Claims (15)

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
the pot body is used for containing food to be cooked, and a heating device is arranged in the pot body;
the pot cover (20), the pot cover (20) is arranged on the pot body;
the exhaust structure (30) is arranged on the pot cover (20), and the exhaust structure (30) has a first exhaust state and a second exhaust state which have different exhaust pressures;
the operating element (40) is arranged on the pot cover (20) and is matched with the exhaust structure (30), the operating element (40) has a first position and a second position, when the operating element (40) is located at the first position, the exhaust structure (30) is in a first exhaust state, and when the operating element (40) is located at the second position, the exhaust structure (30) is in a second exhaust state;
a reset structure (90), the reset structure (90) applying a reset force to the operating member (40) that moves from the second position to the first position;
and the locking piece (50) is arranged on the pot cover (20) and is matched with the operating piece (40), and the locking piece (50) has a locking position for keeping the operating piece (40) at the first position and an avoiding position for enabling the operating piece (40) to move from the first position to the second position.
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the pot cover (20) is provided with a mounting hole (21), the operating member (40) comprises an operating button (41), the operating button (41) is movably disposed in the mounting hole (21) along an axial direction of the mounting hole (21), and the operating button (41) moves from the second position to the first position when the operating button (41) moves into the pot cover (20).
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the locking member (50) is rotatably disposed at the mounting hole (21), one of the locking member (50) and the operation button (41) is provided with an urging rib (60), and the other is provided with a boss (70), and when the locking member (50) is rotated, the urging rib (60) abuts against a top surface of the boss (70) and urges the operation button (41) from the second position to the first position.

The cooking utensil of claim 3, wherein the plurality of bosses (70) are provided, the plurality of bosses (70) are circumferentially spaced apart from each other, a receiving gap (80) is formed between adjacent bosses (70), the operating button (41) is located at the second position when the pushing rib (60) is located in the receiving gap (80), and the pushing rib (60) is disengaged from the receiving gap (80) and abuts against the top surface of the boss (70) when the locking member (50) is rotated, so as to push the operating button (41) from the second position to the first position.
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the pushing rib (60) is provided with a first guide surface (61) on a side edge thereof, and the receiving notch (80) is provided with a second guide surface (81) on a side wall thereof.
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the operation button (41) comprises a cap body (411) and an annular rim (412) connected to an outer side wall of the cap body (411), the boss (70) being provided on a surface of the annular rim (412) facing the locking member (50).
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the locking member (50) comprises a knob (51), a receiving hole (511) is provided in a middle portion of the knob (51), the cap body (411) passes through the receiving hole (511), and the pushing rib (60) is provided on a surface of the knob (51) facing the annular flange (412).
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 7, wherein a positioning groove (211) is provided on a side wall of the mounting hole (21), and a positioning hook (512) is provided on a side wall of the knob (51), wherein the positioning hook (512) is embedded into the positioning groove (211).
9. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the pot cover (20) comprises a lining (22), a face cover (23) arranged on the lining (22), and a lock cover (24) arranged below the face cover (23) and located inside the lining (22), the mounting hole (21) is arranged on the face cover (23), and one end of the reset structure (90) abuts against the operating button (41) and the other end abuts against the lock cover (24).
10. The cooking appliance according to claim 1 or 9, wherein the return structure (90) is a spring.
11. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, further comprising a transmission (100) disposed between the venting structure (30) and the operating button (41).
12. The cooking appliance according to claim 11, wherein the transmission member (100) is a lever, a middle portion of the lever is pivotally disposed in the pot cover (20), the operation button (41) is engaged with a first end of the lever, a second end of the lever is engaged with the exhaust structure (30), and when the operation button (41) moves from the second position to the first position, the operation button (41) drives the lever to swing so as to convert the exhaust structure (30) from the second exhaust state to the first exhaust state.
13. The cooking appliance according to claim 12, wherein the first end of the lever is provided with a first pressing arm (101) and a second pressing arm (102) which are arranged at intervals, the operating button (41) is arranged between the first pressing arm (101) and the second pressing arm (102), a side wall of the operating button (41) is provided with a first protruding part (413) and a second protruding part (414), the first protruding part (413) is positioned above the first pressing arm (101) and is abutted with the first pressing arm (101), and the second protruding part (414) is positioned above the second pressing arm (102) and is abutted with the second pressing arm (102).
14. The cooking appliance according to claim 12, wherein the exhaust structure (30) comprises a tube body, the tube body comprises an air inlet (31), a first exhaust port (32) and a second exhaust port (33), a pressure limiting structure (34) is arranged at the first exhaust port (32), a switch structure is arranged at the second exhaust port (33), the switch structure can close or open the second exhaust port (33), when the switch structure is opened, the exhaust structure (30) is in the first exhaust state, the cooking appliance exhausts air through the second exhaust port (33), when the switch structure is closed, the exhaust structure (30) is in the second exhaust state, and the cooking appliance exhausts air through the first exhaust port (32).

The cooking appliance according to claim 14, wherein the tube comprises a first tube (35) and a second tube (36), wherein the first tube (35) is fixedly arranged on the lid (20), the second tube (36) is sleeved outside the first tube (35) and can move relative to the first tube (35), the top end of the second tube (36) forms the first exhaust opening (32), the top end of the second tube (36) is provided with a pressure limiting valve, the pressure limiting valve forms the pressure limiting structure (34), the second end of the lever is matched with the second tube (36), and the second end of the lever can drive the second tube (36) to move when swinging,
the second exhaust port (33) is formed in the outer side wall of the second pipe body (36), the side wall of the first pipe body (35) forms the switch structure, when the exhaust structure (30) is in the first exhaust state, the first pipe body (35) and the second exhaust port (33) are staggered, and when the exhaust structure (30) is in the second exhaust state, the first pipe body (35) blocks the second exhaust port (33).
