An embodiment of the invention provides a technical scheme of a pressure cooker. The pressure cooker includes a cooker body and a cooker cover assembly 10. The lid assembly 10 is detachably covered on the pot body. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the lid assembly 10. Fig. 2 is a sectional view of fig. 1, and fig. 3 is a schematic view of an internal structure of the pot cover assembly 10 of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the lid assembly 10 includes a lid body 300, an exhaust valve 200, and a reset mechanism 100 for the exhaust valve.
The reset mechanism 100 for an exhaust valve includes a lever 110, a rotating member 120, a first reset member 130, a pull rod 140, and a locking member 150. The pot cover body 300 has a mounting cavity 310. The lever 110, the first restoring member 130, the pull rod 140, and the locking member 150 are installed in the installation cavity 310. The first end of the lever 110 is used for jacking the exhaust valve 200, and the second end of the lever 110 is propped against the rotating member 120. The rotating member 120 has an exhaust position and a reset position, when the rotating member 120 rotates to the exhaust position, the rotating member 120 drives the second end of the lever 110 to move downward, and the locking member 150 performs locking limiting on the rotating member 120. When the rotating member 120 rotates to the reset position, the rotating member 120 drives the second end of the lever 110 to move upwards. The first reset element 130 is used for driving the rotating element 120 to rotate from the exhaust position to the reset position.
The pull rod 140 can move along the radial direction of the pot cover body 300, one end of the pull rod 140 is provided with an abutting part 141, the abutting part 141 is used for abutting against the pot teeth of the pot body, and the other end of the pull rod 140 is used for driving the locking piece 150 to move. When the abutting portion 141 abuts against the teeth of the pot body, the pull rod 140 drives the locking member 150 to move, so that the locking member 150 releases the locking limit of the rotating member 120. The cooker teeth are structures formed by outwards protruding sides of the cooker body of the pressure cooker. When the pot cover body 300 is rotated, the abutting portion 141 moves along with the pot cover body 300. When the pot cover body 300 rotates for a certain angle, the abutting part 141 can prop up the outer edge of the pot teeth, so that the abutting part 141 can be extruded by the outer edge of the pot teeth to drive the pull rod 140 to move outwards along the radial direction of the pot cover body 300.
The resetting mechanism 100 for the exhaust valve is used as follows: when the exhaust valve 200 needs to be exhausted, the rotating member 120 rotates to an exhaust position, and then the rotating member 120 drives the second end of the lever 110 to move downwards, and accordingly, the first end of the lever 110 is tilted up, so that the exhaust valve 200 is lifted up, the exhaust of the exhaust valve 200 is realized, and at the moment, the locking member 150 locks and limits the rotating member 120, so that the exhaust valve 200 can continuously exhaust. When the exhaust valve 200 is exhausted, the user rotates the lid body 300 to open the lid assembly 10, the abutting portion 141 of the pull rod 140 rotates with the lid body 300 to abut against the teeth of the pot body, so that the pull rod 140 drives the locking member 150 to move, and the locking member 150 releases the locking limit of the rotating member 120. The rotating member 120 rotates from the exhaust position to the reset position under the driving of the first reset member 130 without the limiting action of the locking member 150, so as to drive the second end of the lever 110 to move upwards, and correspondingly, the first end of the lever 110 moves downwards, and the exhaust valve 200 is reset to the sealing state. Therefore, the user only rotates the rotary member 120 once to open the exhaust valve 200, and the above-described reset mechanism 100 for an exhaust valve can ensure that the exhaust valve 200 is continuously exhausted. When the user opens the lid body 300, the above-mentioned reset mechanism 100 for the exhaust valve can realize that the exhaust valve 200 is automatically reset to the sealing state, without the need for the user to additionally perform the operation of sealing the exhaust valve 200, and without the problem that the re-cooking effect is affected due to the forgetting of resetting the exhaust valve 200 by the user.
Accordingly, when the lid assembly 10 is used, the user only rotates the rotating member 120 once to open the exhaust valve 200, and the reset mechanism 100 for the exhaust valve can ensure that the exhaust valve 200 is continuously exhausted. When the user opens the pot cover body 300, the exhaust valve 200 automatically resets to the sealing state, the user is not required to additionally operate the sealing exhaust valve 200, and the problem that the re-cooking effect is affected because the user forgets to reset the exhaust valve 200 is avoided. Similarly, when the pressure cooker is used, when the user rotates to open the cooker cover body 300, the abutting part 141 of the pull rod 140 rotates along with the cooker cover body 300 to abut against the teeth of the cooker body, so that the exhaust valve 200 is triggered to automatically reset to a sealing state, the user is not required to additionally operate the sealing exhaust valve 200, and the problem that the re-cooking effect is affected due to forgetting to reset the exhaust valve 200 by the user is avoided.
It should be noted that, the locking member 150 may have a plurality of ways for realizing locking and limiting of the rotating member 120, and the locking member 150 may have an electromagnetic switch structure or a purely mechanical limiting structure. For example, in connection with fig. 4 to 6, the rotating member 120 is provided with a one-way closing slide 121. The unidirectional closing slide 121 is provided with a positioning slot 122. The locking member 150 includes a rotating plate 151, a limiting plate 152, and a locking lever 153. The pull rod 140 is used for driving the rotating disc 151 to rotate, and the limiting disc 152 is connected with the rotating disc 151, so that the pull rod 140 can drive the limiting disc 152 to rotate. The fixed end of the locking rod 153 is connected to the limiting disc 152, and the limiting end of the locking rod 153 is movably arranged in the unidirectional closing slide way 121, so that the limiting end of the locking rod 153 can perform unidirectional circulating movement in the unidirectional closing slide way 121. Specifically, when the rotating member 120 rotates, such as anticlockwise, to the exhaust position, the limiting end of the latch lever 153 slides into the positioning groove 122, so that the limiting end of the latch lever 153 can prevent the rotating member 120 from continuing to rotate, and also prevent the rotating member 120 from returning to the reset position under the action of the reset force of the first reset member 130, so as to implement the locking and limiting of the rotating member 120, that is, the lever 110 can keep continuously jacking the exhaust valve 200, so that the exhaust valve 200 continuously exhausts. When the user unscrews the pot cover body 300, the abutting part 141 can abut against the teeth of the pot body along with the rotation of the pot cover body 300. Because the outer edge of the pot tooth protrudes outwards, the abutting portion 141 is pushed to move outwards along the radial direction of the pot cover body 300, and the pull rod 140 drives the locking piece 150 to rotate, such as clockwise, while moving outwards along the radial direction of the pot cover body 300, so that the limiting end of the locking rod 153 leaves the positioning groove 122 to release the locking limit of the rotating piece 120, and the rotating piece 120 returns to the reset position under the action of the first reset piece 130, the lever 110 does not jack the exhaust valve 200 any more, and the exhaust valve 200 automatically returns to the sealing state.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the unidirectional closing slide 121 includes a first slide 1211, a second slide 1212, a third slide 1213, and a fourth slide 1214 that are connected end to end in sequence, the third slide 1213 being provided with a positioning slot 122. In the process of rotating the rotating member 120 from the reset position to the exhaust position, the limiting end of the latch rod 153 slides from the first slide 1211 to the positioning slot 122 of the third slide 1213 via the second slide 1212. Note that, here, the rotating member 120 rotates, that is, the one-way closing slide 121 rotates, and the limit end of the lock lever 153 is not moved, so that the limit end of the lock lever 153 can move with respect to the one-way closing slide 121 into the positioning groove 122. When the user unscrews the pot cover body 300, the abutting portion 141 abuts against the teeth of the pot body, and the pull rod 140 drives the rotating disc 151, the limiting disc 152 and the locking rod 153 fixed on the limiting disc 152, so that the limiting end of the locking rod 153 slides from the positioning slot 122 of the third slide 1213 to the fourth slide 1214. When the limiting end of the locking lever 153 moves out of the positioning groove 122, the rotating member 120 can rotate to the reset position under the action of the first reset member 130, so that the lever 110 does not jack up the exhaust valve 200 any more, and the exhaust valve 200 automatically returns to the sealing state.
The unidirectional closing slide 121 includes a plurality of sub-slides, so that the movement distance of the limiting end of the locking lever 153 at different stages can be conveniently designed. For example, according to the rotation angle of the rotating member 120 from the reset position to the exhaust position, the moving distance of the limiting end of the latch lever 153 at this stage is correspondingly obtained, and the trajectories of the first slide 1211, the second slide 1212 and the third slide 1213 are designed such that when the rotating member 120 rotates to the exhaust position, the limiting end of the latch lever 153 slides into the positioning slot 122.
In particular, with reference to fig. 4-6, the locking member 150 further includes a link 156. The bottom of the connecting rod 156 is connected with the rotating disc 151, the top of the connecting rod 156 is connected with the limiting disc 152, and the rotating member 120 is rotatably sleeved on the connecting rod 156. In this way, the limiting plate 152, the rotating member 120 and the rotating plate 151 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom along the length direction of the connecting rod 156, so that the structure is compact and the mutual matching is facilitated. The upper surface of the rotating member 120 is provided with a unidirectional closed channel, and the latch lever 153 includes a first vertical rod 1531, a middle rod 1532 and a second vertical rod 1533 connected in sequence. One end of the first vertical rod 1531 is exposed on the upper surface of the limiting disc 152, the middle rod 1532 is located between the limiting disc 152 and the rotating member 120, and the end of the second vertical rod 1533 is movably disposed in the unidirectional closing channel, so that the unidirectional closing channel and the locking rod 153 are basically located between the limiting disc 152 and the rotating member 120, and the locking rod 153 and the unidirectional closing channel can move cooperatively and lock and limit the rotating member 120 conveniently, and other structural members are prevented from moving cooperatively. The first vertical rod 1531 is a fixed end of the latch rod 153, and the second vertical rod 1533 is a limiting end of the latch rod 153. When the user unscrews the pot cover body 300, the abutting portion 141 abuts against the teeth of the pot body, and the rotating disc 151 rotates to drive the limiting disc 152 and the first vertical rod 1531 to rotate, so as to drive the second vertical rod 1533 to move in the unidirectional closed channel.
Optionally, the first restoring member 130 is a spring, which is sleeved on the connecting rod 156, and one end of the spring is fixed on the pot cover body 300, and the other end is fixed on the rotating member 120.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 6, the locking member 150 further includes a positioning pin 157, a first through hole is formed on a side portion of the limiting disc 152, a second through hole corresponding to the first through hole is formed on the connecting rod 156, the positioning pin 157 includes a first rod portion 1571 and a second rod portion 1572 that are connected to each other, the first rod portion 1571 is disposed in the first through hole and the second through hole in a penetrating manner, and the second rod portion 1572 abuts against an exposed portion of the first vertical rod 1531 to keep the second vertical rod 1533 located in the unidirectional closed channel. Further, the first shaft 1571 and the second shaft 1572 are approximately parallel to each other. The second rod 1572 has a bent recess to accommodate the exposed portion of the first vertical rod 1531 for better abutting and supporting the first vertical rod 1531.
As mentioned above, the pull rod 140 can drive the locking member 150 to move in a number of ways. For example, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the pull rod 140 is provided with a clamping groove 142, the rotating disc 151 is provided with a clamping post 1511, and the rotating disc 151 is installed in the clamping groove 142 through the clamping post 1511 to realize linkage with the pull rod 140.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, in conjunction with fig. 4, the reset mechanism 100 for the exhaust valve further includes a second reset member 160 for providing an elastic restoring force to the locking member 150. As mentioned above, when the user rotates the lid body 300 to open the lid assembly 10, the abutting portion 141 of the pull rod 140 abuts against the teeth of the pot body, so that the pull rod 140 drives the locking member 150 to move, and the locking member 150 releases the locking limit of the rotating member 120. When the lid body 300 continues to rotate, the abutting portion 141 of the pull rod 140 will leave the teeth, and the second reset member 160 drives the locking member 150 to reset without the obstruction of the teeth.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 4, according to the technical features of the connecting rod 156 and the rotating disc 151 described in the foregoing embodiments, the second restoring member 160 may be a spring, which is sleeved on the connecting rod 156, one end of the spring is fixed on the pot cover body 300, and the other end of the spring is connected with the rotating disc 151.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4, the reset mechanism 100 for an exhaust valve further includes an elastic member 180, where the elastic member 180 is configured to provide an elastic force to the abutting portion 141, so that the abutting portion 141 keeps abutting against the outer edge of the pot.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the reset mechanism 100 for an exhaust valve further includes a movable rod 170 capable of moving up and down, the rotating member 120 is provided with a pressing inclined surface 123 inclined downward, the top end of the movable rod 170 abuts against the pressing inclined surface 123, and the bottom end of the movable rod 170 is connected to or abuts against the second end of the lever 110, so that the rotating member 120 can drive the second end of the lever 110 to move downward. When the rotary member 120 is rotated from the reset position to the exhaust position, the pressing slope 123 continuously presses and pushes the second end of the lever 110 to move downward, so that the exhaust valve 200 is lifted up by the lever 110. It will be appreciated that there are many ways in which the rotary member 120 can drive the second end of the lever 110 downward, for example, the reset mechanism 100 for an exhaust valve further includes a slider having the pressing slope 123. In this way, when the rotating member 120 rotates from the reset position to the exhaust position, the rotating member 120 pushes the slider to slide, so that the extrusion inclined surface 123 of the slider pushes the second end of the lever 110 to move downward, and the exhaust valve 200 is lifted up by the lever 110. For another example, the reset mechanism 100 for an exhaust valve further includes a driving member for driving the second end of the lever 110 downward. When the rotating member 120 rotates from the reset position to the exhaust position, the rotating member 120 triggers the driving member, so that the driving member drives the second end of the lever 110 to move downward.
