the pot cover (20), the pot cover (20) is rotatably covered on the pot body (10), and an exhaust channel (21) is arranged on the pot cover (20);

an exhaust push button (50), the exhaust push button (50) sliding on the surface of the pot cover (20) and having an exhaust position and a sealing position on a sliding path thereof;
when the exhaust push button (50) is in the exhaust position, the exhaust push button (50) presses the exhaust pressing end (41) to enable the first end of the lever element (40) to move upwards and jack up the pressure limiting valve (30) to release steam in the pot body (10);
when the exhaust push button (50) is in the sealing position, the lever element (40) avoids the exhaust pressing end (41), and the pressure limiting valve (30) seals the exhaust channel (21) under the action of self gravity.

The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the lid (20) comprises a lid body (22) and a face cover (23), the face cover (23) is covered on the lid body (22), the lever member (40) is connected with the lid body (22) or the face cover (23) and is located between the lid body (22) and the face cover (23), a long sliding hole (231) is opened on the face cover (23), the exhaust push button (50) is arranged on the face cover (23) and slides along a length direction of the long sliding hole (231), and a part of the exhaust push button (50) extends into the long sliding hole (231) to press the lever member (40).

The cooking utensil according to claim 2, wherein the surface cover (23) is provided with a limiting groove (232), the sliding long hole (231) is located on the groove bottom wall of the limiting groove (232), the exhaust push button (50) comprises a push plate (51) and a pressing arm (52), wherein the push plate (51) is arranged in the limiting groove (232) and slides along the length direction of the sliding long hole (231), the first end of the pressing arm (52) is connected with the push plate (51), and the second end of the pressing arm (52) extends into the sliding long hole (231) to serve as a pressing end for pressing the lever element (40).

The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the pressing end is a pressing plane (521), and the cross-sectional area of the pressing arm (52) is gradually reduced in a direction away from the pressing plane (521), so that the surface of the pressing arm (52) facing the lever element (40) comprises the connected pressing plane (521) and an escape curved surface (522).

The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the exhaust push button (50) further comprises a catch (53), the catch (53) is disposed on the pressing arm (52) and spaced apart from the push plate (51) to form an escape space (511) between the push plate (51) and the catch (53) for engaging with the face cover (23).
6. Cooking appliance according to claim 5, characterized in that the catch (53) is a wedge-shaped catch with a cross-sectional area that gradually decreases in a direction away from the pressing end of the lever element (40).
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein a portion of the lever member (40) is convex toward a side of the exhaust push button (50) to form a smoothly transitional convex structure forming the exhaust pressing end (41).

The cooking utensil according to claim 7, wherein the lever element (40) comprises a jacking plate section (42) and a bending plate section (43) which are connected, wherein the jacking plate section (42) is connected with the pot cover body (22), the protruding structure is formed on the bending plate section (43), a first included angle A is formed between the jacking plate section (42) and the bending plate section (43), the pressure limiting valve (30) and the sliding long hole (231) are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the surface cover (23), a connecting line between end points of the pressure limiting valve (30) and the sliding long hole (231) on the side close to the sealing position of the exhaust push button (50) forms a second included angle B with the length direction of the sliding long hole (231), and the first included angle A is equal to the second included angle B.
9. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising a switch element (60) and a warning element, wherein the switch element (60) is disposed on the lid (20), when the exhaust push button (50) slides to the exhaust position, the exhaust push button (50) triggers the switch element (60), and the switch element (60) controls the warning element to emit a warning signal.
10. Cooking appliance according to claim 9, characterized in that the switching element (60) is a microswitch and the warning signal is an acoustic warning signal, a vibration warning signal or a light warning signal.
11. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker, the cover (20) is rotatably arranged on the pot body (10) around the circumferential direction of the pot body (10), and the cover body (22) comprises a locking cover for clamping and matching with the pot body (10).
