Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗耳聋的中药,选用葛根、丹参、柴胡、石菖蒲、熟地、金银花、野菊花等19味中药配制而成,功能通窍开闭,活血通络,滋肾聪耳,主治突发性耳聋、神经性耳聋、老年性耳聋、药物中毒性耳聋,经临床848例验证,痊愈率为94%。
Description
本发明涉及来源于植物的医用配制品，具体涉及一种治疗耳聋的中药。
耳鸣、耳聋是耳科一种常见病、多发病。根据我国1987年全国残疾人耳聋残疾普查结果分析表明，耳鸣、耳聋约占我国人口的15％-20％。患者的学习、生活、工作受到了严重影响。现代医学把耳聋分为传导性、感意神经性、混合性耳聋三种类型。如何研究、研制新的疗效高的药物，一直是国内医学界及制药厂家亟待解决的科研课题。
本发明目的在于提供一中治疗耳聋的中药，使耳聋患者早日从无声世界走进有声世界。
本发明的治疗耳聋的中药，各原料药物及重量比为：
葛根∶丹参∶柴胡∶石菖蒲∶熟地∶金银花∶野菊花∶路路通∶赤芍∶郁金∶川芎∶香附∶骨碎补∶山萸肉∶山药∶丹皮∶茯苓∶连翘∶泽泻＝6∶4∶3∶3∶3∶3∶3∶2∶2∶2∶2∶2∶2∶2∶2∶2∶2∶2∶1，以上药物除熟地、山萸肉外，均粉碎成细粉，熟地、山萸肉分别加8-10倍量水煎煮2次，每次1小时，过滤，将滤液合并，浓缩至1∶1，烘干，加入上述药物细粉混匀，灭菌、装入胶囊即得。
本发明的治疗耳聋的中药，功能通窍开闭，活血通络，滋肾聪耳，临床治疗848例突发性耳聋、老年性耳聋、药物中毒性耳聋患者，痊愈率为94％。
下面给出本发明的最佳实施方式，但本发明并不仅限于此。
分别称取葛根60克、丹参40克、柴胡30克、石菖蒲30克、熟地30克、金银花30克、野菊花30克、路路通20克、赤芍20克、郁金20克、川芎20克、香附20克、骨碎补20克、山萸肉20克、山药20克、丹皮20克、茯苓20克、连翘20克及泽泻10克。
将以上药物除熟地、山萸肉外，均粉碎研磨成细粉，在熟地、山萸肉中分别加入8-10倍水量进行煎煮2次，每次1小时，然后过滤，将滤液合并浓缩至1∶1后烘干，加入上述药物细粉混合均匀，灭菌后按疗程及一次服用量装入胶囊即得中成药。
I、临床资料
随机分组，按照DME随机分组原则，分治疗组与对照组，所有病例均按《中国人民共和国医药行业标准》中医病症诊断疗效标准为依据，设本发明的中药为治疗组，通窍耳聋丸为对照组。
治疗组848例，其中突发性耳聋364例，老年性耳聋348例，药物中毒性耳聋136例，病史最长者21年，最短者15天，其中男性560例，女性288例，最大年龄79岁，最小年龄12岁。
对照组120例，其中突发性耳聋60例，老年性耳聋38例，药物中毒性耳聋22例，病程最长者14年，最短者10天。其中男性85例，女性35例，最大年龄68岁，最小年龄12岁。
II、诊断依据及疗效评定标准
1、诊断依据：
(1)突发性耳聋听力突然下降，1-2天内听力下降达到高峰，多为单耳发病；老年性耳聋或药物中毒性耳聋因暴聋后长期不恢复而成久聋，或起病缓慢，耳聋程度日渐加重，或伴耳鸣及轻度眩晕。
(2)常有恼怒、劳累、感寒等诱因，或常因使用耳毒性药物、年老体衰等因素致病。
(3)耳部检查：突发性耳聋鼓膜多无明显变化或有轻度鼓膜混浊。老年性耳聋或药物中毒性耳聋鼓膜少有光泽，有内陷、增厚、粘连、钙质沉着等表现。
(4)听力检查呈感音神经性聋。
2、疗效评定：
(1)痊愈：听力恢复正常。
(2)好转：听力提高10分贝以上。
(3)未愈：听力提高不足10分贝、无明显好转。
III、治疗结果：
治疗组：突发性耳聋369例，痊愈248例，痊愈率67.2％；好转97例，好转率26.3％；无效24例，无效率6.5％。老年性耳聋348例，痊愈198例，痊愈率56.9％；好转104例，好转率29.9％。无效46例，无效率13.2％。药物中毒性耳聋136例，痊愈52例，痊愈率38.2％；好转64例，好转率47.1％。无效20例，无效率14.7％。
对照组：突发性耳聋60例，痊愈11例，痊愈率18.3％，好转15例，好转率25％，无效34例，无效率56.7％。老年性耳聋38例，痊愈2例，痊愈率5.3％，好转7例，好转率18.4％，无效29例，无效率76.3％；药物中毒性耳聋22例，痊愈0例，好转2例，好转率9.1％，无效20例，无效率90.9％。
