetic attraction member, when the second wedge-shaped block 411 rotates to the second magnetic attraction member 2, the second magnetic attraction member 2 can be upwards abutted to the second position from the first position, so that the low pressure in the pressure cooker is switched to high pressure.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, further, the voltage-adjusting key 5 is disposed beside the second end 42, and is located on the same side of the linking member 4 as the second wedge block 411. The pressure regulating key 5 has a movable stroke in the up-down direction, and comprises a pressing part 51 exposed on the outer surface of the pan cover and a triggering part 52 fixedly arranged below the pressing part 51; it can be understood that the triggering portion 52 is movably inserted through the cover of the pot cover and vertically extends downward. The second end 42 is provided with a third wedge 421 tapering outward on the side facing the pressure regulating key 5, and the inclined surface of the third wedge 421 is located on the upper surface of the third wedge 421 and is inclined downward in the direction from the second end 42 of the linkage 4 to the triggering part 52; the lower end of the trigger part 52 is provided with a trigger slope 521 corresponding to the slope of the third wedge 421. Thus, by pressing the pressing portion 51 of the pressure adjustment key 5 downward, the triggering portion 52 of the pressure adjustment key 5 moves downward, so that the triggering inclined surface 521 presses the inclined surface of the third wedge 421, and the second end 42 rotates around the pivot shaft 15, so that the first end 41 rotates toward the second magnetic attraction member 2, and the second wedge 411 pushes the second magnetic attraction member 2 toward the second position, thereby switching from high pressure to low pressure. Preferably, the pressure regulating key 5 further comprises a third resetting member 53, the third resetting member 53 being configured to cause the pressure regulating key 5 to have a tendency to reset to its initial position; in this embodiment, the third piece 53 that resets can design according to concrete reality in a flexible way, and simply, still be equipped with one in the pot cover and set firmly the second backup pad 14 between face lid and inner cup, this second backup pad 14 is worn to locate in the activity of the trigger part 52 of pressure regulating key 5, and the third piece 53 that resets is the compression spring that one set located trigger part 52, and the both ends of the third piece 53 that resets respectively elastic conflict press the lower surface of portion 51 and the upper surface of second backup pad 14.
In this embodiment, further, a locking structure 6 is formed above the trigger slope 521 of the trigger portion 52 and is used to lock the second end 42 in cooperation with the free end of the third wedge 421 when the second magnetic attraction element 2 moves to the second position. In other words, in this embodiment, the pressure regulating key 5 not only has the effect of switching high voltage to low voltage, but also has the effect of limiting the second magnetic attraction piece 2 to the second position, and compared with the technical scheme of separately setting the locking structure 6, the technical scheme has fewer parts and lower cost. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, specifically, the trigger portion 52 is disposed in a barb shape, the hook portion of the trigger portion 52 extends toward the second end 42, and the trigger slope 521 is a lower surface of the hook portion; the locking structure 6 is the upper surface of the hook portion. When the second magnetic attraction piece 2 is pressed to the second position by the inclined surface of the second wedge block 411, the third wedge block 421 just exceeds the upper end of the trigger inclined surface 521, and the lower surface of the free end of the third wedge block 421 is lapped on the upper surface of the hook part of the trigger part 52, so as to lock the second end 42. In this embodiment, the hook of the trigger 52 increases the area of the trigger slope 521, so as to increase the trigger stroke of the trigger slope 521. However, the design is not limited thereto, in other embodiments, the locking structure 6 may also be a locking groove 6a disposed on the triggering portion 52 above the triggering inclined surface 521, and the locking groove 6a is used for the free end of the third wedge 421 to be clamped into and lock the second end 42 when the second magnetic attraction element 2 moves to the second position, as shown in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the unlocking key 7 further includes a rotating portion 72 exposed on an outer surface of the pot cover, and a driving portion 71 fixedly disposed on a lower surface of the rotating portion 72. The driving portion 71 is rotatably provided to the lid. In this embodiment, when the rotating portion 72 is rotated, the driving portion 71 can be driven to rotate, so as to act on the second end 42 through the lower end of the driving portion 71, and the linkage member 4 horizontally rotates, so as to separate the second end 42 from the locking structure 6, and the pressure adjusting key 5 can be reset to the initial position under the action of the third resetting member 53, and the second magnetic attraction member 2 can also be reset to the first position under the action of the first resetting member 3. It should be noted that, when the pressure regulating key 5 is not provided with the third resetting member 53, after the second end 42 is disengaged from the locking structure 6, the pressure regulating key 5 can be manually lifted, so as to give way to the reverse rotation of the linking member 4. Preferably, the unlocking key 7 further comprises a second resetting member 73, the second resetting member 73 being adapted to reset said unlocking key 7 to its non-rotated state; in this way, after the unlocking key 7 drives the second end 42 to disengage from the locking structure 6, the unlocking key 7 can be automatically reset to its non-rotated state under the resetting action of the second resetting member 73, without the user manually rotating the unlocking key 7. In this embodiment, the second reset member 73 can be flexibly designed according to actual conditions, and simply, a third support plate 13 fixedly disposed between the face cover and the inner cover is further disposed in the pot cover, the driving portion 71 is rotatably and fixedly disposed on the third support plate 13, the second reset member 73 is a torsion spring having a body sleeved on the driving portion 71, and two fixed ends of the torsion spring are respectively fixed to the lower surface of the rotating portion 72 and the upper surface of the third support plate 13.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the user to rotate the unlocking key 7, the rotating portion 72 is preferably provided with an anti-slip structure 75, and the anti-slip structure 75 may be an anti-slip convex rib provided on the upper surface of the rotating portion 72, or an anti-slip pattern, an anti-slip concave point, an anti-slip convex point, or the like provided on the outer circumferential surface of the rotating portion 72, which is not limited in the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in the present embodiment, further, the driving portion 71 is a cylindrical member disposed beside the second end 42. The second end 42 is provided with a first wedge block 422 on a side facing the driving portion 71, and an inclined surface of the first wedge block 422 is located on an upper surface of the first wedge block 422 and is inclined downward in a direction from the second end 42 to the driving portion 71. The lower end of the driving portion 71 abuts against the inclined surface of the first wedge block 422, and the lower end surface of the driving portion 71 is provided with a spiral inclined surface 74, it being understood that the spiral inclined surface 74 is provided facing the inclined surface of the first wedge block 422. Thus, the rotating portion 72 rotates the driving portion 71, so that the lower position of the inclined rotating surface 74 presses the inclined surface of the first wedge 422, and the second end 42 is driven to rotate horizontally. It is understood that in the present embodiment, the unlocking key 7 and the pressure adjusting key 5 are located on the same side of the second end 42, and of course, the first wedge 422 and the third wedge 421 are also located on the same side of the second end 42, otherwise, the rotating inclined surface 74 cannot drive the second end 42 to rotate horizontally.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of another embodiment of the pressure regulating reset structure of the pot cover assembly of the present invention. The difference between the present embodiment and the previous embodiment is that the first reset element 3 is disposed below the pivot position of the linking element 4, and the first position is located above the second position. The pressure regulating key 5 is arranged above the linkage piece 4 and has a movable stroke in the up-down direction. The second magnetic member 2 is fixed to the first end 41. Therefore, by pressing the pressure-adjusting key 5 downwards, the linkage member 4 can be pressed downwards, and the first end 41 drives the second magnetic attraction member 2 to move downwards from the first position to the second position, and the first resetting member 3 can indirectly cause the second magnetic attraction member 2 to have a tendency of resetting to the first position by causing the linkage member 4 to have a tendency of resetting upwards.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7 together, in this embodiment, further, the locking structure 6 is formed at the inner end of the self-locking slider 8 of the lid, and the self-locking slider 8 is elastically and movably mounted on the lid and can be moved in a telescopic manner toward the center of the lid. Specifically, the inner end of the self-locking sliding block 8 is provided with a sliding block inclined plane 81, and the sliding block inclined plane 81 is upward and is inclined downwards in the direction extending from the inside of the self-locking sliding block 8; the locking structure 6 is the lower surface of the inner end of the self-locking sliding block 8. Pressing the pressure adjusting key 5 downwards can press the linkage part 4 downwards, and when moving the second magnetic attraction part 2 downwards, the free end of the first end 41 presses the slider inclined plane 81 to force the self-locking slider 8 to move outwards, and when the second magnetic attraction part 2 moves downwards from the first position to the second position, the lower surface of the inner end of the self-locking slider 8 just exceeds the upper surface of the free end of the first end 41, at the moment, the self-locking slider 8 rebounds under the action of the reset part, so that the lower surface of the inner end of the self-locking slider 8 is lapped on the upper surface of the free end of the first end 41, the first end 41 is locked, and the second magnetic attraction part 2 is limited at the second position.
In this embodiment, the unlocking key 7 has substantially the same structure as that of the previous embodiment, but the lower end of the driving portion 71 is not provided with a spiral slope, and the cam 76 is fixed. When the rotating portion 72 is rotated to drive the driving portion 71 to rotate, the cam 76 can be driven to rotate at the same time, and when the driving side of the cam 76 abuts against and presses the side surface of the second end 42, the second end 42 can be driven to horizontally rotate, so that the first end 41 is separated from the locking structure 6, and the second magnetic attraction element 2 can be reset to the first position under the action of the first reset element 3.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, in order to enable the second magnetic attraction member 2 to move down to the second position each time, the self-locking slider 8 can lock the free end of the first end 41, and the first reset member 3 preferably has a function of a torsion spring while having an elastic compression function, so that after being unlocked, the free end of the first end 41 can automatically reset to a position right above the self-locking slider 8. In this embodiment, the first restoring member 3 may be a combination of a compression spring and a torsion spring. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the lid has a sliding guide groove (not shown) extending in the up-down direction formed below the linking member 4; preferably, referring to fig. 7, two guide groove plates 17 are fixedly installed in the pot cover, and the sliding guide groove is formed between the two guide groove plates 17. In this embodiment, a sliding plate 18 is disposed in the sliding guide slot, and the sliding plate 18 is slidably connected to the sliding guide slot so as to be slidable in the vertical direction; of course, slide plate 18 is not rotatable. The linking member 4 is fixedly provided with a pivot shaft 15 extending downward, and the lower end of the pivot shaft 15 is rotatably fixed on the sliding plate 18. In the present embodiment, the first restoring member 3 includes a restoring torsion spring 31 disposed below the sliding plate 18 and a restoring torsion spring 32 disposed above the sliding plate 18. The restoring torsion spring 32 includes a torsion spring body 321 sleeved on the pivot shaft 15, and an upper extension end 322 and a lower extension end 323 respectively disposed at two ends of the torsion spring body 321. In this embodiment, the upper extension end 322 is fixedly connected to the pivot shaft 15; of course, in other embodiments, the upper extending end 322 may also be fixedly connected to the linking member 4; the lower extension 323 is fixedly connected to the slide plate 18. In this embodiment, the return spring 31 provides an upward return function for the linkage member 4, and the return spring 32 provides a rotational return function for the linkage member 4. It is emphasized that in other embodiments the first restoring member 3 may also be simply provided as a compression torsion spring.
The invention further provides a pressure cooker, which comprises a cooker cover assembly, the specific structure of the cooker cover assembly refers to the embodiments, and the pressure cooker adopts all technical schemes of all the embodiments, so that the pressure cooker at least has all beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the detailed description is omitted.

the pressure regulating key is arranged on the cooker cover and drives the second magnetic suction piece to move from the first position to the second position through the linkage piece;
the locking structure is arranged in the pot cover and used for blocking the linkage part from moving to the first position when the second magnetic attraction part moves to the second position;
the unlocking key is rotatably arranged on the pot cover and used for driving the linkage part to horizontally rotate to be separated from the locking structure when the linkage part is rotated;
the unlocking key comprises a rotating part exposed on the outer surface of the cooker cover and a driving part fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the rotating part, and the driving part is rotatably arranged on the cooker cover; when the rotating part is rotated, the driving part can be driven to rotate around the rotating axis along the vertical direction, so that the linkage part is driven to horizontally rotate through the driving part.
2. The lid assembly of claim 1, wherein the drive portion is a vertically extending cylindrical member disposed adjacent the second end; the second end is provided with a first wedge-shaped block on one side facing the driving part, and the inclined surface of the first wedge-shaped block is positioned on the upper surface of the first wedge-shaped block and is arranged in a downward inclined manner in the direction from the second end to the driving part; the lower end of the driving portion abuts against the inclined surface of the first wedge-shaped block, and the lower end face of the driving portion is arranged to face the spiral inclined surface of the first wedge-shaped block.
3. The lid assembly of claim 1, wherein the driving portion is a cylindrical member extending in a vertical direction and disposed beside the second end, and a cam is fixed to a lower end of the driving portion and is configured to abut against a side surface of the second end.
4. The pot cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the rotating portion is provided with an anti-slip structure.
5. The lid assembly of claim 1, wherein the unlocking key further comprises a second reset member, the second reset member being a torsion spring mounted on the driving part and configured to reset the unlocking key to a non-rotated state.

The lid assembly of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first restoring member is disposed below the second magnetic attracting member; the first end extends to the second magnetic part from the pivot joint position, a second wedge-shaped block is arranged on the side surface facing the second magnetic part, the inclined surface of the second wedge-shaped block abuts against the second magnetic part, and when the first end rotates towards the second magnetic part, the second magnetic part is pushed to the second position from the first position.

The lid assembly of claim 6, wherein the first restoring member is a compression spring, the first position is located above the second position, and the inclined surface of the second wedge-shaped block is located on the lower surface of the second wedge-shaped block and is inclined upward in a direction from the first end of the linking member to the first magnetic attracting member.

The lid assembly of claim 6, wherein the pressure-regulating key is disposed adjacent to the second end and is located on the same side of the linkage member as the second wedge-shaped block; the pressure regulating key has a movable stroke in the vertical direction and comprises a pressing part exposed on the outer surface of the cooker cover and a triggering part fixedly arranged below the pressing part; a third wedge block is arranged at one side of the second end facing the pressure regulating key, and the inclined surface of the third wedge block is positioned on the upper surface of the third wedge block and is arranged in a downward inclined manner in the direction from the second end of the linkage part to the trigger part; the lower end of the triggering part is provided with a triggering inclined plane corresponding to the inclined plane of the third wedge block.
10. The lid assembly of claim 9, wherein the locking structure is formed above the trigger slope of the trigger part and is configured to engage with the free end of the third wedge to lock the second end when the second magnetic attraction member moves to the second position.

The lid assembly of claim 10, wherein the trigger portion is in a barb-like configuration, the hook portion of the trigger portion extending toward the second end, the trigger ramp being a lower surface of the hook portion; the locking structure is the upper surface of the hook part and is used for enabling the lower surface of the free end of the third wedge block to be lapped and locking the second end when the second magnetic attraction piece moves to the second position.

The lid assembly of claim 10, wherein the locking structure is a locking groove disposed on the triggering portion above the triggering slope, and the locking groove is configured to allow the free end of the third wedge to be engaged to lock the second end when the second magnetic attraction member moves to the second position.

The lid assembly of claim 9, wherein the pressure adjusting key further comprises a third resetting member, the third resetting member is sleeved on the triggering portion, a lower end of the third resetting member elastically abuts against the inner surface of the lid, an upper end of the third resetting member elastically abuts against a lower surface of the pressing portion, and the third resetting member is used for resetting the pressure adjusting key to an initial position of the pressure adjusting key.

The lid assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first reset member is disposed below the pivot position of the linking member, and the first position is disposed above the second position; the pressure regulating key is arranged above the linkage piece and has a movable stroke in the up-down direction; the second magnetic part is fixedly arranged at the first end; and downwards pressing the pressure regulating key to enable the linkage piece to be pressed downwards, and driving the second magnetic suction piece to move downwards from the first position to the second position through the first end.

The lid assembly as claimed in claim 14, wherein the lid is formed with a slide guide groove extending in up and down directions below the interlocking member, and a slide plate is provided in the slide guide groove, the slide plate being slidably coupled to the slide guide groove to be slidable in up and down directions; the linkage piece is fixedly provided with a pivoting shaft extending downwards, and the lower end of the pivoting shaft is rotatably fixed on the sliding plate;
the first reset piece comprises a reset pressure spring arranged below the sliding plate and a reset torsion spring arranged above the sliding plate, the reset torsion spring comprises a torsion spring body sleeved on the pivot shaft, and an upper extension end and a lower extension end which are respectively arranged at two ends of the torsion spring body, the upper extension end is fixedly connected with the pivot shaft or the linkage piece, and the lower extension end is fixedly connected with the sliding plate.

The lid assembly of claim 14, wherein the locking structure is formed at an inner end of a self-locking slider of the lid, the self-locking slider being elastically and movably mounted to the lid so as to be telescopically movable toward a center direction of the lid; the locking structure is the lower surface of the inner end of the self-locking sliding block and is used for being lapped on the upper surface of the free end of the first end when the second magnetic attraction piece moves to the second position, and the first end is locked.
