(1)取实施例1的清洗剂作为测试对象,参照QB/T 4348-2012《厨房油垢清洗剂》测试清洗剂的外观、气味、稳定性、总活性物含量、碱度、pH、腐蚀量、去污力,测试结果如下:

综上可知,本申请的多功能清洗剂提高了清洗剂产品的去污能力,可有效去除陈旧顽固污渍,避免了出现洗后交叉感染和污染的情况,并有效改善了清洗后衣服板结发硬的缺陷

1.一种多功能清洗剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠15-18%;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚13-15%;
烷基糖苷11-13%;
单乙醇胺2-4%;
泡沫调节剂2-4%;
冷水增效剂2-4%;
混合活性酶2-3%;
留香型芳香剂0-1%;
水软化剂1-2%;
杀菌剂0-0.2%;
稳定剂0-0.5%;
余量的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能清洗剂,其特征在于,所述泡沫调节剂为聚丙烯酸、聚环氧乙烷和聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能清洗剂,其特征在于,所述冷水增效剂为山梨醇、氯化钙和乳酸钙中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能清洗剂,其特征在于,所述混合活性酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多功能清洗剂,其特征在于,所述混合活性酶由蛋白酶和纤维素酶按重量比1:(0.8-1.2)混合组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多功能清洗剂,其特征在于,所述水软化剂为碳酸钠。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多功能清洗剂,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为有机硅季铵盐与壳聚糖中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的多功能清洗剂,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸钙中的一种或多种。
9.权利要求1-8任一所述多功能清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、单乙醇胺、泡沫调节剂、冷水增效剂、混合活性酶、留香型芳香剂、水软化剂、杀菌剂、稳定剂和水混合得到。
