Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a nano platinum complex, and in addition, the invention also relates to application of the nano platinum complex.
Background
The people feel happy, and the research on skin care cosmetics is never stopped, wherein the main point is the research and development of the effective components. In recent years, nanometer noble metal materials gradually enter the field of view of people, and due to the nanometer size, the nanometer noble metal materials have very high surface energy and chemical activity, and nanometer particles of the nanometer noble metal materials show completely different physical and chemical properties from metal simple substances, so that the nanometer noble metal materials are widely applied to the fields of industrial catalysis, sterilization, disinfection, trace detection and the like. In the beauty and skin care industry, the label of noble metal opens a break for marketing of high-end products, and naturally becomes a research hotspot.
Chinese patent CN102670444B discloses a muscle base solution and a preparation method thereof, wherein the muscle base solution contains nano platinum polypeptide, and after the skin is used, the skin becomes smooth and tender, the skin color is more uniform, and the skin quality is obviously improved. Chinese patent CN111991320a discloses a toner containing nano platinum powder, which contains multiple traditional Chinese medicine whitening components, and increases whitening effect, and nano platinum can make skin more glossy, improving overall aesthetic feeling of users. The above two patents do not mention the preparation method of the nano platinum component, and the product formulation contains a plurality of functional active components except the nano platinum, and it is not clear how much the nano platinum plays a role therein.
Chinese patent CN111840132A discloses a cosmetic long-acting antibiotic additive and a preparation process thereof, contains nano platinum sterilizing component and has long-acting antibiotic capability. Chinese patent CN110202165A discloses a nano platinum solution with affinity to fiber and a preparation method thereof, wherein the solution can be completely adsorbed on the surface of the fiber at normal temperature or under heating condition, solves the problems of poor affinity between nano material and fiber, low loading efficiency and environmental pollution, and can be applied to the field of functional textiles.
Current research recognizes that the oxidative stress mechanism is one of the important mechanisms responsible for skin aging. The human body generates active oxygen free radicals due to factors such as aerobic metabolism, ultraviolet rays, vital energy generation, stay up, excessive fatigue, diseases and the like, and can oxidize unsaturated fatty acids in lipid so as to influence the structure and functions of cell membranes; can also react with DNA base to damage DNA; proteins can also be oxidized to disrupt their original structure, ultimately leading to the appearance of signs of aging such as skin sagging, wrinkles, and the like. In addition, reactive oxygen radicals can lead to the formation of lipofuscin by proteins and lipids, leading to the formation of senile plaques. The nano platinum can be combined with active oxygen free radicals preferentially, so that other substances cannot be oxidized any more, and the aging is delayed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the deficiencies of the prior art and methods, it is desirable, in accordance with embodiments of the present invention, to provide a nano platinum complex that can be used as an active ingredient for preparing a mask.
According to the embodiment, the nano platinum complex provided by the invention is prepared by taking a chloroplatinic acid solution as a raw material, adding a reducing agent to reduce the chloroplatinic acid solution into a nano platinum aqueous solution, and then adding a hyperbranched polymer to form the nano platinum complex, wherein the nano platinum complex is prepared by the following process steps:
(1) Adding chloroplatinic acid into a mixed solution of trehalose and maltodextrin, and stirring at 50-90 ℃ to obtain a platinum ion solution;
(2) Preparing citric acid solution, slowly adding platinum ion solution under stirring, reacting at 100-150deg.C, cooling, standing, and extracting upper layer nanometer platinum aqueous solution;
(3) Adding an amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide solution into a nano platinum aqueous solution, introducing nitrogen, heating to 50-80 ℃, and stirring to obtain a nano platinum complex with the particle size of 2-5nm, wherein the chemical structure is shown as a formula I, and the chemical structure is shown as a formula I:
the mixing weight ratio of the trehalose to the maltodextrin is 1:3-1:5, and the concentration of the solution is 50-70wt% based on the weight of the solvent;
the concentration of chloroplatinic acid in the platinum ion solution is 1.0-4.0wt% based on the weight of the solvent;
the concentration of the citric acid solution is 15-30wt% based on the weight of the solvent;
the amino number of the amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide is 7 per mol, and the concentration of the amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide solution is 8 to 20 weight percent based on the weight of the solvent;
the solvent of each solution is deionized water.
According to one embodiment, in step (1), the stirring time is preferably 0.5-3h; the reaction time is preferably 1 to 3 hours; in the step (3), the stirring time is preferably 3 to 8 hours.
According to the embodiment, the nano platinum complex is used for preparing the mask, and the dry mask cloth is immersed into the mask nutrient solution component in a sterile environment, so that the nutrient solution component is fully adsorbed on the mask, and the mask is packaged. The dry mask cloth comprises one or a mixture of cotton fiber, silk fiber and cellulose fiber, and the mask nutrient solution comprises deionized water, nanometer platinum complex, sodium hyaluronate, essence, glycerol, butanediol, vitamin B, vitamin C and sodium p-hydroxybenzoate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
(1) Besides nano platinum particles, the nano platinum complex also adopts amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide as a synergistic component, and the addition of the component has the following effects: the dispersion of nano platinum particles is facilitated, and the agglomeration is avoided; contains a large amount of hydrophilic groups, so that the active ingredient has the function of moisturizing besides the antioxidation function; the amino group has good affinity with the components of the mask base materials such as cellulose, protein and the like, and the amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide and the nano platinum are combined for use, so that the nano platinum can be ensured to be adsorbed on the mask base materials and then absorbed by skin to play a role.
