The outer sleeve 152 protects the electric heater 151, prevents the electric heater 151 from being in direct contact with water, and in addition, the outer sleeve 152 is made of heat conducting materials such as copper and aluminum, and plays a role in conducting heat while protecting the ceramic heating core, so that heat generated by the electric heater 151 is rapidly transferred to water in the heating chamber 13 through the outer sleeve 152. Preferably, the electric heater 15 uses a ceramic heating core to generate heat.
The temperature controller 16 is arranged on the outer wall of the water heater cavity 1, and the temperature controller 16 is used for controlling the on-off of the electric heater 15. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5-8, the temperature controller 16 includes a base 161, a fixed terminal 162, a spring terminal 163 and a temperature sensing component 164, where the fixed terminal 162 and the spring terminal 163 are both clamped to the base 161, the fixed terminal 162 is provided with a fixed contact 1621, one end of the spring terminal 163 is provided with a movable contact 1631, the fixed contact 1621 and the movable contact 1631 are mutually arranged to form an electrical path, the other end of the spring terminal 163 is provided with a contact bump 1632, the temperature sensing component 164 includes a liquid expansion member 1641, a liquid expansion membrane 1642, a capillary tube 1643 and a pushing member 1644, the capillary tube 1643 is connected with the liquid expansion member 1641 and the liquid expansion membrane 1642, the pushing member 1644 is fixed at the bottom of the liquid expansion membrane 1642, and the temperature sensing component 164 is located at the top of the fixed terminal 162, so that the pushing member 1644 is located right above the contact bump 1632.
Specifically, the liquid expansion member 1641 of the temperature controller 16 abuts against the outer wall of the heating chamber 13, when the temperature is gradually increased, the liquid in the liquid expansion member 1641 is heated and expanded, the liquid expansion bellows 1642 is expanded through the capillary tube 1643, and at this time, the pushing member 1644 moves downward and presses the spring terminal 163, so that the movable contact 1631 moves downward and releases the contact relation with the stationary contact 1621, and thereby the electric path is disconnected, and the heating is stopped; when the temperature gradually decreases, the liquid in the liquid expansion member 1641 contracts, the liquid expansion membrane 1642 contracts, so that the pushing member 1644 moves upward, and at this time, the spring terminal 163 resets to enable the movable contact 1631 to contact the stationary contact 1621, thereby reheating and realizing the temperature control effect.
Further specifically, the spring terminal 163 includes a spring 1633 and a spring fixing piece 1634, the base 161 is provided with a first clamping seat and a second clamping seat, the first clamping seat and the second clamping seat are arranged side by side, the first clamping seat is used for clamping the spring 1633 fixing piece, the second clamping seat is used for clamping the fixing terminal 162, the spring fixing piece 1634 and the wiring terminal 153 of the fixing terminal 162 extend out of the base 161, the electric connection between the electric heater 151 and the temperature controller 16 is facilitated, one end of the spring 1633 is clamped on the spring fixing piece 1634, the other end of the spring 1633 extends to the lower side of the fixing terminal 162, the contact convex point 1632 is located above the spring fixing piece 1634, and the movable contact 1631 is located under the fixed contact 1621. The spring terminal 163 and the fixed terminal 162 are installed in a clamping manner, so that the overall structure of the temperature controller 16 is more stable and reliable.
Further specifically, the temperature controller 16 further includes a temperature adjusting component 165, the temperature adjusting component 165 includes a rotating shaft 1651, an inner screw 1652 and a limiting plate 1653, the rotating shaft 1651 is located above the liquid expansion membrane case 1642, the inner screw 1652 is installed inside the rotating shaft 1651, the inner screw 1652 is used for fixing the rotating shaft 1651, the limiting plate 1653 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 1651, when the size of a temperature control value needs to be adjusted, the rotating shaft 1651 is loosened by rotating the inner screw 1652, then the rotating shaft 1651 adjusts the distance between the liquid expansion membrane case 1642 and the elastic plate 1633, and then the rotating shaft 1651 is fixed by the inner screw 1652.
In addition, the temperature controller 16 further comprises a top cover 166 and an elastic supporting member 167, the top cover 166 is located above the base 161, the elastic supporting member 167 comprises a supporting plate 1671, an elastic connecting plate 1672 and a clamping plate 1673, the elastic connecting plate 1672 connects the supporting plate 1671 and the clamping plate 1673, the supporting plate 1671 is perpendicular to the clamping plate 1673, the elastic connecting plate 1672 is obliquely arranged, the supporting plate 1671 is installed between the liquid expansion box 1642 and the pushing member 1644, when the liquid expansion box 1642 drives the pushing member 1644 to move, the supporting plate 1671 correspondingly moves, the elastic connecting plate 1672 plays a role of buffering the movement of the pushing member 1644, so that the temperature controller 16 is more stable and reliable in temperature control, in addition, the number of the clamping plates 1673 is at least two, the two clamping plates 1673 are located on two sides of the supporting plate 1, the clamping plate 1673a is arranged, the clamping plate 1673a is used for clamping the top cover 166, and the arrangement of the top cover 166 plays a role of protecting the temperature controller 16.

the first filtering chamber is detachably arranged in the cold water chamber and is communicated with the heating chamber;
The second filtering chamber is detachably arranged in the hot water chamber and is communicated with the heating chamber;
The cleaning component is detachably arranged in the heating chamber and is used for cleaning scale generated in the heating chamber;
The water heater cavity is provided with a partition plate;
The partition plate separates the water heater cavity, so that the cold water cavity is positioned above the hot water cavity, and the heating cavity is positioned at one side of the cold water cavity and one side of the hot water cavity;
The ends of the cold water chamber and the hot water chamber, which are far away from the heating chamber, are both open ends;
The first filter chamber is inserted into the cold water chamber from the open end of the cold water chamber, and the first filter chamber seals the open end of the cold water chamber;
The second filter chamber is inserted into the hot water chamber from the open end of the hot water chamber, and the second filter chamber seals the open end of the hot water chamber;
The filter cleaning assembly further comprises a filter connecting plate, and the first filter chamber and the second filter chamber are fixed on the filter connecting plate side by side;
a sliding gap is arranged between the first filtering chamber and the second filtering chamber, and the size of the sliding gap is matched with the size of the partition plate;
The first filter chamber and the second filter chamber are respectively inserted into the cold water chamber and the hot water chamber along the extending direction of the partition plate;

and a second communication port is arranged on one side of the second filter chamber, which is far away from the filter connecting plate, and is clamped at the second limit edge.

the electric heater is arranged in the heating cavity and is used for heating water in the heating cavity;
