Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及关于(包装箱)纸板箱和其坯料方面的改进，及相关的包装物和使用方法。
本发明涉及一种由纸板形成的包装物(最好纸板为中间层是凹槽纸板的压合板)，该包装物形成可堆叠的包装箱，该包装箱的顶部可重复导入地插入另一包装箱的基底。
现有技术背景
本发明是在我们的新西兰专利文献第237169号(US5361976)和注册外观设计第25100、25101、25605和25604号中所公开的一种导入式包装物的发展。其全部内容均包含于此。
发明简述
然而，本发明旨在提供至少没有盖的结构，其可对具有装载物的包装箱提供稳定的堆叠，货物重量由这种包装箱的壁结构承担，而不会有任何实质上的压力通道作用于包装箱本身的货物上。
根据本发明的包装结构对水果例如苹果等很有用。因此，本发明的目的在于提供这种包装箱、坯料和包装物等等，或者至少为公众提供一种有用的选择。
在第一方面上，本发明包括，一种由坯料形成的包装箱，所述包装箱具有：
矩形基底，
位于所述基底每一长边的两折的折板段(后称“导引壁折板”)，第一折板通过折叠线与基底相连，第二折板通过折叠线(折叠线最好通过桥接区)与第一折板相连，其中，各个折板段的各个导引壁折板具有一超出折叠线的延伸区，该折叠线(最好只有一条)与位于所述导引壁第一折板和基底之间的、位于导引壁折板的两折板(第一折板和第二折板)之间的折叠线相正交，以及

其中，所述基底包括位于基底上紧贴导引壁第一折板的折叠线内侧的多个开口，每一开口用来接受另一同样包装箱在该包装箱两引导壁折板之间的折叠线上通过折叠(最好沿桥接区折叠)形成的突起，
其中，所述包装箱装配成具有导引壁的壁结构，其导引壁具有由坯料形成的多个朝上的突起(最好从所述桥接区处形成)，且可导入地通过一个同样的已装配的包装箱的基底的开口，所述导引壁略微向内倾斜，所述导引壁折板的延伸区粘接在靠近折叠的非导引壁折板的两侧。
在一些较少的替换形式中，“矩形”接近或为“正方形”。
如果需要，任何机械性等同于桥接形式突起的结构可以被应用(例如：从折叠线上弹出的结构)，但是，在导入方面不够确定。这样的结构降低了附着性、有用性和整体强度。
作为优选方案，所述非导引壁折板要严格地垂直于基底。
作为优选方案，所述坯料为压合板，其包括凹槽，凹槽位于中间层，且沿基本上垂直于所述导引壁的方向延伸。
作为优选方案，导引壁折板段的每个第二折板的延伸区向内折叠并内贴于非导引壁折板，并且
在角部用其部分折板(最好为大体平行的折叠线之间的部分)形成角板结构。
作为优选方案，手柄开口设置于穿过各个导引壁的折板段的每个两折板处。
作为优选方案，每个非导引壁在其上端具有一个凹口以利于空气流通过。
作为优选力案，导引壁倾斜一定角度，以使两导引壁顶部之间的距离比基底上折板段的第一折板的两折叠线之间的距离小约8毫米的数量级。例如，作为优选方案，基底上所述导引壁折板段的两折叠线之间的距离为396毫米数量级时，角度设定为2°数量级。

图2为根据本发明的装配好的包装箱的底视立体图，示出了在本发明的优选结构中，在基底上邻近每个导引壁处，有多个导引开口；
图3为根据本发明的二个装配好的包装箱的顶视立体图，示出了左包装箱的导引壁的结构，当其与右包装箱的作为优选的非倾斜的非导引壁对接时，两箱之间形成有一缝隙有助于在一堆包装箱之间的空气运动；
图4示出了根据本发明的一对包装箱的堆叠导引特性，当一堆包装箱与一同样的堆毗邻时，无论为如图3所示的布置，还是导引壁对导引壁放置，这样放置可形成二倍于图3所示的缝隙，由于在其中形成的不同的开口，在堆层中并通过堆层的每一包装箱的空气循环是可能的。
在优选的结构中，纸板箱最好由纸板制成，而纸板最好为中心层带凹槽而表层为平板的压合薄板，其凹槽方向为图1所示的“AA”方向。
图1示出了本发明的坯料结构，基底1在两折的二个导引壁折板段中的每个折板段的第一折板4的折叠线3处，具有多个开口2。二个折板段中的每个折板段的第二折板5通过折叠线“BB”与导引壁折板段的第一折板4连接。折叠线最好位于多个桥接区6上，每个桥接区是用来向包装箱内折叠第二折板5以形成竖直的突起14，其可在图3和4中很好地看到，每个突起用于插入到另一个包装箱的具有标号2的接受孔中。
每个折板4包括一个延伸折板7，而每个折板5包括一个延伸折板8。延伸折板7通过折叠线9与第一折板4相连，延伸折板8，作为优选方案，通过二条折叠线10连接，以形成一个角板结构11，其可在图4中很好地看到。然而，若不用双折叠线10，该处可以单折叠线取代，其位置大体与折叠线9在一条直线上。这些延伸折板的折叠线按要求相对于基底轴线成一定的角度。
本发明的一个特征是，当纸板箱装配时，导引壁12向内倾斜。
装配布置是这样的，折板13在向上折叠时形成非导引壁，它的两端被夹在延伸折板7和8的中间，第一折板4的延伸折板7贴于每一非导引壁折板13的外表面，而延伸折板8贴于它的内表面。
在如图所示的装配中，其结构为，沿凹槽方向，优选的包装箱从折叠线3到另一折叠线3的宽度为396毫米。对于导引壁结构为165毫米数量级高的产品而言，其优选的角度(测量外壁)为，导引凸耳14的顶部比导引壁垂直于基底时凸耳的位置更相互靠近8毫米。此角度大约与各垂直侧面成2°，从而使各个导引凸耳14容易导入，通过接受孔2进入每个第二折板5的内凹区15。
作为优选方案的大约8毫米的偏移量被用于其它基体尺寸时，角度要根据情况来调整。
在由延伸折板7和8粘合固定于非导引折板13的已装配的纸板箱中，如图2至4所示的结构具有很好的强度效果，这是由于这种结构决定的，堆叠强度米自于壁到壁的导引，而壁与壁的连接是以前面所述的新西兰专利文献中所公开的相同的方式更多地使用突起。另外，在拐角处形成有支承结构11，由于其能承受较大的推压力并提供垂直方向上的支承，从而提供了附加的强度。然而，即使在没有角部构造11的结构中，包装箱仍具有可接受的强度，其就散去堆积在包装箱中的谷物所产生的温度而言，具有一定优势。这是由于如图所示的各种卸荷结构和开口(包括手柄结构15)使一定量的空气可以从水果和其它装载物的上方和堆积在包装箱顶部的基底的下方通过包装箱，而由于导引壁略微倾斜，堆积的包装箱周围可以形成附加空气流。
制造此种包装箱的优选材料为一种(2×160克/米2)双重拱形半化学纸浆瓦楞纸板外披290克/米2的牛皮纸。
本领域的技术人员会赏识根据本发明提供的结构的变化。

Claims (15)

1、一种由坯料形成的包装箱，所述包装箱具有：
矩形基底，
位于所述基底每一长边的两折的折板段(后称“导引壁折板”)，第一折板通过折叠线与基底相连，第二折板通过折叠线(折叠线最好通过桥接区)与第一折板相连，其中，各个折板段的各个导引壁折板具有一超出折叠线的延伸区，该折叠线与位于所述导引壁第一折板和基底之间的、位于导引壁折板的两折板(第一折板和第二折板)之间的折叠线相正交，以及
位于所述基底每一短边的折板(后称“非导引壁折板”)，
其中，所述基底包括位于基底上紧贴导引壁第一折板的折叠线内侧的多个开口，每一开口用来接受另一同样包装箱在该包装箱两引导壁折板之间的折叠线上通过折叠(最好沿桥接区折叠)形成的突起，
其中，所述包装箱装配成具有导引壁的壁结构，其导引壁具有由坯料形成的多个朝上的突起(最好从所述桥接区处形成)，且可导入地通过一个同样的已装配的包装箱的基底的开口，所述导引壁略微向内倾斜，所述导引壁折板的延伸区粘接在靠近折叠的非导引壁折板的两侧。
2、如权利要求1所述的包装箱，其中，每个所述延伸区只有一条折叠线。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的包装箱，其中，所述非导引壁折板严格地垂直于基底。
4、如权利要求1、2或3所述的包装箱，其中，所述坯料为压合板，其包括凹槽，凹槽位于中间层，且沿基本上垂直于所述导引壁的方向延伸。
5、如前述权利要求之一所述的包装箱，其中，导引壁折板段的每个第二折板的延伸区向内折叠并内贴于非导引壁折板，并且
在角部用其部分折板形成角板结构。
6、如权利要求5所述的包装箱，其中，每个所述角板结构大体位于两平行折叠线之间。
7、如前述权利要求之一所述的包装箱，其中，手柄开口设置于穿过各个导引壁的折板段的每个两折板处。
8、如前述权利要求之一所述的包装箱，其中，每个非导引壁在其上端具有一个凹口以利于空气流通过。
9、如前述权利要求之一所述的包装箱，其中，导引壁倾斜一定角度，以使两导引壁顶部之间的距离比基底上折板段的第一折板的两折叠线之间的距离小约8毫米的数量级。
10、如权利要求9所述的包装箱，其中，基底上所述导引壁折板段的两折叠线之间的距离为396毫米数量级时，角度设定为2°数量级。
