本发明涉及一种吸水性热成型用食品包装材料的制造方法,属于食品包装材料的技术领域,包括以下步骤:用去离子水和酒精勾兑好稀释液;将纳米食品级有机硅专用分散液加入水性PUR热熔胶中,进行分散,得到混合分散液将混合分散液加入到稀释液中,充分搅拌,得到混合液;将水性油墨用添加剂加入到混合液中,充分搅拌,得到水性涂液;在塑料材料上用水性涂液进行印刷、涂布,在进行印刷、涂布的同时,将食品级吸水材料经过复合装置进行同步贴合,然后经烘干、流平、固化后形成一层热熔胶涂层,得到吸水性热成型用食品包装材料。本发明有效解决了吸水材料和底托材料结合使用时的滑动,不均匀等问题。

发明内容
本发明在普通的塑料热成型的材料上涂上特殊的水性环保食品级黏胶,再把可加热延展拉伸的吸水性材料通过贴合的工艺,把两种材料复合在一起,完整的贴合材料,实现了即可方便快捷的热成型加工,又同时具备了让整个塑料包装底托上完整覆盖一层可吸水材料。有着非常好的实用性,有效的解决了吸水材料和底托材料结合使用时的滑动,不均匀等问题。可用于肉类生鲜果蔬等储存运输包装。
本发明为实现其目的采用的技术方案:
一种吸水性热成型用食品包装材料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1).准备固含量为10-30%的水性PUR热熔胶;
2).准备纳米食品级有机硅专用分散液(即纳米食品级有机硅液体);
3).用去离子水和浓度为75-90%的酒精按2:1比例勾兑为稀释液;
4).将步骤2)中的纳米食品级有机硅专用分散液加入步骤1)的水性PUR热熔胶中,进行超声波分散,得到混合分散液;
5).将步骤4)的混合分散液按1-5%的质量添加比加入到步骤3)的稀释液中,充分搅拌,得到混合液;
6).将水性油墨用添加剂加入到步骤5)的混合液中,充分搅拌,得到水性涂液;
7).在塑料材料上用步骤6)的水性涂液进行印刷、涂布,在进行印刷、涂布的同时,将食品级吸水材料(聚酯类吸水熔喷布)经过热压复合机,进行同步贴合,然后经烘干、流平、固化后在塑料材料表面形成一层热熔胶涂层,得到吸水性热成型用食品包装材料。
进一步地,步骤6)中添加剂包括表面流平剂、润湿剂、滑爽助剂,所述添加剂分别按照1-3%的质量添加比添加到混合液中。
进一步地,步骤7)中塑料材料为PET或PP或PE或PS。

3).用去离子水和浓度75%的酒精按2:1比例勾兑为的稀释液。
4).将步骤2)的纳米食品级有机硅专用分散液加入步骤1)的液体中,进行超声波分散。
5).再将步骤4)的分散液体按2%的添加比加入步骤3)中,并充分搅拌。
6).把水性油墨用的表面流平剂,润湿剂,滑爽助剂均按照1-3%的质量添加比分别添入上述的混合液中,并充分搅拌,从而得到一种可用于印刷,涂布等表面处理工艺的水性涂液。
7).准备好特殊可以在一定的温度条件下拉伸延展的食品级吸水材料。
8).在塑料材料(PET,PP,PE,PS等)上用该液体进行印刷,涂布等表面处理工艺加工,在进行表面处理的同时,将步骤7)准备的食品级吸水材料经过热压复合机,进行同步贴合,材料经过烘干,流平,固化形成一层特殊热熔胶的涂层,从而得到我们所需要的既可以热成型加工成各种形状的特殊吸水食品包装材料,又可以在废弃时轻松剥离塑料底材和吸水材料的特殊功能性冷链物流存储包装材料产品,洁净了环境,提高了生活品质。
实施例3
1).准备好固含量为30%的水性PUR(聚氨酯)热熔胶,水性PUR热熔胶是一种由聚氨酯制成的食品热熔胶,它具有很高的粘接强度和耐候性,适用于食品包装和加工中对耐用性和粘接性能要求较高的应用。
2).准备好纳米食品级有机硅专用分散液。
3).用去离子水和浓度90%的酒精按2:1比例勾兑为的稀释液。
4).将步骤2)的纳米食品级有机硅专用分散液加入步骤1)的液体中,进行超声波分散。
5).再将步骤4)的分散液体按5%的添加比加入步骤3)中,并充分搅拌。
6).把水性油墨用的表面流平剂,润湿剂,滑爽助剂均按照3%的质量添加比分别添入上述的混合液中,并充分搅拌,从而得到一种可用于印刷,涂布等表面处理工艺的水性涂液。
7).准备好特殊可以在一定的温度条件下拉伸延展的食品级吸水材料。

Claims (3)
1.一种吸水性热成型用食品包装材料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1).准备固含量为10-30%的水性PUR热熔胶;
2).准备纳米食品级有机硅专用分散液;
3).用去离子水和浓度为75-90%的酒精按2:1比例勾兑为稀释液;
4).将步骤2)中的纳米食品级有机硅专用分散液加入步骤1)的水性PUR热熔胶中,进行超声波分散,得到混合分散液;
5).将步骤4)的混合分散液按1-5%的添加比加入到步骤3)的稀释液中,充分搅拌,得到混合液;
6).将水性油墨用添加剂加入到步骤5)的混合液中,充分搅拌,得到水性涂液;
7).在塑料材料上用步骤6)的水性涂液进行印刷、涂布,在进行印刷、涂布的同时,将食品级吸水材料经过热压复合机,进行同步贴合,然后经烘干、流平、固化后在塑料材料表面形成一层热熔胶涂层,得到吸水性热成型用食品包装材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸水性热成型用食品包装材料的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤6)中添加剂包括表面流平剂、润湿剂、滑爽助剂,所述添加剂分别按照1-3%的添加比添加到混合液中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸水性热成型用食品包装材料的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤7)中塑料材料为PET或PP或PE或PS。
