本发明公布了一种降血糖的复方苦瓜颗粒。其原料组成及配方技术方案是：将下列3种优质原材料苦瓜、柚子果、白术，分别——粉碎成40‑60目的粉末，用95℃的饮用水煮5个小时成液体，把液体中的水分和残渣过滤掉，减压成浓缩膏，喷雾干燥成粉末，过筛得到80‑100目的粉末，按10∶8∶2的重量比例封闭悬浮式均匀混合，封闭悬浮式喷雾粘合成小颗粒，用60—70℃的温度烘干，分小袋、密封、遮光包装，每小袋干颗粒重量10‑50克。其有益效果是：糖尿病患者长期用温开水冲服，辅助降低高血糖。

(2)据网上搜索，人们已研究出一套科学实用有效的动物提取物、植物提取物加工技术，其加工技术流程是：原材料——粉碎——提取——过滤——浓缩——干燥——过筛成品。
(3)据网上搜索，人们已研究出一套科学实用有效的颗粒食品加工技术，其加工技术流程是：原料粉筛——干燥——配料——封闭悬浮式均匀混合——封闭悬浮式喷雾粘合成小颗粒——烘干——成品。
(4)据网上搜索，人们已研究出一套科学实用有效的颗粒食品袋包装技术，其包装技术流程是：原料颗粒——装入料盘——设定袋装重量参数——下料——装袋——密封。

(1)选用优质原材料苦瓜、柚子果、白术。
(2)分别将上述原材料粉碎成40-60目的粉末。

(5)分别将过滤后的物品减压成浓缩膏。
(6)分别将浓缩膏喷雾干燥成粉末。
(7)分别将干粉末过筛得到80-100目的粉末。
(8)将上述粉末配料按10∶8∶2的重量比例封闭悬浮式均匀混合。
(9)将均匀混合后的粉末配料封闭悬浮式喷雾粘合成小颗粒。
(10)将小颗粒用60-70℃的温度烘干。
(11)将干小颗粒分小袋、密封、遮光包装。
(12)每小袋干颗粒重量10-50克。
笔者用此配方降血糖效果明显。
笔者租用厂家设备和技术，将优质原材料苦瓜、柚子果、白术，分别——粉碎成40-60目的粉末，用95℃的饮用水煮5个小时成液体，把液体中的水分和残渣过滤掉，减压成浓缩膏，喷雾干燥成粉末，过筛得到80-100目的粉末，按10∶8∶2的重量比例封闭悬浮式均匀混合，封闭悬浮式喷雾粘合成小颗粒，用60-70℃的温度烘干，分小袋、密封、遮光包装，每小袋干颗粒重量10克。因患糖尿病每天用温开水冲服30克辅助降血糖。食用1年多，每星期用测糖仪在家里测量血糖2次，血糖指标基本控制在正常指标范围内。
