Description

Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation for preventing and controlling porcine respiratory disease and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines, in particular to a Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation for preventing and controlling porcine respiratory diseases, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Pig breeding is affected by a plurality of factors, such as high breeding density, poor hygienic environment of houses, more dust, neglect of immunization, untimely disinfection and the like, and respiratory diseases are extremely easy to occur. The porcine respiratory disease is of a plurality of types, and common diseases comprise swine influenza, porcine pseudorabies, porcine infectious pleuropneumonia, porcine mycoplasma pneumonia and the like. Porcine respiratory diseases are usually caused by pathogenic microorganism-host-environment interaction, especially the intervention of some new pathogens, which leads to more complex and serious respiratory diseases, and also makes diagnosis and prevention more difficult and causes unsatisfactory treatment effects. The respiratory diseases of pigs mainly occur in weaned pigs and bred pigs, and the clinical manifestations of the respiratory diseases of infected pigs are body temperature rise, mental depression, inappetence or abolishment, dyspnea, wheezing, abdominal respiration, coarse and disordered fur, poor growth, cough, secretion of nose and eyes, conjunctivitis, and inconsistent symptoms of different management conditions, secondary pathogenic bacteria and environmental quality.
The traditional western veterinary method for treating the porcine respiratory diseases mainly uses antibiotics medicines, is extremely easy to cause the problems of drug resistance and drug residue, has high treatment cost, and also affects the health of pigs and the meat safety. The middle veterinarian approach has an incomparable advantage in treating porcine respiratory disease.

Comparative example 1
Talarmycin antibiotics were used as comparative examples.
1. Efficacy verification of the herbal compound formulations of examples 1-3 and the tulathromycin antibiotic of comparative example 1 is as follows:
1. Test animal selection and test design
500 Weaned pigs suffering from respiratory diseases are collected together during the period of 6 months 2022 to 2 months 2023, and symptoms of the sick pigs are expressed as follows: cough, body temperature above 40deg.C, anorexia, listlessness, dyspnea, and asthma. The main symptoms, the course, the weight and the like of the weaned pigs are not obviously different, and the weaned pigs are comparable.
Randomly dividing the sick weaned piglets into five groups, wherein group I is a control group, and feeding basic ration; group II, on the basis of basic daily ration, each sick pig takes the Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation prepared in example 1 according to the dosage of 1ml/kg, and the Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation is continuously taken for 5 days in the morning and at night for 1 time respectively; group III on the basis of basic daily ration, each sick pig takes the Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation prepared in example 2 according to the dosage of 1ml/kg, and takes the preparation for 5 days continuously 1 time in the morning and 1 time in the evening; on the basis of basic daily ration, each sick pig takes the Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation prepared in the example 3 according to the dosage of 1ml/kg, and the Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation is continuously taken for 5 days in the morning and at night for 1 time respectively; group V on the basis of basal diet, each sick pig was injected intramuscularly with tulathromycin 1 time a day at a dose of 2.5 mg/kg.
The basic ration consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50.5 parts of corn, 16.0 parts of soybean meal, 5.0 parts of fish meal, 11 parts of bran, 0.9 part of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.8 part of stone powder, 0.3 part of salt, 0.1 part of mildew inhibitor, 3.0 parts of soybean oil, 0.3 part of lysine, 0.3 part of salt, 1.7 parts of citric acid and 0.1 part of calcium hydrophosphate feed additive.
2. Therapeutic effect criterion
The experimental observation period was 5 days after administration. The clinical efficacy evaluation of the medicine takes the effective rate, cure rate and death rate as main indexes.
The effective rate is as follows: the clinical symptoms are improved and normal sick pigs are recovered after the administration is finished, and the proportion of the sick pigs in the group is the proportion of the total sick pigs.
Cure rate: the proportion of the total sick pigs in the group is that the clinical symptoms completely recover from the normal disease pigs after the administration is finished.
Inefficiency: the ill pigs which are not improved after the end of the administration of the medicine account for the proportion of the group of the total ill pigs.
Mortality rate: death remained after the end of dosing, and necropsy was performed with characteristic lesions, identified as death. Dead sick pigs account for the proportion of the total sick pigs in the group.
3. Therapeutic results
The statistical results of the treatment are shown in Table 1
TABLE 1
As shown by the experimental results recorded in Table 1, compared with the control group (group I), the effective rate and cure rate of the groups (group II, group III and group IV) of the examples 1-3 are obviously improved, which proves that the Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation provided by the invention can effectively reduce the death rate of the porcine respiratory diseases. And has no significant difference (P > 0.05) through statistical analysis, which is equivalent to the cure rate effect of the comparative example group (i.e. the tulathromycin V group).
2. Pathological section examination result
The disease pigs are examined by dissection, and the disease pigs are obvious in peritonitis and pleurisy, have bean curd residue-like characteristics in abdominal cavities, have interstitial edema, necrosis, effusion, thickening and roughness in lungs, are enlarged in livers and spleens, are adhered to abdominal cavities, and are characterized by typical bacterial porcine respiratory diseases.
3. In vivo bacterial detection results
In order to evaluate the clinical treatment effect of the Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation provided by the invention, the bacterial types and the bacterial numbers in the bodies of the pigs at 1 day before administration and 1 day, 3 days and 5 days after administration are respectively tested, the sampling mode is nasal swab sampling, and the results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
As is clear from the experimental results shown in Table 2, the number of bacteria in the sick pigs after administration was significantly reduced, and no bacteria were detected after 5 days of administration, whereas haemophilus parasuis was detected after 5 days of administration in the comparative example group (i.e., the tulathromycin V group).
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention.
