Abstract

根据本发明的一个方面的内容,提供了一种用于把配件施放在相应的容器上的设备,该设备包括一个具有多个围绕轴线分布的臂的施加器,每个臂在其远端区具有适合于安装一个配件的接受装置,以及一个用来使所述施加器转动以便沿角向定位每个臂以接受一个配件并在以后沿角向定位该臂以随时可以把该配件施放在容器上的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述的臂包括第一、第二、第三和第四臂,所述驱动装置用来使所述施加器转动,以便沿角向定位携带着相应的第一和第二配件从而随时可把第一和第二配件同时施放在相应的第一和第二容器上的第一和第二臂以及沿角向定位该第三和第四臂以接受相应的第三和第四配件。
根据本发明的另一方面的内容,提供了一种把配件施放在容器上的方法,包括转动一个具有多个臂的施加器,以便使该些臂中的一个壁的接受装置到达接受一个配件的接受位置,并且使该接受装置接受该配件;进一步转动该施加器,使该接受装置和配件到达一个释放该配件的释放位置,并且把该释放的配件放在一个容器上,其特征在于,对该施加器的该进一步转动使得该施加器的第一和第二臂的第一和第二接受装置到达第一和第二配件的相应的释放位置,并且使得该施加器的第三和第四臂的第三和第四接受装置到达第三和第四配件的相应的接受位置,该第一和第二配件同时被放在第一和第二容器上,而该第三和第四配件则由该第三和第四接受装置所接受。
由于本发明的上述方面的内容,就可以在一台封装机,特别是在一台容器在其上成组地转位的纸盒容器的成形、充填和封接设备上提供一种把配件放在容器上的改进的施加器。
本发明特别适用于与施加器对中的容器处于密集排列的情况下。
根据本发明的又一个方面的内容,提供了一种用于把配件放在容器上的设备,该设备包括一个具有至少两个围绕轴线分布的臂的施加器,每个臂在其远端区具有用来接受和传送一个配件的接受装置,以及一个驱动装置,该驱动装置用来使所述施加器转动以使携带一个配件的一个臂把所述一个配件与一个容器相对中,同时把另一个臂的接受装置放在一个适当位置以便从一个相邻导轨接受另一个配件,该驱动装置还可以用来使该施加器沿轴向移动,以便把所述一个配件放在所述一个容器上和使所述另一个臂的接受装置到达一个与所述另一个配件相距一个预定距离的位置,其特征在于,放置装置用来与所述另一个配件相啮合并且使所述另一个配件从所述导轨移动到所述另一个臂上。
根据本发明的再一个方面的内容,提供了一种把配件放在容器上的方法,包括转动一个具有多个臂的施加器,以便使该些臂中的一个臂的接受装置到达接受一个配件的接受位置,把所述一个配件放在所述一个接受装置上,进一步转动该施加器,使所述一个接受装置和所述一个配件到达释放所述一个配件的释放位置,把所述一个配件放在一个容器上,以及把另一个配件放置在所述臂的另一个臂的另一个接受装置上,其特征在于,所述另一个配件的所述放置步骤是通过把所述另一个配件移动到另一个接受装置上而完成的。
由于本发明的上述方面的内容,就可以把该些配件可靠地放置在该接受装置中,从而能保证该些配件能被施加器可靠地和正确地接受。
在一个最佳实施例中,该设备包括一种四臂式倒出口配件施加器,该施加器转动该臂中的两个臂到达顶部敞口的纸板容器处,并把两个带法兰的倒出口配件从外面穿过一对相邻纸板容器的一对顶部面板上的开口,同时使其另外的两个臂处于接受两个另外的配件的位置。一对气动的活塞-气缸装置用来把该两个另外的配件输送到该另外的两个臂处,并且把它们可靠地放置在臂上。一个外部超声波封焊器包括一根操纵杆,该杆用来当该对活塞-气缸装置被驱动时与面板外表面相啮合,以便把配件的法兰封接在围绕该开口周围的顶部面板的内表面上。
下面将参照附图以举例的方式进行说明,以便于对本发明清晰地理解和实施,附图中:
图1是双转位、成形、充填和封接设备的侧视图;
图2是该设备的倒出口配件施加工位的放大的侧视图;
图3是在该工位处的15个操作步骤侧视简图;
图4是可在该工位应用的一个倒出口配件的透视图,以及
图5是由该设备生产的一个封装件的透视图。
参看附图,图1和2示出了一台配备有倒出口配件施加器12并且包括传送具有敞口式顶部闭合结构18的涂有热塑性塑料涂层的纸盒16的输送机14的成形、充填和封焊设备10。孔20(见图3和5)在每个端盖结构18的选定面板22上形成。施加器12安装在设备10上位于包括多个顶杆M的可转位的转塔机构T与包括一种选定的液体产品源S的充填工位中间的位置。
如图2中所示,输送机14包括两条以预定距离d隔开的循环链24和26,该输送机上传送着一系列以小间距隔开的纸盒16,并且使具有孔20的面板22朝向一个链条24。
如图3中所示,倒出口配件施加器12在步骤101位置放在其两个露出臂32和34可以同时接受两个倒出口配件28的位置,同时使其两个内臂36和38上的两个配件位于可在停留期间放入(下面将要说明)由双转位输送机14(图2)输送的相邻纸盒16和16a的两个顶部面板22中的位置。当输送机14经过步骤102至106时,臂32将转向并且转到纸盒16B内。在输送机14经过步骤107至110进一步转动过程中,臂34就转到纸盒16C内。在经过步骤111至115进一步转动过程中,臂32与34将与纸盒16B和16C的顶部面板22上的孔20对中,以便把两个配件28放入其中,此时臂36和38处于可以在下一循环中接纳另外两个配件28的位置。
如图3中所示,为实现从步骤101至步骤115的循环,臂32转动了180°。臂32的下一个180°转动将使它返回到步骤101位置,以接受其下一个倒出口配件28。在所示实例中,可以求出每个纸盒16沿输送机14方向从步骤101移至步骤115需要移动的距离对于1/4加仑的加工机为7英寸(17.78厘米),对于半加仑的加工机为9英寸(22.86厘米)。
再次参看图2,两个采取溜槽形式的导轨46中的每个导轨都提供一个倒出口配件28,该配件与施加器12的臂中的一个臂的对中的伸出式接受器或套管50的间隔距离为d’。一个适合的气动的活塞-气缸装置42的活塞40具有一个法兰形端部44,对于某些配件尺寸,该端部可以包括用来包围配件28的筒形,该活塞用来把每个末端的配件从导轨46推到施加器臂的套管50上。每个套管50具有一个围绕其上的弹性环52,该环在配件28的法兰形端部的内圆周上将采用压配合。
每个导轨46在其末端竖直向下地延伸并终止在施加器12附近,该导轨适合于固定一排倒出口配件28,每个配件上具有一个法兰54,当从一个适当的外部进料装置接受配件时,该法兰首尾相连地可滑动地在该导轨中对准。这种进料装置可以包括振动式零件进料器(未示出),已知的有可从美国宾夕法尼亚洲Homer市的Syntron公司买到。这种零件进料器可以自动地把法兰形配件28的负荷定向,并且按其排定的姿态把它们输送到每个导轨46中。一对导轨可以从一个零件进料器杯中伸出,或者从一对进料器杯中伸出。
配件28的法兰54限制在导轨46的侧面内(如图2中示意地示出的)并且当该配件被活塞40的法兰形端部44推动时从其上向外快速移出。
用标号56表示的驱动装置通过轴58连接在施加器12的中心位置。驱动装置56适合于使施加器12在距离d范围内往复运动,并且可使该施加器重复转动图3所示的180°循环。
当臂36和38沿横向移动把两个配件从臂36和38放入两个毗邻的面板22上的两个孔20中时,臂32和34向在两个相邻导轨46中的两个另外的配件28延伸,并停止在与其相距d’处以等待活塞40和端部44输送该配件。
施加工位包括两个超声波封接器60(图2),每个封接器包括一个其轴线与穿过面板22的孔20相对中的可伸缩的操纵杆62。当施加器12把两个配件28放入两个孔20中时,该两个振动操纵杆62就和与法兰54相对置的两个面板22的外表面相啮合,由此把该些法兰粘接在两个面板的内表面上。当该封接过程完成时,该些端部44与两个相邻配件28相啮合并且使它们穿过距离d’轻轻放在两个套管50上。
然后操纵杆62和施加器12退回,开始下一个循环。
应当指出,此处参照附图所说明的是一种可与高生产率的成形、充填和封接设备的双转位输送机一起运行的改进的纸盒倒出口配件施加器。
还应当指出,对于一个使密集排列的纸盒沿一条路径一次转位两个纸盒的设备,只要使用一个施加器就可以对两个相邻的纸盒起作用。对于这种设备,应具有一个双顶杆转塔,或者如图1所示的一个单顶杆转塔和一个单-双转位纸盒传送机构64,以及具有如在美国专利US-A-4456118中所公开的下游的多部轧断器(breakers)、充填器、折叠器和封接器。
还应当指出,送进装置40-44可以与两个或3个臂的一个施加器一起使用,而不是上述的4个臂。
还应当指出,与一个只依赖于套管的摩擦配合先插入然后再从一个固定的擒纵机构中拉出一个配件的施加器相比较,该送进装置40-44可以把倒出口配件可靠地施加在套管上。
Claims (19)
1.一种用于把配件放在相应的容器上的设备,该设备包括一个具有围绕轴线(58)分布的多个臂(32-38)的施加器(12),每个臂(32-38)在其远端区具有适合于安装一个配件(28)的接受装置(50),以及一个用来使所述施加器(12)转动以便沿角向定位每个臂(32-38)以接受一个配件(28)并在以后沿角向定位该臂(32-38)以随时可以把该配件(28)放在该容器(16)上的驱动装置(56),其特征在于:所述的臂(32-38)包括第一、第二、第三和第四臂(32-38),所述驱动装置(56)用来使所述施加器(12)转动,以便沿角向定位携带着相应的第一和第二配件(28)从而随时可把该第一和第二配件(28)同时放在相应的第一和第二容器(16B,16C)上,以及沿角向定位该第三和第四臂(36,38)以接受相应的第三和第四配件(28)。
2.如权利要求1中所述的设备,其特征在于:所述驱动装置(56)还可以用来使所述施加器(12)作往复运动以便把所述第一和第二配件(28)同时放在所述第一和第二容器(16B,16C)上。
3.如权利要求1或2中所述的设备,其特征在于:该设备还包括用来把所述第一和第二配件(28)同时分别地固定在所述第一和第二容器(16B,16C)上的固定装置(62)。
4.如权利要求3中所述的设备,其特征在于:所述固定装置(62)包括超声波装置(60),该超声波装置支承在围绕所述第一和第二配件(28)中的每一个的外表面上,以便把所述第一和第二配件(28)的相应的法兰(54)同时封接在该第一和第二容器(16B,16C)上。
5.如上述权利要求中的任一项所述的设备,其特征在于:该设备还包括一个用来把所述第三和第四配件(28)放在所述第三和第四臂(36,38)的接受装置(50)上的放置装置(40-44)。
6.如权利要求5中所述的设备,其特征在于:所述放置装置(40-44)包括几个固定的气缸(42),每个气缸具有一个用于与相应的接受装置(50)对中的往复运动的活塞(40)。
7.如作为权利要求3的附属项的权利要求5或6中所述的设备,其特征在于:所述放置装置(40-44)用来把所述第三和第四配件(28)移动到所述第三和第四臂(36,38)上并且以一种规定的时间关系把所述第一和第二配件(28)固定在所述第一和第二容器(16B,16C)上。
8.一种把配件施放在容器上的方法,该方法包括转动一个具有多个壁(32-38)的施加器(12),以便使该臂(32-38)中的一个臂的接受装置(50)到达一个接受一个配件(28)的接受位置,使该接受装置(50)接受该配件(28),进一步转动该施加器(12),使该接受装置(50)和配件(28)到达一个释放该配件(28)的释放位置,并且把该释放的配件(28)放在一个容器(16)上,其特征在于:进一步转动该施加器(12)使得该施加器(12)的第一和第二臂(32,34)的第一和第二接受装置(50)到达第一和第二配件(28)的相应的释放位置,并且使得该施加器(12)的第三和第四臂(36,38)的第三和第四接受装置(50)到达第三和第四配件(28)的相应的接受位置,该第一和第二配件(28)同时被放在第一和第二容器(16B,16C)上,而该第三和第四配件(28)则由该第三和第四接受装置(50)所接受。
9.如权利要求8中所述的方法,其特征在于:该方法还包括使所述施加器(12)产生往复运动,以便以如前面所述方式放置所述第一和第二配件(28)。
10.如权利要求8或9中所述的方法,其特征在于:该方法还包括在将所述第一和第二配件以上面所述方式施放以后,把所述第一和第二配件(28)同时固定在所述第一和第二容器(16B,16C)上。
11.如权利要求10中所述的方法,其特征在于:所述第三和第四配件(28)以如上面所述的固定方式同时接受在所述第三和第四接受装置(50)上。
12.如权利要求8-11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述第一和第二臂(32,34)转动到该第一和第二容器(16B,16C)的敞口的顶部,而所述第三和第四臂(36,38)转动到该第三和第四容器(16,16A)的敞口的顶部。
13.一种用于把配件施放在容器上的设备,该设备包括一个具有至少两个围绕轴线(58)分布的臂(32-38)的施加器(12),每个臂在其远端区具有用来接受和传送一个配件(28)的接受装置(50),以及一个驱动装置(56),该驱动装置用来使所述施加器(12)转动以便使携带一个配件(28)的一个臂(32)把所述一个配件(28)与一个容器(16B)相对中,同时把另一个臂(36)的该接受装置放置在一个适当位置以便从一个相邻导轨(46)接受另一个配件(28),该驱动装置还可用来使该施加器(12)沿轴向移动,以便把所述一个配件(28)施放在所述一个容器(16B)上和使所述另一个臂(36)的该接受装置(50)到达一个与所述另一个配件(28)相距一个预定距离(d’)的位置,其特征在于:放置装置(40-44)用来与所述另一个配件(28)相啮合和使所述另一个配件(28)从所述导轨(46)移动到所述另一个臂(36)上。
14.如权利要求13中所述的设备,其特征在于:该设备还包括用于把所述一个配件(28)固定在所述一个容器(16B)上的固定装置(62),所述放置装置(40-44)用来把所述另一个配件(28)从所述导轨(46)移动到所述另一个臂(36)上并且以一种规定的时间关系把所述一个配件(28)固定在所述一个容器(16B)上。
15.如权利要求13或14中所述的设备,其特征在于:所述放置装置(40-44)包括一个具有用来靠紧在所述另一个配件(28)的本体上的端部装置(44)的活塞(40),该活塞可使在所述本体上的一个法兰(54)从所述导轨(46)中快速移出并且移动所述预定距离(d’),以便把所述另一个配件(28)可滑动地安装在所述另一臂(36)的接受装置(50)上。
16.一种把配件放在容器上的方法,该方法包括转动一个具有多个臂(32-38)的施加器(12),以便使该臂(32-38)中的一个臂(32)的一个接受装置(50)到达一个接受一个配件(28)的接受位置,把所述一个配件(28)放在所述一个接受装置(50)上,进一步转动该施加器(12),使所述一个接受装置(50)和所述一个配件(28)到达一个释放所述一个配件(28)的释放位置,把所述一个配件(28)施放在一个容器(16B)上,以及把另一个配件(28)放置在所述臂(32-38)的另一个臂(36)的另一个接受装置(50)上,其特征在于:所述另一个配件(28)的所述放置是通过把所述另一个配件(28)移动到所述另一个接受装置(50)上而完成的。
17.如权利要求16中所述的方法,其特征在于:该方法还包括在把所述一个配件(28)施加并且固定在所述一个容器(16B)上以后,所述另一个配件(28)的所述放置与所述固定是以一种规定的时间关系完成的。
18.如权利要求17中所述的方法,其特征在于:所述施加是通过沿轴向送进所述施加器(12)而完成的,并且所述施加器(12)在所述固定以后沿轴向退回。
19.如权利要求17或18中所述的方法,其特征在于:所述放置和所述固定是同时进行的。
