Experiment 1
A number of volunteers, aged between 40-50 years, were female, had no severe disease, had wrinkles on the face, and were divided into groups of 10 volunteers, and after rinsing the face with clear water and drying, the skin wrinkles were measured and recorded as initial wrinkles measurements.
The volunteers group the test samples prepared by using the anti-aging composition containing collagen of each example or each comparative example, each time the test samples are used for 2ml each time in the morning and at the evening, the test samples are smeared on the face uniformly, the test samples completely cover the face, the skin is completely absorbed after being smeared on the test samples, the face is cleaned by clear water and wiped dry before the test samples are used, and then the test samples are smeared on horses.
After using the test specimen 90d, the skin wrinkle state was measured again, recorded as 90d wrinkle measurement value, and the face was washed with clear water and wiped dry before measurement.
When the wrinkle state is measured, a rapid three-dimensional skin imaging system PRIMOS is adopted, five parts of the left and right corners of the eye, the middle part of the forehead and cheeks on two sides are detected, the measured value is taken as the average value of the five parts of detection, each group of detection data is taken as the average value, the two parts of detection data are reserved after decimal points are rounded, and the lower the measured value is, the less the skin wrinkles are.
The preparation method of the sample to be tested comprises the following steps:
and (3) taking 25g of the collagen-containing anti-aging composition and 75g of deionized water, putting the collagen-containing anti-aging composition and the deionized water into a stirring kettle, stirring for 5min at the rotating speed of 120r/min, and uniformly mixing to obtain a sample to be tested.

According to the comparison of the data of each example and the comparative examples in table 1, the 90d wrinkle measured value of each example is significantly lower than the 90d wrinkle measured value of each comparative example, and the initial wrinkle measured value of each example is similar to the initial wrinkle measured value of each comparative example, each comparative example is different from each example in that one or all of the gypt blue water lily flower extract, the magnolia sieboldii extract, the purslane extract and the ginseng root extract of each example is replaced by other plant extracts with antioxidant effect, so that each comparative example damages the compound system of the gypt blue water lily flower extract, the magnolia sieboldii extract, the purslane extract and the ginseng root extract, the plant extracts of each comparative example only can play roles of eliminating free radicals and reducing further oxidative aging of skin, namely, the compound system of each comparative example plays roles of slowing down and delaying the generation of wrinkles, collagen is replenished by collagen as skin, and the reduction speed of wrinkles is slower, and each example can play roles of reducing the aging by collagen by the collagen, and the collagen is further activated by the collagen, the collagen is further activated by the combination of the extracts of the gypt blue water lily flower extract, the ginseng root extract and the purslane extract, the collagen is more effective, the skin is reduced, the skin is more has a better skin aging effect, and the skin is more has a better active effect, and has a better effect and has a better skin effect.
