From the data in table 2, the hair mask with repairing and softening effects provided by the invention has excellent high-low temperature stability, and can not generate turbidity and layering phenomena in high-temperature or low-temperature environments, wherein the type of the emulsifier is selected to influence the stability of the system.
Test example 2 combing force test
The combing force refers to the friction resistance of the hair to the comb, and the smaller the combing force is, the better the flexibility of the hair is. The combing property test of the hair is to simulate the friction resistance and the resistance change condition encountered when combing with a comb at each stage in the hair washing process of a consumer through a dynamic combing property tester of the hair, so as to judge the combing property of the hair washing and caring product. The invention uses the hair combing device to measure the combing force of the hair, and judges the softening effect of the hair through the combing force.
Object of measurement: the hair films of examples 1-12 and comparative examples 1-4 of the present invention, and two commercial hair care products with a restoration and softening effect.
The testing method comprises the following steps:
(1) Fixing a standard hair bundle on a carding instrument through a clamping plate, carding for 10 times by using a comb, and measuring carding force by using a hair carding instrument;
(2) Opening a shower nozzle to start showering, setting the water flow speed to be about 100ml/s, setting the water temperature to be (40+/-5) DEG C, and starting comb carding;
(3) Uniformly coating a sample of 4+/-0.5 g on a standard hair bundle, opening a shower nozzle to start showering after 10min, and combing for about 10 times by a comb while flushing;
(4) The hair was left under constant temperature and humidity for 24 hours, then combed with a comb about 10 times, and the combing force (gf) was measured with a hair combing machine.
The results are shown in Table 3
TABLE 3 Table 3
As can be seen from Table 3, the hair films prepared in examples 1-3 of the present invention have significantly improved softening effects relative to the commercially available hair care products.
From examples 4-8, it is clear that the choice of the type of hair conditioner according to the invention also has an effect on improving the softening effect of the hair.
Examples 9 to 12 show that the type of emulsifier affects the miscibility and viscosity of the product and thus the hair softening effect.
As can be seen from comparative examples 1 and 2, the hair conditioner and the hair care agent are used in combination, and the hair film of the present invention has a better effect of improving hair flexibility, and when either one of them is absent, the effect of improving hair flexibility of the product is reduced.
As can be seen from comparative examples 3-4, the hair care agent selected by the invention has a synergistic interaction between the wheat amino acid and the cocoa butter, and the combination of the wheat amino acid and the cocoa butter can better improve the softening effect of hair, and the lack of any one can reduce the softening effect.
Test example 3 gloss test
Measuring: hair masks with restoration and softening efficacy of inventive examples 1-12 and comparative examples 1-4.
The testing method comprises the following steps: 160 adult volunteers with the same hair volume and hair length between 18 and 45 years old are selected and randomly divided into 16 groups, the hair films with repairing and softening effects of the invention in examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 4 are respectively tried, the samples to be tested are used for 1 time per night by each group of volunteers, 4+/-0.5 g of each sample is used, and the glossiness of the hair of each volunteer is respectively detected by using a Novo-Gloss glossiness meter on 0 day and 15 days in an evaluation experiment. The results are shown in Table 4.
TABLE 4 Table 4
As can be seen from Table 4, the hair films prepared in examples 1-3 of the present invention have a significant improvement in the degree of head gloss over the commercial hair care products.
From examples 4-8, it is clear that the selection of the type of hair conditioning agent according to the present invention has an effect on improving the gloss of the hair.
From comparative examples 1-2, it is clear that when either the hair conditioner or the hair care agent is absent, the product is inferior in improvement of the glossiness of hair, and the hair conditioner and the hair care agent are better in the combination use effect.
As can be seen from comparative examples 3-4, the choice of the type of hair care agent in the present invention also affects the gloss of the hair after the volunteer uses the product of the present invention.
Test example 4 consumer sensory effect evaluation
96 Female volunteers aged between 30-35 years were selected as subjects, and randomized into 16 groups of 6 persons each. The testing method comprises the following steps: the hair mask with repairing and softening effects of the invention examples 1-12 and comparative examples 1-4 are used by the test subjects, and are used for 1 time per night, 4+/-0.5 g for 15 days continuously, and the use effect is scored by the test subjects after the use is finished, and the hair mask is prepared by 10 scores: more than 9 minutes, the indication is very good and very satisfactory; 8-9 are preferably divided; a score of 7-8 is moderately acceptable; a score of 7 or less is not good and unacceptable. The scores for each group were 6-person averages and the results are shown in table 5.
