在每个主体形成板的每个侧翼片中设置一凹口，使用在将坯料组装以形成一竖立箱子时、一块主体板的侧翼片能够与另一块主体板的相邻侧翼片接合，由此形成一个双封闭箱子。在这些翼片接合之前，该箱子处于压扁状态。这使得坯料能够装配成呈现折叠或竖立状态的箱子。
每个主体板的相对侧翼片优选彼此对称。相邻主体板的相邻侧翼片优选是相同的。
优选的是，在每个主体形成板的端部处设有一端部翼片。更优选的是，其中一个端部翼片还设有侧翼片。在主体板的每个侧翼片上优选设有一接头片，用来在所构成的箱子中连接在端部翼片和中间板的侧翼片上。
每个接头片优选设在每个侧翼片的带凹口区域的远端处。优选的是，在每个接头片和其相邻侧翼片之间设有弱化线。
主体形成板的每个侧翼片、中间板和/或端部翼片优选设有基本上形成一直角的一个角部和为截头的相对角部。设在主体形成板的侧翼片上的每个接头片优选从侧翼片的截头端部延伸出。
优选的是，沟槽沿着坯料的纵向方向、即从一个端部翼片到另一个形成，因为这提高了由该坯料形成的箱子的强度。
本发明的第二方面提供了一种瓦楞纸板支撑件，它包括两块基本上平行相对的主体板和两对相对侧壁，其中一对相对侧壁中的每一个由至少两个互锁部分形成。
设置每一个都由两个互锁部分构成的一对相对侧壁，使得组装好的支撑件能够从折叠状态运动到竖立状态。在折叠或扁平状态中，每个壁的两个部分脱开，以使得每个部分能够平躺地压靠在其连接壁或板上。在竖立状态中，每个壁的两个部分变为互锁并且基本上与其连接壁或板垂直。
应理解的是，根据本发明第一方面的坯料优选用在形成根据本发明第二方面的支撑件中。另外，支撑件的主板和壁可以为任意尺寸。
可以给这些支撑件上漆以赋予防水性。

为了更好地理解本发明并且更清楚地显示出它如何实现，现在将只是以举例的方式参照以下附图，其中：
图1为用于根据本发明一个实施方案的双封闭箱子的坯料的平面图；
图2为从在图1中所示的坯料组装出的根据本发明的竖立双封闭箱子的透视图；并且
图3为以其折叠形式显示出的在图2中所示的双封闭箱子的透视图。
具体实施方式
参照这些附图中的图1，显示出用于构造根据本发明一个实施方案的双封闭箱子的坯料2的平面图。该坯料从一块瓦楞纸板切割出，并且将折缝插入到坯料中，以提供由在图1中的虚线所示的折叠线。粗点划线表示反向折叠线。该坯料具有通过中间部分19连接的两个主体形成板18、20。这两个主体形成板18、20设有分别与所述中间部分19相对的端部17、21。每个主体板具有从其每一侧延伸出的侧翼片11、22、14、25，每个侧面翼片具有一凹口I。每个翼片的一个端部是笔直的，并且最靠近该凹口的另一个相对端部是倾斜的。每个倾斜端部设有一接头片12、23、15、26。中间部分19还设有侧翼片13、24，一个端部是笔直的并且另一个是倾斜的。类似的侧翼片16、27设置成从一个端部21延伸出来，但是相对端部17没有翼片。
可以将该坯料组装以形成包括两个基本上平行相对的主体板(18，20)和两对相对侧壁(X，Y)的盒子10，其中一对相对侧壁(Y)中的每一个由两个相连部分(11，14和22，25)形成，从而使得该支撑件能够从折叠状态运动到竖立状态，如图2和3中所示。
为了形成该盒子10，侧翼片11、22平折到主体形成板18上，并且将接头片12、23翻折以压靠在侧翼片上。然后将胶水涂覆到这些接头片12、23上。然后将侧翼片12、24折叠压靠在中间部分19上。然后将主体形成板18折叠压靠在中间部分19上，从而这些接头片12、23粘贴在其相邻的侧翼片23、24上。然后将侧翼片14、25折叠到另一个主体形成板20上，并且将接头片15、26翻折以压靠在侧翼片14、25上。然后将胶水涂覆到这些接头片上，并且将侧翼片16、27平折在端部部分21上。该端部部分21这时折叠压靠在主体形成板20上，从而这些侧翼片16、27分别粘贴在其相邻的接头片15、26上。最后，将胶水涂覆到设在上面的相对端部部分17上，以粘在另一个端部部分21的外表面上，从而形成如图2中所示的组装好的盒子20。可以采用多点机器涂胶机以高速实现由坯料构造出该盒子。
如上所述，如此构造出该盒子10，从而它可以以折叠的形式(图3)或竖立形式(图2)提供。将盒子组装成其折叠形式需要将主体形成板的侧翼片11、14、22、25向内压，以便使它们压靠在其相应的板上。向内推压折叠盒子的外表面、尤其是中间部分19和端部部分17，迫使侧面翼片离开其板，并且这些翼片通过凹口I锁在一起。这形成非常难以重新折叠的双封闭盒子。
已经发现设置在图1中所示的沿着纵向方向C的沟槽能够提供更加坚固的盒子，因此使得该盒子能够支撑更大的重量。这与在传统瓦楞纸板盒中所提供的沟槽方向相反。
沟槽的方向和在盒子中设置两个封闭端使得该竖立盒子本质上十分坚固。以前，盒子的一个端部可以打开以使得能够将物品放置在该盒子内。根据本发明的盒子可以用作支撑件，例如用作展示货盘以支撑所要销售的物品。该盒子相对于现有技术支撑件其优点在于，它能够以扁平的形式运输和存放直到需要时为止，并且能够循环利用。它还可以由廉价的材料制成。
根据本发明的盒子的优选用途是构造货盘，其中将多个盒子粘贴在顶板和底板上以提供可以从折叠状态运动到竖立状态的货盘，如在本申请人的相关待审申请中所述一样。可以设置任意所需尺寸的货盘，并且该货盘越大，则在其结构中将使用更多的盒子。

Claims (16)

1.一种用于构造支撑件的瓦楞纸板坯料(2)，该坯料包括两个主体形成板(18，20)、一个位于所述主体形成板之间的中间板(19)和至少一个端部翼片(21)，每个主体形成板和中间板具有相对的侧翼片(11，22，14，25，13，24)，主体形成板的每个侧翼片(11，22，14，25)设有一凹口(I)。
2.如权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸板坯料，其中，每个主体形成板(18，20)的相对侧翼片(11，22和14，25)彼此对称。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的瓦楞纸板坯料，其中，相邻主体板的相邻侧翼片(11，14和22，25)是相同的。
4.如权利要求1，2或3所述的瓦楞纸板坯料，其中，在每个主体形成板(18，20)的端部处设有一端部翼片(17，21)。
5.如权利要求4所述的瓦楞纸板坯料，其中，一个端部翼片(21)设有侧翼片(16，27)。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的瓦楞纸板坯料，其中，在主体形成板(18，20)的每个侧翼片(11，22，14，25)上设有一接头片(12，23，15，26)。
7.如权利要求6所述的瓦楞纸板坯料，其中，每个接头片(12，23，15，26)设在每个侧翼片的凹口区域(I)的远端处。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的瓦楞纸板坯料，其中，在每个接头片和其相邻侧翼片之间设有一弱化线。
9.如权利要求6至8中任一项所述的瓦楞纸板坯料，其中，主体形成板的每个侧翼片、中间板和/或端部翼片设有基本上形成一直角的一个角部和截头的相对角部。
10.如权利要求9所述的瓦楞纸板坯料，其中，设在主体形成板的侧翼片上的每个接头片优选从侧翼片的截头端部延伸出。
11.如前述任何一项权利要求所述的瓦楞纸板坯料，其中，沿着坯料的纵向方向、即从一个端部翼片到另一个形成有一沟槽。
12.一种瓦楞纸板支撑件(10)，包括两块基本上平行相对的主体板(18，20)和两对相对侧壁(X，Y)，其中一对相对侧壁(Y)中的每一个由至少两个互锁部分(11，14，22，25)形成，所述互锁部分使得支撑件能够从折叠状态向竖立状态运动。
13.一种如权利要求12所述的瓦楞纸板支撑件，由根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的坯料、通过将坯料的适当部分折叠并且用适当的手段将它们固定在一起而构成。
14.如权利要求13所述的瓦楞纸板支撑件，其中，采用粘接剂将坯料的各个部分固定在一起。
15.如权利要求13或14所述的瓦楞纸板支撑件，其中，主体板(18，20)的侧翼片(11，14，22，25)固定在中间板(19)的侧翼片(13，24)上，而且端部翼片(17)折叠并且固定在主体板上，主体板的侧翼片(11，22，14，25)不相互固定。
16.如权利要求15所述的瓦楞纸板支撑件，其中，所述主体板的侧翼片通过接头片固定在中间板的侧翼片和端部翼片上。
