Abstract

本发明涉及分散剂领域,具体涉及一种耐高温降粘早强型分散剂,用于解决现有的早强型聚羧酸分散剂由于其侧链较长,从而会导致混凝土粘度更高,早强型聚羧酸分散剂还具有耐高温性能不佳的缺点,不仅导致混凝土的力学强度不高,还限制了其在高温环境下使用的问题;该耐高温超支化磺化物的分子结构上含有大量的苯环,苯环热稳定性高,还含有大量的C-F键,C-F键键能大,不易破坏,进一步提升其热稳定性,从而赋予其良好的耐高温性能,而且其分子结构上还含有大量的羧基和磺酸盐基团,从而防止混凝土颗粒间发生团聚现象,保证各组分之间的颗粒能够相互分散均匀,稳定性高,进而提升了混凝土的力学强度。
