The following are the mechanisms of action of the nine traditional Chinese medicine components of the invention:
(1) dyers woad salt
The product is crystal of chloride stone group mineral stone; salty and cold in taste, it can not only grind teeth, but also rinse eyes by soaking in water. Is mainly used for treating lingual tooth hemorrhage and toothache, and has the effects of clearing heat and purging pathogenic fire, purging heat and moistening dryness.
(2) Cuttlefish sheath

Examples 1 to 4
The composition raw materials and the weight parts of the multi-effect traditional Chinese medicine composition of the embodiments 1-4 are shown in the following table 1.

Examples 5 to 8
The toothpaste composition materials and weight percentages of examples 5-8 are shown in Table 2 below.

3) When the temperature is reduced to 65 ℃, adding the raw materials which are premixed uniformly in the step 1) into a water phase pot, stirring uniformly at a low speed, and preserving heat for 10min;
4) Sequentially adding the rest sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, cocamidopropyl betaine, phenoxyethanol, octaethylene glycol and decanediol into a water phase pot, stirring at a low speed, and cooling to 45 ℃;
5) After defoaming, starting vacuum stirring for 10-15 minutes; and (5) obtaining a paste semi-finished product sample, and filling and discharging after the paste semi-finished product sample is inspected to be qualified.
Examples 9 to 12
The dentifrice compositions of examples 9-12 were prepared as follows in Table 3.

The preparation method of the dentifrice of examples 9-12 above is as follows:
sequentially weighing the traditional Chinese medicine composition, sodium cocoyl glycinate, microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin C, nicotinamide, sodium phytate and yeast extract, adding the traditional Chinese medicine composition, the sodium cocoyl glycinate, the microcrystalline cellulose, the vitamin C, the nicotinamide, the sodium phytate and the yeast extract into a powdering bucket, and stirring for 15-30 minutes to ensure that the system is uniform; the powder beating barrel is placed on a base plate of a powder beating machine, a start switch is pressed, the process is repeated for 3 times every 1 minute, and powder is beaten to 2000 meshes and then bottled.
The following are test examples of technical efficacy of the products according to the examples of the present invention.
1. Antibacterial effect
Bacteria in the oral cavity are the main culprit of bad breath and caries. And common harmful bacteria in the oral cavity are streptococcus mutans, staphylococcus aureus and the like.
In order to verify the antibacterial effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition and the application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in toothpaste and dentifrice, the antibacterial effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition on streptococcus mutans and candida flavus is tested by taking example 1, example 6 and example 9 as examples.
1.1 test of bacteriostatic Effect on Streptococcus mutans
Bacterial culture medium: is tryptic soy broth culture medium.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the bacteriostatic potential of example 1, example 6, example 9 was evaluated using the diffusion method. Negative control: sterilizing and removing original hot water.
Positive control: example 1, example 6 and example 9.
Example 1 is a traditional Chinese medicine composition; example 6 is a toothpaste; example 9 is a dentifrice.
About 50mg of each product was used and sterilized to remove raw hot water 1:1 dilution.
The in vitro bacteriostasis experiment operation steps are as follows:
the bacterial culture solution cultivated with streptococcus mutans is evenly and crossly smeared on a culture medium of a culture dish and placed in a constant temperature incubator at 37 ℃ for 24 hours. The various 1:1 dilutions were equally spread on small round filter paper sheets with a 10 microliter capillary dropper, and the filter paper sheets stained with uniform concentrations were symmetrically attached to the middle area of the medium.
And finally, placing the culture medium in a constant temperature incubator at 37 ℃ for 24 hours, and respectively measuring the diameters of the quasi-circular bacteriostasis areas and taking an average value.
The antibacterial potential is evaluated and analyzed according to the size of the diameter of the area, and the larger the diameter is, the stronger the antibacterial capability is.

Experimental results: experimental data indicated a negative control group of 0.
Examples 1, 6 and 9 all have inhibitory effects on Streptococcus mutans. And the antibacterial strength is in turn that example 6 > example 9 > example 1.
1.2 test of antibacterial Effect against Staphylococcus aureus
Bacterial culture medium: is mannitol sodium chloride agar medium.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the bacteriostatic potential of example 1, example 6, example 9 was evaluated using the diffusion method. Negative control: sterilizing and removing original hot water.

2. Multiple skin irritation test

The difference between example 5 and example 7 is that only example 7 has no traditional Chinese medicine composition added. For the control experiments of example 5 and example 7, whether the Chinese medicinal composition prepared into toothpaste has soothing effect was tested.

the test method comprises the following steps: the sodium dodecyl sulfonate acts on the organism to generate a stimulus response, the stimulus enters the zebra fish body to induce an inflammatory response, and neutrophils generate an immune response and migrate and aggregate to the skin epidermis. And detecting whether the sample has a soothing effect by utilizing the quantity change of the skin neutrophils before and after the treatment of the transgenic neutrophil green fluorescent strain zebra fish.

4. Experiment for whitening teeth
In order to verify the tooth whitening efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, a control group is taken as an example 9 and an example 10, wherein the example 9 is extremely simple formula dentifrice containing 95% of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, and the example 10 is trace dentifrice containing 5% of the traditional Chinese medicine composition and other abrasives. And the extremely simple formula contains the oral care product effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition with a high proportion.
In conclusion, the multi-effect traditional Chinese medicine composition has no irritation, and can inhibit bacteria, diminish inflammation, whiten and remove yellow, clean and remove tooth stain pigment, improve bad breath and peculiar smell and the like.
