本发明公开了涉及反渗透膜生产技术领域的一种反渗透膜制造用涂布装置。为解决现有对反渗透膜进行聚砜树脂涂覆时,无法将聚砜树脂平整地涂覆在反渗透膜的表面的技术问题。本发明提供一种反渗透膜制造用涂布装置,包括有支架,所述支架转动连接有用于传动反渗透膜且镜像分布的传动辊,所述支架安装有电机,所述支架转动连接有涂覆辊,所述涂覆辊通过带轮和皮带与所述电机传动,所述支架固接有存料壳,所述存料壳与所述涂覆辊转动连接,所述存料壳远离所述电机的一侧连通有进料管。本发明通过对涂覆辊表面的胶体挤压,使涂覆辊与反渗透膜接触时,其表面的胶体呈现平整的状态,提高反渗透膜涂覆的质量。

本发明涉及反渗透膜生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种反渗透膜制造用涂布装置。
背景技术
反渗透膜是一种模拟生物半透膜制成的具有一定特性的人工半透膜,反渗透膜是反渗透技术的核心组件,反渗透技术是利用反渗透膜的膜孔径非常小的特点,将水中的盐类、微生物等“过滤”出来,以实现水净化的技术,反渗透膜在制备过程中,一般包括涂覆、沉积和交联等几个步骤。
在对反渗透膜进行涂覆时,由于反渗透膜使用的场所不同,因此反渗透膜涂覆所用的材料也不同,聚砜溶液便是其中一种涂覆材料,现有反渗透膜涂覆直接将溶液涂抹在涂覆辊上,随后将涂覆辊与反渗透膜接触,将涂覆辊上的溶液转移到反渗透膜上,但对于聚砜树脂这种粘稠度高的溶液,胶体在由料筒到涂覆辊的下落过程中,不能均匀且成面地附着在涂覆辊的表面,进而使得涂覆辊上的胶体附着量不足且不均匀,导致反渗透膜表面存在未完全涂覆的位置,使得涂覆在反渗透膜表面的胶体不够平整,导致产品的质量降低。
发明内容
为了克服现有对反渗透膜进行聚砜树脂涂覆时,无法将聚砜树脂平整地涂覆在反渗透膜的表面的缺点,本发明提供一种反渗透膜制造用涂布装置。
本发明的技术实施方案是:一种反渗透膜制造用涂布装置,包括有支架,所述支架转动连接有用于传动反渗透膜且镜像分布的传动辊,所述支架安装有电机,所述支架转动连接有涂覆辊,所述涂覆辊通过带轮和皮带与所述电机的输出轴传动,所述支架固接有存料壳,所述存料壳与所述涂覆辊转动连接,所述存料壳远离所述电机的一侧连通有进料管,所述进料管与外界料筒连通,所述支架固接有镜像分布的弧形液压杆,所述弧形液压杆内设置有弹簧,镜像分布的所述弧形液压杆的伸缩端共同固接有定厚刮板,所述支架设置有用于调节反渗透膜张力的张力调节机构。

通过对反渗透膜表面多余胶体的刮除并将刮除的胶体补充到反渗透膜表面胶体缺失的位置,提高反渗透膜表面的平整度,提高反渗透膜成品的质量。
通过反渗透膜的张力调节烘干时暖风的风速,加快胶体在反渗透膜上的渗透速率,提高反渗透膜涂覆的效率。
通过导料板和挤压板跟随涂覆辊转动,将存料壳内的胶体输送到涂覆辊的通孔处,防止存料壳内下部的胶体长时间静止导致凝固。

如图2和图3所示,张力调节机构a包括有前后镜像分布的两个滑动架8,两个滑动架8均固接于支架1的右侧,两个滑动架8内均滑动连接有连接块9,前后两个连接块9共同转动连接有挤压辊10,支架1中部的上侧转动连接有支撑辊101,两个传动辊2和支撑辊101均与反渗透膜的下侧面接触,挤压辊10位于支撑辊101与右侧传动辊2之间的上方,挤压辊10与反渗透膜的上侧面接触,当需要增大反渗透膜的张力时,控制挤压辊10下移,增大反渗透膜在右侧传动辊2与支撑辊101之间移动的距离,支撑辊101位于挤压辊10与涂覆辊4之间,两个滑动架8的上侧均固接有张力液压杆11,张力液压杆11的伸缩端穿过相邻的滑动架8的上侧并与相邻连接块9的上侧面固接,张力液压杆11与相邻的弧形液压杆6之间通过导管连通,弧形液压杆6、张力液压杆11及二者之间的导管内均存放有液压油,通过增大反渗透膜的张力,进而增大反渗透膜表面孔洞的面积,方便胶体通过反渗透膜的孔洞渗透到反渗透膜的下侧,使胶体在反渗透膜上分布的更加均匀。
在反渗透膜生产涂覆的过程中,当两个传动辊2引导反渗透膜向左移动到涂覆辊4下侧时,工作人员启动电机3,并通过进料管501向存料壳5内定量输送聚砜溶液(聚砜溶液也叫聚砜胶体,以下简称胶体),存料壳5内的胶体通过存料壳5上侧的缺口与涂覆辊4接触,并通过涂覆辊4上的通孔流动到涂覆辊4的外侧面,随着涂覆辊4顺时针转动(以下转动描述以图1的正视图为准),涂覆辊4带动其外侧粘附的胶体一同转动,并进入涂覆辊4与定厚刮板7之间,随后经过定厚刮板7下侧的斜面将涂覆辊4外侧面的胶体刮平整,涂覆辊4带动其外侧面的胶体与反渗透膜接触时,涂覆辊4将其上的胶体向反渗透膜内挤压,使得胶体渗透进反渗透膜内,随着涂覆辊4转动与反渗透膜分离时,涂覆辊4上的胶体粘连在反渗透膜的上侧面不再跟随涂覆辊4转动。
由于胶体的温度变化会影响胶体的粘稠度,而胶体的粘稠度越大使得其在反渗透膜上的渗透效率越低,解决方法如下,在涂覆辊4外侧的胶体位于涂覆辊4与定厚刮板7之间时,涂覆辊4带动胶体顺时针转动,由于胶体的粘性便会带动定厚刮板7一同转动,同时涂覆辊4外侧的胶体在被定厚刮板7挤压时,会带动定厚刮板7顺时针摆动,定厚刮板7顺时针摆动带动弧形液压杆6的伸缩端向内移动,并压缩弧形液压杆6内的弹簧,弧形液压杆6内的液压油通过导管流向相邻的张力液压杆11内,随后张力液压杆11的伸缩端伸出,带动相邻的连接块9下移,连接块9带动挤压辊10下移,将反渗透膜拉伸,增大反渗透膜的张力,使得反渗透膜发生轻微形变,增大反渗透膜表面孔洞的面积,方便胶体通过反渗透膜渗透到反渗透膜的另一侧,通过增大反渗透膜的张力来增大反渗透膜表面孔洞的面积,进而适应不同粘稠度胶体的渗透,节省了胶体在反渗透膜表面渗透的时间,提高了反渗透膜涂覆的效率。
当反渗透膜涂覆结束后,工作人员关闭电机3,并停止向进料管501内输送胶体,随后定厚刮板7和弧形液压杆6在弧形液压杆6内弹簧的作用下复位,同时弧形液压杆6内体积增大,并通过导管将相邻张力液压杆11内的液压油抽出,使得张力液压杆11的伸缩端收缩复位,并带动相邻的连接块9和挤压辊10复位。
实施例2:在实施例1的基础之上,如图1、图2、图5和图6所示,还包括有设置于支架1的填补机构b,填补机构b用于修补反渗透膜上未填充好的胶体,填补机构b包括有前后镜像分布的两个安装架12,两个安装架12均固接于支架1上侧的左部,两个安装架12之间共同转动连接有平整辊13和收集壳14,收集壳14的右侧设置有切刀,收集壳14的左侧设置有刮刀,收集壳14的切刀和刮刀之间的间隙为补料槽,收集壳14的切刀用于在反渗透膜经过切刀下侧时将反渗透膜表面多余的胶体刮除,收集壳14的刮刀用于将刮除下的胶体补充到反渗透膜表面缺失的位置,收集壳14切刀和刮刀的刀尖位置均与反渗透膜保持相同的距离,安装架12设置有用于调节收集壳14角度的角度调节机构c。
如图3、图4和图7所示,支架1上侧的中部通过支架固接有清理刮板141,清理刮板141的右侧边与涂覆辊4的外侧面接触,清理刮板141与右侧边相邻的两个侧面均为内弧面,清理刮板141靠近反渗透膜的内弧面用于将涂覆辊4上刮除的胶体引导至反渗透膜的表面,清理刮板141靠近涂覆辊4的内弧面用于使清理刮板141与涂覆辊4只有一个侧边接触,通过将涂覆辊4上粘附的胶体刮除到反渗透膜的上侧面,方便后续对反渗透膜上侧缺失的部分进行补充。
如图1、图5和图6所示,角度调节机构c,包括有角度液压筒15,角度液压筒15铰接于相邻安装架12的上侧,角度液压筒15内的中部滑动连接有角度连接杆16,角度连接杆16由圆柱和圆盘组成,角度连接杆16下部的圆柱与收集壳14铰接,角度液压筒15与相邻角度连接杆16中圆盘的下侧配合形成角度空腔151,滑动架8的下侧固接有触发液压杆17,触发液压杆17的伸缩端穿过相邻的滑动架8的下侧并与相邻连接块9的下侧固接,触发液压杆17连通有第一导管18,第一导管18的左端与相邻的角度空腔151连通,两个触发液压杆17、两个第一导管18和两个角度空腔151内均存放有液压油,通过在反渗透膜张力改变使得反渗透膜的弧度改变时,挤压触发液压杆17内的液压油改变收集壳14的角度,使收集壳14的切刀和刮刀始终与反渗透膜的上侧面保持相同的距离。
在涂覆辊4顺时针转动将胶体涂覆在反渗透膜上后,会由于胶体与涂覆辊4的粘性,导致反渗透膜上侧涂覆的胶体分布不均,影响反渗透膜生产的质量,解决方法如下,在涂覆辊4顺时针转动将胶体涂覆在反渗透膜上侧面,涂覆辊4上胶体要与涂覆辊4分离时,涂覆辊4带动胶体经过清理刮板141,并通过清理刮板141将涂覆辊4外侧面的胶体刮除,随后通过清理刮板141的内弧面将刮下的胶体引导至反渗透膜上侧面,随后胶体便跟随反渗透膜一同向左移动,当反渗透膜移动到收集壳14右侧的切刀时,反渗透膜上侧多余的胶体被收集壳14的切刀切割并被后续切割下的胶体挤压进入收集壳14内,收集壳14内的胶体逐渐进入收集壳14最内侧的补料槽中重新与反渗透膜接触,补料槽中的胶体与反渗透膜上侧的胶体接触并跟随反渗透膜向左移动,直到胶体与收集壳14内的左侧面接触时,收集壳14左侧的刮刀便会将反渗透膜上侧多余的胶体重新刮除,在反渗透膜经过平整辊13的下侧时,平整辊13将反渗透膜挤压,使得反渗透膜上侧的胶体分布更加均匀,通过收集壳14将反渗透膜表面多余的胶体去除并补充到反渗透膜表面胶体缺失的位置,使得反渗透膜表面胶体的分布更加均匀,提高反渗透膜生产的质量。
在反渗透膜上涂覆胶体后,由于反渗透膜整体质量的变大,在两个传动辊2之间反渗透膜的中部便会相对于其与传动辊2接触的位置向下移动,使得两个传动辊2之间的反渗透膜整体呈向下的弧形,而由于反渗透膜背面会有胶体渗透,所以无法在反渗透膜的背面安装支撑的传动辊2,导致收集壳14的切刀和刮刀与反渗透膜上侧的距离大于指定的距离,导致收集壳14无法精确控制反渗透膜上侧胶体的厚度,解决方法如下,当反渗透膜自身张力越大时,反渗透膜整体的弧度越小,当挤压辊10下移拉伸反渗透膜时,连接块9带动相邻触发液压杆17的伸缩端收缩,使得触发液压杆17内的体积减小,触发液压杆17通过第一导管18将其内的液压油输送到同侧的角度空腔151内,使得角度空腔151体积增大,推动相邻的角度连接杆16上移,角度连接杆16带动收集壳14逆时针摆动,适应不同张力下反渗透膜的弧度。
实施例3:在实施例2的基础之上,如图1、图2、图6和图8所示,还包括有设置于支架1上部的鼓风机构d,鼓风机构d用于对反渗透膜进行烘干,鼓风机构d包括有鼓风壳19,鼓风壳19固接于两个安装架12之间,鼓风壳19位于收集壳14的左侧,鼓风壳19的左侧连通有与外界暖风机连通的进风管20,鼓风壳19内固接有前后镜像分布的三组分流板21,分流板21为折线形,且分流板21的下侧在鼓风壳19内呈等差数列分布,用于将进风管20输送到鼓风壳19内的暖风均匀分散为七份,并对反渗透膜进行均匀烘干,鼓风壳19设置有用于调节鼓风壳19风速的风速调节机构e。
如图6和图8所示,风速调节机构e包括有挡板22,挡板22滑动连接于鼓风壳19的右侧,挡板22的下侧面与风壳19内的下侧面之间始终留有空隙,使风壳19内的暖风始终能通过挡板22流动到反渗透膜的上侧,鼓风壳19固接有前后镜像分布的两个风速液压筒23,两个风速液压筒23内均滑动连接有风速连接杆24,风速连接杆24由圆柱、圆盘和两根支撑柱组成,风速连接杆24的支撑柱用于使其圆盘和风速液压筒23内的下侧面之间留有空隙,保证风速空腔231始终存在,两个风速连接杆24分别与挡板22的前后两侧固接,风速液压筒23与相邻风速连接杆24圆盘的下侧面配合形成风速空腔231,风速空腔231连通有与相邻第一导管18连通的第二导管25,两个风速空腔231和两个第二导管25内均存放有液压油,通过反渗透膜的张力调节暖风的风速,在反渗透膜张力较小使其表面孔洞较小时,通过较大的风速辅助反渗透膜上侧的胶体渗透到其下侧。
在反渗透膜涂覆开始时,工作人员开启暖风机,并通过进风管20将暖风输送到鼓风壳19内,暖风进入鼓风壳19后,沿分流板21流动均匀分散为七股,对反渗透膜进行均匀烘干,当连接块9下移时,连接块9带动相邻触发液压杆17的伸缩端收缩,触发液压杆17内的液压油通过相邻的第一导管18和相邻的第二导管25流向同侧的风速空腔231内,使得风速空腔231内液压油的体积增大,推动相邻的风速连接杆24伸出,风速连接杆24带动挡板22上移,使得鼓风壳19向外输送暖风的面积增大,同时暖风的风速减小,对反渗透膜进行烘干,通过反渗透膜的张力调节烘干时暖风的风速,在反渗透膜张力小,反渗透膜表面孔洞面积较小,胶体在反渗透膜渗透的速率低,此时减小鼓风壳19出风的面积,使得暖风的风速增大,辅助胶体渗透到反渗透膜的下侧,提高渗透的速率。
实施例4:在实施例3的基础之上,如图9和图10所示,还包括有设置于存料壳5的进料机构f,进料机构f用于辅助存料壳5内胶体挤出,进料机构f包括有传动轴26,传动轴26转动连接于存料壳5的中部,传动轴26的后端穿过存料壳5的后侧并通过齿圈和齿轮与涂覆辊4传动,位于存料壳5内的传动轴26固接有环形等距分布的三个导料板27,三个导料板27均转动连接有挤压板28,挤压板28与存料壳5竖板接触的侧面为圆角,用于将挤压板28上的胶体充分挤压到存料壳5的缺口处,挤压板28与导料板27之间固接有扭簧,挤压板28与存料壳5配合,在挤压板28将存料壳5内的胶体挤压到存料壳5的缺口后,存料壳5的竖板与相邻的挤压板28接触,挤压板28摆动,挤压板28的侧面与存料壳5竖板的侧面接触,将挤压板28上侧的胶体刮除到存料壳5的缺口处。
在工作人员启动电机3后,电机3带动涂覆辊4顺时针转动,涂覆辊4通过齿圈和齿轮带动传动轴26逆时针转动,传动轴26带动三个导料板27和挤压板28转动,将存料壳5内的胶体逆时针向上输送到存料壳5的缺口处,并与存料壳5缺口的竖板配合将胶体挤压到存料壳5的外侧,当导料板27和挤压板28拖动胶体逆时针输送到存料壳5缺口的最上侧时,存料壳5的竖板与挤压板28接触,挤压板28转动并扭转其与相邻导料板27之间的扭簧,存料壳5的竖板将挤压板28上的胶体刮除到存料壳5缺口的位置,随后在挤压板28与存料壳5的竖板失去接触后,挤压板28在其与相邻导料板27之间扭簧的作用下复位,通过导料板27和挤压板28跟随涂覆辊4转动,将存料壳5内的胶体输送到涂覆辊4的通孔出,防止存料壳5内下部的胶体长时间静止导致凝固。

Claims (6)

1.一种反渗透膜制造用涂布装置,其特征是:包括有支架(1),所述支架(1)转动连接有用于传动反渗透膜且镜像分布的传动辊(2),所述支架(1)安装有电机(3),所述支架(1)转动连接有涂覆辊(4),所述涂覆辊(4)通过带轮和皮带与所述电机(3)的输出轴传动,所述支架(1)固接有存料壳(5),所述存料壳(5)与所述涂覆辊(4)转动连接,所述存料壳(5)远离所述电机(3)的一侧连通有进料管(501),所述进料管(501)与外界料筒连通,所述支架(1)固接有镜像分布的弧形液压杆(6),所述弧形液压杆(6)内设置有弹簧,镜像分布的所述弧形液压杆(6)的伸缩端共同固接有定厚刮板(7),所述支架(1)设置有用于调节反渗透膜张力的张力调节机构(a);
所述张力调节机构(a)包括有镜像分布的滑动架(8),镜像分布的所述滑动架(8)均固接于所述支架(1)靠近所述弧形液压杆(6)的一侧,所述滑动架(8)内滑动连接有连接块(9),镜像分布的所述连接块(9)共同转动连接有挤压辊(10),所述支架(1)转动连接有支撑辊(101),所述支撑辊(101)位于所述挤压辊(10)与所述涂覆辊(4)之间,所述滑动架(8)远离所述支架(1)的一侧固接有张力液压杆(11),所述张力液压杆(11)的伸缩端穿过相邻的所述滑动架(8)并与相邻的所述连接块(9)固接,所述张力液压杆(11)通过导管与相邻的所述弧形液压杆(6)连通,所述弧形液压杆(6)、所述张力液压杆(11)及二者之间的导管内均存放有液压油;
还包括有设置于所述支架(1)的填补机构(b),所述填补机构(b)用于修补反渗透膜上未填充好的胶体,所述填补机构(b)包括有镜像分布的安装架(12),镜像分布的所述安装架(12)固接于所述支架(1)远离所述挤压辊(10)的一侧,镜像分布的所述安装架(12)之间共同转动连接有平整辊(13)和收集壳(14),所述安装架(12)设置有用于调节所述收集壳(14)角度的角度调节机构(c);
所述支架(1)靠近所述安装架(12)的一侧固接有清理刮板(141),所述清理刮板(141)靠近所述挤压辊(10)的一侧边与所述涂覆辊(4)接触,所述清理刮板(141)与所述涂覆辊(4)接触侧边的相邻侧面均为内弧面;
所述收集壳(14)设置有切刀和刮刀,所述收集壳(14)的切刀用于将反渗透膜表面多余的胶体刮除,所述收集壳(14)的刮刀用于将刮除下的胶体补充到反渗透膜表面缺失的位置,所述收集壳(14)切刀和刮刀的刀尖位置均与反渗透膜保持相同的距离;
所述清理刮板(141)将所述涂覆辊(4)外侧面的胶体引导至反渗透膜的表面,随着反渗透膜移动,反渗透膜表面多余的胶体与所述收集壳(14)的切刀接触并被所述收集壳(14)的切刀切割后收集到所述收集壳(14)内部,所述收集壳(14)内的胶体与反渗透膜的表面重新接触并被填补至反渗透膜表面胶体缺失的位置,随后所述收集壳(14)左侧的刮刀便会将反渗透膜上侧填补后多余的胶体重新刮除。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种反渗透膜制造用涂布装置,其特征是:所述角度调节机构(c),包括有角度液压筒(15),所述角度液压筒(15)铰接于相邻所述安装架(12)远离所述支架(1)的一侧,所述角度液压筒(15)滑动连接有角度连接杆(16),所述角度连接杆(16)与所述收集壳(14)铰接,所述角度液压筒(15)与相邻所述角度连接杆(16)远离所述收集壳(14)的一侧配合形成角度空腔(151),所述滑动架(8)远离相邻所述张力液压杆(11)的一侧固接有触发液压杆(17),所述触发液压杆(17)的伸缩端穿过相邻的所述滑动架(8)并与相邻的所述连接块(9)固接,所述触发液压杆(17)连通有与相邻所述角度空腔(151)连通的第一导管(18),镜像分布的所述触发液压杆(17)、镜像分布的所述第一导管(18)和镜像分布的所述角度空腔(151)内均存放有液压油。
3.按照权利要求2所述的一种反渗透膜制造用涂布装置,其特征是:还包括有设置于所述支架(1)的鼓风机构(d),所述鼓风机构(d)用于对反渗透膜进行烘干,所述鼓风机构(d)包括有鼓风壳(19),所述鼓风壳(19)固接于镜像分布的所述安装架(12)之间,所述收集壳(14)位于所述鼓风壳(19)和所述涂覆辊(4)之间,所述鼓风壳(19)远离所述支架(1)的一侧连通有进风管(20),所述进风管(20)与外界暖风机连通,所述鼓风壳(19)内固接有镜像分布的分流板(21),所述鼓风壳(19)设置有用于调节所述鼓风壳(19)风速的风速调节机构(e)。
4.按照权利要求3所述的一种反渗透膜制造用涂布装置,其特征是:所述分流板(21)靠近所述收集壳(14)的一侧在所述鼓风壳(19)内呈等差数列分布。
5.按照权利要求3所述的一种反渗透膜制造用涂布装置,其特征是:所述风速调节机构(e)包括有挡板(22),所述挡板(22)滑动连接于所述鼓风壳(19)远离所述进风管(20)的一侧,所述鼓风壳(19)固接有镜像分布的风速液压筒(23),所述风速液压筒(23)内滑动连接有风速连接杆(24),镜像分布的所述风速连接杆(24)均与所述挡板(22)固接,所述风速液压筒(23)与相邻所述风速连接杆(24)靠近所述挡板(22)的一侧配合形成风速空腔(231),所述风速空腔(231)连通有与相邻所述第一导管(18)连通的第二导管(25),镜像分布的所述风速空腔(231)和镜像分布的所述第二导管(25)内均存放有液压油。
6.按照权利要求3所述的一种反渗透膜制造用涂布装置,其特征是:还包括有设置于所述存料壳(5)的进料机构(f),所述进料机构(f)用于辅助所述存料壳(5)内胶体挤出,所述进料机构(f)包括有传动轴(26),所述传动轴(26)转动连接于所述存料壳(5),所述传动轴(26)穿过所述存料壳(5)并通过齿圈和齿轮与所述涂覆辊(4)传动,所述传动轴(26)固接有环形等距分布的导料板(27),所述导料板(27)转动连接有挤压板(28),所述挤压板(28)与所述导料板(27)之间固接有扭簧,所述挤压板(28)与所述存料壳(5)配合。
