Abstract

一种互连锁,在使用这种互连锁时可有不同的中心距离。齿条放置在内操纵装置和上锁栓之间,用于啮合一个小齿轮,以释放锁栓。这个小齿轮垂直地放置在容纳锁栓驱动主轴的位置中。固定于锁栓的转动杠杆的第二小齿轮固定到面板上,这些小齿轮与邻接的齿条的宽度部分一起工作,便得面板以不同的中心距离工作。

Description

可调整的互连锁
本发明涉及互连锁(把手装置),其包括一上锁栓装置和一带有内操纵装置的下锁。把手装置的内操纵装置能够从关闭位置转动到打开位置,来释放下锁,并且,上锁栓和下锁被相互连接,使得内操纵装置到打开位置的转动也将能够释放锁栓。
在锁栓和锁的轴线之间的垂直距离叫做中心距离,而且,通常一把锁只能选择使用一个中心距离。
本发明的一个目的是要提供一种把手装置,这种把手装置能够在实际的中心距离的范围内使用任意的中心距离。

如从门的里面看到的那样,把手装置11的内面板10具有一个下锁12,锁12包括含有加锁杠杆15的可转动的内操纵装置(把手或杠杆14)。通过将锁栓的转动杠杆16旋转90度,完全使锁栓移动到所示的垂直位置,能够使门锁住。内操纵装置的旋转能够垂直移动齿条18(附图2),齿条18在内垂直表面22上具有齿20。本发明能够用在如1996年3月5日公开的美国专利5,496,082所示的把手装置或者与本发明同日申请的另一美国专利申请中的把手装置中。转动杠杆16被固定于轴24,轴24的末端是小齿轮26,操作时,小齿轮26将与齿条的齿20相啮合。小齿轮26的厚度大约是齿条18的一半,因此,小齿轮26与齿条的内一半(宽度的一半)一起工作。因为转动杠杆被安装在内面板10上,所以,在它的中间位置处,小齿轮相对于齿条的位置将总是相同的。齿条的移动由固定在框架30中的合适的导向装置28制导,框架30被容纳在支座32里,支座32位于内面板10的后面(附图3)。
框架有一个细长的垂直延伸的开口34,开口34容纳滑板36。滑板具有内侧边凹槽38,凹槽38与对面的框架的凸缘40一起工作,这个滑板可转动地支撑轴41,轴41具有一个固定于它的自由端的第二小齿轮42。滑板轴的小齿轮42的厚度大约是齿条厚度的一半,使得它将与齿条外面的一半(宽度的一半)一起工作。滑板具有一对孔44,合适的螺钉(图中未示)能够通过,用来将该滑板固定到外面的固定螺栓外壳(图中也未示)中。滑板轴41有一个孔45,用来容纳锁栓的驱动主轴47。滑板和第二小齿轮的位置将对应于把手装置的实际的中心距离,因此,在由该齿条提供的范围以内,能够从一个中心距离改变成另一个中心距离。在附图2中,小齿轮表示成同轴的,但是,这仅仅是一个中心距离的情况。对于不同的中心距离,这些小齿轮将不再是同轴的。
为了组装内面板,框架将首先固定在适当的位置。滑板将放在位于滑板的轴孔里锁栓驱动轴的位置中,并且,螺钉将被拧入孔44,用来把滑板固定到锁栓。然后,支撑转动杠杆的面板被安置在框架上,调整转动杠杆,把转动杠杆的小齿轮与齿条的齿相啮合。使用穿过的面板的孔48的合适螺钉,面板将固定在该位置上,而被安装在安装板孔49中。

Claims (2)

1.一种门把手装置,包括:
一上锁栓,该锁栓具有一个固定到第一可转动轴和可转动驱动主轴的内转动杠杆;
一具有可转动的内操纵装置的下锁;
用于互相连接所述的内操纵装置和所述的驱动主轴的装置,使得可转动所述的内操纵装置来转动所述的驱动主轴,以释放锁栓,该装置包括:
一齿条,它具有垂直延伸的一排齿,所述的齿条有一选定的厚度,
支持垂直移动的所述齿条的框架,
固定于所述的第一可转动轴的第一小齿轮,操作时,与所述的一排齿的选定的垂直部分啮合,
固定于第二可转动轴的第二小齿轮,
一用于支撑所述的第二可转动轴并接收所述的驱动主轴的滑板部件,
所述的框架还包括支撑所述的滑板部件的装置,滑板部件独立于所述的齿条的垂直移动,操作时,用所述的第二小齿轮,啮合水平邻接的所述的一排齿的垂直部分的剩余部分,
所述的驱动主轴能够被定位在与所述的内操纵装置有不同的中心距离处,并且和与所述的齿条交叉的所述的转动杠杆相互连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的把手装置,其中,所述的第一和第二小齿轮大约是所述的齿条的宽度的一半。
