The specific techniques or conditions are not identified in the examples and are described in the literature in this field or are carried out in accordance with the product specifications. The reagents or apparatus used were conventional products commercially available through regular channels, with no manufacturer noted.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the cyprodinil used is purchased from the market as Zhengda seide Fu, pesticide accession number: PD20120252; the used amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer is commercially available in Basiff and Wang autumn of Germany, and the pesticide registration number is: pesticide fertilizer (2021) standard character 17286.
Example 1: preparation of plant growth regulator composition
(1) Adding 5mL of 70% ethanol into 1g of gibberellin, adding water to fix volume to 1L after the ethanol is fully dissolved, and preparing mother liquor of 1g/L gibberellin; adding 1L of water into 10g of the amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer to prepare 1g/L of mother liquor of the amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer; adding 5mL of 70% ethanol into 1g of 1-naphthylacetic acid for full dissolution, and adding 995mL of water to prepare 1 g/L1-naphthylacetic acid mother liquor;
(2) Adding 110mL of gibberellin mother liquor, 8mL of mother liquor containing amino acid water-soluble fertilizer, 8mL of mother liquor containing 1-naphthylacetic acid and 1g of monopotassium phosphate into 500mL of water, adding water to fix the volume to 1L, fully shaking and mixing, and then adjusting the pH of the mixed liquor to 6.0 after uniform mixing, thus obtaining the rose flower branch elongation plant growth regulator composition.
Example 2: preparation of plant growth regulator composition
(1) Adding 5mL of 70% ethanol into 1g of gibberellin, adding water to fix volume to 1L after the ethanol is fully dissolved, and preparing mother liquor of 1g/L gibberellin; adding 1L of water into 10g of the amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer to prepare 1g/L of mother liquor of the amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer; adding 5mL of 70% ethanol into 1g of 1-naphthylacetic acid for full dissolution, and adding 995mL of water to prepare 1 g/L1-naphthylacetic acid mother liquor;
(2) Adding 115mL of gibberellin mother liquor, 10mL of mother liquor containing amino acid water-soluble fertilizer, 10mL of mother liquor containing 1-naphthylacetic acid and 1g of monopotassium phosphate into 500mL of water, adding water to fix the volume to 1L, fully vibrating and mixing, and then regulating the pH of the mixed liquor to 6.0 after uniform mixing, thus obtaining the rose flower branch elongation plant growth regulator composition.
Example 3: preparation of plant growth regulator composition
(1) Adding 5mL of 70% ethanol into 1g of gibberellin, adding water to fix volume to 1L after the ethanol is fully dissolved, and preparing mother liquor of 1g/L gibberellin; adding 1L of water into 10g of the amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer to prepare 1g/L of mother liquor of the amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer; adding 5mL of 70% ethanol into 1g of 1-naphthylacetic acid for full dissolution, and adding 995mL of water to prepare 1 g/L1-naphthylacetic acid mother liquor;
(2) Adding 120mL of gibberellin mother liquor, 12mL of mother liquor containing amino acid water-soluble fertilizer, 12mL of mother liquor containing 1-naphthylacetic acid and 1g of monopotassium phosphate into 500mL of water, adding water to fix the volume to 1L, fully vibrating and mixing, and then adjusting the pH of the mixed liquor to 6.0 after uniform mixing, thus obtaining the rose flower branch elongation plant growth regulator composition.
Example 4: use of plant growth regulator compositions

The method comprises the steps of taking cut flower rose 'roses' of a flower institute of the agricultural academy of China as an experimental material, selecting 52 roses plants in a top seed period (flower bud differentiation is completed to form macroscopic buds) with basically the same size and quality, dividing the plants into 4 groups, and marking 13 groups. The grouping situation is as follows:

Control group: clean water was selected as a control; spraying method the method of example 4 was chosen.
The first spraying time of each group is 2023, 6, 13, afternoon, the weather is cloudy, and finally the spraying is performed 3 times after 2023, 7, 5. The rose is cut off from the base, the length of the rose plant height is measured, photographed, and the data analysis is performed on the length of the rose plant height of the treatment group 1-3 and the control group, and the results are shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and table 1.

The average lengths of the pedicel of the treatment group 1, the treatment group 2 and the treatment group 3 are 8.11cm, 12.919cm and 8.25cm respectively, the average roughness of the pedicel is 9.35cm, 12.34cm and 9.68cm respectively, the average diameters of the buds after treatment are 37.96mm, 39.92mm and 38.42mm, the average lengths of the buds are 10.568mm, 10.704mm and 10.523mm, and the overall plant height average of the rose plant of the treatment group 1 is about 68.33cm; the average value of the whole plant height of the Chinese rose plants in the treatment group 2 is about 72.65cm, the average value of the whole plant height of the Chinese rose plants in the treatment group 3 is about 69.52cm, and the whole plant height of the Chinese rose plants in the treatment group is better than that of the control group, wherein the average value of the whole plant height of the Chinese rose plants in the control group is about 64.57cm, and the plant heights of the treatment group 1, the treatment group 2 and the treatment group 3 are about 3.76cm, 8.08cm and 4.95cm higher than that of the control group respectively. Therefore, the treatment group 2 enables the rose plant height extension effect to be obvious, and the flower branches to be obviously extended, so that the rose flower branch extension plant growth regulator composition prepared by the invention is sprayed aiming at the varieties with short plants in the production of cut flowers, and the industrial problems of short flower branch length, low grade and low commodity value of the varieties of the rose with short plants can be effectively solved by only needing less spraying.
