Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The method for producing a fermented cosmetic according to the present invention is characterized by comprising:
a preparation step (s 100) of a cosmetic raw material comprising one or more materials selected from black beans, kelp, ginseng, burdock, pine needles, dried gourd ladle, pumpkin seed;
a cooking step (s 200) of putting the cosmetic raw material and the wrinkled folic acid mold into water and cooking for 3-5 hours;
a low-temperature fermentation step (s 300) of fermenting the boiled cosmetic raw material and the folic acid mold in a sealed space at a temperature of 10-15 ℃ for 7-10 days; and
and a filtering step (s 400) of filtering the fermented material to obtain filtered water functioning as cosmetics.
In the preparation step (s 100) of the cosmetic raw material comprising at least one material selected from the group consisting of black beans, kelp, ginseng, burdock, pine needles, dried gourd ladle and pumpkin seeds, preferably, 250 to 350g of black beans, 80 to 120g of kelp, 400 to 500g of ginseng, 550 to 650g of burdock, 80 to 120g of pine needles, which are cut into 5mm long pieces, are added, 150 to 250g of dried gourd ladle is added, and 250 to 350g of pumpkin seeds are added. When the total weight is increased, the above-mentioned amount is converted into a weight ratio and then increased.
The black beans not only contain high-quality proteins, but also contain nutrient elements such as lipid, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin E and the like. Also contains cysteine as essential component for hair growth, and has effect in preventing alopecia. The isoflavone contained in the black beans plays a role in inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells and removing substances responsible for aging. In addition, anthocyanin contained in black bean peel plays an antioxidant role in removing active oxygen harmful to the body. It is generally known that anthocyanins are pigments that appear red, which is often mentioned when explaining the change of leaves to red leaves. The pigment is one of plant body defenses, and is contained in seeds, flowers, fruits, stems, roots, etc. of various plants including blueberries. The seed coat of black beans is black, but actually, the beans are soaked in water, so that red color is formed. Anthocyanin, which is a red pigment, is gathered and appears black in our eyes. Three kinds of anthocyanin contained in black beans. However, in 9 th 2010, 6 kinds of soybean research groups other than the existing anthocyanin are newly disclosed in the oil crop family of beans in the countryside plain hall, and thus black beans are attracting attention again. The anthocyanin exists in a molecular structure in which saccharides are attached to anthocyanidin as a basic skeleton, and various kinds of anthocyanidins can be produced depending on the manner in which they are bound. The physiological activities of the components of anthocyanin are reported to be different. Therefore, the fact that up to 9 kinds of various coloring components exist in black beans means that there are various stronger physiological activities corresponding thereto.
The components of kelp vary depending on the type, but they are mainly 16% of water, 7% of protein, 1.5% of fat, 49% of carbohydrate, 26.5% of inorganic salts, 20% of carbohydrate is cellulose, and the remainder are polysaccharides such as alginic acid and laminarin. In particular, since the kelp contains a large amount of inorganic salts such as iodine, potassium and calcium, the kelp is frequently consumed in a small amount to contribute to the supply of inorganic salts. In the cosmetic of the present invention, kelp functions to supply inorganic salts to the skin.
The ginseng is the root of ginseng (Panax gineng c.a. meyer) of the araliaceae family, which means the root from which the fine root system and the cortex are removed. The pharmacological effects are reported to be the effects of exciting and inhibiting cerebral cortex, balancing, resisting fatigue and aging, enhancing immunity, promoting heart contraction, promoting gonad, inhibiting hyperglycemia, promoting protein synthesis, maintaining steady state, resisting cancer, removing toxic substances, etc. The anti-aging effect, the effect of promoting protein synthesis, detoxification and the like have great effects on improving skin.
The burdock is a biennial herb of the family Compositae of the order Campanulaceae of dicotyledonous plants, whose root contains inulin and a little palmitic acid. In europe, as diuretics and sweating agents, seeds are used as diuretics in edema, and as antidotes for sore throat and toxic insects. And contains abundant components such as saponin, quercetin (quercetin), quercetin, luteolin, etc. which are beneficial to skin. It is reported to have efficacy against skin diseases such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, etc.
Pine needles are leaves of pine, and 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) component contained in pine needles hinders melanin synthesis of skin epidermis layer, thereby having effect of reducing chloasma or freckle. In addition, it is reported that pine needles have effects of inhibiting cell membrane damage due to ultraviolet rays, preventing collagen of dermis layers of skin from being damaged, maintaining skin elasticity, and delaying aging. On the other hand, vitamin C (29 mg per 100 g) and vitamin A (517 RE per 100 g) contained in pine needles are rich in vitamin C and vitamin A, and also have the effect of inhibiting the synthesis of MMPs as collagenolytic enzymes, thus making the skin healthy and elastic.
The inventors of the present invention have experienced an ultraviolet ray cut-off effect for many years using the fermented cosmetic of the present invention. The extract of pine needles has been reported to have uv absorbing effect (apparel culture study The Research Journal of the Costume Culture, volume 18, no. 2, (2010.4), composition analysis of pp.371, 381 371 pine needle extract, health and safety function evaluation of staining solution, all-beauty-type semen cassiae). It is presumed that the present invention does not destroy tannins (tannins), natural phenols, chlorophyll, etc. of dyes inferred to be ultraviolet absorption effects in the above pine needles, and increases the effects thereof during fermentation.
The dried gourd ladle is obtained by digging immature gourd ladle pulp into a long strip shape, drying, and is reported to contain abundant inorganic nutrients such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, etc., and has an anti-aging effect.
Pumpkin seed is the fruit of annual herb of vine of Cucurbitaceae, i.e. the seed of pumpkin, contains a large amount of inorganic substances and vitamins, and has been reported to have skin caring and aging preventing effects.
In a cooking step (s 200) of cooking the cosmetic raw material and the folic acid mold in water for 3 to 5 hours, the folic acid mold is preferably added with 150 to 250g of dried leaves and 250 to 350g of dried roots. The leaves of the Rumex crispus contain acetic acid (acetic acid, oxalic acid) and tannin components, and the rhizome contains derivatives of anthraquinone (Anthraquinone), namely Chrysophanol (Chrysophanol) and Emodin (Emodin).
And a low-temperature fermentation step (s 300) of fermenting the boiled cosmetic raw material and the folic acid mold at a low temperature in a closed space of 10-15 ℃ for 7-10 days, wherein fermentation is achieved by a strain existing in the folic acid mold, and a white mold layer is formed thereon after full fermentation.
And a filtering step (s 400) of filtering the fermented material to obtain filtered water serving as cosmetics, and filtering the material fermented in the low-temperature fermentation step by using a sieve to obtain filtered water. The above filtered water is used as cosmetic water for application to skin.
Further, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition comprising, after the preparation step (s 100) of the above-mentioned cosmetic raw material comprising one or more materials selected from the group consisting of black beans, kelp, ginseng, burdock, pine needles, dried gourd seeds, pumpkin seeds,
may further include: step (s 110) of adding cultured radiation-resistant singular cocci (Deinococcus Radiodurans). The above-cultured radiation-resistant deinococcus is a gram-positive bacterium, and is reported to be a bacterium that can survive even under a large amount of radiation and high temperature. The strain can be obtained by subjecting the culture solution of the above-mentioned radiation-resistant deinococcus (Deinococcus radiodurans) to centrifugal separation and then recovering the cells. The extract of the above-mentioned radiation-resistant singular coccus is reported to have an effect of improving skin aging and the like, and the above-mentioned strain in the present invention is still viable in the cooking step of 3 to 5 hours, and functions as a fermentation cosmetic raw material, and the fermentation product of the cosmetic raw material by the above-mentioned radiation-resistant singular coccus has a skin beautifying effect of improving skin aging and the like.
The present invention has been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but these are merely one example of various embodiments including the gist of the present invention, which are intended to facilitate the implementation of the present invention by those skilled in the art, and it is apparent that the present invention is not limited to the above-described examples. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be interpreted based on the claims, and all technical ideas within the scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention by changing, replacing, substituting, etc. within the scope of the present invention.
