优选的,上述一种黄精复合营养茶配料中所述的低聚异麦芽糖,在自然界中其作为支链淀粉或多糖的组成部分。由于其可促使人体内的双歧杆菌显著增殖,具水溶性膳食纤维功能,热值低、防龋齿等特性,所以是种应用广泛的功能性低聚糖。
低聚异麦芽糖作用:
1、低聚异麦芽糖难以被胃酶消化,甜度低、热量低,基本上不增加血糖血脂。低聚异麦芽糖产品不含单糖或单糖含量很低,其热能仅为蔗糖1/6。低聚异麦芽糖很难通过消化酶而分解吸收,经与单独口服葡萄糖人群对照实验后证明,空腹口服低聚异麦芽糖人群,血糖与胰岛素均未上升,这说明低聚异麦芽糖在胃中不被吸收、利用,全部进入肠道。因此,若长期食用,既不会增加血糖,也不改变血中胰岛素水平,糖尿病患者可放心食用。
2、低聚异麦芽糖能促进肠道内双歧杆菌增殖,抑制肠道有害菌及腐败物质形成,增加维生素含量,提高机体免疫力。低聚异麦芽糖不会被胃和小肠吸收,而是直接进入大肠,被双歧杆菌优先利用,助其大量繁殖,系为双歧杆菌增殖因子;而肠内其它有害菌则不能利用,从而能抑制有害菌生长,促使肠道内微生态向良性循环调整。如:
①、维持肠道正常细菌群平衡,尤其是老年和婴儿。双歧杆菌能抑制病原菌和腐败菌生长,防止便秘、下痢和胃肠障碍。
②、双歧杆菌抗肿瘤活性。
③、双歧杆菌能在肠道内合成维生素B1、B2、B6、K、尼克酸、叶酸等及某些氨基酸,提高对钙离子吸收。
④、降低血中胆固醇水平,防治高血压。
⑤、改善乳制品消化率,提高耐乳糖性。国外许多乳制品都添加低聚麦芽糖,以提高其保健功能。
⑥、增强人体免疫功能,预防抗生素类对人体各种不良副作用。
3、预防龋齿功能。低聚异麦芽糖不被龋齿链球菌利用,不被口腔酶液分解,因而能防止龋齿。具有异麦芽糖残基低聚异麦芽糖与蔗糖结合使用时会强烈抑制不溶性葡聚糖合成,从而阻止齿垢形成,使蛀芽菌不能在牙齿上附着生长繁殖。因此,低聚异麦芽糖在以蔗糖为原料食品中,具有防龋齿作用。
4、低聚异麦芽糖属于非消化低聚糖类,具有水溶性膳食纤维功能。由于低聚糖不被人体消化液消化,故又称之为低分子质量、非粘性、水溶性膳食纤维。但功能性低聚糖不具有膳食纤维增稠、水和、饱腹作用,其保健作用源于其特有发酵特点(双歧杆菌增殖因子BGF)。低聚异麦芽糖比膳食纤维优越一点是其摄入量较低,在推荐剂量内不会引起腹泻,有一定甜味,完全水溶性,不破坏食品质地和风味,不增加粘度,不影响对矿物质和维生素吸收(对它们无包埋作用),易添加于加工食品和饮料中。
间接生理功效
①、促进食物消化、吸收,维持肠道正常功能。
②、恢复抗菌素治疗,放射性治疗、化学治疗期间肠道正常菌落。
③、改善腹泻与便泌,抑制病原菌和腐败菌。服用低聚异麦芽糖能降低病原菌量,故对腹泻有预防和治疗效果。由于低聚异麦芽糖能导致双歧杆菌增殖,双歧杆菌通过糖代谢相应增加丙酸、丁酸等酸分泌量,这些有机酸促进肠道蠕动,使肠道运动亢进,同时通过渗透压增加粪便水分,从而使排便性状得到改善。长期食用低聚异麦芽糖,能防止和治疗便秘;但对严重便秘患者,低聚糖治疗效果不明显。
④、提高机体免疫力,起到免疫调节剂作用。

步骤3:制备熟麦面
称量麦面16.152kg,炒黄炒熟,冷却后得熟麦面。
步骤4:制备干净干燥黄精、芝麻、花椒、小茴香、茶叶粉
筛选称量干净黄精1.2kg、芝麻1.272kg、花椒0.254kg、小茴香0.508kg、茶叶4.8kg,用热风干燥设施100℃杀菌30分钟,干燥温度调至79℃热风干燥,干燥后冷却、粉碎成粉,得黄精、芝麻、花椒、小茴香、茶叶粉。
步骤5:制备黄精复合营养茶
称量低聚异麦芽糖4.8kg,与步骤1得到的罗汉果、山楂、甜茶、枸杞、红枣提取浓缩粉,步骤2得到的黄豆、粳米、黄粟米、白盐、白姜、赤小豆、绿豆炒熟粉,步骤3得到的炒熟麦面,步骤4得到的干净干燥黄精、芝麻、花椒、小茴香、茶叶粉,一起混合均匀后,用热封食品包装袋,包装成每份25g可开水冲调食用的黄精复合营养茶。

本发明提供的黄精复合营养茶,采用食物与药食同源的原料组合,基于传统工艺精心制作,并与现代科技、现代技术相结合,推陈出新从而能够面世的一种可用于营养不良、消化不良、挑食厌食、胃肠道失调、身体虚弱、心火旺盛、体胖汗多、容颜憔悴、精神气色不佳者的食物调养的养生茶,一种利用食物调养的营养健康的黄精复合营养茶,一种可开水冲调食用的健康养生茶。
本发明提供的黄精复合营养茶采用食物与药食同源食材,科学配制制成,具有食材简单易得、口味甘甜、健康营养、口感好、方便实用等优点。
尽管本发明的黄精复合营养茶已经通过上述优选实施例作了详细介绍,但应当认识到上述的描述不应被认为是对本发明的限制。在本领域技术人员阅读了上述内容后,对于本发明的多种修改和替代都将是显而易见的。因此,本发明的保护范围应由所附的权利要求来限定。
Claims (9)
1.一种黄精复合营养茶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备罗汉果、山楂、甜茶、枸杞、红枣提取浓缩粉
筛选称量干净罗汉果、山楂、甜茶、枸杞、红枣,室温提取或加温提取,得罗汉果、山楂、甜茶、枸杞、红枣提取液,提取液真空浓缩、真空干燥,干燥后冷却、粉碎成粉,得罗汉果、山楂、甜茶、枸杞、红枣提取浓缩粉;
步骤2:制备黄豆、粳米、黄粟米、白盐、白姜、赤小豆、绿豆炒熟粉
筛选称量黄豆、粳米、黄粟米、白盐、白姜、赤小豆、绿豆;炒熟后冷却、粉碎成粉,得黄豆、粳米、黄粟米、白盐、白姜、赤小豆、绿豆炒熟粉;
步骤3:制备熟麦面
称量麦面,炒黄炒熟,冷却后得熟麦面;
步骤4:制备干净干燥黄精、芝麻、花椒、小茴香、茶叶粉
筛选称量干净黄精、芝麻、花椒、小茴香、茶叶,热风干燥设施杀菌后热风干燥,干燥后冷却、粉碎成粉,得干净干燥黄精、芝麻、花椒、小茴香、茶叶粉;
步骤5:制备黄精复合营养茶
称量低聚异麦芽糖,与步骤1得到的罗汉果、山楂、甜茶、枸杞、红枣提取浓缩粉,步骤2得到的黄豆、粳米、黄粟米、白盐、白姜、赤小豆、绿豆炒熟粉,步骤3得到的熟麦面,步骤4得到的干净干燥黄精、芝麻、花椒、小茴香、茶叶粉,一起混合均匀后,用热封食品包装袋,包装成每份15g-25g,可开水冲调食用的黄精复合营养茶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄精复合营养茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中,所述室温提取或加温提取的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄精复合营养茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中,所述室温提取的具体方法是:称量筛选干净压破的罗汉果与山楂、甜茶、枸杞、红枣,加入原料6-8倍重量的酒精度40度-45度食用酒精,室温中提取,每次3-5天,共2-3次;
所述加温提取的具体方法是:称量筛选干净压破的罗汉果与山楂、甜茶、枸杞、红枣,加入原料6-8倍重量的食用水,提取温度70℃提取,每次2-3小时,共2-3次。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄精复合营养茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中,所述提取液真空浓缩、真空干燥,所述真空浓缩压力-0.088MPa至-0.092MPa、温度48℃-55℃真空浓缩,真空干燥压力-0.089MPa至-0.094MPa、温度48℃-55℃真空干燥。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄精复合营养茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中,所述提取液真空浓缩、真空干燥,提取液用滤布过滤后,滤液加入真空浓缩罐,真空浓缩压力-0.088MPa至-0.092MPa、温度48℃-55℃真空浓缩,滤液真空浓缩至滤液浓度为折光计75左右,关闭真空,温度调至87℃杀菌60分钟后,加入真空干燥箱不锈钢盘,真空干燥的压力-0.089MPa至-0.094MPa、温度48℃-55℃真空干燥,干燥后冷却、粉碎成罗汉果、山楂、甜茶、枸杞、红枣提取浓缩粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄精复合营养茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中,称量筛选干净黄豆、粳米、黄粟米、白盐、白姜、赤小豆、绿豆,炒熟后冷却,粉碎成黄豆、粳米、黄粟米、白盐、白姜、赤小豆、绿豆炒熟粉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄精复合营养茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3中,称量食用麦面,炒黄炒熟成熟麦面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄精复合营养茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4中,称量筛选干净黄精、芝麻、花椒、小茴香、茶叶;热风干燥设施温度100℃杀菌30分钟,干燥温度调至70℃-80℃热风干燥,干燥后冷却,粉碎成黄精、芝麻、花椒、小茴香、茶叶粉。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄精复合营养茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤5中,称量低聚异麦芽糖,与步骤1得到的罗汉果、山楂、甜茶、枸杞、红枣提取浓缩粉,步骤2得到的黄豆、粳米、黄粟米、白盐、白姜、赤小豆、绿豆炒熟粉,步骤3得到的炒熟麦面,步骤4得到的黄精、芝麻、花椒、小茴香、茶叶粉,一起混合均匀后,用热封食品包装袋,包装成每份15g-25g,可冲调食用的黄精复合营养茶。
