Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液体分配器。
背景技术
已有多种分配器,它们都属这样的类型,即在分配器的顶部有一个储液箱,该储液箱有一个由进口阀关闭的溢出口,该进口阀打开通向一个容积可变的按量分配室,该按量分配室通过一个出口阀与一个设置在分配头内的排放导管相连通。
不幸的是,在这样的分配器中,按量分配室的容量变化和装在按量分配室内的液体的压缩是通过一个活塞在所述的按量分配室内轴向地工作实现的,该按量分配室对排放所述液体是必须的。活塞通常和一个或多个金属螺旋弹簧形式的回弹装置共同作用。
而且,具体地说,各个阀门的结构各不相同,这是因为进口阀工作不受压力,而不像出口阀受到按量分配室内的高压,因此出口阀起减压阀的作用。
而且,以一种非常广泛和简单的形式,进口阀包含和液体接触的金属球。
结果,传统的分配器复杂,这是由于它们既有金属部件又有塑料部件,这给制造、组装和回收造成了问题,且冒有降低液体质量的危险。
更准确地说,本发明涉及一种分配器,它包含一个顶部有一个溢出口的储液箱,该溢出口位于圆柱形凸缘(rim)的末端,并由一个进口阀关闭,该溢出口打开通向容量可变的按量分配室,该按量分配室由一个波纹管的壁构成,该波纹管至少部分地是可弹性变形的,而且,该按量分配室通过一个出口阀与设置在分配头内的排放管相连通,该出口阀安装在衬套(bush)内,该衬套扩展所述的按量分配室,出口阀和进口阀的移动部件相同。
专利文献WO 97/42124公开了这种类型的分配器,其中进口阀和出口阀的移动部件平动以便分配在储液箱内的物质,它们的行程幅度受对抵接头(abutment)的限制。因此进口阀和出口阀的安装不考虑该在分配器工作时两阀受到不同的压力。
发明内容
本发明寻求通过使用一种易于回收的单一组成材料改进现有技术。
该目的的实现是由于容纳进口阀的凸缘的高度小于容纳出口阀的衬套的高度,以便出口阀的移动组件在压力的作用下被固定,其中进口阀的移动组件有小量的平动自由度。
在一个具体的实施例中,每个所述的阀门有一个可弹性变形的截头圆锥状的封闭帽,该封闭帽通过快速固定抓爪延伸,在该抓爪之间形成通过液体的通道。
在另一个变体中,所述的储液箱具有环状接头(collar),它的侧壁引导分配头,且它的顶边缘保持所述的分配头。
波纹管优选被固定于储液箱的顶部。
根据其他的特征,所述的波纹管具有顶部肩翼,所述分配头的刚性肋(stiffener fins)抵靠该顶部肩翼而被支撑。
本发明的分配器的结构简单并符合人类工程学,且由少量部件构成。而且,它在工业生产和经济上具有优势,适合于用一种塑料材料模制(注模或压模)所有的部件,而且,这使得保持液体的质量成为可能。

具体实施方式
图示的液体分配器包含一个储液箱,该储液箱是以一段或多段(图1中的R,或图3中的R1、R2、R3)的形式设置的,在它的上部是一个被进口阀a关闭的溢出口V,该进口阀打开通向容积可变的按量分配室10。按量分配室10通过一个出口阀e与一个排放管C相连通,该排放管设置在分配头T内部,在本例中,该分配头形成一个按钮。
按量分配室10由波纹管1的壁构成,该波纹管1是弹性可变形的,至少是部分弹性可变形的。
储液箱R1、R2的溢出口V位于圆柱形凸缘的末端,该末端装有一进口阀a并伸进按量分配室10。
出口阀e安装在衬套12内,该衬套和波纹管1是一个整体,并向上扩展按量分配室10,且与分配头T中的排放管C共轴相连。
储液箱R、R2有一个有环状接头r,当分配头T轴向移动时,它的侧壁引导分配头T。环状接头的顶部边缘有一个周边卷边(peripheralbead)j,它和一个互补的凸缘n共同作用以使分配头保持在储液箱上并将分配器的所有部件锁定在一起。
如图1所示的实施例,分配头T安装在环状接头r的外边。在图3所示的变体中,分配头T的侧壁(side skirt)t与环状接头r里面接合。
在这个变体中,盖子P安装在环状接头r的外部且在径向稍微夹住。
波纹管1固定到储液箱的顶部,更准确地说,在图1所示的实施例中,是通过基座13连到环状接头r的底部。按量分配室10内的压力产生作用在基座13上的径向推力,因此,增加了波纹管1的强度。
波纹管1优选由硬性塑料做成,如,聚丙烯。
波纹管1的弯曲部分11能弹性变形,且特别有韧性,这使得波纹管1可轴向对着头部T压缩,因此按量分配室的容积被改变。
波纹管1有一个顶部肩翼14,分配头T的刚性肋I抵靠该顶部肩翼被支撑。
如图所示,进口阀a和出口阀e的移动部件2a、2e相同。
每个这样的部件具有图4所示的结构。
所述的结构有截头圆锥状的封闭帽21,静止时,紧靠凸缘D(图2a)的上端或衬套12(图2B)的上端被支撑,每个所说的上端成斜面。封闭帽21向下伸展,通过快速固定抓爪22和一个设置在波纹管1的上部内壁和凸缘D的底部(参见图2A,2B)的对抵接头(abutments)15、b共同作用。
抓爪22在其之间形成一个使液体流通的通道20。
凸缘D的高度小于衬套12的高度以便出口阀e的移动部件2e在压力下固定,因而,进口阀的移动部件2a有小量的平动自由度,其幅度为x(参见图2A)。
部件2a通过被吸入按量分配室10而相对于其静止位置升高x,从而使得它可以形成一个缝隙,通过该缝隙,液体可以进入按量分配室10,该缝隙位于形成阀门座的凸缘D的内斜面边缘d和封闭帽21的外侧壁之间。而且,封闭帽21是弹性可变形的,以便在按量分配室10内产生的压力影响下使液体通过出口阀e流出,该出口阀e位于形成阀门部件的封闭帽21的外壁210和形成阀门e(图2B)的支座的衬套12的内斜面边缘120之间。
衬套12的刚性进一步被排放导管C所加强,该导管同轴环绕该衬套。
Claims (7)
1.一种液体分配器,它包括一个储液箱(R1、R2),在储液箱顶部有一个溢出口(V),该溢出口位于圆柱形凸缘(D)的端部,用一个进口阀(a)关闭,该溢出口打开通向一个容积可变的按量分配室(10)内,该按量分配室由一个波纹管(1)的壁构成,该波纹管至少一部分可以发生弹性形变,并通过一个出口阀(e)与分配头(T)内的排放管(c)相连通,该出口阀安装在一个延伸所述按量分配室(10)的衬套内,所述分配器,其特征在于:进口阀(a)和出口阀(e)的移动部件(2a、2e)是相同的,并且凸缘(D)的高度低于所述衬套(12)的高度,因此出口阀(e)的移动部件(2e)在压力下被固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于每个阀的移动部件(2a、2e)具有一个可弹性形变的截头圆锥体的封闭帽(21),它通过快速固定抓爪(22)延伸,在其之间形成液体流通的通道。
3.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的分配器,其特征在于所述储液箱具有环状接头(r),其侧壁引导分配头(T),其顶部边缘保持所述分配头(T)。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的分配器,其特征在于所述波纹管(1)固定在储液箱的顶部。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的分配器,其特征在于所述波纹管(1)具有一个顶部肩翼(14),所述分配头(T)的刚性肋(I)抵靠该肩翼而被支撑。
6.如权利要求3所述的分配器,其特征在于所述波纹管(1)具有一个顶部肩翼(14),所述分配头(T)的刚性肋(I)抵靠该肩翼而被支撑。
7.如权利要求4所述的分配器,其特征在于所述波纹管(1)具有一个顶部肩翼(14),所述分配头(T)的刚性肋(I)抵靠该肩翼而被支撑。
