机动车辆传动机构中间轴组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在电动牵引马达和/或燃烧牵引马达(一方面)与受驱动的机动车辆车轮(另一方面)之间的机动车辆传动机构的传动机构中间轴组件。
背景技术
机动车辆传动机构可以是刚性的传动机构或可切换的传动机构。传动机构例如被设计为两级的。传动机构中间轴通常藉由与传动机构中间轴防旋转地连接的齿轮将传动机构的驱动轴与从动轴连接。对于机动车辆(Kfz)传动机构典型的是,尤其在接入电动牵引马达时转速相对较高,这样的转速需要用滚动轴承来对相关轴进行径向支承。这样的机动车辆传动机构例如是从DE 10 2016 106 544 1和CN 209 324 937U已知的。对中间轴的轴向固定或通过固定式径向轴承与浮动式径向轴承的组合来实现或通过具有人字形齿部的传动级来实现,该人字形齿部确保对中间轴的定中心。
人字形齿部在制造时是高耗费的并且仅允许对中间轴的间接的轴向定中心。固定式径向轴承大体上是高耗费且占空间的。
发明内容
相对于此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种紧凑且易于制造的传动机构中间轴组件。
根据本发明,该目的通过具有权利要求1所述特征的传动机构中间轴组件来实现。
根据本发明的传动机构中间轴组件是机动车辆传动机构的一部分,牵引马达的驱动转矩经过该机动车辆传动机构被传递至受驱动的车轮。传动机构中间轴基部既不直接与牵引马达连接、也不直接与车轮连接,而是间接地经由传动级与牵引马达连接以及经由另外的传动级与受驱动的机动车辆车轮连接。
传动机构中间轴组件具有可旋转地且轴向浮动式地被支承的中间轴主体,该中间轴主体防旋转地承载外侧的驱动齿轮和外侧的从动齿轮。牵引马达的转矩经由驱动齿轮被导入,并且所导入的转矩经由从动齿轮被导出。中间轴主体在径向上仅由浮动式径向滚动轴承可旋转且浮动式地支承。优选地,恰好设有两个浮动式径向滚动轴承。
驱动齿轮和从动齿轮彼此相反地倾斜,因而所产生的轴向力或啮合力彼此相反地起作用,即在理想情况下在很大程度上中和。因此,驱动齿轮和从动齿轮均不具有要高耗费地制造的人字形齿部。
中间轴主体的这两个纵向端部各自由简单的轴向轴承轴向支承。由于驱动齿轮和从动齿轮彼此相反地倾斜,并且因此最多须轴向支撑所产生的较小的轴向力,因此轴向轴承可以构造简单且尺寸紧凑。
总体上,中间轴主体的轴承组件完全省去了固定式径向轴承并且以相对较小的轴向力设计的轴向轴承就足够。
轴向轴承可以各自被设计为纯压力轴承。轴向轴承和相关的中间轴主体可以在轴向上有游隙地布置和设计,其方式为使得在不利的温度条件下,实际上不产生或最多产生相对较小的轴向应力。由此使得轴向轴承的磨损降到最低,这进而允许紧凑且简单的轴向轴承。
优选地,中间轴主体被设计为空心轴。在中间轴主体的空腔中,例如可以设有用于润滑轴承和传动级的组件。
优选地,这两个轴向轴承各自直接支撑中间轴主体的端侧。即,轴向轴承并不支撑中间轴主体的轴向延伸走向中的环状的级。由此,可以实现中间轴主体的在径向上紧凑的构造。
优选地,这两个径向滚动轴承的内环直接由中间轴主体构成。由此得到这两个径向滚动轴承的紧凑、简单且轻的结构。
优选地,这两个径向滚动轴承的外环各自由板状外环构成。特别优选地,板状外环各自构成柱状滚动体的滚动套筒。板状外环可以简单且廉价地制造,并且比外环的实心构造更轻。
优选地,被设计为滚动轴承的这个两个轴向轴承的运行面各自由板状主体构成。由此实现轴向轴承的简单、可廉价地制造的并且轻的构造。
优选地,中间轴主体的这两个纵向端部各自由这些浮动径向滚动轴承之一支承。即,这两个径向滚动轴承布置在中间轴主体的轴向端部区域中,并且轴向包围驱动齿轮和从动齿轮。

具体实施方式
附图示出作为机动车辆传动机构一部分的两级式机动车辆传动机构中间轴组件10,例如电动牵引马达的被导入传动机构中的转动驱动功率藉由该机动车辆传动机构被减速。传动机构中间轴组件10在传动机构壳体12中具有可旋转的且浮动式地被支承的中间轴20,该中间轴在被设计为空心轴的中间轴主体22上防旋转地承载外侧的驱动齿轮24以及同样外侧的从动齿轮28。中间轴20或中间轴主体22绕转动轴线11旋转。
驱动齿轮24在外侧安装在单独的驱动齿轮25上,该驱动齿轮防旋转地与中间轴主体22相连接。从动齿轮28是在中间轴主体22本身上形成的。倾斜的驱动齿轮24与同样倾斜的从动齿轮28相反地倾斜,因而在转矩传递时所产生的轴向力彼此相反地起作用,并且在工作时大体上相互中和。
在此,在轴向上在驱动齿轮24与从动齿轮28之间设有固定式齿轮26,该固定式齿轮不具有传动功能,而是仅用于在机动车辆的驻车模式下暂时转动锁定中间轴20。
中间轴20或中间轴主体22在这两个纵向端部23、23'处各自由浮动式径向滚动轴承30、30'径向支承并且各自由轴向轴承40、40'轴向支承。
径向滚动轴承30、30'各自具有柱状的滚动体36。径向滚动轴承30、30'的内环32各自由中间轴主体22的柱状的表面32'构成。这两个径向滚动轴承30、30'的外环34各自由板状外环主体34'构成,该板状外环主体构成滚动体36的滚动套筒。外环体34'位于壳体壁12'的空心柱状的接纳级的径向外部。
轴向轴承40、40'各自布置在中间轴主体22的位于横向平面上的环形端侧41与固定的壳体壁12'的同样位于横向平面上的、相反且平行的端壁49之间。这些横向平面各自垂直于转动轴线11。
各自被设计为滚动轴承的这两个轴向轴承40、40'的运行面42、45各自由板状主体43、44构成,其中在板状主体43、44之间,柱状的滚动体46藉由对应的笼不可丢失地被固持在位。轴向轴承40、40'在所有温度条件下最多承受较小的轴向预应力,因此轴承磨损较小。

Claims (8)

1.一种机动车辆传动机构中间轴组件(10),其具有可旋转地且浮动式地被支承的中间轴主体(22),所述中间轴主体防旋转地承载外侧的驱动齿轮(24)和外侧的从动齿轮(28),
其中所述驱动齿轮(24)与所述从动齿轮(28)相反地倾斜,因而所产生的轴向力彼此相反地起作用,
其中所述中间轴主体(22)仅由多个浮动式径向滚动轴承(30,30')支承,并且
其中所述中间轴主体(22)的两个纵向端部(23,23')各自由轴向轴承(40,40')轴向支承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆传动机构中间轴组件(10),其中所述中间轴主体(22)是空心轴。
3.根据前述权利要求之一所述的机动车辆传动机构中间轴组件(10),其中所述两个轴向轴承(40,40')各自直接支撑所述中间轴主体(22)的端侧(41)。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的机动车辆传动机构中间轴组件(10),其中所述两个径向滚动轴承(30,30')的内环(32)由所述中间轴主体(22)构成。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的机动车辆传动机构中间轴组件(10),其中所述两个径向滚动轴承(30,30')的外环(34)各自由板状外环(34')构成。
6.根据前述权利要求之一所述的机动车辆传动机构中间轴组件(10),其中所述两个径向滚动轴承(30,30')的外环(34)各自构成柱状滚动体(36)的滚动套筒。
7.根据前述权利要求之一所述的机动车辆传动机构中间轴组件(10),其中被设计为滚动轴承的所述轴向轴承(40,40')的运行面(42,45)各自由板状主体(43,44)构成。
8.根据前述权利要求之一所述的机动车辆传动机构中间轴组件(10),其中所述浮动式径向滚动轴承(30,30')支承所述中间轴主体(22)的两个纵向端部(23,23')。
