The working principle is as follows: synchronously conveying a plurality of groups of catheters through a catheter feeding part, then cutting the catheters with set length through a catheter cutting mechanism, synchronously transferring each batch of catheters with set length to a catheter feeding station of a catheter feeding transition table through a catheter transferring clamp, then rotating the catheter feeding transition table in a stepping way, sleeving a liquid stopping clamp corresponding to the number of the catheters on the catheter assembling liquid stopping clamp station through a liquid stopping clamp assembling mechanism, rotating the catheter feeding transition table in a stepping way, enabling the catheters sleeved with the liquid stopping clamp to be positioned at a catheter discharging station, transferring the catheters positioned at the catheter discharging station to a second positioning clamping head of a catheter transferring positioning tool of an upper working conveying line through a first catheter clamping transferring mechanism, moving the upper working conveying line in a stepping way from front to back, one end of the catheter is oppositely inserted and connected with the three-way joint after being glued, the other end of the length of the catheter is glued after the catheter reaches the position of the second catheter gluing mechanism, on the other hand, blood bag feeding is manually carried out at a blood bag feeding station, opposite-inserting pipe openings corresponding to the blood bags are arranged towards the corresponding joint ends of the catheter, the blood bags are conveyed from back to front along an upper conveying line, the pipe openings of the blood bags are reamed, then the catheter clamps the catheter and the blood bag opposite-inserting operation through a blood bag inserting mechanism, the blood bag 4 drives the catheter 1, the liquid stopping clamp 2 and the three-way joint 3 to pass through the catheter gluing station, then the blood bag 4 drives the catheter 1, the liquid stopping clamp 2 and the whole blood bag product 5 of the three-way joint 3 to synchronously move forwards, and the transfer sucker mechanism holds the blood bag product to fall into a blood bag product blanking mechanism; the automatic assembly device is reasonable in structure, convenient to operate, suitable for batch production and capable of improving production efficiency and yield of products.
