技术领域
本发明涉及液体消毒组合物。更具体地,本发明涉及一种在水中稀释并用于消毒有生命的和无生命的表面的消毒组合物。
背景技术
用于在各种室内和室外场所消毒和清洁无生命硬表面如地板、墙壁、窗户、门、家具和桌面的组合物是已知的。卫生间和浴室是细菌繁殖并且广泛使用消毒和清洁组合物的另外的地方。通过这类组合物清洁的其它类型的硬表面包括在家庭、办公室和其它公共场所中发现的制品。它们也可用于消毒柔软的无生命表面如衣服、床单、枕套和室内装饰如窗帘。
这些组合物也可用于消毒人体或动物体的局部表面。它们可用作沐浴用水、剃须用水、在尿布更换之间清洗婴儿的水,用于消毒宠物和在家庭、医院和医疗诊所消毒手;以及许多其它个人消毒应用。

本发明人惊奇地发现,包含所选混浊剂(clouding agent)与非离子表面活性剂的组合的消毒组合物当在水中稀释时提供改善的混浊效果。进一步发现这样的组合物具有显著低的浊点。
发明内容
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种水性消毒组合物,其包含:
(a)0.01至15重量%的抗微生物剂;
(b)0.1至7重量%的pKa值在1.0至5.5范围内的羧酸或其盐;
(c)0.01至15重量%的混浊剂,该混浊剂包含:
i)丙二醇丁醚;和
ii)至少一种另外的选自具有6至20个碳原子的脂肪醇、脂肪酸和苹果酸二乙基己酯的混浊剂;

抗微生物剂
组合物包含抗微生物剂。这是本发明中用于提供所需消毒作用的主要抗微生物剂。优选地抗微生物剂包括季铵化合物。
季铵化合物优选选自氯化十六烷基吡啶(CPC)、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAC)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、苯扎氯铵(BKC)、苄索氯铵(BZC)、西曲溴铵及其组合。
用于本发明的优选抗微生物剂是十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAC)、苯扎氯铵(BKC)、苄乙氯铵、苄索氯铵(BZC)及其组合。最优选的抗微生物剂是苯扎氯铵(BKC)。
组合物包含0.01-15重量%的抗微生物剂。优选地,组合物包含0.05至12重量%,更优选1至10重量%,最优选1.5至8重量%的抗微生物剂。
羧酸或其盐
组合物包含pKa值在1.0-5.5范围内的羧酸或其盐。羧酸增强了组合物的抗微生物功效。
根据本发明的优选羧酸选自柠檬酸(pKa=3.1)、乳酸(pKa=3.86)、丙二酸(pKa=2.85)、苹果酸(pKa=3.4)、草酸(pKa=1.25)、苯甲酸(pKa=4.24)、水杨酸(pKa=2.79)、乙醇酸(pKa=3.83)、酒石酸(对于L+pKa=2.89;并且对于内消旋物pKa=3.22)及其组合。
更优选的羧酸是柠檬酸、苹果酸或丙二酸及其组合。也可以使用羧酸的盐。在高度优选的方面,羧酸及其相应的盐(例如钠盐)的组合优选包含在本发明的组合物中。例如,柠檬酸和钠盐两者可用于本发明的组合物中。

混浊剂

具有1-4个碳原子的醇
组合物包含具有1至4个碳原子的醇。该醇用作共溶剂以增溶组合物中的混浊剂。
优选地,醇选自异丙醇(IPA)、乙醇、丁醇及其组合。更优选的醇是异丙醇或乙醇。最优选的是异丙醇。有时可以使用IPA和乙醇的混合物。
组合物包含1-30重量%的醇。更优选地,组合物包含3-30重量%,最优选5-30重量%的醇。
非离子表面活性剂
组合物包含非离子表面活性剂。在混浊剂的存在下非离子表面活性剂降低组合物的浊点。
较低的浊点对于本发明是较优的。优选地,组合物的浊点不超过10℃,更优选不超过8℃。
优选地,非离子表面活性剂的HLB值高于10。HLB使用Griffin方法计算,其中HLB=20×Mh/M,其中Mh是分子的亲水部分的分子量,和M是整个分子的分子量,从而得到0-20的任意标度上的结果。HLB值小于10通常是脂溶性表面活性剂,而HLB值高于10的表面活性剂通常是水溶性的。
优选地,非离子表面活性剂选自烷基多糖苷、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇烷基酯、烷基酚乙氧基化物、烷基乙氧基化物及其组合。
优选地,非离子表面活性剂是烷基多糖苷。本文所用的烷基多糖苷是具有式R1O(R2O)b(Z)a的化合物,其中R1是具有约8至约10个碳原子的烷基;R2为具有2至4个碳原子的亚烷基;Z是具有5或6个碳原子的糖残基;b为具有0至约12的值的数;并且a是值为1至约6的数(聚合度)。由于其合成的方法,烷基多糖苷通常以具有烷基中的不同碳原子量和具有不同聚合度的烷基多糖苷的混合物存在。因此,当提及烷基多糖苷时,烷基通常被称为具有一定的碳原子范围(例如,C8/10指具有8至10个碳原子的烷基范围),并且聚合度通常称为混合物的平均聚合度。
优选地,烷基多糖苷是烷基多葡糖苷表面活性剂。
适用于本发明的优选烷基多糖苷包括具有上式的那些,其中Z是葡萄糖残基,b是0,R1是含有8至10个碳原子的烷基,并且a的平均值为约1至2。这样的烷基多葡糖苷是可商购的,例如来自BASF(以前的Cognis Corporation)的商品名的烷基多葡糖苷组合物,包括/>215CS UP和225DK。
优选地,非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇乙氧基化物种类,并且以商品名Brij 35、Brij 97、Brij 700、Brij 99、Brij 56、Brij 76、C12EO7和Brij S10销售。优选的脂肪酸乙氧基化物种类的非离子表面活性剂以商品名Myrj S20、Myrj S40、Myrj S40、Myrj S50和PEG-100硬脂酸酯销售。优选的聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇烷基酯种类的非离子表面活性剂以商品名Tween 21、Tween 20、Tween 40、Tween 60、Tween 65三硬脂酸酯、Tween 85三油酸酯和Tween 80销售。优选的烷基酚乙氧基化物种类的非离子表面活性剂以商品名Triton X114、Triton X100、Triton X102、Triton X165、Triton X305、Triton X405或Triton X705销售。观察到上述非离子表面活性剂都具有高于10的HLB值。
优选地,非离子表面活性剂选自聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇烷基酯种类。这些表面活性剂可以商品名Tween或Triton获得,例如Tween 20(聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单月桂酸酯,HLB=16.7)、Tween 40(聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单棕榈酸酯,HLB=15.6)、Tween 60(聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯,HLB=14.9)、Tween 65(聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇三硬脂酸酯,HLB=10.5)、Tween80(聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯,HLB=15.0)、Tween 85(聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇三油酸酯,HLB=11.0)、Triton((辛基酚乙氧基化物),例如HLB=12.3)、Triton X114(HLB=12.3)、Triton(HLB=13.4)、Triton X102(HLB=14.4)、Triton X305(HLB=17.3)、TritonX405(HLB=17.3)、Triton X705(HLB=18.4)等。
组合物包含0.01-10重量%的非离子表面活性剂。优选地,组合物包含0.05至9重量%,更优选0.08至8重量%,甚至更优选0.1至7重量%,最优选0.2至6重量%的非离子表面活性剂。
组合物的pH
优选地,本发明的组合物具有3.0至7.0范围内的pH。更优选地,组合物的pH范围为3.5-6.5,最优选4.0-6.0。优选地,羧酸也作为pH调节剂起作用。
应用
本发明的组合物被认为是用于消毒所需表面的液体浓缩物。该组合物被认为是浓缩物,因为它通常在用水稀释之后使用,之后将它施用到所需的表面上用于消毒。
可以使用该组合物的个人护理应用是例如在剃须中和作为沐浴用水。在剃须的情况下,组合物可以用水以1:33-1:100范围内的重量比稀释。该稀释的溶液可用于将刀片浸入例如用于剃须的马克杯中,使得刀片中或来自周围环境的任何病菌不可能侵袭被剃须的皮肤表面。类似的稀释组合物可用于在尿布更换之间清洁婴儿,以确保细菌不会在婴儿的柔嫩皮肤上繁殖。它们可用作消毒手和其它身体表面的消毒液,这些表面通常被认为是传播疾病的节点。优选地,组合物用于非治疗目的。
在沐浴用水的情况下,组合物可以在人进行沐浴或动物沐浴的具有大量水的桶或浴缸中使用。产品也可以在意图用于消毒无生命表面的各种其它应用中以这种大稀释度使用。这样的表面包括地板、厨房台面、家庭中的浴室和公共场所如办公室、旅馆和餐馆的消毒。它们还可用于消毒已知具有高密度患病的人的地方,如医院、诊所和其它健康护理设施。
其它无生命表面包括柔软表面,如衣服和室内装饰。用水稀释的组合物可用于消毒被认为较脏的衣服,如内衣或用于运动或用于体育的衣服。在将这些衣物放入洗衣机中进行常规洗涤和清洁之前,将其浸泡在这样的消毒剂溶液中。或者,已经手洗或机洗的衣服可以在本发明的组合物(其在水中稀释)中浸泡和漂洗,然后干燥以确保任何残留的病菌在消费者下一次使用之前被杀死。在上述情况下,本发明的组合物可以以1:10-1:400,优选1:66-1:333范围的重量比在水中稀释。
根据本发明的组合物提供增强的抗微生物功效。优选地,组合物不含任何常规的消毒剂,如漂白剂,例如卤素、卤代化合物和基于活性氧的漂白剂。然而,如果它们存在,这样的消毒剂的量小于1重量%,优选小于0.5重量%,更优选小于0.1重量%。
组合物还可包含本领域技术人员已知的各种附加成分。这些附加成分包括但不限于香料、颜料、防腐剂、润肤剂、防晒剂、乳化剂、胶凝剂或增稠剂。
抗微生物组合物通常为液体形式,但液体组合物可进一步增稠为凝胶或糊剂。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种消毒表面的方法,包括以1:10至1:400的重量比用水稀释前述权利要求中任一项的组合物,将稀释的组合物应用到所需表面上,和任选地用水冲洗表面的步骤。
优选地,稀释的组合物与表面接触10秒至5分钟。
其中表面是皮肤,并且方法涉及消毒个人身体部位,优选地组合物用于非治疗目的。它包括局部接触稀释的组合物作为免于潜在感染的保护性措施。它可以被认为是个人卫生的部分。组合物或方法决不涉及治疗任何医学病症。相反,它可能涉及消费者的常规卫生习惯。
本发明的特别有益的方面是在许多情况下以非常高的稀释度获得高抗微生物效力。此外,在5分钟或更短的接触时间内和在一些情况下在1分钟或更短的接触时间内观察到功效。
现在将借助于以下非限制性实施例说明本发明。
实施例
根据表1中提供的配方制备Ex-1和Ex-A至D。Ex-1是本发明范围内的组合物,而Ex-A至D是对比例。

1聚丙二醇丁醚(每分子14个乙氧基单元)
为了评价稀释时的混浊效应,将5mL的每种组合物(Ex-1和Ex-A至D)加入到玻璃烧杯中的400ml水中。通常,“混浊”是指稀释过程中溶液的乳白色外观。通过在室温(23±2℃)下在稀释的30秒内测量溶液的浊度来评价混浊效应。浊度以比浊法浊度单位(NTU)表示,较高NTU值意味着较高浊度。在这种情况中,较高的NTU值表示较好的混浊。通常,20NTU或更高的浊度值可被消费者视觉感知。使用浊度计在室温(23±2℃)下在稀释之前和之后测量每种组合物的浊度并且总结在表1中。估计每种组合物本身(没有稀释)的“浊点”并总结在表1中。
根据表1,Ex-1在稀释时提供667NTU的浊度值,Ex-B在稀释时不提供任何浊度。Ex-A在稀释中提供浊度,然而,具有13℃的浊点,其显著高于Ex-1的浊点(2℃)。含有任何一种混浊剂的Ex-C和D分别提供275NTU和250NTU的浊度值,其单独以及累积地与Ex-1(667NTU)相比显著低。
表中的数据表明根据本发明的实施例具有低浊点并在稀释时产生显著的混浊效应。
Claims (15)
1.一种水性消毒组合物,其包含:
(a)0.01至15重量%的抗微生物剂;
(b)0.1至7重量%的pKa值在1.0至5.5范围内的羧酸或其盐;
(c)0.01至15重量%的混浊剂,所述混浊剂包含:
i)聚丙二醇丁醚;和
ii)至少一种另外的选自具有6至20个碳原子的脂肪醇、脂肪酸和苹果酸二乙基己酯的混浊剂;
(d)1至30重量%的具有1至4个碳原子的醇;及
(e)0.01至10重量%的非离子表面活性剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述抗微生物剂包括季铵化合物。
3.如权利要求2所述的组合物,其中所述季铵化合物选自氯化十六烷基吡啶(CPC)、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAC)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、苯扎氯铵(BKC)、苄索氯铵(BZC)、西曲溴铵及其组合。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述羧酸选自柠檬酸、乳酸、丙二酸、苹果酸、草酸、苯甲酸、水杨酸及其组合。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述混浊剂包含选自异硬脂酸、油酸及其组合的脂肪酸。
6.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述混浊剂包含选自辛醇、十二烷醇、异硬脂醇及其组合的脂肪醇。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述混浊剂包含每分子具有5-25个乙氧基单元的聚丙二醇丁醚。
8.如权利要求7所述的组合物,其中所述混浊剂包含每分子具有14个乙氧基单元的聚丙二醇丁醚。
9.如权利要求1-4和6-8中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述混浊剂是十二烷醇和每分子具有14个乙氧基单元的聚丙二醇丁醚的组合。
10.如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述醇选自异丙醇、乙醇、丁醇及其组合。
11.如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述非离子表面活性剂选自烷基多糖苷、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇烷基酯、烷基酚乙氧基化物及其组合。
12.如权利要求11所述的组合物,其中所述非离子表面活性剂是烷基多糖苷。
13.如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述组合物包含40-90重量%的水。
14.一种消毒表面的方法,包括以下步骤:
a)以1:10至1:400的重量比用水稀释如权利要求1-13中任一项所述的组合物;
b)将稀释的组合物施用到所需的表面上;及
c)任选地用水冲洗所述表面。
15.如权利要求14所述的方法,其中所述稀释的组合物与所述表面接触10秒至5分钟。
