Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of hair care oil, and discloses anhydrous double-layer hair care oil and a preparation method thereof. The invention discloses anhydrous double-layer hair care oil, which comprises the following components: oil phase A and oil phase B; the densities of oil phase a and oil phase B are not equal and are immiscible. The hair care oil disclosed by the invention is anhydrous, and adopts immiscible oil raw materials with poor density to form a double-layer structure, and compared with the double-layer water-containing hair care oil, the hair care oil with the anhydrous double-layer structure enables the hair to be more refreshing and not greasy. The oil phase B is taken as the upper layer, the raw materials of the oil phases have similar densities and good compatibility, the effect of enhancing the overall synergistic performance is achieved through compounding and combination, the softening, repairing and brightening effects of the oil phases can be changed, silky touch feeling can be brought to hair, and the addition of the oil phase at the lower layer can realize synergistic interaction from three effect dimensions of freshness, silky touch feeling and moistening degree, so that excellent comprehensive performance is obtained.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hair care oil, in particular to anhydrous double-layer hair care oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the hair care demand of consumers is higher and higher. The hair is natural polymer keratin fiber, covers the scalp, and has effects of preventing scalp from heat dissipation, protecting scalp from injury, and beautifying. The hair keratin fiber is inactive, but light, hot air, acid, alkali, oxidant and reductant can damage hair. The hair is often damaged to different degrees by hair ironing, dyeing, straightening, curling, hair drying and the like in life. The main manifestations are: on one hand, the scales of the hair epidermis are damaged and tilted, the hair is frightened and difficult to comb, and dull and lusterless; on the other hand, after the keratin fiber structure is damaged, the toughness and the strength of hair are obviously reduced, and the hair is fragile and easy to break.
In the current hair repair technology, products such as shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and the like are used for repairing damaged hair through the electrostatic attraction of cationic conditioners to the hair, or are used for providing hair care oil-resident products to prevent the further damage of the hair. The commercially available hair care oil is mostly single-layer homogeneous phase hair care oil, and some double-layer hair care oil is also available, and research and test show that the upper layer of the existing double-layer hair care oil generally adopts a pure silicone oil system, the lower layer of the existing double-layer hair care oil is a water phase, and the appearance layer is not easy to layer or the interface of the oil phase and the water phase is fuzzy after layering. In the actual use process, as the oil and the water are mixed, the smooth, repair and gloss effects are not ideal; on the other hand, after the hair care product is used, the hair is sticky and is difficult to dry, the refreshing degree is poor, the hair is easy to become strands, and the experience feeling is poor.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a refreshing anhydrous dual-layer hair care oil with a combination of softness, repair and shine.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an anhydrous double-layer hair care oil with softening, repairing and brightening effects and a preparation method thereof, aims to solve one or more technical problems in the prior art, and at least provides a beneficial selection or creation condition to achieve the softening, repairing and brightening effects of an all-oil system and simultaneously give a refreshing use feeling.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme.
An anhydrous dual-layer hair care oil, the composition of which comprises: the oil phase A and the oil phase B are respectively 5-95% and 95-5%; the densities of oil phase a and oil phase B are not equal and are immiscible. The hair care oil disclosed by the invention is anhydrous, adopts immiscible oil raw materials with poor density to form a double-layer structure, and enables hair to be more fresh and not greasy compared with single-layer uniform oil-phase hair care oil and water-containing double-layer hair care oil.
Further, the grease A is one or more of PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, PEG-6 caprylic/capric glyceride, polyglycerol-6 dicaprate, diethoxyethyl succinate, polysorbate-28 and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil which are mixed according to any ratio.
Further, oil phase B comprises: methyl silicone oil.
Further, the methyl silicone oil is a composition of cyclopentadidimethyl siloxane, polydimethylsiloxane or dimethiconol. The density of the cyclopentadecyldimethyl siloxane and the polydimethylsiloxane or the dimethiconol is similar, the compatibility is good, and the unique molecular structure can change the softening, repairing and brightening effects of the oil phase.
Further, the weight ratio of the cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, the polydimethylsiloxane or the dimethiconol is preferably 5-95: 95 to 5.
According to the invention, the oil phase B is taken as an upper layer, the densities of all oil phase raw materials are similar, the compatibility is good, the effect of enhancing the overall synergistic performance is achieved through compounding and combination, specifically, the methyl silicone oil is added, the unique molecular structure is utilized, the compatibility with hair is good, the softening, repairing and brightening effects of the oil phase can be changed, the silky touch feeling can be brought to the hair, and the subsequent addition of the lower oil phase A can realize synergistic interaction from three effect dimensions of freshness, silky touch and moisture, so that the excellent comprehensive performance is obtained. In addition, the methyl silicone oil is compounded to form low surface tension, is easy to spread and form film, can form a uniform waterproof protective film, has no sticky or greasy feeling, provides an antistatic effect, is beneficial to forming an inert system in the oil phase A, has a slow-release fragrance-fixing effect when being blended with essence and perfume, does not cause adverse effects on other active ingredients, and has good matching property.
At present, common double-layer hair care oil is prone to adding water, and can become double layers because the water and the oil are not mutually soluble, but has the defects of difficult drying and unsmooth refreshing after use. In addition, in the prior art, the water is contained, and a preservative is required to be added, so that the cost is increased. The double-layer hair oil provided by the invention generates double layers through the special properties and polarity difference of the oil, replaces the addition of water, is fresh and quick to dry after being used, and does not need to be added with a preservative.
A preparation method of anhydrous double-layer hair care oil comprises the following steps:
mixing and stirring the components of the oil phase A uniformly, heating to 40-60 ℃, and preserving heat to obtain a lower-layer composition;
mixing the components of the oil phase B, and stirring to obtain an upper layer composition;
the lower layer composition is filled, the upper layer composition is added to obtain the double-layer hair care oil, and the prepared double-layer hair care oil is used by shaking uniformly and then extruding. The oil phase AB is compounded to play a good role in absorbing the hair care oil on the hair, so that the maintenance effect is improved, and the hair is smooth and easy to comb; the added grease A can play a role in enriching the grease for the hair, can protect the hair strongly, enables the hair to be dry and comfortable and not greasy, repairs the scales of the hair surface skin, obviously improves the glossiness of the hair, and is easy to comb.
The invention takes the oil phase A as the lower oil phase, adopts the grease with special molecular structure, and utilizes the density and polarity of the grease to ensure that the lower oil phase and the upper oil phase of the hair care oil are not mixed and dissolved, and the hair care oil has a clear interface and forms a larger density difference to ensure that the two phases can be obviously layered. Specifically, the hair conditioner contains PEG-n glyceryl fatty acid esters, PEG-n fatty acid esters, polyglycerol fatty acid esters, polysorbate-n esters, fatty acid glyceryl polyether-n esters, PEG-n castor oil and diethoxyethyl succinate, so that the density of the lower layer is far greater than that of the upper layer oil phase, the situation that the layering effect is influenced due to the fact that the upper layer oil phase and the lower layer oil phase are mutually dissolved is avoided, the integral viscosity and the permeability of a hair care oil system are controlled, and hair is well maintained. The invention controls the density and polarity by adjusting the proportion relation of the grease in the upper and lower layers of oil phases, so that the immiscible effect of the two phases is better, thereby realizing the obvious layering effect.
The double-layer hair care oil of the present invention may suitably contain ingredients generally used in hair oils, such as colorants, fragrances, moisturizers, humectants, antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, various extracts, and the like.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the hair care oil adopts immiscible oil phase raw materials with poor density, so that a double-layer structure containing different components of oil is formed, and the hair is more fresh and greasy than a single-layer uniform hair care oil and a water-containing double-layer hair care oil; according to the invention, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane or dimethiconol with similar density and good compatibility is selected as the upper oil phase raw material, and special performance grease with similar density and polarity is selected as the lower oil phase raw material; the invention can reduce the electrostatic effect of hair, make the hair more flexible at the same time, the result of sensory integration evaluation is higher than the similar products sold in the market through the test.

Adding pigment and PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate into oil pan, heating to 50 deg.C, keeping the temperature, and stirring to obtain lower layer composition.
Filling the lower layer composition, and filling the upper layer composition to obtain the double-layer hair care oil.
Example 2
An anhydrous double-layer hair care oil has the raw material composition shown in table 1.
A preparation method of anhydrous double-layer hair care oil comprises the following steps:
adding cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, essence and VE acetate into an emulsifying pot, and uniformly stirring to obtain the upper-layer composition.

Adding pigment, PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, diethoxyethyl succinate and polysorbate-28 into oil pan, stirring, heating to 50 deg.C, and maintaining the temperature to obtain lower layer composition.
Filling the lower layer composition, and filling the upper layer composition to obtain the double-layer hair care oil.
The preparation of examples 4 to 10 corresponds to example 1.
Compared with the composition of the raw material in the embodiment 1, the composition of the embodiment 4 reduces the dosage of the cyclopentadecyldimethyl siloxane and adds 2 special grease.
In the raw material composition of example 5, 4 kinds of special oils and fats were added as compared with example 1.
In example 6, 2 kinds of special oils and fats were added to the raw material composition as compared with example 1.
In the raw material composition of example 7, the amount of cyclopentadecyldimethylsiloxane was reduced compared to that in example 1, and 2 kinds of special oils and fats were added.
The starting material composition of example 8 was reduced in the amount of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane compared to example 1.
The composition of example 9 was reduced in the amount of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and 2 kinds of special oils and fats were added as compared with example 1.
In the raw material composition of example 10, the amount of cyclopentadecylpolydimethylsiloxane was reduced compared to example 1, and 2 kinds of special oils and fats were added without polydimethylsiloxane.
The hair care oils obtained in examples 1 to 10 were used by shaking and then extruding and the following tests were carried out, and the results are shown in Table 1.

A. Observe the appearance
Whether the hair care oil is easy to layer, the water and oil are clean and clear, and whether the hair care oil is hung on the wall is observed, and the observation results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the products obtained in examples 1 to 10 are all easy to layer, wherein the clarity of the water-oil interface of examples 2,3,5,7,9 and 10 is clear, and the products of examples 1 to 3, 7,9 and 10 do not cause wall hanging.
B. Hair shine test
The glossiness of the hair bundle is tested by using a skin glossiness testing probe, the hair bundle is grouped by using corresponding data, a proper amount of hair care oil is coated on the hair bundle, the glossiness of the hair before the hair care oil is not coated, the instant glossiness after the hair care oil is used and the glossiness after 1h are respectively tested, then the instant glossiness after the hair care oil is used and the glossiness improvement percentage after 1h are respectively calculated, and the test result is shown in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, example 3 is the best example, and the instant gloss and gloss improvement after 1 hour of the obtained product are the best.
C. Compliance Effect test
The double-layered hair tonics prepared in examples 1 to 10 were subjected to a dynamic combing force test, in which after the double-layered hair tonics were applied to the hair, the resistance generated when the hair was combed and the integral thereof (i.e., combing work) were measured, thereby comparing the softening effects of the respective double-layered hair tonics on the hair. To facilitate uniform criteria, the baseline for all products was set to 1.0 and relative data for each sample was calculated based thereon. If the value is less than 1, the sample only needs lower combing work when combing the hair, and the sample has better softening effect than the reference product; on the contrary, if the numerical value is more than 1, the softening effect of the sample is poorer than that of the reference product, the instant softening effect refers to the effect measured after the hair care oil is smeared, and the test result is shown in table 4.

As can be seen from Table 4, example 3 is the best example with the best instant compliance effect.
D. Human sensory evaluation
The human body sensory evaluation is to evaluate the softening effect, repairing effect, refreshing degree and double-layer appearance of the double-layer hair care oil through the sensory evaluation after the double-layer hair care oil is used.
The process of human body sensory evaluation is as follows: 120 volunteers were recruited, and after grouping, were randomly grouped into 20 volunteers each group for 1 week with each group of double-layer hair care oil continuously, and the testers scored according to the feeling of use. The scoring criteria used 10 points:
the softening effect is as follows: the softening effect is very low at 1 minute, low at 3 minutes, general at 5 minutes, high at 7 minutes and very high at 10 minutes;
repairing effect: 1 minute-no improvement, 3 minute-low degree of improvement, 5 minute-general degree of improvement, 7 minute-high degree of improvement, 10 minute-very high degree of improvement;
refreshing degree: 1 point-very not fresh, 3 point-low degree of fresh, 5 point-general degree of fresh, 7 point-high degree of fresh, 10 point very high degree of fresh.
Overall evaluation: mean of the first three evaluations.
The results of the human sensory evaluation are shown in table 5.

As is clear from Table 5, the evaluation results obtained in examples 1 to 3 were all high in overall evaluation and were generally preferred by the panelists.

3. The anhydrous bilayer hair care oil of claim 1, wherein oil phase B comprises: methyl silicone oil.
4. The anhydrous bilayer hair care oil of claim 3 wherein the methyl silicone oil is a combination of cyclopentadecyldimethicone, dimethicone or dimethiconol.
5. The anhydrous double-layer hair care oil according to claim 4, wherein the weight ratio of the cyclopentadecyldimethylsiloxane, the polydimethylsiloxane or the dimethiconol is 5-95: 95 to 5.
6. A method for preparing the anhydrous double-layer hair care oil according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which comprises the following steps:
mixing and stirring the components of the oil phase A uniformly, heating to 40-60 ℃, and preserving heat to obtain a lower-layer composition;
mixing and stirring the components of the oil phase B uniformly to obtain an upper layer composition;
filling the lower layer composition, and adding the upper layer composition to obtain the double-layer hair care oil.
