颈肩腰腿痛多为慢性劳损及无菌性炎症引起的病患部位疼痛，肿胀甚至功能受限为主的一组疾病，常见病包括：颈椎病，肩周炎，腱鞘炎，腰椎间盘突出症，腰肌劳损，骨质增生，膝关节病等疾病，这类疾病在人群中较多的出现，给人们带来极大痛苦。因此多年来人们一直在寻求一种理想的治疗方法。
目前国内外已有多种中、西药缓解颈肩腰腿痛，但是仍然存在很多缺陷，比如内服中药或西药都有副作用大，中药口味差，不简便，不易保存，配制不便，安全性差，见效缓慢等显著缺陷。市面上同类外用药酒也存在疗效不确定的问题。

本发明的有益效果如下：本发明公开了一种缓解颈肩腰腿痛的外用药酒，为缓解颈肩腰腿痛，以中医理论为指导，采用药酒喷于患处，使经络通畅，病痛消失。现代药理证实制川乌、制草乌有镇痉镇痛、局麻作用，乳香、没药、川芎、红花、元胡有止痛作用，曼陀罗有镇痉、镇静、镇痛作用。马钱子中马钱子碱有显著镇痛作用，伸筋草、透骨草、羌活、独活、桑枝、威灵仙都有止痛作用。细辛内含挥发油、能起解热镇痛作用，冰片、樟脑通诸窍，助药直达病变部位。外用给药不会对胃肠道刺激，无不良口味，局部用药，可以更容易、更快、更多的吸收药物。
本发明中药制剂以通经活络、活血止痛中草药为原料，做成药酒外涂患处，使经脉通畅，诸痛消失。本发明处方设计独特，处方严谨，在长期临床实践得以验证，疗效确切。本发明采用天然中药，原料易得，方便实用，无毒副作用。
所述外敷药酒是由所述原料在酒中浸泡至少一个月制成。
制川乌：性热，归心丶肝丶肾、脾经，有祛风除湿、湿经止痛之效。
制草乌：性热，归心、肝丶肾、脾经，有祛风除湿，温经止痛之效。
川芎：性温；归肝、胆经；有行气开郁、祛风燥湿、活血止痛之效。
乳香：性温；归心：肝、脾经；有活血行气止痛，消肿生肌之效。
没药：性平；归心、肝、脾经，有散瘀定痛，消肿生肌之效。
红花：性温；归心丶肝经；有活血通经、祛瘀止痛之效。

续断：性温；归肝、肾经；有补肝肾、强筋骨、续折伤、止崩漏之效。
千年健：性温，归肝丶肾经；有祛风湿、壮筋骨之效。
鸡血藤：性温；归肝、肾经；有活血补血、调经止痛、舒筋活络之效。
伸筋草：性温；归肝、脾、肾经；有祛风除湿、舒筋活络之效。
独活：性微湿；归肾、膀胱经；有祛风除湿、通络止痛之效。
透骨草：性温；归肺、肝经；有祛风除湿、舒筋活络、活血止痛、解毒化疹之效。
木通：性寒、归心、小肠、膀胱经；有利尿通淋、清心除烦，通经下乳之效。
威灵仙：性温；归膀胱经；有祛风湿，通经络之效。
皂刺：性温；归肝、肺经；有消毒透脓、搜风、杀虫之效。
花椒：性温；归脾、胃、肾经；有温中止痛，杀虫止痒之效。
半夏：性温；归肝、胃、肺经；有燥湿化痰、降逆止呕之效。
防风：性微温；归膀胱、脾、肝经，有祛风解毒，胜湿止痛，止痉之效。
苍耳子：性微寒；归肺、肝经；有祛风，散热、除湿、解毒之效。
忍冬藤：性寒；归肺、胃、心经；有清热、解毒、通络之效。
桑枝：性平；归肝经；有祛风湿，利关节之效。
冰片：性寒；归肺、心、脾经；有清热解毒、消肿止痛之效。
樟脑：性温；归心、脾经；有通关窍、利滞气、辟秽浊、杀虫止痒，消肿止痛之效。
全虫：性平；归肝经；有息风镇痉、通络止痛，攻毒散结之效。
白花蛇：性温；归肝、脾经；有祛风湿，透筋骨，定惊搐之效。
地龙：性寒；归肝、胃、肺、膀胱经；有清热平肝、息风止痉、平喘利尿、通络除痹之效。
土元：性寒；归肝经，具有破血逐瘀，续筋接骨之效。
蚂蚁：性平；归肝、肾经，有补肾益精、通经活络，解毒消肿之效。
胆南星:性温；归心、肺、肝、肾经；息风定惊、散结消肿化痰之效。
曼陀罗花：性温；归肺、肝经；有平喘止咳、镇痛、解痉之效。

以上实施例中，实施例5为最佳实施例。采用实施例5得到的药物，进行病例分析。
本发明人对100例病创进行临床观察，具体如下：
一、一般資料
观察病例均为本诊所2015年1月-2017年1月收治的颈肩腰腿痛的患者，共100例，随机分成2组。
治疗组50例，男38例，女12例，年龄40-23岁，平均病龄5年，重度10例，中度9，轻度31例。
对照组50例，男37例，女13例，年龄41±24岁，平均病程5年，重度11例，中度12例，轻度27例。
两组病患性别、年龄、病程及病情轻重等资料经统计学处理，差异无显性意义。
诊断标准：参照1994年卫生部颁布的《中华人民共和国中医药行业标准·中医骨伤科病证诊断疗效标准》制定。
分级标准：按腰部疼病程度为轻度，中度，重度3级。轻度疼痛可以忍受；中度疼病难以忍受；重度疼病不能忍受。
二、治疗过程.
对照组治疗方法；患者进行推拿按摩手法治疗，每天治疗一次。红外线照射疼痛部位，40分钟为一次治疗。每天治疗两次。十天为一个疗程。
治疗组治疗方法是在对照组推拿按摩治疗手法的基础上，加用本发明的药酒进行治疗，具体方法为：用喷壶将药酒喷于患处，反复拍打2-3分钟，再次喷洒不适处，再次拍打患处2-3分钟即可，30分钟为一次治疗。每天治疗两次。十天为一个疗程。
三、疗数观察
十天为一个疗程，十天按照疗数标准观察两组患者疗效。
四、疗效标准
疗效标准参题国家中医管理局1994年6月发布《中医疾病诊断疗效标准》，治愈：疼痛症状消失，肢体活动自如；好转：疼痛减轻，肢体活动基本恢复；未愈：症状未改善。

六、结论
使用本发明的药酒治疗组疗效优于对照组疗效，证实本发明药酒对颈肩腰腿痛患者有良好的治疗作用，能够有效减轻临床症状。
