食品在搬运、储藏等过程中,极易造成损伤、变质,影响售卖或食用,因此需要使用到包装材料,食品包装材料是指包装、盛放食品或者食品添加剂用的纸、竹、木、金属、搪瓷、陶瓷、塑料、橡胶、天然纤维、化学纤维、玻璃等制品和直接接触食品或者食品添加剂的涂料。
现有的食品包装材料大多是难降解的塑料材质,这种材质的包装材料虽然强度高、韧性好,但是极难降解,容易造成环境污染。

本发明目的是提供一种绿色环保的蛋白质膜食品包装材料及制备方法,以解决现有技术中食品包装材料大多是难降解的塑料材质,虽然强度高、韧性好,但是极难降解,容易造成环境污染的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:本发明第一方面提供一种绿色环保的蛋白质膜食品包装材料,包括以下成分:
大豆蛋白、明胶、纳米纤维素、纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化锌、碳纳米管、聚己内酯、金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料、聚乳酸、成膜剂、稳定剂。
优选的,以质量份数计,各组成成分的含量如下:

S2,将纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化锌、碳纳米管、聚己内酯、金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料按比例混合,然后加入大豆蛋白、明胶、纳米纤维素聚乳酸、成膜剂、稳定剂混合搅拌0.5-1h;
S3,将S2中混合料注塑挤压成型,制成薄膜。

实施例1
一种绿色环保的蛋白质膜食品包装材料,以质量份数计,各组成成分及含量如下:
大豆蛋白30份、明胶5份、纳米纤维素3份、纳米氧化铝2份、纳米氧化锌1份、碳纳米管6份、聚己内酯2份、金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料2份、聚乳酸7份、成膜剂1.2份、稳定剂0.5份。
其中,纳米氧化铝与纳米氧化锌的含量比为2:1。
其中,金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料中的金属酞菁为四氨基酞菁钴,其结构式如下:
其中,成膜剂为丙烯酸树脂改性酪蛋白成膜剂。
其中,稳定剂为羧酸酯锑。
以上蛋白质膜食品包装材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
S1,将金属酞菁与纳米二氧化钛加入到适量的DMF中,60℃下搅拌2h,抽滤清洗,得到金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料;
S2,将纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化锌、碳纳米管、聚己内酯、金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料按比例混合,然后加入大豆蛋白、明胶、纳米纤维素聚乳酸、成膜剂、稳定剂混合搅拌0.5h;
S3,将S2中混合料注塑挤压成型,制成薄膜。
实施例2
一种绿色环保的蛋白质膜食品包装材料,以质量份数计,各组成成分及含量如下:
大豆蛋白45份、明胶7份、纳米纤维素6份、纳米氧化铝4份、纳米氧化锌2份、碳纳米管7份、聚己内酯3份、金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料4.5份、聚乳酸8.2份、成膜剂1.7份、稳定剂1.1份。
其中,纳米氧化铝与纳米氧化锌的含量比为2:1。
其中,金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料中的金属酞菁为四氨基酞菁钴,其结构式如下:
其中,成膜剂为聚氨酯改性硝酸纤维成膜剂。
其中,稳定剂为硬脂酸锌。
以上蛋白质膜食品包装材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
S1,将金属酞菁与纳米二氧化钛加入到适量的DMF中,40℃下搅拌2.5h,抽滤清洗,得到金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料;
S2,将纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化锌、碳纳米管、聚己内酯、金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料按比例混合,然后加入大豆蛋白、明胶、纳米纤维素聚乳酸、成膜剂、稳定剂混合搅拌0.75h;
S3,将S2中混合料注塑挤压成型,制成薄膜。
实施例3
一种绿色环保的蛋白质膜食品包装材料,以质量份数计,各组成成分及含量如下:
大豆蛋白50份、明胶8份、纳米纤维素7份、纳米氧化铝6份、纳米氧化锌3份、碳纳米管8份、聚己内酯4份、金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料5份、聚乳酸10份、成膜剂2.8份、稳定剂1.6份。
其中,纳米氧化铝与纳米氧化锌的含量比为2:1。
其中,金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料中的金属酞菁为四氨基酞菁铜,其结构式如下:
其中,成膜剂为丙烯酸树脂改性酪蛋白成膜剂。
其中,稳定剂为硬脂酸钙。
以上蛋白质膜食品包装材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
S1,将金属酞菁与纳米二氧化钛加入到适量的DMF中,50℃下搅拌3h,抽滤清洗,得到金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料;
S2,将纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化锌、碳纳米管、聚己内酯、金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料按比例混合,然后加入大豆蛋白、明胶、纳米纤维素聚乳酸、成膜剂、稳定剂混合搅拌1h;
S3,将S2中混合料注塑挤压成型,制成薄膜。
以上实施例1-3所得的产品绿色环保,均可降解,且降解难度低,需要说明的是本方案可以根据实际需求,添加增塑剂、强化剂等进行塑性、强度改性。
本发明中的纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化锌、碳纳米管、聚己内酯、金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料相互协同,大大改善了蛋白质膜的强度性能。
本发明中金属酞菁-二氧化钛符合材料不仅可以改变蛋白质膜包装材料的强度等特征,且金属酞菁可作为催化剂,在降解时,加快降解速率。
对以上实施例1-3制备的产品进行相关了相关性能测试,结果如下表所示:

Claims (7)
1.一种绿色环保的蛋白质膜食品包装材料,其特征在于,包括以下成分:
大豆蛋白、明胶、纳米纤维素、纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化锌、碳纳米管、聚己内酯、金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料、聚乳酸、成膜剂、稳定剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色环保的蛋白质膜食品包装材料,其特征在于,以质量份数计,各组成成分的含量如下:
大豆蛋白30-50份、明胶5-8份、纳米纤维素3-7份、纳米氧化铝2-6份、纳米氧化锌1-3份、碳纳米管6-8份、聚己内酯2-4份、金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料2-5份、聚乳酸7-10份、成膜剂1.2-2.8份、稳定剂0.5-1.6份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种绿色环保的蛋白质膜食品包装材料,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化铝与纳米氧化锌的含量比为2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色环保的蛋白质膜食品包装材料,其特征在于,所述金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料中的金属酞菁为四氨基酞菁钴或四氨基酞菁铜中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色环保的蛋白质膜食品包装材料,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为丙烯酸树脂改性酪蛋白成膜剂或聚氨酯改性硝酸纤维成膜剂中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色环保的蛋白质膜食品包装材料,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为羧酸酯锑、硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙中的一种。
7.如权利要求1~6任一项所述的一种绿色环保的蛋白质膜食品包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
S1,将金属酞菁与纳米二氧化钛加入到适量的DMF中,40~60℃下搅拌2-3h,抽滤清洗,得到金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料;
S2,将纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化锌、碳纳米管、聚己内酯、金属酞菁-二氧化钛复合材料按比例混合,然后加入大豆蛋白、明胶、纳米纤维素聚乳酸、成膜剂、稳定剂混合搅拌0.5-1h;
S3,将S2中混合料注塑挤压成型,制成薄膜。
