(2) Paving a low-temperature enamel material with a bottom layer color: selecting a required low-temperature transparent enamel material with color, and mixing the low-temperature transparent enamel material with a curing agent according to the ratio of 10:4; spreading the prepared low-temperature transparent enamel shovel on the ground pattern of the enamel base tire by using a small spoon and a small knife, wherein the highest point of the ground pattern is used as a standard, and the thickness of the enamel shovel reaches 0.5mm; placing for 24 hours to harden, then placing into an electric furnace or an oven to bake for 1 hour, taking out and cooling for standby;
(3) Making filled golden flower leaves, silver flower leaves and colored flower leaves
(3A) Selecting a red copper plate with the thickness of 0.1-0.2 mm, and electroplating gold, silver or nickel on the surface of the red copper plate to make the surface of the red copper plate be golden or silvery white;
(3B) Adding gold foil paper, silver foil paper or aluminum foil paper on the surface of the red copper plate, specifically: firstly, a writing brush or a hairbrush is used for coating the surface of the red copper plate with the thickness of 0.1mm; then, gold foil paper, silver foil paper or aluminum foil paper is paved on the paint; pressing with hard sponge or foam cotton, extruding with mechanical device, standing for 24 hr, and binding gold foil paper, silver foil paper or aluminum foil paper firmly after the enamel material is solidified;
(3C) Making golden flower leaves or silver flower leaves: putting the flower-shaped chisel with the textures on the copper plate which is made in the step (3B) and is stuck with gold foil paper, silver foil paper or aluminum foil paper, and knocking and smashing the copper plate by a hammer to make golden flower blades and silver flower blades for standby;
(3D) Manufacturing a colored flower blade: firstly, sticking the silver flower leaves manufactured in the step (3C) on a copper plate or a stainless steel plate with the thickness of 1mm by using gold foil glue; the low-temperature transparent enamel material with the required color prepared in the step (2) is coated on the silver flower leaves by using a toothpick, and the thickness is 0.5mm; placing for 24 hours to harden, then placing into an electric furnace or an oven to bake for 1 hour, taking out and cooling for standby;
(4) Applique (Applique)
The golden yellow flower blades and the colored flower blades are stuck on the enamel bottom tread covered with the low-temperature enamel with the bottom color in the step (2), specifically: firstly, coating a layer of low-temperature transparent enamel prepared in the step (2) on the surface of the enamel bottom tread by using a brush or a writing brush, wherein the thickness of the low-temperature transparent enamel is 0.1mm; according to the pattern, the required golden flower leaves and the required golden silk threads are clamped by forceps and placed on the enamel surface of the bottom layer to be arranged in the pattern; after the flower shape arrangement is completed, the flower shape is placed for about 12 hours to semi-solidification;
(5) Paving the surface layer low-temperature transparent enamel material: covering the low-temperature transparent enamel material prepared in the step (2) on the arranged flower-shaped surface in the step (4) by using a small spoon and a small knife shovel; placing for 24 hours, after the enamel material is solidified, placing in an electric furnace or an oven for baking for 1 hour, taking out and cooling, and then completing the manufacturing of filling low-temperature soft transparent enamel into the chisel.

The process for manufacturing the low-temperature soft transparent enamel filled in the chisel tyre according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the step (1), if the enamel base is made of copper blocks, in order to make the base pattern appearing through the transparent enamel more vivid and better show the base pattern and set off the flower leaves, the base pattern tread needs to be made into bright white, specifically, a layer of silver or nickel is electroplated on the surface of the copper base, or a layer of silver foil paper or aluminum foil paper is additionally adhered on the surface of the copper base.

The process for manufacturing the low-temperature soft transparent enamel filled in the chisel tyre according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the step (3D), when the toothpick is used for spot coating the low-temperature transparent enamel, the low-temperature transparent enamel is required to be positioned at the edge of the silver flower blade, but does not flow out of the edge of the silver flower blade.
