Description

Processing method of traditional Chinese medicine rehmannia
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine processing and traditional Chinese medicine products, and particularly relates to a processing method of traditional Chinese medicine rehmannia.
Background
Rehmannia glutinosa (Rehmanniae Radix) is a Chinese medicine for both medicine and food. Rehmannia is taken as a medicinal material and is firstly received in Shennong herbal meridian, is taken as an upper product, is a Henan dao medicinal material and is called as a first essence replenishing medicine; rehmannia root, chinese yam, chrysanthemum and achyranthes root are all four Chinese medicine, and have long history of Chinese medicine.
The traditional Chinese medicine rehmannia root is prepared from radix rehmanniae and prepared rehmannia root by stewing or steaming the radix rehmanniae with wine. Sheng Di Huang is cold in nature and sweet in flavor, and has the actions of clearing heat and cooling blood, nourishing yin and promoting fluid production. The radix rehmanniae is processed into the prepared rehmannia root by steaming and sun drying and other processes, and the prepared rehmannia root is sweet and warm in taste and has the effects of nourishing yin and supplementing blood, and replenishing essence and marrow; but prepared rehmannia root, radix rehmanniae Preparata, sticky and greasy in nature, can prevent digestion, and is contraindicated for patients with excessive phlegm due to qi stagnation, excessive dampness, excessive fullness in middle-jiao, anorexia and loose stool.
The existing processing method of rehmannia is mainly steaming, and the processing process usually uses yellow wine, fructus amomi, ginger and the like as auxiliary materials, for example, publication No. CN101518590A discloses a preparation method of nine-steaming and nine-sun-drying prepared rehmannia, which comprises repeatedly steaming and sun-drying dried rehmannia which is the dried yellow wine for eight times, and mixing fructus amomi powder for the ninth time, steaming and sun-drying; as publication number CN103349706a discloses a method for processing traditional Chinese medicine of prepared rehmannia root, which adds various hypoglycemic components when processing prepared rehmannia root; the publication No. CN102240340A discloses a preparation method of radix rehmanniae Preparata, which comprises soaking radix rehmanniae, draining, adding water, braising, adding fructus Amomi and pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, braising, and steaming with yellow wine. However, the processes all cause the loss of active ingredients in rehmannia root to different degrees, and the prepared rehmannia root is sweet and greasy in taste, is easy to promote wetting and fullness, and is difficult to digest and absorb in spleen and stomach, and the prepared rehmannia root still has reactions such as poor appetite, abdominal distention, loose stool and the like; meanwhile, the processing technology is complex, the production period is long, and the method is not suitable for industrial production.
Disclosure of Invention
The process of the invention is a special process for processing rehmannia together by taking ginger, dried orange peel and agilawood as auxiliary materials: the ginger in the process has pungent taste and slightly warm nature, enters lung, spleen and stomach meridians, and has the effects of pungent and dispersing, warming middle energizer and vomiting, warming lung and resolving phlegm. The dried orange peel enters lung and spleen meridians and is Xin Hangwen-way and good at regulating qi movement; has the effects of regulating qi, strengthening spleen and regulating middle warmer, eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm, and is an essential herb for dispersing lung qi, relieving cough and treating phlegm. The agilawood has the effects of promoting qi circulation, relieving pain, warming middle energizer, relieving vomiting, and relieving asthma. The process can expand the medicinal range and the medicinal effect of the prepared rehmannia root, improve the flavor and taste of the prepared rehmannia root, and is simple to operate and suitable for industrial production.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a processing method of a traditional Chinese medicine rehmannia root comprises the following steps:
step one, clean selection: taking raw rehmannia root medicinal materials, removing impurities and taking medicinal parts for standby;
step two, moistening: adding yellow wine into radix rehmanniae, sealing in container, moistening overnight;
step three, steaming: mixing rhizoma Zingiberis recens powder, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae powder, and lignum Aquilariae Resinatum powder with rehmanniae radix, mixing, wrapping with gauze, and steaming;
step four, drying: taking out and drying after steaming.
Preferably, in the second step, the mass ratio of the radix rehmanniae to the yellow wine is 10:4-6.
Preferably, the mixing total mass of the ginger powder, the dried orange peel powder and the agilawood powder in the step three is 2.5% -5.0% of the mass of the rehmannia root.
Preferably, the mixing mass of the ginger powder, the dried orange peel powder and the agilawood powder in the step three is 1.0% -1.5% of the mass of the rehmannia root.
Preferably, the steaming time in the third step is 4.5-6.5-h, and the internal and external of the rehmannia root are black and dense.
Preferably, the drying temperature in the fourth step is 55-65 ℃.
Prepared rehmannia root, radix rehmanniae Praeparata has the effects of replenishing blood and nourishing yin, and is pure in taste and strong in strength, and is mainly quiet, and long-term taken has the disadvantage of stagnation of stomach and spleen. The invention uses ginger, dried orange peel and agilawood as auxiliary materials to jointly process rehmannia root, and aims to remove scurry, invigorate spleen and promote appetite, dry warm and resolve phlegm by means of the fragrance and dryness of the ginger and the dried orange peel, and the invention combines with the dynamic and static properties of prepared rehmannia root to inhibit the greasy stagnation property of the prepared rehmannia root so as to dredge the qi stagnation and the excessive phlegm of the prepared rehmannia root. The agilawood is utilized to restore qi and enter kidney, and the guiding drug is utilized to restore the function of dantian, so that the prepared rehmannia root can be used for restoring kidney, nourishing kidney yin and tonifying kidney essence; it is indicated for diarrhea due to spleen and stomach deficiency, qi stagnation and excessive phlegm. Simultaneously, the ginger, the dried orange peel and the agilawood are used as processing auxiliary materials, and the unique fragrance of the dried orange peel can be absorbed into the rehmannia root, so that the prepared rehmannia root has the fragrance of the ginger, the dried orange peel and the agilawood, the properties of the prepared rehmannia root are changed, and the flavor and the taste are good; the preparation process can also promote the production of volatile oil and other effective components.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention innovates and improves the basic processing technology of ginger juice stir-frying, has operability after process optimization, obviously shortens processing time, and is suitable for industrial production.
2. The invention takes the contents of the rehmannia root glycoside D and the catalpol as indexes, optimizes the processing technology of the prepared rehmannia root, determines the optimal technological parameters and processing method, improves the properties of the prepared rehmannia root and increases the content of the active ingredients of the prepared rehmannia root.
