Abstract

Description
本发明涉及植入活的动物或人类的驱体管腔内的装置,以赋予结构的完整性。具体来说,本发明涉及用于通过具有动脉瘤血管中传送的或在其内植入的血管内装置,它没有公知装置的许多缺点和危险性。
动脉瘤是一种现象,即血管壁,(典型的是动脉壁),由于变薄弱引起的异常扩张。由于血管内的血压可能引起血管破裂,这会造成危险。
治疗动脉瘤的一种已有的方法是利用血管内的假体。在本技术领域内移植片固定膜是公知的,它的直径可以收缩,因而可以通过血管输送,并且它的直径可以扩展以便径向向外施加扩展力,治疗血管内的动脉瘤。这些移植片固定膜一般都用,例如聚四氟乙烯或绦纶材料制成的覆盖物覆盖,用于替换血管内动脉瘤壁,并通过将动脉瘤与血管内的血流隔开来减轻动脉壁的压力。这些已有技术的装置的一个缺点是假体与被治疗的血管壁贴合不良,可使血液能在假体和动脉瘤之间流动。该血流对动脉瘤壁可能产生压力,足以使在动脉瘤薄弱处的血管破裂。处理这个问题的一种现有的方法是在假体的两端插入类似于植入片固定膜的插入物,试图把假体推向血管壁,由此在假体与正治疗的血管壁间产生较紧密的密封。这种方法的一个缺点是引入的植入片固定膜需要给被治疗的区域施加额外的压力,该压力有引起损伤被治疗的血管的可能性。这种方法的另一个缺点是在处置过程中,血液有可能漏入动脉瘤的囊中。
因此,强烈地希望有一种用于赋予带有动脉瘤的血管结构的完整性的假体,所述的假体把存在于动脉瘤囊内的危险降至最低。
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于赋予带有动脉瘤的血管结构的完整性的假体,该假体使血液漏入动脉瘤囊中和在其上遭受压力和危险降至最低。

图1所示是具有动脉瘤2的血管1,图2所示是装在动脉瘤2位置上的已有技术的假体3,假体3与血管1的内壁4不合适的接合使血液能漏入或渗入动脉瘤的囊6内(AS),该囊是动脉瘤2和假体3的外壁7之间的一个空间。
图2也示出了用于增加已有技术的假体3的外壁7与血管1的外壁4间密封的方法。在假体3已位于动脉瘤2的位置上后,类似于植入片固定膜的插入物8和8’插在已有技术的假体的两端9和10。植入片固定膜8和8’对端部9和10施加压力,迫使它们与血管1的内壁4更紧密的接触。这种方法的一个缺点是所需的压力可能导致对血管1的损伤。另一个缺点是存在着血液仍漏入动脉瘤囊6内的可能性,因为假体3的外壁7和动脉瘤2之间的密封不充分。
图3所示是按照本发明所构成的假体11装在血管1的情况。假体11包括一个具有外表面13、一个内表面16、一个第一端14、和一个第二端15的纵向件12。内表面16确定了一个纵向孔17。内表面16具有一个用于提高血液5流径所说的纵向孔17的速度的装置18。在一个优选的实施例中,该装置18是一个如图3、4、5所示的呈光滑锥形的阻碍物。如果流动的液体的速度不论因任何原因增加,液压的静压都将下降。这种随速度的增加而静压的降低称之为文丘里效应。可以非常地简单证实该效应。如果两个纸片彼此平行的效果并提高它们之间的空气层的速度,例如,通过吹气,可以看到两个纸片将朝彼此相对的方向运动。这是因为两个纸片间的静压与周围的大气压相比降低了的缘故。如图3、4和5所示,本发明的孔的内表面具有光滑的呈锥形的阻碍物或喉部18。该阻碍物的存在使血液5的流速增加,这又伴随产生静压降低。这种结构类似于一个水上飞机,即,水上飞机的横截面的形状,它的第一主面具有比第二主面更大的曲率。当一种液体,例如水,相对于这样一个物体流动时,其流率在最大曲率表面上较高。最大曲率表面和最低曲率表面间的引起的压力差使吸力上升。多个孔19都与外表面13与纵向孔17液体相通,从而使血液5从动脉瘤的囊6流入纵向孔17。
如图4所示,当血液5按箭头20方向流动时,已收集在动脉瘤囊6内的血液5可以经孔19吸入或收入纵向孔17内。血管1的内壁4朝假体11的外表面13方向移动,这里由于在纵向孔17内的静压减少所致,所述的静压减少是由阻碍物18引起的流动的血流的速度的增加引起的。由此,对动脉瘤囊6的内压力被减弱。
图5所示是本发明的另一个实施例,其中外表面13是平行内表面16。
Claims (2)
1、一种用于使具有动脉瘤的血管具有结构完整性的假体,包括:
a)一个具有一个外表面、一个第一端、一个第二端、和一个确定了一个纵向孔的内表面的纵向件,所说的内表面具用于增加液体通过所说的纵向孔的速度的装置;和
b)多个与所说的外表面和所说的纵向孔液体相通的孔。
2、按照权利要求1所述的假体,其中所说的装置是光滑的呈锥形的阻碍物。
