Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
A pressure cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pressure cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a pot (not shown), a pot cover 10, and a float 20. The pot body is provided with a cooking cavity, and the pot cover 10 is rotatably buckled on the pot body.
The floater 20 is arranged on the pot cover 10, the floater 20 is movable between a first position and a second position, the floater 20 enables an air path between the cooking cavity and the outside to be communicated when the floater 20 is at the first position, and the floater 20 enables the air path between the cooking cavity and the outside to be disconnected when the floater 20 is at the second position, so that the air path between the cooking cavity and the outside is switched on and off.
For example, the pot lid 10 has an overflow hole, the overflow hole is communicated with the cooking cavity and the outside, the float 20 can be disposed in the overflow hole, and an overflow channel 22 is defined between the float 20 and the wall of the overflow hole, the overflow channel 22 is communicated with the cooking cavity and the outside when the float 20 is at the first position, and the overflow channel 22 is closed when the float 20 is at the second position.
Further, the pressure cooking appliance further comprises a locking member movably disposed on the lid 10, and when the float 20 moves from the first position to the second position, the float 20 pushes the locking member to move, so that the locking member locks the lid 10 and the pot body.
According to the pressure cooking appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention, the movable locking piece is arranged, so that when the floater 20 moves from the first position to the second position under the action of air pressure, the floater 20 can push the locking piece to move, so that the pot cover 10 and the pot body are locked by the locking piece, namely, the pot cover 10 and the pot body are locked after the pressure is raised, the cover is prevented from being opened by a user by force, and the use safety of the user is ensured.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the locking member is swingably provided on the lid 10, and when the float 20 moves from the first position to the second position, the float 20 pushes the locking member to swing, so that one end of the locking member tilts upward, and the other end of the locking member moves downward toward the pot body, so that the other end of the locking member is engaged with the pot body, thereby locking the lid 10 and the pot body, preventing a user from forcibly opening the lid when the pressure cooking appliance is in operation, and improving the safety in use.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the float 20 is inserted into the pot cover 10 and extends in the vertical direction, the lower end of the float 20 is provided with a sealing member 21, and in the state that the float 20 is at the second position, the sealing member 21 is tightly attached to the lower surface of the locking cover 13 to break the air path between the cooking cavity and the outside, thereby ensuring the sealing performance of the cooking cavity.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the pot cover 10 is rotatably connected with the pot body in a buckling manner, the pot body is provided with a first matching part and a second matching part, the other end of the locking piece is matched with the first matching part under the state that the pot cover 10 is not screwed in place, and one end of the locking piece prevents the float from moving to the second position; when the lid 10 is screwed to the proper position, the other end of the locking member engages with the second engaging portion, and the float 20 is released from the one end of the locking member, so that the float 20 can move from the first position to the second position.
That is to say, under the state that the pot cover 10 closed soon puts in place, float 20 is under the atmospheric pressure effect, can move about between primary importance and second place to the break-make of the gas circuit between control culinary art chamber and the external world, float 20 can realize sealed promptly, also can normally rise to press, guarantee pressure cooking utensil normal work, and when float 20 rises to press, the other end and the cooperation of second cooperation portion of locking piece, thereby with pot cover 10 and the locking of the pot body, avoid the user to uncap by force.
Under the state that the cooker lid 10 is not screwed in place, the other end of the locking piece is matched with the first matching part, so that the locking piece stops the floater 20 to move towards the second position, the floater 20 is limited to break off a gas path between the cooking cavity and the outside, the pressure cooking appliance cannot be sealed, air exhaust is realized, and high pressure cannot be generated in the cooking cavity to protect the safety of a user.
Therefore, the pressure cooking appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of simple structure, small number of parts, high assembly efficiency, convenience in control and low cost.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the float 20 is movable in the up-down direction, the height of the float 20 in the first position is lower than the height of the float 20 in the second position, and the locking member has a stopper located above the float 20 for stopping the movement of the float 20 to the second position.
When the cooker cover 10 is screwed in place, the stop part of the locking piece can not block the float 20 from moving up and down, namely the float 20 is allowed to move up and down, and the float 20 is used for controlling the on-off of the air path between the cooking cavity and the outside. Specifically, when the floater 20 moves upwards to the second position, the floater 20 can realize sealing, when the floater 20 moves downwards to the first position, the air path between the cooking cavity and the outside is communicated, and the floater 20 moves up and down to ensure normal pressure rise, so that the pressure cooking appliance can work normally.
When the cooker cover 10 is not screwed in place, the stopping part of the locking part is close to the floater 20, so that the floater 20 is stopped from moving upwards, namely, the floater 20 is limited to break an air path between the cooking cavity and the outside, the pressure cooking appliance cannot be sealed, the air exhaust is realized, and the high pressure cannot be generated in the cooking cavity to protect the safety of a user.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the first engaging portion is a rib 82 on the pot body, the rib 82 is adapted to abut against the other end of the locking member in a state where the pot cover 10 is rotated relative to the pot body, so that one end of the locking member abuts against the float 20, thereby preventing the float 20 from moving from the first position to the second position, and the rib 82 is adapted to avoid the locking member 40 in a state where the pot cover 10 is rotated to the proper position, so that one end of the locking member releases the float 20, i.e., allows the float 20 to move up and down under the action of air pressure.
In order to ensure that the pot cover 10 is not screwed in place, the locking member always stops the float 20 to prevent the float 20 from moving from the first position to the second position. In some examples, the ribs 82 form an arc extending along a circumference of the cooking cavity.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in some examples, the second engaging portion is a limiting hole 81 on the pot body, and in a state where the pot cover 10 is screwed in place, the float 20 is adapted to drive the locking member to swing under the action of air pressure, for example, when the pot cover is pressed, the float 20 moves upward under the action of air pressure, so as to drive the locking member to swing, and the other end of the locking member is inserted into the limiting hole 81, that is, the pot cover 10 and the pot body are locked by the insertion and engagement of the other end of the locking member with the limiting hole 81, and the user cannot open the pot cover by force.
In some examples, a rib 82 is formed on the upper surface of the pot body, and the rib 82 is adapted to drive the locking member to swing in a state where the pot cover 10 rotates with respect to the pot body. The limiting hole 81 is also formed on the upper surface of the pot body, and the convex rib 82 is higher than the limiting hole 81, that is, the other end of the locking piece is higher than the limiting hole 81 in the state of being matched with the convex rib 82.
For example, the pot body includes the base, locates pan and shell cover 80 in the base, and the top of base and the circumference extension along the pan are located to shell cover 80, and protruding muscle 82 and spacing hole 81 can be established respectively on the upper surface of shell cover 80.
In some specific examples, the limiting holes 81 and the ribs 82 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the cooking cavity. That is, at the initial stage of screwing the lid 10, the other end of the locking member is engaged with the rib 82, and when the lid 10 is screwed in place and pressed, the other end of the locking member is engaged with the limiting hole 81.
From this, through spacing hole 81 and protruding muscle 82 interval setting in the circumference in culinary art chamber, both can guarantee that pot cover 10 can normally work under the state that puts in place is closed soon to the float 20, can guarantee again that pot cover 10 switches on with the external world under the state that puts in place soon, guarantee to cook the intracavity and can not produce the high pressure and protect user's safety, can also guarantee to play the pressure back, pot cover 10 dies with the lock body lock, prevent that the user from uncapping by force, further guarantee user's safety in utilization.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the locking member comprises: the transmission rod 30 and the moving member 40, the transmission rod 30 is swingably disposed on the pot cover, the moving member 40 is movably disposed on the pot cover 10 and is engaged with the transmission rod 30, when the float 20 moves from the first position to the second position, the float 20 pushes one end of the transmission rod 30 to tilt up, and the moving member 40 moves down toward the pot body.
Specifically, one end of the transmission lever 30 forms one end of the locking member, one end of the moving member 40 (lower end as viewed in fig. 6-11) forms the other end of the locking member, and the other end of the transmission lever 30 is engaged with the other end of the moving member 40 (upper end as viewed in fig. 6-11).
Therefore, the locking piece is arranged as the transmission rod 30 and the moving piece 40, the moving piece 40 can drive the transmission rod 30 to swing when moving up and down, and the transmission rod 30 can also drive the moving rod 40 to move up and down when swinging, so that the float 20 can realize sealing and can normally start pressing under the state that the pot cover 10 is screwed in place, and the pressure cooking appliance can normally work; in addition, when the cooker cover 10 is not screwed in place, the transmission rod 30 limits the floater 20 to cut off the air path between the cooking cavity and the outside, so that the pressure cooking appliance cannot form a seal, exhaust is realized, and high pressure cannot be generated in the cooking cavity to protect the safety of a user.
In some embodiments, the moving member 40 is adapted to move in a state that the pot cover 10 rotates with respect to the pot body. That is, during the screwing process of the pot cover 10, the moving member 40 can move up and down, thereby driving the transmission rod 30 to swing. Wherein, under the state that the pot cover 10 is screwed in place, the convex rib 82 avoids the moving member 40, and under the state that the pot cover 10 is not screwed in place, the convex rib 82 jacks up the moving member 40.
Therefore, the convex rib 82 is arranged on the pot body, so that the convex rib 82 is matched with the moving member 40 to drive the moving member 40 to move, and further drive the transmission rod 30 to swing. Meanwhile, when the transmission rod 30 drives the moving member 40 to move downwards, the moving member 40 is inserted into the limiting hole 81, namely, the pot cover 10 and the pot body are locked by the insertion and connection matching of the moving member 40 and the limiting hole 81, and a user cannot open the cover forcibly.
In some embodiments, the pressure cooking appliance further comprises: the elastic element 50, the elastic element 50 is arranged between the pot cover 10 and the moving element 40, and the elastic element 50 always drives the moving element 40 to move towards the direction far away from the pot body.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6-11, in the state that the pot cover 10 is screwed in place, as the air pressure in the cooking cavity rises, the float 20 moves upward under the action of the air pressure until the cooking cavity is sealed, in the process, the float 20 pushes the transmission rod 30 to swing, the transmission rod 30 pushes the moving member 40 to move downward, and the elastic member 50 is gradually compressed; when the pressure in the cooking chamber is reduced and the atmospheric pressure is restored, the float 20 moves downward and the locking member is restored by the elastic member 50, that is, the moving member 40 moves upward and the transmission rod 30 is restored. Through setting up elastic component 50, can make the locking piece reset when the atmospheric pressure of culinary art intracavity reduces, guarantee that pressure cooking utensil can normally work.
In some examples, the elastic member 50 is sleeved on the moving member 40, and the elastic member 50 is located between the pot cover 10 and the supporting portion 41 on the moving member 40. For example, the moving member 40 may be formed in a column shape, the supporting portion 41 protrudes from the outer wall surface of the moving member 40, the lower end of the elastic member 50 abuts against the inner lid 11 of the pot lid 10, and the upper end of the elastic member 50 abuts against the supporting portion 41, so as to achieve the installation stability of the elastic member 50.
In some embodiments, the transmission rod 30 has a fixing hole 321, the moving member 40 is disposed through the fixing hole 321, and the fixing member 60 is disposed at an end of the moving member 40 that penetrates through the fixing hole 321. Wherein the fixing member 60 may form a snap spring.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 to 11, the moving member 40 is formed in a column shape extending in the up-down direction, a lower end of the moving member 40 may penetrate through the lower surface of the pot cover 10, an upper end of the moving member 40 penetrates through the fixing hole 321, and a fixing groove extending in the circumferential direction is formed at the upper end of the moving member 40, and the fixing member 60 is disposed in the fixing groove, thereby preventing the upper end of the moving member 40 from being separated from the transmission rod 30.
In some embodiments, the transmission rod 30 includes a middle connection rod 33, a horizontal section 31 and a fixing flange 32, the horizontal section 31 is connected to one end of the middle connection rod 33, the horizontal section 31 is used for stopping the float 20 from moving to the second position in the state that the pot cover 10 is not screwed in place, the fixing flange 32 is connected to the other end of the middle connection rod 33, and the fixing flange 32 is matched with the moving member 40. By arranging the transmission rod 30 with the above structure, not only the occupied space is small, but also other components in the cooker cover 10 can be effectively avoided, and the transmission rod is respectively linked with the moving member 40 and the floater 20, so that the normal work of the pressure cooking appliance is ensured.
In some embodiments, the moving member 40 is disposed in the pot cover 10, and a first through hole 111 is formed in a side of the pot cover 10 facing the pot body, and one end of the moving member 40 penetrates through the first through hole 111. Set up first via hole 111 through the one side at the pot cover 10 towards the pot body to make things convenient for moving member 40 to wear out pot cover 10, with the in-process that closes soon at pot cover 10 and the cooperation of the pot body, realize moving member 40's removal, and then utilize the first cooperation portion and the cooperation of second cooperation portion of moving member 40 and the pot body.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the locking member is provided with a boss 311, and a side surface of the pot cover 10 facing away from the pot body is provided with a second through hole 121 for the boss 311 to pass through. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, 9 and 11, the boss 311 is provided on the transmission lever 30.
Wherein, the middle connecting rod 33 of the transmission rod 30 forms a rod piece which gradually inclines outwards and extends along the direction from top to bottom, the upper end of the middle connecting rod 33 is connected with one end of the horizontal section 31, the lower end of the middle connecting rod 33 is connected with one end of the fixed flanging 32, the fixed flanging 32 is provided with a fixed hole 321, the upper end of the moving piece 40 penetrates out of the fixed hole 321 and is matched with the fixing piece 60, the horizontal section 31 is positioned above the floater 20, a stopping part is formed on one side of the horizontal section 31 facing away from the floater 20 (namely, one side of the horizontal section 31 facing towards the surface cover 12 of the pot cover 10) is provided with a convex column 311, and the convex column 311 can penetrate out of the pot cover 10, thereby reminding a user of the rising of the air pressure in the.
In some embodiments, the lid 10 is further provided with an exhaust valve 70 for exhausting and relieving pressure.
According to the pressure cooking appliance of the embodiment of the invention, when the pot cover 10 is not screwed in place, the moving member 40 is jacked up by the convex rib 82 on the pot body (as shown in the first position of fig. 7), so that the transmission rod 30 is driven to swing to the position for limiting the upward movement of the float 20, and the pressure cooking appliance is in the exhaust state because the float 20 cannot form a seal at the moment, so that the safety of a user is protected because higher air pressure cannot be generated in the cooking cavity.
When the pot cover 10 is screwed in place, the moving member 40 is dislocated with the convex rib 82, the moving member 40 is located at the upper position (the second position shown in fig. 11) of the limiting hole 81, at this time, the float 20 can be pressed, and the moving member 40 can move downwards to the limiting hole 81, so that the normal work of the pressure cooking appliance is realized.
After the pressure cooking appliance is pressed, the floater 20 pushes the transmission rod 30 to swing to a third position shown in fig. 9 by overcoming the elastic force of the elastic part 50, the transmission rod 30 drives the moving part 40 to move downwards, and at the moment, one end of the moving part 40 extends into the limiting hole 81; when a user tries to unscrew the pot cover 10, the moving member 40 is clamped in the limiting hole 81, so that the pot cover 10 cannot rotate, and meanwhile, one end of the convex column 311 on the transmission rod 30 is exposed out of the surface cover 12 of the pot cover 10, so that the user is reminded that the cooking cavity is in a high-pressure state.
After the steam in the cooking cavity is exhausted, the transmission rod 30 is restored to the second position shown in fig. 11 under the restoring force of the elastic member 50, and at this time, the lid 10 can rotate freely, i.e. the opening of the lid can be realized.
