Abstract

Background
Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia. Hyperglycemia is caused by defective insulin secretion or impaired biological action, or both. Long-standing hyperglycemia leads to chronic damage and dysfunction of various tissues, especially pancreas, kidney, liver, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular.
Currently, the method for treating diabetes is insulin injection or oral hypoglycemic western medicine. Mixing 120g of radix puerariae, 100g of dwarf lilyturf tuber, 100g of gamma, 80g of pilose asiabell root, 80g of platycodon root, 75g of cistanche salsa, 80g of rhizoma polygonati, 80g of prepared rhizome of rehmannia, 70g of hawthorn, 100g of tall gastrodia tuber and 25g of honey-fried licorice root to obtain a mixture. Placing the mixture into a decocting pot, adding 4000g of water, boiling with strong fire, decocting with slow fire for 60min, and filtering to obtain a first decoction. Adding 3000g of water into the residue, boiling with strong fire, decocting with slow fire for 50min, filtering, and collecting the decoction to obtain a second decoction. And combining the first decoction and the second decoction to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine liquid. Concentrating the Chinese medicinal liquid to paste with relative density of 1.2 at 60deg.C to obtain Chinese medicinal ointment. Placing the Chinese medicinal paste in a 50deg.C oven, and pulverizing into 5 μm when the water content is 8% by superfine pulverizer to obtain extract of Chinese medicinal composition.
Mixing 90g of extract of Chinese medicinal composition, 4g of nattokinase, 25g of black bean peptide, 5g of fructo-oligosaccharide, 4.5g of magnesium gluconate, 3g of taurine, 0.3g of zinc citrate and 0.3g of compound vitamin uniformly, sterilizing by ultraviolet, and filling into small bags of 15g each bag to obtain cell nutrients.

100g of an extract of a traditional Chinese medicine composition, 4.5g of nattokinase, 22g of black bean peptide, 6g of fructo-oligosaccharide, 4g of magnesium gluconate, 2.5g of taurine, 0.4g of zinc citrate and 0.35g of compound vitamin are uniformly mixed, and after ultraviolet sterilization, the mixture is filled into small bags, and each bag is 15g to obtain cell nutrients.
Example 3

Placing the Chinese medicinal paste in a 60 deg.C oven, and when the water content is 9%, pulverizing into 4 μm particle size with an ultrafine pulverizer to obtain extract of the Chinese medicinal composition.
Mixing 80g of extract of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, 5g of nattokinase, 28g of black bean peptide, 5.5g of fructo-oligosaccharide, 4g of magnesium gluconate, 3.5g of taurine, 0.2g of zinc citrate and 0.4g of compound vitamin uniformly, and placing into small bags after ultraviolet sterilization, wherein each bag is 15g to obtain the cell nutrient.
Experimental example 1
The cell nutrients of examples 1 to 3 were each 15g and dissolved in 150mL of warm water at 60℃to measure the protein content in the cell nutrients of the different examples by the biuret method, and the results are shown in Table 1. The content of fat in the cell nutrients of the different examples was measured by gas chromatography and the results are shown in table 1. The results of colorimetry for the carbohydrate content of the cell nutrients of the different examples are shown in Table 1.

Experimental example 2
Healthy male Kunming mice (SPF) 25, 18-20 g in weight, were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups, example 1 group, control group, blank control group and model control group, 5 mice each. Except for the mice in the blank control group, the other mice were injected with 40 mg/kg.d streptozotocin for 5 days continuously to induce a diabetes model. After the 5d injection is finished, the blood sugar concentration of each group of mice is detected, and the blood sugar concentration of each mouse is 11.1mmol/L, which indicates that the modeling is successful. At this time, mice in the blank control group and the model control group were fed glucose 2mL per day. Example 1 groups of mice were fed daily with 2mL of the solution prepared using the cell nutrient formulation of example 1 per mouse. Mice of control group 1 were fed daily with a solution prepared using the extract formulation of the traditional Chinese medicine composition of example 1, 2mL per mouse per day. Control mice were injected daily with zinc insulin hypoprotamine 40U/(kg.d). And feeding 21d. After completion, each group of mice was weighed, and the blood glucose level of each group of mice was measured, and the results are shown in table 2. The eyeballs of each group of mice were collected and blood was collected, and the levels of ALT, AST and insulin in the serum were measured. The results are shown in Table 3.

Table 2 shows that the cytotrophs of the present invention can reduce blood glucose levels in diabetic mice.

Table 3 shows that the cytotrophs of the present invention can reduce ALT and AST levels in the serum of diabetes, thereby having the efficacy of protecting the heart and liver. Also has the effect of increasing insulin in serum, and can be used for treating diabetes radically.
Application example 1
The clinical diagnosis of the diabetes mellitus type I before 4 years is carried out by Kangxx, girl and 52 years, and the melbine hypoglycemic medicine is taken for 4 years, but the disease state is not improved, but is more serious, and sometimes insulin is injected subcutaneously, so that the complaint is very painful. The preparation method of the cell nutrient solution for 21d administration at the beginning comprises the following steps: the cell nutrient of example 1 was taken by dissolving 15g in 150mL of warm water at 60℃and taking it once a day after breakfast and supper.
The preparation method of the cell nutrient solution for curing the illness comprises the following steps: the cell nutrient of example 1 was taken by dissolving 15g in 150mL of warm water at 60℃and taking it once a day after dinner.
As can be seen from the above examples, the present invention provides a Chinese medicinal composition for treating diabetes by nourishing liver, pancreas and kidney, cell nutrients and its application method. The cell nutrient prepared by the method has the effects of protecting liver and heart and reducing blood sugar, and has a certain curative effect on diabetes.
