Abstract
本发明公布了一种预防蛋鸡脂肪肝综合症的预混料,该预混料包括:石粉、磷酸氢钙、沸石粉、蒙脱石、磷脂粉、酶解羽毛粉、盐、硫酸钠、碳酸氢钠、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、胆碱、甜菜碱、牛磺酸、有机微量元素、复合维生素、植酸酶、复合酶、抗菌肽、吡咯喹啉醌钠和抗氧化剂,通过添加蒙脱石以吸附降低毒素,植酸酶及复合酶可以降低抗营养因子,有机微量元素可以降低的氧化还原反应,氯化钠、碳酸氢钠、硫酸钠和赖氨酸硫酸盐可以调整阴阳离子平衡,抗菌肽可以降低病原菌及炎症因子的侵袭,蛋氨酸、羽毛粉和硫酸钠可以降低掉毛、啄羽应激,磷脂粉、微囊化氯化胆碱、甜菜碱、维生素复合包和牛磺酸及吡咯喹啉醌钠可以促进肝脏脂肪代谢。

技术领域
本发明涉及蛋鸡饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种预防蛋鸡脂肪肝综合症 的预混料。
背景技术
家禽几乎所有的脂肪代谢都在肝脏内进行,肝脏在脂肪的消化、吸收、 分解、合成和运输等过程中具有重要作用,尤其是产蛋鸡,为了满足卵黄 前体物合成的需要,每产一枚蛋都需要利用肝脏内一半以上脂肪,在高水 平雌激素的作用下,蛋鸡肝脏中脂肪合成和沉积量很大,正常肝脏中脂肪 蓄积可达干重50%左右。
脂肪肝综合征症(FLHS)是集约化蛋鸡养殖场的一种常见病和多发病, 营养代谢障碍、脂肪代谢紊乱、内分泌失调是其主要诱因,其典型病理特 征为肝脏脂肪过度沉积,并伴有出血,FLHS普遍发生于产蛋高峰以及产蛋 后期的笼养蛋鸡,发病率约在5%以上。,着蛋鸡养殖业的集约化、规模化 发展,该病的发生呈逐年升高趋势,蛋鸡一旦患有FLHS很难出现产蛋高峰, 且需要长时间的治疗和调整,因此需要通过营养调控措施以及各种功能性添加剂的使用来降低FLHS的发生率。
临床研究和试验表明,自由基生成增加以及氧化损伤是诱发蛋鸡FLHS 的重要因素,肝脏内脂肪酸增加引起线粒体β-氧化增加,生成的FADH2、 NADPH和H+增多,电子泄露增加,自由基增多,引发脂质过氧化反应,线 粒体是脂肪酸β-氧化的主要部位,也是细胞内ROS生成的主要场所,又是 ROS打击的首要靶点。在不同原因引起的蛋鸡脂肪肝中均伴有肝细胞内线 粒体的损伤,原发性或继发性线粒体损伤是包括脂肪肝在内的各种肝病的 发病基础。
现有技术中,规模化蛋鸡场普遍使用预混料自配粉状饲料来饲喂蛋鸡, 这样一来相对于全价配合颗粒饲料降低了成本,二来粉状饲料可以延长蛋 鸡的采食时间,进而减少蛋鸡啄羽、打斗等其他不利于生产的行为。蛋鸡 预混料的添加比例通常在2%—5%之间。自配粉状全价料的通常包括以下重 量份的组分:玉米550-650份、豆粕180-280份、麸皮10-60份、颗粒石 粉50-100份、大豆油0-25份、预混料10-60份。
而上述高能量的饲料容易在肝脏中转化为脂肪,肝脏合成的脂肪必须 与蛋白质结合成脂蛋白才能运输出肝脏以供产蛋的能量需要。产蛋鸡饲喂 高能低蛋白的饲料时,一方面饲料中蛋白含量低,不能与肝脏合成脂肪结 合成脂蛋白及时从肝脏中运输出去,造成脂肪蓄积;另一方面,低蛋白日 粮使产蛋量减少,消耗的能量减少,是鸡体内脂肪不断蓄积而形成脂肪肝。 低能量高蛋白日粮也会诱发脂肪肝出血综合征,饲粮中能量偏低时,一部分蛋白质及氨基酸脱氨生成葡萄糖作为能源,从而大量氮在肝脏内合成尿 酸,增加了肝脏的代谢负担,以致诱发FLHS的发生。
脂蛋白合成需要磷酰胆碱,而合成磷酰胆碱必须有氨基酸和胆碱,当 日粮中胆碱、含硫氨基酸、B族维生素、维生素C、E缺乏时,甚至日粮中 钙含量缺乏,都会引起蛋鸡通过提高采食量来满足对这些营养物质的需要, 从而使营养物质摄入过量,进而转化为脂肪储存在肝脏内,使FLHS发生率 增加。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种预防蛋鸡脂肪肝综合症的预混料, 本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种预防蛋鸡脂肪肝综合症的预混料,按原料的重量百分比,该预混料 的组分包括:石粉25-30%、磷酸氢钙15-24%、沸石粉12-18%、蒙脱石6-13%、 磷脂粉3-8%、酶解羽毛粉3-8%、盐3-6%、硫酸钠2-4%、碳酸氢钠1-3%、蛋 氨酸2-4%、赖氨酸5-15%、胆碱1-3%、甜菜碱0.8-1.5%、牛磺酸0.8-1.5%、 有机微量元素0.3-0.8%、复合维生素0.3-0.8%、植酸酶0.2-0.6%、复合酶 0.2-0.6%、抗菌肽0.2-0.6%、吡咯喹啉醌钠0.2-0.4%和抗氧化剂0.1-0.3%。
优选的,每千克所述预混料中各组分的具体重量为:石粉278.8g、磷酸 氢钙190g、沸石粉130.2g、蒙脱石100g、磷脂粉50g、酶解羽毛粉50g、盐 46g、硫酸钠30g、碳酸氢钠20g、DL-蛋氨酸28g、L-赖氨酸硫酸盐9g、60% 微囊化氯化胆碱20g、75%甜菜碱12g、牛磺酸10g、有机微量元素5g、复合 维生素5g、植酸酶4g、复合酶4g、抗菌肽4g、吡咯喹啉醌钠3g和抗氧化剂 1g。
优选的,所述蒙脱石为新型改性蒙脱石。
优选的,通过专用角蛋白水解酶处理羽毛蛋白使其成为易吸收的短分子 肽,然后脱水磨粉制成所述酶解羽毛粉。
优选的,所述牛磺酸为食品级,其有效成分的含量不低于99%,所述DL- 蛋氨酸的有效成分含量不低于98%,所述赖氨酸硫酸盐的有效成分含量不低于 65%。

本发明在不调整自配料大配方的基础上,在预混料中添加蒙脱石以吸附 降低毒素,植酸酶及复合酶来降低饲料中的抗营养因子,纯有机微量元素的 使用来降低机体的氧化还原反应,氯化钠、碳酸氢钠、硫酸钠和赖氨酸硫酸 盐的综合使用来调整机体内部的阴阳离子平衡,抗菌肽的添加来降低机体受 病原菌及炎症因子的侵袭,充足的蛋氨酸以及羽毛粉、硫酸钠的添加来降低 产蛋高峰期及后期蛋鸡对含硫氨基酸的需求以降低掉毛、啄羽应激,磷脂粉、 微囊化氯化胆碱、甜菜碱、强化抗氧化功能的维生素复合包、牛磺酸及吡咯喹啉醌钠的使用来促进肝脏脂肪代谢,最终配制了一种保持蛋鸡高产并能有 效预防脂肪肝出血综合征的预混料。

蛋鸡产蛋高峰期需要足够多的能量,通常我们在用预混料配制饲料时会 添加一定量的植物油进而提高配合料的代谢能,当饲料被蛋鸡采食进入体内, 脂肪动员加速,进入肝脏的脂肪酸不能迅速氧化分解或肝脏内脂肪合成过多, 而向肝外转运过慢时,会导致脂肪积聚于肝细胞内发生脂肪肝,在正常情况 下,肝脏是以脂蛋白的形式不断向肝外转运脂肪的,磷脂是合成载脂蛋白所 必须的物质,大豆磷脂粉是大豆油提炼过程中的副产品,在动物生产中,通 常作为一种乳化剂添加到饲料中,用于促进脂肪在动物肠道内的乳化,提高 脂肪酶的消化作用,进而提高对脂肪的利用率,在蛋鸡饲料中一定水平的添 加,不光可以降低蛋鸡脂肪肝发生率,还可改善蛋鸡的生产性能,提高鸡蛋 中总磷脂和磷脂酰胆碱的含量。
硫是家禽所必需的一种营养成分,在机体中间代谢过程中发挥重要作用。 硫在体内不能合成,必须外源添加。蛋氨酸是家禽的第一限制性氨基酸,也 是目前体外补充氨基酸中唯一含的含硫氨基酸。近些年的研究中,蛋氨酸的 需要量比以前提高很多,而蛋氨酸仍然是比较昂贵的一种氨基酸,在蛋鸡产 蛋高峰期以及后期,目前的饲料中常常出现因蛋氨酸不足而造成的应激。这 些应激也可能是加重蛋鸡脂肪肝出血综合征的因素之一。目前有大量研究认 为,在家禽饲料中添加适量的硫酸钠可强化或替代部分含硫氨基酸的作用,可提高完善家禽饲料营养水平,提高饲料的利用率。进一步的研究认为,蛋 鸡体内能将硫酸盐转变为胱氨酸,不能转化为蛋氨酸,但依然可以起到节省 含硫氨基酸的作用。也有研究发现,硫酸钠不仅能作为新型的饲料蛋白质营 养强化剂,还具有改善蛋壳质量、提高受精率、抗热应激和提高机体免疫力 的功能。
碳酸氢钠在家禽养殖中是一种常用的饲料添加剂,一方面用来抗热应激、 缓解畜禽酸中毒、增加体液碱贮含量,另一方面,碳酸氢根可作为缓冲成分, 对于维持机体正常酸碱平衡、渗透压有重要意义。还有研究认为,饲料中添 加碳酸氢钠能降低应激、提高蛋鸡产蛋率、提高鸡蛋蛋壳质量。在此发明案 例中,通过硫酸钠、碳酸氢钠和氯化钠的一定比例混合使用,使饲料达到一 定含量钠盐的同时,有较好的阴阳离子平衡状态,进而使蛋鸡有较强的内稳 态和抗应激能力。从而降低应激因素对蛋鸡脂肪肝出血综合征的影响。
甜菜碱最早是从甜菜的糖蜜中分离出来的,它主要通过两大方面,即作 为渗透压调节剂和甲基供体来发挥生物学作用。甜菜碱能防止细胞中水分流 出和外界盐类侵入,维持细胞正常的渗透压水平,防止酶、蛋白质变性,能 保护生物细胞免于因环境应激所致的渗透失活。而且,它有3个活性甲基, 可以通过氨基酸循环,参与蛋白质、脂肪代谢,可以节约部分蛋氨酸及胆碱。 甜菜碱通过甲基代谢促进肉碱、磷脂、RNA、DNA等重要物质的合成,可促进 肝脏中脂类的迁移和脂肪酸的β-氧化,显著降低肝脂率和腹脂率,进而有效 防止蛋鸡脂肪肝的发生。而且,甜菜碱在预混料中性质较胆碱稳定的多,对 预混料中维生素的破坏较小。
牛磺酸最早是在牛黄中分离出来的,是一种游离的β-含硫氨基酸。牛磺 酸主要是在肝脏中合成的,合成后能和胆酸结合,生产牛黄胆酸,促使脂肪 乳化,增加脂肪酸的活性,并促进中性脂肪、脂溶性维生素、胆固醇及其他 脂类物质的消化吸收。牛磺酸还可促溶胆汁中的胆固醇,使胆汁流量加大, 从而起到利胆保肝的作用。试验研究发现,饲料中添加牛磺酸后,血液和肝 脏中胆固醇的水平明显降低,胆固醇结石的形成也明显减少。另外,牛磺酸 还能清除自由基,增加机体线粒体的抗氧化,降低自由基造成的损失。
吡咯喹啉醌钠(PQQ)是一种新发现的维生素,近些年的研究表明,PQQ 能增加机体线粒体数量,减少其损伤,在治疗心血管疾病、肝损伤等线粒体 相关疾病方面有重要作用。而且,PQQ可通过提高抗氧化酶活性或直接中和自 由基,减少机体氧化损伤,在线粒体受损时,PQQ能激活线粒体合成通路,促 进其快速再生,以维持细胞内线粒体动态平衡。在后期的研究中,PQQ在饲料 中的使用对蛋鸡脂肪肝综合征的防治有积极的意义。
其中,每千克所述预混料中各组分的具体重量为:石粉278.8g、磷酸氢 钙190g、沸石粉130.2g、蒙脱石100g、磷脂粉50g、酶解羽毛粉50g、盐46g、 硫酸钠30g、碳酸氢钠20g、DL-蛋氨酸28g、L-赖氨酸硫酸盐9g、60%微囊化 氯化胆碱20g、75%甜菜碱12g、牛磺酸10g、有机微量元素5g、复合维生素 5g、植酸酶4g、复合酶4g、抗菌肽4g、吡咯喹啉醌钠3g和抗氧化剂1g。
胆碱的营养作用早已被人们所认知,在动物营养中,它被归为B族维生 素。动物体吸收的胆碱首先转化为磷酸胆碱,然后再与脂类结合成磷脂。胆 碱能保证肝脏脂肪正常代谢、利用和向外转移,进而防止脂肪肝出血综合征。 但在预混料中,在和微量元素以及其他脂溶性、水溶性维生素大比例混合在 一起,由于氯化胆碱本身的吸水性,再加上预混料的储存时间较长,很容易 造成预混料中重要且昂贵的维生素的损失。故此,一般预混料中氯化胆碱的 添加量会略低些,这极有可能对蛋鸡正常的脂质代谢造成不良影响。本发明 中,使用微囊化氯化胆碱,降低了在预混料中和其他物质发生反应的概率, 进而可以添加足量的胆碱。
其中,所述蒙脱石为新型改性蒙脱石。
蒙脱石是一种硅铝酸盐矿物,有良好的离子交换性、吸附性和膨胀性, 大量研究表明,蒙脱石能有效缓解饲料中霉菌毒素对家禽造成的危害,进而 提高动物生产性能,其改善动物生产性能可能由几点原因:1.在肠道中有效 吸附饲粮中霉菌毒素,降低其生物有效性;2.吸附或抑制肠道细菌及毒素, 修复和保护消化道粘膜,改善肠道微生态环境;3.提高胃肠道消化酶活性, 促进营养物质吸收。蒙脱石因其特殊的结构和理化特性,可作为饲料添加剂 维护家禽肠道屏障,改善机体健康状况,提高生产性能,但目前主要作为霉 菌毒素吸附剂应用于动物生产中,新型的改性蒙脱石还具有一定的抗菌功效, 且不产生耐药性,还可作为新型抗菌剂在家禽生产中发挥更大作用。

在蛋鸡产蛋高峰及后期,通常能观察到蛋鸡掉毛以及啄羽等现象,这些 是令人头疼且难以解决的问题,有的会啄伤蛋鸡皮肉,影响产蛋率,有的严 重影响淘汰鸡的售卖经济效益,另外,这些不良因素常常给蛋鸡造成很大应 激,这些应激都会导致导致脂肪肝出血综合征发病率的提高,羽毛粉作为非 常规动物蛋白饲料资源的一种,其价格便宜,蛋白含量高,蛋白质组成也相 对比较稳定,但是由于羽毛分子间有很结实的二硫键,很难被动物体内的蛋 白水解酶分解,因此需要通过专用角蛋白水解酶对羽毛蛋白进行酶解,然后脱水磨粉制成所述酶解羽毛粉,酶解羽毛粉不仅能为蛋鸡生产提供更经济的 蛋白源,还因含较高的胱氨酸而大幅度降低蛋鸡的啄羽、掉毛等应急现象的 发生。
其中,所述牛磺酸为食品级,其有效成分的含量不低于99%,所述DL-蛋 氨酸的有效成分含量不低于98%,所述赖氨酸硫酸盐的有效成分含量不低于 65%。
其中,所述有机微量元素为蛋氨酸锌、蛋氨酸铁、蛋氨酸铜、蛋氨酸锰 和酵母硒的混合物;所述复合维生素包为维生素A、维生素D3、25-羟基维生 素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸、泛酸、维生素 B6、生物素、叶酸和维生素B12的混合物;所述复合酶为木聚糖酶、β-葡聚 糖酶、β-甘露聚糖酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶和果胶酶的混合物。
微量元素是蛋鸡生长发育以及生产所必需的一类营养物质,由于无机微 量元素蛋鸡吸收率低,而价格低廉,所以蛋鸡预混料中通常都会过量添加。 而且近些年来,饲料原料中基础微量元素大量提高,而这些基础值往往被忽 略。这些所导致的最终结果是,蛋鸡采食入体内有大量的无机微量元素不能 被吸收利用。而这些不能被吸收利用的微量元素导致动物体内氧化还原反应 加剧,自由基损伤加重。有机微量元素通常是将动物体必须的微量元素和氨 基酸以螯合形式结合起来,这样在机体营养物质吸收时,微量元素就可以走氨基酸的吸收通道,进而大大提高吸收率,满足动物体微量元素需要的同时, 降低了动物机体的自由基损伤。
有学术研究认为,脂肪肝也是一种线粒体疾病,通过饮食缓解线粒体内 氧化应激、改善线粒体功能,降低脂肪酸β-氧化可能是防治脂肪肝发生的一 种有效途径。抗氧化剂是一类能够干扰自由基链反应的启动和放大,阻断自 由基链反应过程的自由基清除剂,目前常用的维生素类抗氧化剂主要是维生 素E和维生素C。生物素在家禽体内能提高丙酮酸羧化酶的活性,因而也具有 明显的降血脂作用。本发明中的复合维生素中除了满足蛋鸡产蛋高峰的维生 素需求外,还在维生素E、维生素C和生物素上做了强化。
在禽料配合料的原料中,玉米、豆粕、麸皮等这些植物性饲料原料都含 有非淀粉多糖和植酸等抗营养因子,在近些年的研究中发现,这些抗营养因 子主要是可溶性木聚糖、不可溶性木聚糖、阿拉伯木聚糖、β-葡聚糖、β- 甘露聚糖和纤维素。这些抗营养因子不仅降低了饲料的消化吸收利用率,还 对动物肠道造成了不利的应激反应。植酸酶、木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、β- 甘露聚糖酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶和果胶酶的复合使用,不仅能降低 抗营养因子的负面作用,还能将释放日粮的潜在代谢能和潜在蛋白。
其中,所述抗菌肽为肠杆菌肽和天蚕素菌肽的混合物。
抗菌肽是一类具有抑菌活性的多肽物质,它是机体先天性免疫系统的重 要组成部分,它安全无毒、抗菌谱广、稳定性好、杀菌浓度低、致敏性弱, 目前在无抗时代成为了生物领域的研究热点。目前研究成熟的肠杆菌肽和天 蚕素菌肽能够在生产实践中有效的控制蛋鸡的大肠杆菌和梭菌,控制应激引 起的肠道炎症反应,改善肠道菌群结构,提高机体免疫及抗氧化能力。
本发明具有以下三个具体的饲喂试验实施例。
饲喂实施例1
首先进行预混料的配制,每千克预混料中含石粉278.8g、磷酸氢钙190g、 沸石粉130.2g、蒙脱石100g、磷脂粉50g、酶解羽毛粉50g、盐46g、硫酸钠 30g、碳酸氢钠20g、DL-蛋氨酸28g、L-赖氨酸硫酸盐9g、60%微囊化氯化胆 碱20g、75%甜菜碱12g、牛磺酸10g、有机微量元素5g、维生素复合包5g、 植酸酶4g、复合酶4g、抗菌肽4g、吡咯喹啉醌钠3g和抗氧化剂1g。
然后进行自配料的配制,称取玉米610千克、43蛋白豆粕250千克、颗 粒石粉80千克和大豆油10千克,配制出950千克的自配料。
称取50千克预混料和950千克自配料,一起投入混合机中混合均匀,即 可配制出蛋鸡产蛋高峰期粉状配合饲料1000千克。
按照上述组分配制的饲料含粗蛋白16.1%、代谢能2716kcal/kg、总钙 3.91%、总磷0.49%、赖氨酸0.83%、蛋氨酸0.38%。
选取同一栋鸡舍的5000只健康28周龄的海蓝褐蛋鸡,根据鸡舍现场条 件,一排2500只为对照组,饲喂原来厂家预混料,另一排2500只为实验组, 饲喂本发明预混料,自配料的大配方都保持一致,此栋鸡舍两组蛋鸡的饲喂 次数、饲喂时间以及保健疫苗都保持一致,试验期60天。试验期间,每天观 察鸡只得健康状况,记录环境温度、湿度,详细记录统计两组的生产性能和 死亡率,试验60天时,每组随机抽取上中下三层蛋鸡20只,空腹称重,麻醉处死,取出整个肝脏,称重并记录肝脏指数,实验室测定统计肝脂率。试 验结果如下表:

从上表可以看出,本发明预混料对试验期蛋重无影响,但是提高了产蛋 率,降低了肝脏指数和肝脂率,有效的预防了脂肪肝出血综合征对蛋鸡生产 性能的负面影响。
饲喂实施例2
首先进行预混料的配制,每千克预混料中含278.8g、磷酸氢钙190g、沸 石粉80.2g、蒙脱石150g、磷脂粉70g、酶解羽毛粉30g、盐46g、硫酸钠30g、 碳酸氢钠20g、DL-蛋氨酸28g、L-赖氨酸硫酸盐9g、60%微囊化氯化胆碱20g、 75%甜菜碱12g、牛磺酸10g、有机微量元素5g、维生素复合包5g、植酸酶4g、 复合酶4g、抗菌肽4g、吡咯喹啉醌钠3g和抗氧化剂1g。
然后进行自配料的配制,称取玉米600千克、43蛋白豆粕260千克、颗 粒石粉80千克和大豆油10千克,配制出950千克的自配料。
称取50千克预混料和950千克自配料,一起投入混合机中混合均匀,即 可配制出蛋鸡产蛋高峰期粉状配合饲料1000千克。
按照上述组分配制的饲料含粗蛋白16.4%、代谢能2660kcal/kg、总钙 3.91%、总磷0.49%、赖氨酸0.83%、蛋氨酸0.38%。
饲喂实施例3
首先进行预混料的配制,每千克预混料中含278.8g、磷酸氢钙190g、沸 石粉50.2g、蒙脱石100g、磷脂粉100g、酶解羽毛粉80g、盐46g、硫酸钠 30g、碳酸氢钠20g、DL-蛋氨酸28g、L-赖氨酸硫酸盐9g、60%微囊化氯化胆 碱20g、75%甜菜碱12g、牛磺酸10g、有机微量元素5g、维生素复合包5g、 植酸酶4g、复合酶4g、抗菌肽4g、吡咯喹啉醌钠3g和抗氧化剂1g。
然后进行自配料的配制,称取玉米600千克、43蛋白豆粕255千克、颗 粒石粉90千克和大豆油5千克,配制出950千克的自配料。
称取50千克预混料和950千克自配料,一起投入混合机中混合均匀,即 可配制出蛋鸡产蛋高峰期粉状配合饲料1000千克。
按照上述组分配制的饲料含粗蛋白16.2%、代谢能2605kcal/kg、总钙 4.01%、总磷0.49%、赖氨酸0.83%、蛋氨酸0.38%。
上述实施例2、3如实施例1做相同实验过程进行单因素试验,在多个试 验鸡场均可获得与试验例1近似的试验结果,在此不一一赘述。

Claims (7)
1.一种预防蛋鸡脂肪肝综合症的预混料,其特征在于:按原料的重量百分比,该预混料的组分包括:石粉25-30%、磷酸氢钙15-24%、沸石粉12-18%、蒙脱石6-13%、磷脂粉3-8%、酶解羽毛粉3-8%、盐3-6%、硫酸钠2-4%、碳酸氢钠1-3%、蛋氨酸2-4%、赖氨酸5-15%、胆碱1-3%、甜菜碱0.8-1.5%、牛磺酸0.8-1.5%、有机微量元素0.3-0.8%、复合维生素0.3-0.8%、植酸酶0.2-0.6%、复合酶0.2-0.6%、抗菌肽0.2-0.6%、吡咯喹啉醌钠0.2-0.4%和抗氧化剂0.1-0.3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种预防蛋鸡脂肪肝综合症的预混料,其特征在于:每千克所述预混料中各组分的具体重量为:石粉278.8g、磷酸氢钙190g、沸石粉130.2g、蒙脱石100g、磷脂粉50g、酶解羽毛粉50g、盐46g、硫酸钠30g、碳酸氢钠20g、DL-蛋氨酸28g、L-赖氨酸硫酸盐9g、60%微囊化氯化胆碱20g、75%甜菜碱12g、牛磺酸10g、有机微量元素5g、复合维生素5g、植酸酶4g、复合酶4g、抗菌肽4g、吡咯喹啉醌钠3g和抗氧化剂1g。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种预防蛋鸡脂肪肝综合症的预混料,其特征在于:所述蒙脱石为新型改性蒙脱石。
4.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种预防蛋鸡脂肪肝综合症的预混料,其特征在于:通过专用角蛋白水解酶处理羽毛蛋白使其成为易吸收的短分子肽,然后脱水磨粉制成所述酶解羽毛粉。
5.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种预防蛋鸡脂肪肝综合症的预混料,其特征在于:所述牛磺酸为食品级,其有效成分的含量不低于99%,所述DL-蛋氨酸的有效成分含量不低于98%,所述赖氨酸硫酸盐的有效成分含量不低于65%。
6.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种预防蛋鸡脂肪肝综合症的预混料,其特征在于:所述有机微量元素为蛋氨酸锌、蛋氨酸铁、蛋氨酸铜、蛋氨酸锰和酵母硒的混合物;所述复合维生素包为维生素A、维生素D3、25-羟基维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸、泛酸、维生素B6、生物素、叶酸和维生素B12的混合物;所述复合酶为木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、β-甘露聚糖酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶和果胶酶的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种预防蛋鸡脂肪肝综合症的预混料,其特征在于:所述抗菌肽为肠杆菌肽和天蚕素菌肽的混合物。
