As for the connection mode of the first link 41 and the rotating disc 2, there may be a first rotating shaft 22 provided on one of the first link 41 and the rotating disc 2, a first shaft hole 411 adapted to the first rotating shaft 22 provided on the other of the first link 41 and the rotating disc 2, as shown in fig. 19 to 23 and 29, the first link is provided with the first shaft hole 411, and the rotating disc is provided with the first rotating shaft 22, preferably, the first rotating shaft is provided with a second stop part 221, the second stop part is located above the first shaft hole, and the cross-sectional area of the second stop part is larger than that of the first shaft hole, so as to prevent the first rotating shaft from coming out from the first shaft hole, and optionally, the second stop part is in threaded connection with the first rotating shaft; alternatively, the first link 41 and the rotary disk 2 are provided with shaft holes, and the rotary shaft passes through the shaft holes provided in the first link 41 and the rotary disk 2, respectively. As for the connection manner of the second link 43 and the first buckle 31, it may be that one of the second link 43 and the first buckle 31 is provided with the second rotation shaft 14, the other of the second link 43 and the first buckle 31 is provided with the second shaft hole 431 adapted to the second rotation shaft 14, as shown in fig. 8 and 30, the second link is provided with the second shaft hole 431, the first buckle is provided with the second rotation shaft 311, or the second link 43 and the first buckle 31 are provided with shaft holes, and the rotation shafts respectively pass through the shaft holes provided in the second link 43 and the first buckle 31.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the buckle assembly 3 further includes a second buckle 32, and the connecting piece 4 further includes a third link 44, one end of the third link 44 is rotatably connected with the other end of the first link 41, and the other end of the third link 44 is rotatably connected with the second buckle 32.
In order to improve the firmness of the buckle assembly 3 to the lock of the pot body, the buckle assembly 3 further comprises a second buckle 32, when the rotary disk 2 rotates, the first connecting rod 41 is driven to move, the first connecting rod 41 drives the second connecting rod 43 and the third connecting rod 44 to move, so that the second connecting rod 43 drives the first buckle 31 to rotate relative to the cover body 1, and the third connecting rod 44 drives the second buckle 32 to rotate relative to the cover body 1, and the first buckle 31, the second buckle 32 and the pot body are separated or buckled mutually.
As for the connection mode of the third connecting rod 44 and the second buckle 32, it may be that a third rotating shaft is arranged on one of the third connecting rod 44 and the second buckle 32, a third shaft hole adapted to the third rotating shaft is arranged on the other of the third connecting rod 44 and the second buckle 32, preferably, a third shaft hole is arranged on the third connecting rod, a third rotating shaft 321 is arranged on the second buckle, or shaft holes are arranged on the third connecting rod 44 and the second buckle 32, and the rotating shafts respectively pass through the shaft holes arranged on the third connecting rod 44 and the second buckle 32.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 12, the connecting member 4 further includes a connection pad 42, the connection pad 42 is located at a connection point of the first link 41 with the second link 43 and the third link 44, and the other end of the first link 41, one end of the second link 43 and one end of the third link 44 are rotatably connected with the connection pad 42, so that the first link 41 drives the second link 43 and the third link 44 to move through the connection pad 42.
Both ends of the first link 41 are rotatably connected to the rotary disk 2 and the connecting disk 42, respectively, both ends of the second link 43 are rotatably connected to the connecting disk 42 and the first buckle 31, respectively, and both ends of the third link 44 are rotatably connected to the connecting disk 42 and the second buckle 32, respectively. As for the connection mode of the first link 41 and the connection disc 42, there may be a fourth rotation shaft 421 provided on one of the first link 41 and the connection disc 42, a fourth shaft hole 412 adapted to the fourth rotation shaft 421 provided on the other of the first link 41 and the connection disc 42, as shown in fig. 26 to 28 and 29, a fourth shaft hole 412 provided on the first link, a fourth rotation shaft 421 provided on the connection disc, one end of the fourth rotation shaft 421 passing through the fourth shaft hole extending outward to form a third stop portion 4211 having a cross-sectional area larger than that of the fourth shaft hole to prevent the fourth rotation shaft from coming out of the fourth shaft hole, alternatively, the third stop portion and the fourth rotation shaft are connected through screws, or the first link 41 and the connection disc 42 are provided with shaft holes, the rotation shafts respectively passing through the shaft holes provided in the first link 41 and the connection disc 42. As for the connection mode of the second link 43 and the connection disc 42, there may be a fifth rotation shaft 422 provided on one of the second link 43 and the connection disc 42, a fifth shaft hole 432 adapted to the fifth rotation shaft 422 provided on the other of the second link 43 and the connection disc 42, as shown in fig. 28, a fifth rotation shaft 422 provided on the connection disc, a fifth shaft hole 432 provided on the second link, one end of the fifth rotation shaft penetrating through the fifth shaft hole extending outward to form a fourth stop portion 4221, the cross-sectional area of the fourth stop portion being larger than the cross-sectional area of the fifth shaft hole, preventing the fifth rotation shaft from coming out of the fifth shaft hole, alternatively, the fourth stop portion and the fifth rotation shaft being connected by screw threads, or, the second link 43 and the connection disc 42 each being provided with a shaft hole, the rotation shaft penetrating through the shaft hole provided on the second link 43 and the connection disc 42, respectively. As for the connection mode of the third link 44 and the connection disc 42, there may be a sixth rotation shaft 423 provided on one of the third link 44 and the connection disc 42, a sixth shaft hole adapted to the sixth rotation shaft 423 provided on the other of the third link 44 and the connection disc 42, as shown in fig. 28, a sixth rotation shaft 423 provided on the connection disc, a sixth shaft hole provided on the third link, one end of the sixth rotation shaft penetrating the sixth shaft hole extending outward to form a fifth stop portion 4231, a cross-sectional area of the fifth stop portion being larger than a cross-sectional area of the sixth shaft hole, preventing the sixth rotation shaft from coming out of the sixth shaft hole, alternatively, the fifth stop portion and the sixth rotation shaft are connected through threads, or, the third link 44 and the connection disc 42 are each provided with a shaft hole, the rotation shafts respectively penetrating the shaft holes provided on the third link 44 and the connection disc 42.
Preferably, the distance from the connecting disc to the first buckle and the second buckle is equal, and the second connecting rod, the third connecting rod and the connecting disc are in symmetrical structures, so that the rotating disc can drive the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod to synchronously move through the first connecting rod, namely, the first buckle and the second buckle are driven to synchronously move.
Of course, the first link 41 may be rotatably connected to the second link 43 and the third link 44 directly via a rotation shaft.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 13 and 18, the lid assembly 100 further includes a guide 6 provided on the lid body 1, the guide 6 being relatively slidable with respect to the connection plate 42 to guide the connection plate 42 to reciprocate linearly with respect to the lid body 1.
When the rotary disk 2 rotates, the first connecting rod 41 and the connecting disk 42 drive the second connecting rod 43 and the third connecting rod 44 to move, so as to realize synchronous movement of the first buckle 31 and the second buckle 32, the connecting disk 42 moves linearly relative to the cover body 1, and the included angle between the straight line and the second connecting rod 43 and the included angle between the straight line and the third connecting rod 44 are equal. In order to realize the reciprocating linear motion of the connecting disc 42 relative to the cover body 1, the cover body 1 is provided with a guide piece 6, the guide piece 6 is in a strip shape, and after the rotating disc rotates relative to the cover body 1, the first connecting rod 41 drives the connecting disc 42 to slide along the length direction of the guide piece 6. Preferably, the guide is welded to the cover body.
Preferably, one of the guide member 6 and the connection plate 42 is provided with a slide groove 61, the other of the guide member 6 and the connection plate 42 is provided with a slide rail 426 slidably fitted in the slide groove 61, preferably, the guide member 6 is provided with the slide groove 61, the slide groove 61 penetrates through the thickness direction of the guide member 6, the connection plate 42 protrudes downward to form the slide rail 426, the slide rail 426 penetrates through the slide groove 61, and in order to prevent the slide rail 426 from being separated from the slide groove 61, the end of the slide rail 426 away from the connection plate 42 extends outward to form a protrusion 427, and the cross-sectional area of the protrusion 427 is larger than that of the slide groove 61.
Preferably, the guide 6 is disposed along a radial direction of the pot cover assembly 100, the pot cover assembly 100 may have a circular shape, and the pot cover assembly 100 may have a non-circular shape, for example, an oval shape, and when the pot cover assembly 100 has a non-circular shape, the radial direction of the pot cover assembly 100 means a line connecting a center and an edge of the non-circular shape.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6 and 12, the pot cover assembly 100 further includes: the elastic reset piece 5, two ends of the elastic reset piece 5 are respectively connected with the connecting piece 4 and the cover body 1, and the elastic reset piece 5 is stretched when the buckle component 3 is buckled with the pot body.
The first buckle and the second buckle each comprise a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, the first end is hinged with the cover body 1, and the second end is hinged with the first connecting rod 41. Rotating disk 2, rotating disk 2 drive first connecting rod, second connecting rod, third connecting rod and connection pad inward movement (to being close to the direction motion of upper cover axis), and then drive buckle assembly 3's second end to being close to lid body 1's direction rotation, buckle assembly 3 and pot body lock realize cooking utensil's uncapping, and elastic reset piece 5 receives the stretching. After stopping rotating the rotary disk 2, the elastic reset piece 5 drives the rotary disk 2 to reset through the connecting disk 42 and the first connecting rod 41, so that the second ends of the first buckle 31 and the second buckle 32, the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod, the third connecting rod and the connecting disk move in a direction away from the cover body 1 (outwards), and the cover opening of the cooking appliance is realized. Preferably, the first end of the first buckle and the second buckle is provided with a shaft hole, the cover body is provided with a rotating shaft matched with the shaft hole, the first buckle and the second buckle are rotatably connected with the cover body, and the rotating shaft is welded on the cover body.
Preferably, the elastic restoring member 5 comprises a spring or a shrapnel.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 28, the connecting disc 42 is provided with a first mounting post 424, the first mounting post 424 is provided with a first notch 425, the cover body 1 is provided with a second mounting post 12, the second mounting post 12 is provided with a second notch 13, one end of the elastic restoring element 5 is connected to the first mounting post 424 and limited at the first notch 425, and the other end of the elastic restoring element 5 is connected to the second mounting post 12 and limited at the second notch 13. Preferably, the second mounting post is welded to the cap body.
Preferably, the pot cover assembly 100 further comprises: a locking assembly for restricting rotation of the rotary disk 2 with respect to the cover body 1.
When rotary disk 2 rotates for lid body 1 for after buckle subassembly 3 and the lock of pot body, in order to avoid elasticity reset piece 5 to drive rotary disk 2 gyration and reset, pot cover subassembly 100 still includes locking subassembly, and when buckle subassembly 3 and pot body lock, locking subassembly work, will rotate disk 2 location, avoid rotary disk 2 to rotate for lid body 1.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 24 and 25, the locking assembly includes: a locking member 7 and a mating member 8, the locking member being relatively movably arranged on the rotating disc 2; the fitting piece 8 is arranged on the cover body 1, the locking piece 7 is triggered, and the locking piece 7 is abutted on the fitting piece 8.
Preferably, the rotating disc is provided with a connecting hole, the locking piece penetrates through the connecting hole and can move relative to the connecting hole, the locking piece comprises a locking body 73 and a first limiting part and a second limiting part which are formed by outwards extending the locking body, the first limiting part and the second limiting part are respectively located on two sides of the connecting hole, and the size of the first limiting part and the second limiting part is larger than that of the connecting hole.
Preferably, the rotating disc 2 is provided with a connecting hole 21, the locking member 7 passes through the connecting hole 21 and can move up and down relative to the connecting hole 21, the locking member 7 is pressed down, and the locking member 7 moves down and interferes with the protruding matching member 8 on the cover body 1, so that the rotating disc 2 is prevented from being reset. Preferably, the locking member 7 is columnar, and the locking member 7 extends outwards to form a first limiting portion 71 and a second limiting portion 72, the first limiting portion 71 penetrates through the connecting hole 21 and is located below the connecting hole 21, the second limiting portion 72 is located above the connecting hole 21, and cross-sectional areas of the first limiting portion 71 and the second limiting portion 72 are larger than that of the connecting hole 21. On the one hand, the locking piece 7 cannot be separated from the connecting hole 21, on the other hand, the first limiting part 71 and the second limiting part 72 play a role in limiting the movement stroke of the locking piece 7 on the movement of the locking piece 7 relative to the connecting hole 21, specifically, the maximum amplitude of pressing the locking piece 7 downwards is that the second limiting part 72 is abutted against the upper surface of the connecting hole 21, and the maximum amplitude of lifting the locking piece 7 upwards is that the first limiting part 71 is abutted against the lower surface of the connecting hole 21. Preferably, the locking member is a pin. Preferably, the mating member is welded to the cap body.
Preferably, the cover body has an oval shape, and the first catch 31 and the second catch 32 are respectively located at two sides of the major axis of the oval shape.
Preferably, the pot cover assembly 100 comprises a plurality of buckle assemblies 3 and a plurality of connecting pieces 4 corresponding to the buckle assemblies 3 one by one, and one rotary disc 2 is arranged on the pot cover assembly 100, and the connecting pieces 4 are rotatably connected with the rotary disc 2.
Preferably, the lid body has an elliptical shape, and the lid assembly 100 includes a plurality of snap assemblies 3, the plurality of snap assemblies 3 being respectively located at both sides of a minor axis of the elliptical shape.
Preferably, the pot cover assembly comprises 2 buckle assemblies and 1 rotary disc, the two buckle assemblies are respectively located at two sides of the elliptical short shaft, each buckle assembly comprises two buckles, namely a first buckle and a second buckle, which are respectively located at two sides of the elliptical long shaft, and each buckle assembly comprises a connecting disc, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod and an elastic reset piece.
The opening and closing process of the cooking utensil comprises the following steps: pulling up the locking piece 7, rotating the rotating disc 2, driving the connecting disc 42 to do linear motion inwards along the guide piece 6 by the rotating disc 2 through the first connecting rod 41, enabling the connecting disc 42 to drive the second end of the first buckle 31 and the second end of the second buckle 32 to move towards the direction close to the cover body 1 through the second connecting rod 43 and the third connecting rod 44 respectively, realizing the buckling of the buckle assembly 3 and the pot body, putting down the locking piece 7, interfering the locking piece 7 with the matching piece 8, preventing the rotating disc 2 from rotating and resetting, enabling the buckle assembly 3 to be in a state of being buckled with the pot body (enabling the buckle assembly 3 to be in a closed state), and stretching the elastic resetting piece 5 at the moment; the locking piece 7 is pulled up, the elastic reset piece 5 works, the connecting disc 42 is driven to do linear motion outwards along the guide piece 6, the first connecting rod 41 and the rotating disc 2 are driven to reset, the second connecting rod 43 and the third connecting rod 44 are driven to move outwards, the second connecting rod 43 and the third connecting rod 44 respectively prop the first buckle 31 and the second buckle 32 outwards by a certain angle, for example 30 degrees, the second ends of the first buckle 31 and the second buckle 32 move towards a direction away from the cover body 1, and the buckle assembly 3 is in a state separated from the pot body (the buckle assembly 3 is in an open state).
An embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention provides a cooking appliance including a pot body and the pot cover assembly 100 of any one of the above embodiments.
According to the cooking utensil provided by the embodiment of the second aspect of the invention, the buckle component 3 is buckled with the cooker body under the drive of the rotary disk 2, and the cooker body is separated under the action of the reset elastic piece, so that the opening and closing cover of the cooking utensil is realized, and the opening and closing cover is simple in structure and low in cost. The cooking appliance provided by the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention has all the advantages of the pot cover assembly 100 of any one of the embodiments described above because the cooking appliance comprises the pot cover assembly 100 of any one of the embodiments of the first aspect.
In summary, as shown in fig. 1 to 30, the pan cover assembly provided in the embodiment of the invention is driven by the rotating disc, the connecting piece drives the buckle assembly to rotate on the horizontal plane of the cover body relative to the cover body, so as to realize the buckling or separating of the buckle assembly and the pan body, so that the screwing mode of the cooking utensil has simple structure, low cost and light weight.

the rotating hand is connected with the rotating disc and can drive the rotating disc to rotate relative to the cover body; and
the connecting piece is connected between the rotating disc and the buckle assembly, is rotationally connected with the rotating disc and the buckle assembly, and can drive the buckle assembly to rotate relative to the cover body under the drive of the rotating disc;
the buckle assembly comprises a first buckle, the connecting piece comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, one end of the first connecting rod is rotatably connected with the rotating disc, the other end of the first connecting rod is rotatably connected with one end of the second connecting rod, and the other end of the second connecting rod is rotatably connected with the first buckle;
the buckle assembly further comprises a second buckle, the connecting piece further comprises a third connecting rod, one end of the third connecting rod is rotatably connected with the other end of the first connecting rod, and the other end of the third connecting rod is rotatably connected with the second buckle;
the connecting piece further comprises a connecting disc, wherein the connecting disc is positioned at the joint of the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod, and the other end of the first connecting rod, one end of the second connecting rod and one end of the third connecting rod are all rotatably connected with the connecting disc, so that the first connecting rod drives the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod to move through the connecting disc;
the pot cover assembly further comprises:
the guide piece is arranged on the cover body, and the guide piece and the connecting disc can slide relatively so as to guide the connecting disc to do reciprocating linear motion relative to the cover body.
2. The pot cover assembly of claim 1, wherein,
a sliding groove is formed in one of the guide piece and the connecting disc, and a sliding rail which can be matched in the sliding groove in a sliding manner is formed in the other one of the guide piece and the connecting disc; and/or, the guide member is arranged along the radial direction of the pot cover assembly.
3. The pot cover assembly of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
the elastic reset piece, the both ends of elastic reset piece respectively with the connecting piece with the lid body is connected, just buckle subassembly with when the pan body is buckled, the elastic reset piece is stretched.
4. The pot cover assembly of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
and the locking assembly is used for limiting the rotation of the rotating disc relative to the cover body.
5. The pot cover assembly of claim 4, wherein,
the locking assembly includes:
the locking piece can be arranged on the rotating disk in a relatively movable manner; and
the matching piece is arranged on the cover body and triggers the locking piece, and the locking piece is abutted on the matching piece.
6. The pot cover assembly of claim 5, wherein,

9. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pot body; and
