技术领域
本发明属于食品技术领域,特别涉及一种祛湿健脾、排湿毒功效的养生食品。
背景技术
湿在中医里又叫“湿邪”。中医理论认为,脾为至阴之脏,主运化,喜燥恶湿。如果湿气过盛,就容易损伤脾脏,导致运化失常,表现为腹满腹涨,不思饮食等,其病机为湿邪困脾。同时,脾主运化水液,它的特点是阳气易衰,阴气易盛。湿邪侵犯人体后最易伤害脾阳,而脾阳的虚弱也进一步助长了湿邪的侵入,会造成脾虚倦怠、脾胃及肝胆湿热、排便不畅、肌肉困乏等症状。
从气象学上说,长夏正处于夏秋之交。此时,脾胃受“湿邪”的影响最大。中医认为湿邪有两种,一种是外湿,一种是内湿。外湿多因气候潮湿、涉水淋雨、居处潮湿所致。长夏湿气最盛,故多湿病。另外一种湿气是内湿,内湿是疾病病理变化的产物,多由嗜酒成癖或过食生冷,以致寒湿内侵、脾阳失运,湿自内生。像经常喝冰啤酒、冷饮等导致脾阳受伤,这样湿气就重了。
不论是哪种湿邪,都会让人出现食欲不振、腹胀、腹泻等消化功能减退的症状,还常伴有精神委靡、嗜睡、身体发困、肚子胀、不想喝水、舌苔白腻等,这一系列症状都与“湿浊内盛”有关。
从中医角度看,当湿邪侵袭人体后会有下列较为典型的症状:口中发黏,舌苔白腻;胸腹胀满,小便短涩;头部沉重,四肢困乏;下肢浮肿,经常泄泻。另外,人体湿气过重还是产生肥胖的重要原因。
因此,对于人体湿气过重,要健脾祛湿,把多余的水分排出体外或者减少、清除引起身体免疫反应的物质;并且健运脾气,治疗脾虚,对症下药。而温补脾胃,服用具有祛湿和补脾气作用的食物是解除湿困的最好途径。

本发明的目的在于提供一种祛湿健脾、排湿毒功效的养生食品,以针对人体湿气过重而造成的各种亚健康问题。该养生食品组合物能够祛湿健脾、利水渗湿,改善食欲不振、腹胀、腹泻等消化功能减退的症状,使人身体强健、精力充沛。本发明还提供了所述祛湿健脾的养生食品组合物的制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:一种祛湿健脾、排湿毒功效的养生食品,包括下列原料:生姜、大枣、茯苓、红豆、马齿苋、赤小豆、薏苡仁、山药、芡实、金银花、菊花以及蜂蜜。
进一步地,所述原料的重量份数为:生姜5~15份、大枣6~10份、茯苓3~7份、红豆5~9份、马齿苋6~10份、赤小豆4~8份、薏苡仁3~9份、山药4~8份、芡实2~5份、金银花3~6份、菊花4~7份以及蜂蜜5~9份。

一种祛湿健脾、排湿毒功效的养生食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将生姜、大枣、茯苓、马齿苋、薏苡仁、山药、芡实、金银花、菊花、栀子、甘草以及红曲,加5~8倍重量配比的水煎制1~3小时,过滤取汁备用;
(2)将滤汁文火浓缩至稀流膏状,获得清膏;
(3)将红豆和赤小豆煮熟,混合,捣泥,获得混合豆泥;
(4)将木瓜取果肉蒸熟,捣泥,获得木瓜泥;
(5)将清膏、混合豆泥和木瓜泥混合,控制温度在60~65℃,不断搅拌,收膏,获得黏稠膏体;
(6)将黏稠膏体干燥成200~400目粉末,再加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀成潮湿状,再用压片机制成片剂。

马齿苋:味道比较浓烈,具有杀菌消炎、降血压、延缓衰老的作用。
赤小豆:赤小豆的蛋白质中含较多的赖氨酸,且具有消除水肿、解毒排脓、降压降脂、通肠润便的作用。
薏苡仁:味甘、淡,性凉;归脾、胃、肺经;有利渗透湿,健脾止泻,除痹,排脓,解毒散结的作用。

一种祛湿健脾、排湿毒功效的养生食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将生姜8kg、大枣6kg、茯苓4kg、马齿苋7kg、薏苡仁5kg、山药41kg、芡实3kg、金银花4kg、菊花6kg,加6倍水煎制1.5小时,过滤取汁备用;
(2)将滤汁文火浓缩至稀流膏状,获得清膏;
(3)将红豆6kg和赤小豆6kg煮熟,混合,捣泥,获得混合豆泥;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种祛湿健脾、排湿毒功效的养生食品,其特征在于:所述原料的重量份数为:生姜5~15份、大枣6~10份、茯苓3~7份、红豆5~9份、马齿苋6~10份、赤小豆4~8份、薏苡仁3~9份、山药4~8份、芡实2~5份、金银花3~6份、菊花4~7份以及蜂蜜5~9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种祛湿健脾、排湿毒功效的养生食品,其特征在于:还包括以下原料:栀子、甘草、红曲以及木瓜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种祛湿健脾、排湿毒功效的养生食品,其特征在于:所述原料的重量份数为:生姜5~15份、大枣6~10份、茯苓3~7份、红豆5~9份、马齿苋6~10份、赤小豆4~8份、薏苡仁3~9份、山药4~8份、芡实2~5份、金银花3~6份、菊花4~7份、蜂蜜3~5份、栀子3~5份、甘草2~4份、红曲5~8份以及木瓜3~5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种祛湿健脾、排湿毒功效的养生食品,其特征在于:所述原料优选的重量份数是:生姜8份、大枣7份、茯苓3份、红豆6份、马齿苋6份、赤小豆5份、薏苡仁7份、山药5份、芡实4份、金银花5份、菊花5份、蜂蜜3份、栀子5份、甘草4份、红曲6份以及木瓜4份。
6.制备如权利要求4或5所述的一种祛湿健脾、排湿毒功效的养生食品的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将生姜、大枣、茯苓、马齿苋、薏苡仁、山药、芡实、金银花、菊花、栀子、甘草以及红曲,加5~8倍重量配比的水煎制1~3小时,过滤取汁备用;
(2)将滤汁文火浓缩至稀流膏状,获得清膏;
(3)将红豆和赤小豆煮熟,混合,捣泥,获得混合豆泥;
(4)将木瓜取果肉蒸熟,捣泥,获得木瓜泥;
(5)将清膏、混合豆泥和木瓜泥混合,控制温度在60~65℃,不断搅拌,收膏,获得黏稠膏体;
(6)将黏稠膏体干燥成200~400目粉末,再加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀成潮湿状,再用压片机制成片剂。
