本发明涉及无弹性装饰布复合技术领域,公开了一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺,包括如下步骤,利用涤纶纤维和棉纤维混纺形成织物一,再利用涤纶纤维和铜氨丝混纺形成织物二,并浸轧染液和碱液,然后对织物一和织物二使其在水洗液体中进行水洗,并在水洗的过程中添加纤维素酶,接着完成碱缩,然后对织物一和织物二进行染色和轧干,并在蒸箱中完成固色,对织物一和织物二烘干后,利用贴合机上的放卷装置对烘干的织物一和织物二进行放卷,利用贴合机上的涂胶装置在烘干的织物一和织物二上喷涂热熔胶,然后利用贴合机上输送加压装置贴合后加压收卷;通过以上复合工艺可以提高无弹性装饰布复合后的产品质量。

技术领域
本发明属于无弹性装饰布复合技术领域,具体为一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺。
背景技术
装饰布按材质分类,有全棉、涤棉、全涤、毛涤、全毛等几种。而这些布可根据需要印染成各种颜色,也可以印染或织成各种图案,以适应不同环境的需要,随着社会的发展,装饰布应用越来越广泛,其中就有安装在墙体上的隔热装饰布。
一些装饰布复合的胚布在下机后,其幅宽方向的回收缩率高,使得在加工时,极易导致布面起皱和卷边,生产难度大,同时现有的一些胚布在水洗过程中洗出的装饰布胚布花纹不够细腻,甚至发灰,使得后期制成的装饰布柔软性和光泽欠佳,影响产品质量。
为此我们提出一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了提高无弹性装饰布复合后的产品质量,提供一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:利用涤纶纤维为经线,棉纤维为纬线混纺形成织物一,再利用涤纶纤维为经线,铜氨丝为纬线混纺形成织物二;
步骤二:对织物一和织物二浸轧染液和碱液,利用轧辊压轧使染液吸附在织物一和织物二的纤维表面,然后进行打卷堆置;
步骤三:采用采用冷轧堆设备将织物一和织物二在冷轧堆液中堆置一定时间,并缓慢转动;
步骤四:取出织物一和织物二使其在水洗液体中进行水洗,并在水洗的过程中添加纤维素酶;
步骤五:将水洗后的织物一和织物二在松驰的状态下用浓的烧碱液处理,使织物一和织物二任意收缩,然后洗去烧碱,完成碱缩工序;
步骤六:对完成碱缩的织物一和织物二进行染色和轧干,并在蒸箱中完成固色;
步骤七:利用拉幅设备将织物一和织物二幅宽逐渐拉阔至规定的尺寸并进行烘干;
步骤八:利用贴合机上的放卷装置对烘干的织物一和织物二进行放卷,利用贴合机上的涂胶装置在烘干的织物一和织物二上喷涂热熔胶,然后利用贴合机上输送加压装置贴合后加压收卷,完成无弹性复合装饰布的复合加工。
在一优选的发明方式中,所述织物一中涤纶纤维混纺质量占比为50%,棉纤维混纺质量占比为50%。
在一优选的发明方式中,所述织物二中涤纶纤维混纺质量占比为40%,铜氨丝混纺质量占比为60%。
在一优选的发明方式中,所述织物一和织物二的经密为80根/英尺,所述织物一和织物二的纬密为50根/英尺。
在一优选的发明方式中,所述冷轧堆液组成为:烧碱9-13g/L,卜茶皂素14-20g/L,羧酸盐稳定剂4-6g/L,余量为水。
在一优选的发明方式中,所述水洗液体组成为:渗透剂为2-4g/L,精炼剂为3-6g/L,有机磷酸盐稳定剂为2-4g/L,余量为水。
在一优选的发明方式中,所述拉幅设备为布铗拉幅机或针板拉幅中的任意一种。
在一优选的发明方式中,所述纤维素酶为C1酶、Cx酶或β葡糖苷酶中的任意一种。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明中,在生产无弹性装饰布前,利用无弹力纤维预制的织物一和织物二,再对织物一和织物二进行加压复合形成幅宽和缩水稳定性好无弹性装饰布,提高无弹性装饰布复合后的产品质量。

下面将结合图1对本发明实施例的一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺进行详细的说明。

实施例
参照图1,一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺,包括如下步骤:步骤一:利用涤纶纤维为经线,棉纤维为纬线混纺形成织物一,织物一中涤纶纤维混纺质量占比为50%,棉纤维混纺质量占比为50%;再利用涤纶纤维为经线,铜氨丝为纬线混纺形成织物二,织物二中涤纶纤维混纺质量占比为40%,铜氨丝混纺质量占比为60%;步骤二:对织物一和织物二浸轧染液和碱液,利用轧辊压轧使染液吸附在织物一和织物二的纤维表面,然后进行打卷堆置;织物一和织物二的经密为80根/英尺,织物一和织物二的纬密为50根/英尺,具体为,利用无弹力纤维预制的织物一和织物二的幅宽和缩水稳定性好,产品质量稳定。
参照图1,步骤三,采用采用冷轧堆设备将织物一和织物二在冷轧堆液中堆置一定时间,并缓慢转动;冷轧堆液组成为:烧碱9-13g/L,卜茶皂素14-20g/L,羧酸盐稳定剂4-6g/L,余量为水,步骤三:采用采用冷轧堆设备将织物一和织物二在冷轧堆液中堆置一定时间,并缓慢转动;步骤四:取出织物一和织物二使其在水洗液体中进行水洗,并在水洗的过程中添加纤维素酶;水洗液体组成为:渗透剂为2-4g/L,精炼剂为3-6g/L,有机磷酸盐稳定剂为2-4g/L,余量为水,具体为,纤维素酶是一种对纤维素纤维大分子的水解有特殊催化作用的活性蛋白质,纤维素酶为C1酶、Cx酶或β葡糖苷酶中的任意一种,在对织物一和织物二进行水洗的过程中,利用纤维素酶来降解织物一和织物二中的纤维,使织物一和织物二表面较温和地褪色、去毛,并得到持久的柔软效果,还可提高织物一和织物二悬垂性和光泽,从而使得后期织物一和织物二加压复合后的无弹性装饰布产品质量得到提高。
参照图1,步骤五:将水洗后的织物一和织物二在松驰的状态下用浓的烧碱液处理,使织物一和织物二任意收缩,然后洗去烧碱,完成碱缩工序;便于步骤六:对完成碱缩的织物一和织物二进行染色和轧干,并在蒸箱中完成固色;步骤七:利用拉幅设备将织物一和织物二幅宽逐渐拉阔至规定的尺寸并进行烘干,拉幅设备为布铗拉幅机或针板拉幅中的任意一种,具体为,通过加热和向两边绷紧张力的作用,将织物一和织物二伸展平挺、并使其纬向的门幅尺寸宽窄一致。
参照图1,步骤八:利用贴合机上的放卷装置对烘干的织物一和织物二进行放卷,利用贴合机上的涂胶装置在烘干的织物一和织物二上喷涂热熔胶,然后利用贴合机上输送加压装置贴合后加压收卷,完成无弹性复合装饰布的复合加工,具体为,利用无弹力纤维预制的织物一和织物二,再对织物一和织物二进行加压复合形成幅宽和缩水稳定性好无弹性装饰布,提高无弹性装饰布复合后的产品质量。
本申请一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺实施例的实施原理为:
先利用涤纶纤维为经线,棉纤维为纬线混纺形成织物一,再利用涤纶纤维为经线,铜氨丝为纬线混纺形成织物二,然后对织物一和织物二浸轧染液和碱液,利用轧辊压轧使染液吸附在织物一和织物二的纤维表面,然后进行打卷堆置,采用采用冷轧堆设备将织物一和织物二在冷轧堆液中堆置一定时间,并缓慢转动,取出织物一和织物二使其在水洗液体中进行水洗,并在水洗的过程中添加纤维素酶,在对织物一和织物二进行水洗的过程中,利用纤维素酶来降解织物一和织物二中的纤维,使织物一和织物二表面较温和地褪色、去毛,并得到持久的柔软效果,还可提高织物一和织物二悬垂性和光泽,从而使得后期织物一和织物二加压复合后的无弹性装饰布产品质量得到提高。
将水洗后的织物一和织物二在松驰的状态下用浓的烧碱液处理,使织物一和织物二任意收缩,然后洗去烧碱,完成碱缩工序,对完成碱缩的织物一和织物二进行染色和轧干,并在蒸箱中完成固色,对织物一和织物二烘干后,利用贴合机上的放卷装置对烘干的织物一和织物二进行放卷,利用贴合机上的涂胶装置在烘干的织物一和织物二上喷涂热熔胶,然后利用贴合机上输送加压装置贴合后加压收卷,完成无弹性复合装饰布的复合加工,利用无弹力纤维预制的织物一和织物二,再对织物一和织物二进行加压复合形成幅宽和缩水稳定性好无弹性装饰布,提高无弹性装饰布复合后的产品质量。

Claims (8)
1.一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:利用涤纶纤维为经线,棉纤维为纬线混纺形成织物一,再利用涤纶纤维为经线,铜氨丝为纬线混纺形成织物二;
步骤二:对织物一和织物二浸轧染液和碱液,利用轧辊压轧使染液吸附在织物一和织物二的纤维表面,然后进行打卷堆置;
步骤三:采用采用冷轧堆设备将织物一和织物二在冷轧堆液中堆置一定时间,并缓慢转动;
步骤四:取出织物一和织物二使其在水洗液体中进行水洗,并在水洗的过程中添加纤维素酶;
步骤五:将水洗后的织物一和织物二在松驰的状态下用浓的烧碱液处理,使织物一和织物二任意收缩,然后洗去烧碱,完成碱缩工序;
步骤六:对完成碱缩的织物一和织物二进行染色和轧干,并在蒸箱中完成固色;
步骤七:利用拉幅设备将织物一和织物二幅宽逐渐拉阔至规定的尺寸并进行烘干;
步骤八:利用贴合机上的放卷装置对烘干的织物一和织物二进行放卷,利用贴合机上的涂胶装置在烘干的织物一和织物二上喷涂热熔胶,然后利用贴合机上输送加压装置贴合后加压收卷,完成无弹性复合装饰布的复合加工。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺,其特征在于:所述织物一中涤纶纤维混纺质量占比为50%,棉纤维混纺质量占比为50%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺,其特征在于:所述织物二中涤纶纤维混纺质量占比为40%,铜氨丝混纺质量占比为60%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺,其特征在于:所述织物一和织物二的经密为80根/英尺,所述织物一和织物二的纬密为50根/英尺。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺,其特征在于:所述冷轧堆液组成为:烧碱9-13g/L,卜茶皂素14-20g/L,羧酸盐稳定剂4-6g/L,余量为水。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺,其特征在于:所述水洗液体组成为:渗透剂为2-4g/L,精炼剂为3-6g/L,有机磷酸盐稳定剂为2-4g/L,余量为水。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺,其特征在于:所述拉幅设备为布铗拉幅机或针板拉幅中的任意一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种无弹性装饰布的复合工艺,其特征在于:所述纤维素酶为C1酶、Cx酶或β葡糖苷酶中的任意一种。
