本发明涉及猪饲料技术领域,具体为一种基于红法夫酵母添加剂的仔猪饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
红法夫酵母(Phaffiarhodozyma)是一种备受关注的红色酵母,富含脂质和虾青素等类胡萝卜素。其独特的生物学特性和高产虾青素的能力使其在微生物研究领域备受瞩目。虾青素具有显著的抗氧化作用,可延缓衰老,预防肿瘤,并在水产养殖业中有广泛的应用。红法夫酵母的发现和研究为虾青素的开发提供了新的途径,且其本身含有脂质及各种动物生长所需元素,具有广阔的市场前景。
断奶仔猪是猪肉生产链上的重要环节,是猪肉产业链条的核心。其中,断奶仔猪的血清生化和免疫指标对其健康和发育具有重要影响。白细胞计数(WBC)和淋巴细胞计数(LYM)反映了断奶仔猪的免疫系统功能。正常水平的白细胞和淋巴细胞计数有助于身体对抗疾病和维持健康状态。免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)是免疫系统的重要组成部分,可以帮助身体抵御病原体和保护机体免受感染。丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)反映了断奶仔猪体内的氧化应激水平和抗氧化能力。高水平的MDA表明氧化应激较高,而高水平的SOD和GSH则暗示着良好的抗氧化能力。
现有技术中,仔猪与成年猪需要分开饲养,但是两者使用的饲料中,饲养员常将抗生素加入到仔猪饲料中,来提高仔猪的存活率。但是抗生素的滥用,使仔猪产生对细菌的耐药性,从而使得抗生素效果降低,导致仔猪对细菌感染及应激的抵抗力降低,机体与免疫相关的血清指标下降,从而致仔猪的死亡率增加及延缓生长。
综上,解决上述这一问题,有必要开发饲料添加剂,用于调节断奶仔猪的血清生化和免疫指标,以优化这些指标的水平,而增强其存活率,降低死亡率,促进仔猪的生长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于红法夫酵母添加剂的仔猪饲料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
一种基于红法夫酵母添加剂的仔猪饲料,所述仔猪饲料包括基础饲料和红法夫酵母添加剂;所述红法夫酵母占基础饲料的0.01~1wt%。

较为优化地,所述复合预混料包括以下组分:15000~12500IU维生素A,28000~32000IU维生素D,30~50IU维生素E,4~5mg维生素K,10~15mg维生素B,10~15mg维生素B2,7~8mg维生素B6,30~40μg维生素B12,145~160μg生物素,25~35mg泛酸,2~3mg叶酸,45~55mg烟酰胺,520~600mg氯化胆碱,200~250mg铁,180~240mg锌,160~200mg铜,52~58mg锰,硒,0.25~0.35mg碘,0.25~0.35mg钴。
较为优化地,一种基于红法夫酵母添加剂的仔猪饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将基础饲料和红法夫酵母添加剂混合均匀,得到权利要求1中所述仔猪饲料。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:(1)方案中,将0.01~1%的红法夫酵母引入仔猪的饲料中,由于红法夫酵母含有虾青素、氨基酸和酶类,有助于提高仔猪的消化吸收能力,增强免疫力,促进肠道健康,促进它们的生长发育及其存活率。
(2)红法夫酵母相较于常见的抗生素,具有更好的安全性;相较于单一的红发酵母产物,使用复配的红法夫酵母、牛磺酸、β-葡聚糖的组合物,可以更好的有效提高断奶仔猪血清生化指标中白细胞和淋巴细胞数量,调节血清中的免疫指标IgG和IgM水平,并调节生化指标如MDA、SOD和GSH水平。这种应用有助于改善断奶仔猪的肠道健康,降低腹泻发生率,并积极调节其生长性能,从而增强仔猪免疫力,从而提高仔猪的存活率。

实施例1~8如下所示:其中,实施例1为空白组(基础饲料),实施例2为对照组(基础饲料+0.1%抗生素),实施例3为基础饲料+0.1%牛磺酸+0.01%β-葡聚糖组,实施例4为基础饲料+正常量0.1%红法夫酵母组,实施例5为基础饲料+0.2%高剂量的红法夫酵母组,实施例6为基础饲料+0.1%红法夫酵母+0.1%牛磺酸+0.01%β-葡聚糖组,实施例7为基础饲料+0.05%红法夫酵母+0.1%牛磺酸+0.01%β-葡聚糖组,实施例8为基础饲料+0.1%红法夫酵母+0.01%β-葡聚糖组。

仔猪饲料的制备:基础饲料:按重量份数计,玉米57.0份,豆粕24.5份,乳清粉6.0份,豆油2.2份,膨化大豆4.0份,鱼粉3.0份,磷酸氢钙1.3份,石粉0.7份,食盐0.3份,复合预混料1.0份,共100份;红法夫酵母,牛磺酸,β-葡聚糖的添加量分别占基础饲料的0.05wt%、0.1wt%、0.01wt%。
实施例8:复合预混料的制备:12000IU维生素A,31700IU维生素D,45IU维生素E,4.5mg维生素K,4mg维生素B1,12mg维生素B2,7.5mg维生素B6,35μg维生素B12,150μg生物素,30mg泛酸,2.5mg叶酸,50mg烟酰胺,560mg氯化胆碱,220mg铁,210mg锌,180mg铜,55mg锰,0.3mg硒,0.3mg碘,0.3mg钴;
仔猪饲料的制备:基础饲料:按重量份数计,玉米57.0份,豆粕24.5份,乳清粉6.0份,豆油2.2份,膨化大豆4.0份,鱼粉3.0份,磷酸氢钙1.3份,石粉0.7份,食盐0.3份,复合预混料1.0份,共100份;红法夫酵母,β-葡聚糖的添加量分别占基础饲料的0.1wt%、0.01wt%。
检测试验1:选用平均体重相近、日龄相同断奶仔猪随机分为六个组,每组仔猪数量为24头。将仔猪在试验正式启动时进行个体体重测定,并在第14天和第28天再次称量个体体重。同时,记录体重和饲料消耗量,并记录断奶仔猪腹泻次数及死亡次数。见表1,表2。

红法夫酵母添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响实验中,发现相较于其他组而言0.1%红法夫酵母+0.1%牛磺酸+0.01%β-葡聚糖组表现出明显优越的总食用量和平均增重。并发现含有红法夫酵母的实施例2、实施例4、实施例6~8,仔猪都表现出较好的增重。这结果证明了红法夫酵母添加剂对于促进仔猪的生长具有显著的积极影响。

在红法夫酵母添加剂对断奶仔猪腹泻次数及死亡次数的影响实验中,观察到含有0.1%红法夫酵母的实施例4、实施例6、实施例8和含有0.05%红法夫酵母的实施例7以及含0.1%抗生素的实施例2的仔猪腹泻次数显著较少,除空白组死亡仔猪数为2只,其余组均无死亡情况。
检测试验2:采用酶联免疫反应方法,对血清中的免疫指标(如IgG和IgM)进行检测,以全面评估相关生物化学参数的变化。对六组仔猪的血清样本被送至生化自动分析仪进行检测,以测定其中的白细胞(WBC)和淋巴细胞(LYM)水平。见表3。

在14天和28天时,实施例2~8组白细胞计数和淋巴细胞计数结果均在健康的范围内(白细胞计数11.0~22.0;淋巴细胞5.5~11.1);然而实施例1空白组,在14天时白细胞计数略超出合理范围,使得仔猪产生一定的应激反应。表3数据表明基础饲料中红法夫酵母、葡聚糖和牛磺酸的加入可以增加断奶仔猪的抗应激能力。
检测试验3:对六组仔猪的血清进行了生化指标的测定。通过对血清中的生化指标(如MDA、SOD和GSH)进行检测,以全面评估相关生物化学参数的变化。对六组仔猪进行了血清的免疫指标检测,使用了酶联免疫反应技术,主要针对IgG和IgM进行了检测和分析。见表4。
检测血清中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的生化指标。这一综合性的生化分析有助于深入了解不同组间的生理状况及其对这些重要指标的影响。见表5。

在14天和28天的时间上,针对不同组的断奶仔猪,检测发现血清中的IgM和IgG水平略有差异,但不十分显著。在14天时,各组间的IgM水平变化不大,但0.1%牛磺酸+0.01%β-葡聚糖组的IgM水平略高,而0.2%红法夫酵母组的IgG水平与其他组相比略高。在28天时0.1%抗生素的IgM水平相对较高,但都未见明显差异,0.1%红法夫酵母+0.01%β-葡聚糖的IgG水平与其他组相比略高,但是差异也不明显。总体而言,表4的数据表明不同处理组对断奶仔猪血清中的生化免疫指标影响较小,各组间差异不明显。

红法夫酵母添加剂对断奶仔猪血清中细胞因子的影响实验中,检测了14天和28天时的SOD活力、GSH含量和MDA含量。在各组中,这些生化指标的变化并不显著,但在不同处理组之间存在一些轻微的差异。空白组在14天时MDA含量略高,0.1%抗生素组在14天时GSH含量略高,0.2%红法夫酵母组在14天时SOD活力略高。在28天时0.1%红法夫酵母+0.1%牛磺酸+0.01%β-葡聚糖的SOD活力和GSH含量稍高,0.05%红法夫酵母+0.1%牛磺酸+0.01%β-葡聚糖的MDA含量略高,这些数据表明红法夫酵母对断奶仔猪血清中细胞因子的影响程度相对较小,但在特定条件下存在一些微弱的影响。
本发明以0.01%~1%的红法夫酵母为仔猪饲料添加剂,显著改善断奶仔猪的肠道健康、减少腹泻、提高抗应激能力,促进仔猪生长,从而提高仔猪的存活率。红法夫酵母不仅能够提升仔猪的免疫力和抗氧化能力,还能有效促进有益菌增加、有害菌抑制、改善肠道健康。此外,红法夫酵母还能调整生长性能,提高饲料利用率,降低饲料成本,增加养殖效益。
本发明为一种具有改善应激、调节仔猪生理功能并促进生长发育的饲料。其基础饲料的成分包括玉米、豆粕、乳清粉、豆油、膨化大豆、鱼粉、磷酸氢钙、石粉、食盐和复合预混料。红法夫酵母添加剂的添加量占基础饲料的0.1~0.21wt%。
综上所述,本发明制备一种基于红法夫酵母添加剂的仔猪饲料,对仔猪的生产性能和健康都有积极影响。

1.一种基于红法夫酵母添加剂的仔猪饲料,其特征在于:所述仔猪饲料包括基础饲料和红法夫酵母添加剂;所述红法夫酵母占基础饲料的0.01~1wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于红法夫酵母添加剂的仔猪饲料,其特征在于:所述红法夫酵母添加剂占基础饲料的0.1~0.21wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于红法夫酵母添加剂的仔猪饲料,其特征在于:红法夫酵母添加剂包括红法夫酵母。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于红法夫酵母添加剂的仔猪饲料,其特征在于:所述红法夫酵母添加剂还包括牛磺酸,β-葡聚糖。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种基于红法夫酵母添加剂的仔猪饲料,其特征在于:所述红法夫酵母添加剂为红法夫酵母、牛磺酸、β-葡聚糖的组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种基于红法夫酵母添加剂的仔猪饲料,其特征在于:所述红法夫酵母添加剂为0.1wt%红法夫酵母、0.1wt%牛磺酸、0.01wt%β-葡聚糖的组合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于红法夫酵母添加剂的仔猪饲料,其特征在于:所述基础饲料包括以下组分:按重量份数计,50~60份玉米,20~25份豆粕,4~7份乳清粉,2~2.5份豆油,3.5~4.5份膨化大豆,2~3.5份鱼粉,1.2~1.5份磷酸氢钙,0.5~0.8份石粉,0.25~0.35份食盐,0.8~1.2份复合预混料。
