Abstract
本发明涉及光伏封装胶膜技术领域,为解决现有技术下光伏组件的封装胶膜抗蠕变性能较差,使用寿命短的问题,提供一种抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜及制备方法,所述封装胶膜包括依次层叠的非交联层、涂层和交联层,非交联层为热塑性树脂,交联层为热固性树脂,涂层包括如下质量份组分:20‑30份溶剂、30‑50份粘结剂、5‑15份硅酸盐类空心微球及5‑10份有机微球。该封装胶膜抗蠕变性能好,同时可以具有良好的阻燃性能和电绝缘性能,并且制备方法可制备得到抗蠕变的双层结构的封装胶膜,设备要求低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及光伏封装胶膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜及制备方法。
背景技术
封装胶膜是光伏组件的核心材料之一,其使电池片与外部环境隔绝的作用,可提高光伏组件的发电可靠性并延长光伏组件的使用寿命。市场上现有的光伏组件封装胶膜分为交联型和非交联型两种,非交联型光伏组件封装胶膜,在高温融化后可与其表面接触物融合具有粘合效应,可以解决交联型光伏组件封装胶膜具有的气泡问题,但非交联型光伏组件封装胶膜的抗蠕变性能较差。蠕变是热塑性封装胶膜的一种典型失效模式,是固体材料在保持应力不变的条件下,应变随时间延长而增加的现象。蠕变会导致热塑性封装胶膜的性能下降,甚至失去密封效果。
如公开号为CN110713803A的发明公开了“一种热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜及制备方法”,包括气体阻隔层以及形成在气体阻隔层上下表面的粘结层,所述粘结层由100重量份的第一光伏基体树脂、0.1-1重量份的增粘剂、0.1-3重量份的助交联剂、0-50重量份的颜料和0-3重量份的加工助剂组成;所述第一光伏基体树脂由5-50重量份乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯树脂、15-95重量份的改性聚烯烃透明树脂和0-35重量份聚烯烃透明树脂组成;所述热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜具有1%-50%的预交联度。该封装胶膜拥有良好的气体阻隔性能和粘结性能,但其主要成分为非交联材料,抗蠕变性能较差。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术下光伏组件的封装胶膜抗蠕变性能较差,使用寿命短的问题,提供一种抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜,该封装胶膜抗蠕变性能好,同时可以具有良好的阻燃性能和电绝缘性能。本发明还提供了一种抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜的制备方法,该制备方法可制备得到抗蠕变的双层结构的封装胶膜,设备要求低。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明提供了一种抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜,所述封装胶膜包括依次层叠的非交联层、涂层和交联层,非交联层为热塑性树脂,交联层为热固性树脂,涂层包括如下质量份组分:20-30份溶剂、30-50份粘结剂、5-15份硅酸盐类空心微球及5-10份有机微球。
本发明为双层结构的封装胶膜,包括热塑性的非交联层和热固性的交联层,交联层与非交联层之间为含有两种微球的涂层,涂层可将交联层与非交联层粘结在一起。使用时非交联层贴近光伏组件的电池片,由于热塑的特性,非交联层可与电池片紧密结合,保证封装胶膜的封装效果。当光伏组件处于高温时,由于涂层和交联层本身的抗蠕变性能优于非交联层,可以提升非交联层的抗蠕变。此外,涂层中的硅酸盐类空心微球和有机微球可以增加封装胶膜的透过率,提升封装胶膜的阻燃性和电绝缘性,另外涂层还可以减少封装胶膜用量以及交联助剂用量从而降低成本。
作为优选,所述溶剂为醇类有机物,所述粘结剂为纤维素类粘结剂、聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇丙烯醚中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述纤维素类粘结剂为甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或多种。
作为更优选,所述溶剂为乙二醇、甘油和聚乙二醇中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述硅酸盐类空心微球的粒径为20-30μm,所述有机微球为聚乙烯微球、聚丙烯酸微球、聚氨酯微球和聚酯微球中的一种或多种,有机微球的粒径为2-5μm。
使用不同粒径的硅酸盐类空心微球和有机微球,可在不影响涂层对非交联层和交联层粘结效果的前提下,提高透光率。
作为优选,所述非交联层包括如下质量份组分:100份聚烯烃树脂、0.01-0.05份水解稳定剂、0.01-0.1份抗老化剂和0.001-0.1份助剂。
作为优选,所述交联层包括如下质量份组分:100份聚烯烃树脂、0.01-0.05份水解稳定剂、0.01-0.1份抗老化剂、0.001-0.1份助剂和0.002-0.1份交联剂。
作为优选,所述聚烯烃树脂为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、乙烯-辛烯共聚物和聚丁二烯中的一种或多种。
本发明中选用熔融指数范围为0.5-10,熔点为65℃-170℃,透光率大于90%,体阻电阻率大于1.0×1015 Ω·cm的热塑性树脂和热固性树脂效果较佳。
作为更优选,所述非交联层中的聚烯烃树脂为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、乙烯-辛烯共聚物和聚丁二烯中的一种或多种;交联层中的聚烯烃树脂为乙烯-丙烯共聚物、乙烯-辛烯共聚物和聚丁二烯中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述交联层厚度为0.1-1.0mm,非交联层厚度为0.1-1.0mm,涂层厚度为0.05-0.3mm。
作为优选,所述交联剂为有机过氧化物交联剂和丙烯酸酯交联剂中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述有机过氧化物交联剂为过氧化异丙苯、二叔丁基过氧化物、过氧化氢二异丙苯、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧化己烷、过氧化2-乙基己基碳酸叔丁酯、过氧化二苯甲酰、过氧化环己酮、过氧苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧乙酸叔丁酯、叔丁基过氧化-3,5,5-三甲基己酸酯。
作为优选,所述丙烯酸酯交联剂包括三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、2-三羟甲基丙烷四丙烯酸酯和二甲基丙烯酸二乙二醇酯。
作为优选,所述水解稳定剂为单碳化二亚胺或/和双(2,6)-二异丙基碳化亚胺;
抗老化剂为二缩三乙二醇双[β-(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯和硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述助剂包括光稳定剂和硅烷偶联剂,硅烷偶联剂和光稳定剂的质量比为(0-20):(50-100)。
作为优选,所述光稳定剂为2-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-十二烷基-4-甲基苯酚、双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮和聚丁二酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇)酯中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三过氧叔丁基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙酰基氧基硅烷、3-缩水甘油丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基烷氧基硅烷低聚体其中的一种或多种。
第二方面,本发明提供了一种上述抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1 将非交联层或交联层的组分混合后熔融挤出得到胶膜;
S2 将涂层的各组分混合后涂覆在S1所得胶膜表面;
S3 将S2所得胶膜沿着挤出机的挤出头处放入钢辊和胶辊中间,将非交联层和交联层中剩余那层的组分加入挤出机中混合、熔融后与S2所得胶膜共挤出。
本发明中先制备非交联层胶膜或交联层胶膜,然后将涂层涂在已经通过挤出机制作好的胶膜上后,接着在制作另一层胶膜时,将涂好涂层的胶膜与之进行共挤,使得涂层中间的硅酸盐类空心微球刚好会在两层胶膜中间,形成夹层结构。
因此,本发明具有如下有益效果:(1)通过设置双层结构降低胶膜内部应力,减少收缩,提高抗蠕变性能,提升热塑性层胶膜的耐老化性能,并增强胶膜使用寿命;(2)涂层还增强了电绝缘性能和阻燃性能,降低封装胶膜的制作成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方法对本发明做进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种抗蠕变的光伏组件封装胶膜,其结构为依次层叠的厚度为1mm的非交联层、厚度为0.5mm的涂层及厚度为1mm的交联层,其由如下步骤制备得到:
S1 将100份乙烯-辛烯共聚物(DF840)、0.05份单碳化二亚胺、0.1份二缩三乙二醇双[β-(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]、0.08份2-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-十二烷基-4-甲基苯酚、0.02份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和0.1份过氧化异丙苯加入挤出机中混合、熔融、挤出得到胶膜,挤出机设置温度为65℃-100℃-100℃-100℃;
S2 将30份乙二醇、50份羟丙基甲基纤维素、10份直径为30μm玻璃空心微球(3M™S60)及10份直径为3μm聚丙烯酸有机微球混合,然后涂覆在S1所得胶膜表面;
S3 将S2所得胶膜沿着挤出机的挤出头处放入钢辊和胶辊中间,将100份乙烯-辛烯共聚物(DF840)、0.05份单碳化二亚胺、0.1份二缩三乙二醇双[β-(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]、0.08份2-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-十二烷基-4-甲基苯酚和0.02份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷加入挤出机中混合熔融,再与S2所得胶膜共挤出,挤出机设置温度为65℃-100℃-100℃-100℃。
实施例2
一种抗蠕变的光伏组件封装胶膜,其结构为依次层叠的厚度为1mm的非交联层、厚度为0.5mm的涂层及厚度为1mm的交联层,其由如下步骤制备得到:
S1 将100份乙烯-辛烯共聚物(DF840)、0.03份单碳化二亚胺、0.05份硫代二乙撑双[3-(3 ,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]、0.05份2-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-十二烷基-4-甲基苯酚和0.1份过氧化异丙苯加入挤出机中混合、熔融、挤出得到胶膜,挤出机设置温度为65℃-100℃-100℃-100℃;
S2 将30份甘油、30份聚乙烯醇丙烯醚、15份直径为30μm玻璃空心微球及5份直径为3μm聚乙烯有机微球混合,然后涂覆在S1所得胶膜表面;
S3 将S2所得胶膜沿着挤出机的挤出头处放入钢辊和胶辊中间,将100份乙烯-丙烯共聚物(陶氏 3330)、0.05份单碳化二亚胺、0.1份硫代二乙撑双[3-(3 ,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和0.05份2-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-十二烷基-4-甲基苯酚加入挤出机中混合熔融,再与S2所得胶膜共挤出,挤出机设置温度为65℃-100℃-100℃-100℃。
实施例3
一种抗蠕变的光伏组件封装胶膜,其结构为依次层叠的厚度为0.1mm的非交联层、厚度为0.05mm的涂层及厚度为0.5mm的交联层,其由如下步骤制备得到:
S1 将100份聚丙烯(F280S)、0.05份单碳化二亚胺、0.1份二缩三乙二醇双[β-(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]、0.08份2-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-十二烷基-4-甲基苯酚和0.02份乙烯基三乙酰基氧基硅烷加入挤出机中混合、熔融、挤出得到胶膜,挤出机设置温度为170℃-230℃-230℃-230℃;
S2 将30份聚乙二醇、20份羟丙基甲基纤维素、20份聚丙烯酰胺、10份直径为20μm玻璃空心微球(3M™ iM16K)及10份直径为3μm聚丙烯酸有机微球混合,然后涂覆在S1所得胶膜表面;
S3 将S2所得胶膜沿着挤出机的挤出头处放入钢辊和胶辊中间,将100份乙烯-辛烯共聚物(DF840)、0.05份单碳化二亚胺、0.1份二缩三乙二醇双[β-(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]、0.08份2-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-十二烷基-4-甲基苯酚、0.02份乙烯基三乙酰基氧基硅烷和0.1份过氧化异丙苯加入挤出机中混合熔融,再与S2所得胶膜共挤出,挤出机设置温度为100℃-170℃-170℃-170℃。
对比例1
一种光伏组件封装胶膜,其厚度为2.5mm,由如下步骤制备得到:
将100份乙烯-辛烯共聚物(DF840)、0.05份单碳化二亚胺、0.1份二缩三乙二醇双[β-(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]、0.08份2-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-十二烷基-4-甲基苯酚和0.02份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷加入挤出机中混合熔融,再与S1所得胶膜共挤出,挤出机设置温度为65℃-100℃-100℃-100℃。
对比例2
一种光伏组件封装胶膜,其结构为依次层叠的厚度为1.25mm的非交联层及厚度为1.25mm的交联层,非交联层和交联层材料及制备方法同实施例1。
对比例3
一种抗蠕变的光伏组件封装胶膜,与实施例1的区别在于,使用非交联层替换交联层,其S1为将100份乙烯-辛烯共聚物(DF840)、0.05份单碳化二亚胺、0.1份二缩三乙二醇双[β-(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]、0.08份2-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-十二烷基-4-甲基苯酚和0.02份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷加入挤出机中混合、熔融、挤出,挤出机设置温度为65℃-100℃-100℃-100℃。
对比例4
一种抗蠕变的光伏组件封装胶膜,其结构为依次层叠的厚度为1mm的非交联层、厚度为0.5mm的涂层及厚度为1mm的交联层,与实施例1的区别在于,涂层中不含玻璃微球和聚丙烯酸有机微球,为37.5份乙二醇和62.5份羟丙基甲基纤维素混合得到。
对比例5
一种抗蠕变的光伏组件封装胶膜,其结构为依次层叠的厚度为1mm的非交联层、厚度为0.5mm的涂层及厚度为1mm的交联层,与实施例1的区别在于,涂层中不含玻璃空心微球,为30份乙二醇、50份羟丙基甲基纤维素及20份直径为3μm聚丙烯酸有机微球混合得到。
对比例6
一种抗蠕变的光伏组件封装胶膜,其结构为依次层叠的厚度为1mm的非交联层、厚度为0.5mm的涂层及厚度为1mm的交联层,与实施例1的区别在于,涂层中不含聚丙烯酸有机微球,为30份乙二醇、50份羟丙基甲基纤维素及20份直径为30μm玻璃空心微球混合得到。
检测上述实施例及对比例所得光伏组件封装胶膜的抗蠕变性能、耐老化、透光率及电绝缘性能,其中耐老化性能、透光率及电绝缘性能检测步骤参照《NBT 10200-2019晶体硅太阳电池组件用聚烯烃弹性体(POE)封装绝缘胶膜》,抗蠕变性能测试步骤如下:
封装胶膜置于两块200mm×200mm×4mm玻璃之间,将玻璃-胶膜-玻璃放入层压机中层压后竖直放置在100℃的烘箱中100h,检测两块玻璃的相对位移距离,相对位移距离小于1mm时为通过测试。
检测结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,本发明与光伏组件的粘结效果好,并且还具有良好的透光性、抗蠕变能力及绝缘性能。
实施例1与对比例1相比,在保持良好的透光率及与光伏组件的粘结性的前提下,电绝缘性能及抗蠕变性能有了极大地提升。比较对比例2和对比例3可知,涂层和交联层的设置均对封装胶膜的抗蠕变性能有较大贡献。
对比例4-6的检测结果表明,玻璃微球和有机微球具有提高封装胶膜透光性及绝缘性作用,并且当涂层中同时存在两种微球时效果最佳。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜,其特征是,所述封装胶膜包括依次层叠的非交联层、涂层和交联层,非交联层为热塑性树脂,交联层为热固性树脂,涂层包括如下质量份组分:20-30份溶剂、30-50份粘结剂、5-15份硅酸盐类空心微球及5-10份有机微球。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜,其特征是,所述溶剂为醇类有机物,所述粘结剂为纤维素类粘结剂、聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇丙烯醚中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜,其特征是,所述硅酸盐类空心微球的粒径为20-30μm,所述有机微球为聚乙烯微球、聚丙烯酸微球、聚氨酯微球和聚酯微球中的一种或多种,有机微球的粒径为2-5μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜,其特征是,所述非交联层包括如下质量份组分:100份聚烯烃树脂、0.01-0.05份水解稳定剂、0.01-0.1份抗老化剂和0.001-0.1份助剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜,其特征是,所述交联层包括如下质量份组分:100份聚烯烃树脂、0.01-0.05份水解稳定剂、0.01-0.1份抗老化剂、0.001-0.1份助剂和0.002-0.1份交联剂。
6.根据权利要求1或4或5所述的一种抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜,其特征是,所述交联层厚度为0.1-1.0mm,非交联层厚度为0.1-1.0mm,涂层的厚度为0.05-0.3mm。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜,其特征是,所述交联剂为有机过氧化物交联剂和丙烯酸酯交联剂中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜,其特征是,所述水解稳定剂为单碳化二亚胺或/和双(2,6)-二异丙基碳化亚胺;
抗老化剂为二缩三乙二醇双[β-(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]、四[β-(3 ,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯和硫代二乙撑双[3-(3 ,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜,其特征是,所述助剂包括光稳定剂和硅烷偶联剂,硅烷偶联剂和光稳定剂的质量比为(0-20):(50-100)。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任意一项所述抗蠕变的热塑性光伏组件封装胶膜的制备方法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
S1 将非交联层或交联层的组分混合后熔融挤出得到胶膜;
S2 将涂层的各组分混合后涂覆在S1所得胶膜表面;
S3将S2所得胶膜沿着挤出机的挤出头处放入钢辊和胶辊中间,将非交联层和交联层中剩余那层的组分加入挤出机中混合、熔融后与S2所得胶膜共挤出。
