Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for community-acquired pneumonia and an acupoint vibration phlegm-expelling patch.
Background
Community-acquired pneumonia (community acquired pneumonia, CAP) refers to infectious inflammation of the lung parenchyma obtained outside the hospital, and is more dangerous due to rapid onset and rapid change of the disease [1] . The community acquired pneumonia patient has the advantages that due to the fact that the condition changes, the mouth opening breathing and the asthma occur, the viscosity of sputum is increased, the cilia movement capability of the airway is reduced, the cough reflex of the patient is weakened along with the age, the patient cannot cough the sputum, the sputum stays in the respiratory tract, the airway is blocked, serious pulmonary ventilation and pulmonary ventilation disorder of the patient are caused, and meanwhile, the occurrence rate of pulmonary infection is increased due to a large amount of bacteria in the sputum. From the traditional medical perspective, community-acquired pneumonia belongs to the categories of wind-warm lung-heat, cough, exogenous fever and the like in traditional Chinese medicine, and is caused by the fact that the disease is located in the lung, involves spleen and kidney, is caused by the deficiency and excess of the root, is the dysfunction of lung, spleen and kidney, and is caused by pathogenic wind-cold and the like, and causes pathogenic wind to cause the lung system and lung to lose dispersing and descending. The old people have the defects of weak body and deficiency of qi and yin caused by the change of the anatomical structure and physiological functions of respiratory systems, hypoimmunity, cough reflex weakening, dysphagia, aspiration and other factors, and have the defects of long-term administration treatment or bedridden disease due to the basic diseases of the old people such as diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension, cerebrovascular diseases and the like, and the treatment of CAP is mainly based on clearing heat, resolving phlegm, freeing lung, relieving asthma, clearing lung, relieving cough and the like. Therefore, the removal of sputum from the respiratory tract is the primary principle to be followed in the treatment of patients with community-acquired pneumonia.
The common sputum excretion measures mainly comprise a stimulation sputum excretion method, a body position drainage method, an acupoint beating sputum excretion method, a pressurizing chest wall, a mechanical vibration sputum excretion method and the like, wherein the sputum excretion effect of the mechanical vibration sputum excretion method is more obvious than that of other sputum excretion measures, and the sputum excretion method is also more widely applied in clinic. The mechanical vibration sputum excretion method mainly uses the force generated by beating and vibrating the chest and the back rhythmically to loosen the sputum in bronchi, lungs and airways, thereby achieving the purpose of smoothly expectorating the sputum, and has obvious effect. However, many community acquired pneumonia patients are aged, the body bearing capacity is reduced, the physical community acquired pneumonia patients cannot fully tolerate a mechanical vibration sputum excretion method, and secondly, the mechanical vibration sputum excretion instrument is large in size, complex in operation and inconvenient for household patients to use.
