Abstract
燃料管(20)是一根由塑料制成的管,而且管接头(10)具有多个在其纵向轴线(12)方向相互有一定间距、从其外周向外凸出来的凸缘(14)。在燃料管上、在其可推移到管接头(10)上的末端范围内、在纵向轴线(12)方向固定配置了一个可弹性扩张的密封套(22),密封套通过两个从燃料管(20)向外凸出的高台(26)在纵向轴线(12)方向固定。由于采用了密封套(22),在管接头(10)上的燃料管(20)可以达到安全可靠地密封。在这里,燃料管(20)通过简单地推移就可固定在管接头(10)上。
Description
技术水平
本发明涉及根据权利要求1所述类型的燃料管在管接头上的固定结构。
这种固定结构是因DE4224981A1而为公众所知。在这里,燃料管是固定在燃料输送装置部件的一个管接头上,燃料管可以是由塑料制成的管或者是挠性的软管,同软管相比,塑料管价格比较便宜。在使用塑料管时,管接头通常具有多个在其纵向轴线方向相互有一定间距、从其外周凸出来的凸缘,并且纵断面呈圣诞树形状。通过在其纵向轴线方向推移,管子可固定在管接头上。在这里,由于凸缘在管子中紧紧抓住,应该可以阻止管子脱出,而且同时达到密封。但事实表明,在采用这种固定结构时,在管子急剧受热后,由于管子持续胀口,不再保证有足够的密封性。另外,也可以借助于一个管箍将管子固定在管接头上,但是,为了均匀地压到管子周围,在设计制作上比较费事,而且安装也比较费时间。
本发明的优点
与此相反,按照本发明设计的这种燃料管在管接头上的固定结构的优点是,以简单方式将燃料管推到管接头上,燃料管就可固定在管接头上,而且通过一个密封套可保证管子密封性。在这里,在将燃料管推到管接头上之前,就可以把密封套配置在燃料管上,在推管子时,密封套可以弹性扩张,这样,安置在管接头上的燃料管可由密封套另外压紧。
在有关的权利要求中已经对本发明的固定结构的有利造型和进一步结构做了说明。采用根据权利要求2所述的燃料管的另一种结构,密封套可以以简单的方式在管接头纵向轴线方向固定。

在图中示出了本发明的实施例,并且在下面的说明中做了详细阐述。图1示出的是一个管接头和一个要固定在管接头的燃料管,图2示出的是沿着图1 II-II线截开的一个燃料管的横断面图,图3示出的是在上面已安装了燃料管的管接头。
实施例说明
在图1至图3中所示出的燃料管在管接头上的固定结构可以预定用于燃料输送装置上,通过燃料输送装置,将燃料从燃料储存罐输送到车辆的内燃机中。例如:管接头可以配置在未详细示出的输送装置11上,或者安装在燃料输送装置任意的其他部件上。管接头10可以由金属制成,或者最好由耐燃料的塑料制成。
管接头10具有多个在其纵向轴线12方向相互有一定间距的、由其外周向外凸出的凸缘14。到管接头10的自由端,凸缘14分别各有一个斜棱16,在其相反的一面,各有一个大约垂直于纵向轴线12配置的凸肩18。这样,管接头10在其外周具有一个所谓的圣诞树断面轮廓。可以规定,紧邻管接头10自由端配置的凸缘14a从管接头10的外周凸出得少一点。也可以选择或者另外规定,凸缘14a的锐角稍微钝一些,也就是说,其凸肩18a从管接头10的自由端移开一点倾斜,和/或者斜棱16a和凸肩18a之间的过渡部分是倒圆的。管接头10在其自由端与其纵向轴线12倾斜。
燃料管20是一根由耐燃料的塑料制成的不能弯曲的硬管。燃料管20也可逐段地做成所谓的波形管,以便可以使管子灵活地适应当时的安装条件。可弹性扩张的密封套22,配置在可推到管接头10上面的燃料管20的端部范围内。比如说,密封套22的弹性扩张可以通过一个纵向切口24来达到或者通过密封套22采用足够弹性变形材料来达到,这可以做成完全封闭的密封环。密封套22制作成薄壁的,也就是说,同其在纵向轴线12方向的宽度相比,在纵向轴线12的径向方向的密封套厚度是很小的。密封套22可以由金属制成或者由塑料制成,特别是管接头10和密封套22可以采用同一种塑料制做。密封套22在纵向轴向12方向固定在燃料管上,也就是说,在燃料管上不能移动。为此,燃料管20具有两个从其外周向外凸出的、在其纵向轴线12方向大约相当于密封套22宽度的、相互有一定间距的高台26,在弹性扩张情况下,密封套22可以从燃料管20的端部移过一个高台26,放置在两个高台26之间,而且在纵向轴线12方向固定。
燃料管20在管接头10上固定时,燃管在纵向轴线12方向推移到管接头10上,此时燃料管20扩大,而且凸缘14在燃料管20弹性变形下紧紧抓住管子里面四周。在向管接头10上推移管子时,密封套22弹性扩张,并且在燃料20的末端位置中安放在凸缘14a范围内。有预应力的密封套22对凸缘14a范围内的燃料管20施加压力,可以压紧管子,这样,即使燃料管20在急剧受热后扩张时,也能达到安全可靠的密封。
如果管接头10和密封套22是由同一种塑料制成的,在受热时,管接头和密封套的扩张大约相同,这样,基本上就会保持和没受热状态下相同的压紧。密封套22的外形尺寸是这样设计的,要能弥补管接头10和燃料管20的容许误差和不圆度。通过把密封套22固定在纵向轴线12方向的两个高台26之间,可以保证,在将燃料20向管接头10上推移时,密封套不会移动。由于其他凸缘14在燃料管20之内紧紧抓住,燃料管20不会从管接头上脱出来。
Claims (6)
1、燃料管在管接头上的固定结构,其特征是,燃料管(20)是一根由塑料制成的管,管接头(10)具有多个在其纵向轴线(12)方向相互有一定间距、从其外周凸出来的凸缘(14),并且在燃料管(20)上,在其可推移到管接头上的末端范围内,在纵向轴线(12)方向固定配置了一个可弹性扩张的密封套(22)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的固定结构,其特征是,燃料管(20)具有两个向外凸出的、在管接头(10)纵向轴线(12)方向相互有一定间距的高台(26),密封套(22)放置在两个高台之间。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的固定结构,其特征是,密封套(22)是由金属制成的。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的固定结构,其特征是,密封套(22)是由塑料制成的。
5、根据权利要求4所述的固定结构,其特征是,管接头(10)是由塑料制成的,密封套(22)是由与管接头(10)所使用的同样塑料制成的。
6、根据前面的权利要求所述的固定结构,其特征是,紧邻管接头(10)自由端配置的第一个凸缘(14a)从管接头(10)的外周凸出得至少要比通常的凸缘(14)少一点和/或者锐角稍微纯一些,在燃料管(20)放置在管接头(10)上时,密封套(22)安放在一第一个凸缘(14a)范围之内。
