(5) the production method comprises the steps of generating comb wax pieces for production, putting a hollow comb rubber mold for wax injection into a wax injection machine to inject liquid wax to generate comb wax pieces, taking out the comb wax pieces after the comb wax pieces are cooled and solidified, finishing the comb wax pieces to be attractive by using a knife, and distributing and fixing a plurality of same comb wax pieces on a main wax rod to form a comb wax piece tree for later use;
(6) the semi-finished silver comb blank is generated, the comb wax tree is contained in a proper utensil, then the prepared gypsum slurry is poured, a gypsum mold is copied, the comb wax tree in the gypsum mold is heated and dissolved, the gypsum mold becomes a hollow gypsum mold cavity, then liquid silver is poured into the gypsum mold cavity, after cooling and shaping, the gypsum is decomposed, the silver tree is taken out, all silver combs on the silver tree are cut out, and the silver comb blank for production is prepared through manual trimming and polishing;
(7) the finished product of the comb combining lacquer and eggshell with silver is produced by stabilizing the comb blank, painting natural lacquer primer coat at the designed opening of the inlay, pasting various images on the eggshell needing to be inlaid by micro-inlay means by using the natural lacquer, making an ideal texture effect by knocking and grinding, and then repeatedly painting lacquer and polishing and combining and polishing to produce the finished product.
A process for producing bracelets by combining natural paint and eggshell with copper comprises the following steps:
(1) designing the style of the bracelet, and manufacturing a bracelet drawing;
(2) manufacturing a bracelet initial model, and manufacturing a bracelet wax piece initial model with veneers distributed on the surface by using an initial forming machine or a manual work according to a bracelet design drawing;

(4) the production bracelet rubber mold with wax injection is characterized in that a first plate of the production bracelet is wrapped by rubber and placed in a mold frame, then the rubber mold is heated and pressed in a molding press, and the rubber mold is taken out and divided into an upper piece and a lower piece after being shaped, and the first plate is taken out to be made into a hollow bracelet rubber mold for wax injection;
(5) the production bracelet wax piece is generated, a hollow bracelet rubber mould for wax injection is placed into a wax injection machine to inject liquid wax to generate a bracelet wax piece, the bracelet wax piece is taken out after being cooled and solidified, the bracelet wax piece is trimmed to be attractive by a knife, and a plurality of bracelet wax pieces are distributed and fixed on a main wax rod to form a bracelet wax piece tree for later use;
(6) the semi-finished copper bracelet blank is generated, a bracelet wax tree is contained in a proper utensil, then blended gypsum slurry is poured, a gypsum mold is copied, the bracelet wax tree in the gypsum mold is heated and dissolved, the gypsum mold becomes a hollow gypsum mold cavity, liquid copper is poured into the gypsum mold cavity, after cooling and shaping, the gypsum is decomposed, the copper tree is taken out, each copper bracelet on the copper tree is cut out, and the bracelet blank for production is manufactured through manual trimming and polishing;
(7) and producing and utilizing 'natural paint and eggshell' in combination with copper to produce the bracelet finished product. The method comprises the steps of unfolding a three-dimensional rabbet shape needing to be inlaid on a 3D model by using a computer, copying and manufacturing a plurality of plane graph typesetting suitable for the rabbet on a large-width substrate, pasting a decorative pattern needing to be inlaid on an eggshell by using paint, manufacturing a batch of similar 'ice crack' decorative surfaces by using the temperature-controlled knocking and grinding of a computer-controlled instrument, cutting the decorative surface matched with the rabbet when the paint is dried to about 80 percent, enabling the pattern of the decorative surface to be clear and complete, reserving a substrate when the paint is dried to about 90 to 95 percent, stripping the combined part of the 'paint and the eggshell' from the substrate together with a base fabric by using tools such as a scalpel and the like to form a soft paint film, and sticking the paint film on a 'curved rabbet' of a bracelet by using the paint as an adhesive.
(8) Polishing, after the decorative surface combined with the paint shells achieves an ideal effect, completely painting twice, removing air bubbles and small holes on the surface of the decorative surface combined with the paint shells by using tile dust or 800-2000-mesh water sand paper, combining all the parts, then integrally polishing to enable all the curved surfaces to be smooth, and polishing to enable the curved surfaces to be glossy, thus obtaining a finished product.
The related first-edition forming machine, various dies, film pressing machine, wax injection machine, computer, drawing software, gypsum slurry configuration, mechanical arm knocking grinding mechanism, control software thereof and the like are the prior art or materials, and the technicians can directly purchase or order from the market according to the required product model and specification.
An eggshell embedding method in a paint art decoration technique. The eggshell contains plain and stable light, has orderly crack change, does not reflect light, refracts light and has indefinite light color, and is more suitable for the aesthetic appreciation of modern people. The texture can be overlapped in multiple layers or partially cracked to form a dense effect, the smallest eggshell can be made into powder, and the powder and paint can be combined to generate an artistic effect.

s1, a metal blank manufacturing procedure, wherein the metal blank is formed through casting or machining or 3D printing, an inlaying opening is formed in the metal blank, and the depth of the inlaying opening groove is larger than the thickness of an eggshell;
s2, polishing and lacquering the inlaid opening, polishing the inlaid opening of the metal blank to increase the roughness, then painting primer at the inlaid opening, and brushing flatly for later use;
s3, an inlaying procedure, namely selecting an eggshell according to the size of the inlaid opening, using paint as an adhesive to paste the eggshell at the inlaid opening and pressing the eggshell tightly to form a decorative surface combined with the paint shell;
and S4, polishing, namely, firstly, painting the decorative coat twice, then removing bubbles and small holes of the decorative coat by using tile ash or 800-2000-mesh waterproof abrasive paper until the decorative coat is level and parallel to the inlaid opening, polishing smoothly and polishing the surface.
2. The process of claim 1, wherein in step S3, the artwork is copied on the rabbet with a pencil, the eggshell to be inlaid is adhered to the rabbet with a lacquer as an adhesive by micro-inlaying means to form a finish of the artwork, the finish is knocked and ground to form dense ice cracks, and the excess portions are cut off with a graver after drying, and the process is repeated to make the pattern of the finish clear and complete.
3. The process of claim 1, wherein in the step S3, the step of preparing a base includes spreading UV by a computer to obtain a planar view of the inlaid opening, covering a base fabric on the base to prepare a substrate, copying, printing, pasting the eggshell with paint to form a decorative surface of the combined shell, knocking the decorative surface with an ice crack effect by a computer-controlled device, and cutting and peeling the decorative surface according to the printed pattern.
4. The process of claim 3, wherein in step S3, the process of making the base is completed and then the process of inlaying is performed, when the paint is dried to about 90% -95%, the veneer combined with the paint shells is peeled off from the substrate by computer or manually to form a soft paint film, and finally the soft paint film is adhered to the inlaid opening by using the paint as an adhesive.
5. The process of claim 1, wherein the step of casting a metal blank in step S1 comprises the steps of:
a. designing a drawing of the metal jewelry, wherein the drawing comprises a size parameter and an inlaid port;
b. a first wax piece model manufacturing procedure, namely manufacturing a first wax piece model with inlaid ports distributed on the surface by using a first forming machine or manpower;
c. and a semi-finished metal blank manufacturing procedure, namely fixing the first wax piece model in a mould plate and pouring gypsum slurry to form a gypsum mould, heating to dissolve the first wax piece model in the gypsum mould to form a hollow gypsum mould cavity, then injecting molten metal into the gypsum mould cavity, cooling and shaping, and then decomposing the gypsum mould and taking out the semi-finished metal blank.
6. The process of claim 5, wherein between the steps b and c, a first jewelry production molding step is further included, the first wax model is fixed in a mold plate and filled with gypsum slurry to form a gypsum mold, the first wax model in the gypsum mold is heated to be dissolved out to form a hollow gypsum mold cavity, molten metal is filled into the gypsum mold cavity, and after cooling and shaping, the gypsum mold is decomposed and the first jewelry production is taken out.
7. The process of claim 6, wherein the initial molding step is followed by an initial rubber molding step, wherein the initial jewelry is wrapped with rubber and placed in a mold frame, and then heated and pressed by a molding press to form a rubber mold, and after the rubber mold is shaped, the upper and lower molds are separated, and the initial jewelry is removed to form a hollow initial rubber mold.
8. The process for manufacturing metal jewelry by combining paint and eggshell according to claim 7, wherein after the first rubber mold process of the jewelry for production is completed, a wax piece for jewelry for production is generated, the hollow first rubber mold of the jewelry is placed into a wax injection machine and liquid wax is injected into the wax piece for jewelry generation, the wax piece for jewelry is taken out after being cooled and solidified, the wax piece for jewelry is trimmed by a knife, and a plurality of wax pieces for jewelry are distributed and fixed on a main wax rod to form a wax piece tree for jewelry for standby.
9. The process of claim 8, wherein in step c, the wax tree of jewelry is first filled in a container, then gypsum slurry is poured into the container to form a plaster mold, the wax tree of jewelry in the plaster mold is heated and dissolved, the plaster mold becomes a hollow plaster mold cavity, then liquid metal is poured into the plaster mold cavity, after cooling and shaping, the plaster is decomposed to obtain the metal tree, and the jewelry parts on the metal tree are cut out and polished manually to obtain a semi-finished metal blank for production.
