Abstract

本发明旨在提供一种能用单一机具执行升压和碎石操作的建筑机械的碎石操作装置。本发明的装置备有碎石控制用的电磁阀和升压控制用的电磁阀,其特征在于,备有用于开闭回路的操作开关和选择开关,上述回路由电源、碎石控制用的电磁阀和升压控制用的电磁阀构成,上述操作开关设置在操作杆上,通过操作者的操作来开闭上述回路;上述选择开关用于选择由操作开关的操作进行的作业,将上述碎石控制用的电磁阀或上述升压控制用的电磁阀中的任一个与电源连接。

Description

建筑机械的碎石操作装置
本发明涉及建筑机械的碎石操作装置,特别涉及一种能用单一机具执行升压和碎石操作的操作装置。
现有的建筑机械中,击碎作业和升压操作是用分别的机具进行的。挖掘机的击碎作业是用碎石器代替铲斗安装在铲斗杆的端部,使该碎石器振动而击碎作业对象。碎石的作业位置选择是用操作杆(连接杆)进行的,该操作杆用于操作原有的臂和铲斗杆。为了进行碎石操作,如图1所示地使用操作踏板104,该操作踏板104通断向电磁阀102供给的电流,该电磁阀102用于控制碎石器。标记101表示电源。
升压是指使建筑机械的油压系统的释放压力上升。该升压操作如图1所示,由设置在操作杆105上的开关106进行。该开关106通断向电磁阀103供给的电流,该电磁阀103用于控制升压。
但是,这种构造的建筑机械中,进行碎石作业时,必须先使用操作杆选定了碎石位置后,再持续地踏入操作踏板进行碎石作业,操作很不方便。
这种操作的不便导致碎石作业效率的降低。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种进行建筑机械的碎石作业时能消除操作上的不便,提高作业效率的碎石操作装置。
 为了实现上述目的,本发明的建筑机械碎石操作装置,备有碎石控制用的电磁阀和升压控制用的电磁阀,其特征在于,备有用于开闭回路的操作开关和选择开关,上述回路由电源、碎石控制用的电磁阀和升压控制用的电磁阀构成,上述操作开关设置在操作杆上,通过操作者的操作来开闭上述回路;上述选择开关用于选择由操作开关的操作进行的作业,将上述碎石控制用的电磁阀或上述升压控制用的电磁阀中的任一个与电源连接。
图1是现有建筑机械中的碎石操作装置和升压装置部分的概略构造图。
图2是本发明一实施例碎石操作装置部分的概略构造图。
下面,参照附图说明本发明的最佳实施例。
图2表示本发明一实施例的碎石操作装置。
如图2所示,电源1、碎石控制用的电磁阀2和升压控制用的电磁阀3构成回路,操作开关6设置在操作杆4上。操作者用该操作开关6开闭上述回路。为了选择由操作开关的操作而进行的作业,在回路中设置了选择开关5,该选择开关5可将碎石控制用的电磁阀2和升压控制用的电磁阀3中的任一个与电源1连接。该选择开关5在“A”状态和“B”状态之间切换,在“A”状态时,碎石作业被选择,在“B”状态时,升压功能被选择。图2表示由选择开关5选择的碎石作业状态(“A”状态)。即,通过选择开关5的切换,上述的操作开关6可被选择用于碎石操作或升压操作。
下面说明本实施例的动作。
将上述操作开关6用作升压操作时,将选择开关5切换到“B”状态,按下操作开关6。由于按下了操作开关6,升压控制用的电磁阀3通过操作开关6及选择开关5从电源1得到电流,执行升压功能。
将上述操作开关6用作碎石操作时,将选择开关5切换到“A”状态,按下操作开关6。由于按下了操作开关6,碎石控制用的电磁阀2通过操作开关6及选择开关5从电源1得到电流,执行碎石作业。
如上所述,根据本发明,由于通过选择开关的切换,设在操作杆上的操作开关的功能可选择地作为碎石控制用或升压控制用,所以,可解决碎石作业的操作上的不便,即不必持续地踏入操作板,这样,能显著提高作业效率。

Claims (1)

1.一种建筑机械的碎石操作装置,备有碎石控制用的电磁阀和升压控制用的电磁阀,其特征在于,备有用于开闭回路的操作开关和选择开关,上述回路由电源、碎石控制用的电磁阀和升压控制用的电磁阀构成,上述操作开关设置在操作杆上,通过操作者的操作来开闭上述回路;上述选择开关用于选择由操作开关的操作进行的作业,将上述碎石控制用的电磁阀或上述升压控制用的电磁阀中的任一个与电源连接。
