Abstract
本发明公开了一种智能可穿戴式有机硅手套用合成革及其制备方法,该合成革由外到内包括依次贴合的面层、中间层、粘接层和底布层,中间层包括介质层和磁感应层,底布层的制备方法包括以下步骤:步骤(1),配制浸渍液:取一定量的水性聚氨酯,调节至所需固含量,加入分散剂使石墨烯在水性聚氨酯中分散均匀,再加入色浆,最终浆料分散均匀无团聚;步骤(2),浸渍液渗透:将底布进行预缩处理,同时去除表面油剂,一浸一轧后进入凝固浴,水洗、轧水、烘干定型。本发明通过在有机硅合成革中构建液态金属线圈和顺应性永磁体实现自充电、自供能可持续发展,无需外部供能驱动,可以无线充电智能可穿戴手套上的智能芯片,实现心率监测、GPS定位等功能。

技术领域
本发明属于有机硅材料、合成革技术领域,特别涉及一种智能可穿戴式有机硅手套用合成革及其制备方法。
背景技术
柔性智能可穿戴产品能承受力学变形,越来越智能化,是人工智能产业化发展的一个重要数据获取方式,市场上所采用的生物传感器,普遍需要使用外部供能驱动,极大地限制了柔性可穿戴优势的极致发挥。而将低功率密度的机械能转化为电能,在多种环境下可实现自供能,更加绿色、可持续。目前较多的是依靠压电、摩擦电、热电、光电等效应收集和存储环境中未被充分利用的各种形式的机械、物理能量驱动微器件。
另外,目前市场上传统的聚氨酯橡胶(PU)合成革和聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革不透气,不耐老化,不耐温,易水解,易沾污,且溶剂型在制造及使用过程中都会使用大量的DMF、丁酮、甲苯等有害物质。本发明正是基于这一目的进行的研究。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种智能可穿戴式有机硅手套用合成革及其制备方法,通过在有机硅合成革中构建液态金属线圈和顺应性永磁体实现自充电、自供能可持续发展,无需外部供能驱动,可以无线充电智能可穿戴手套上的智能芯片,实现心率监测、GPS定位等功能。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种智能可穿戴式有机硅手套用合成革,由外到内包括依次贴合的面层、中间层、粘接层和底布层,所述中间层包括介质层和磁感应层,所述底布层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤(1),配制浸渍液:取一定量的水性聚氨酯,调节至所需固含量,加入分散剂使一定量的石墨烯在水性聚氨酯中分散均匀,再加入色浆,最终浆料分散均匀无团聚,即得所述浸渍液;
步骤(2),浸渍液渗透:将底布进行预缩处理,同时去除表面油剂,一浸一轧后进入凝固浴,水洗、轧水、烘干定型,即得所述底布层。
在以上技术方案中,步骤(2)中,所述凝固浴采用的凝固液由破乳交联剂和水混合搅拌使破乳交联剂溶解后制备而得。
在以上技术方案中,步骤(1)中,所述水性聚氨酯以分子量较高的聚酯多元醇为软段,脂肪族或脂环族、亲水扩链剂为硬段,是兼顾固-固相变储能功能和水溶性特点的水性聚氨酯相变材料。
在以上技术方案中,所述面层由以下重量份数的组分制成:有机硅面层树脂A 50份、有机硅面层树脂B 50份、铂金催化剂0.01-1份、抑制剂0.01-1份、填料10-40份、消泡剂0.1-1份、环保稀释剂0-50份、有机硅耐磨手感剂0.5-10份和有机硅色浆0-5份;
所述中间层由以下重量份数的组分制成:多孔硅胶100份、磁性微粒0-30份、粘结剂1-10份、有机硅增塑剂1-10份、消泡剂0.1-1份、环保稀释剂0-50份和有机硅色浆0-5份;
所述粘接层由以下重量份数的组分制成:液体有机硅橡胶A 50份、液体有机硅橡胶B 50份、填料10-30份、抑制剂0.01-5份、环保稀释剂0-40份和有机硅色浆0-5份。
在以上技术方案中,所述磁性微粒为钕、铁、硼纳米磁性粒子或铁氧体磁粉。
在以上技术方案中,所述铂金催化剂为氯铂酸-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷配合物、氯铂酸-1,3,5,7-四乙烯基-1,3,5,7-四甲基-环四硅氧烷或氯铂酸-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷,铂金催化剂中Pt原子含量为300-100000ppm。
本发明还提供了一种智能可穿戴式有机硅手套用合成革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤a,配制面层浆料:将有机硅面层树脂A和有机硅面层树脂B按比例混合,加入铂金催化剂、抑制剂、填料、消泡剂、环保稀释剂、有机硅耐磨手感剂和有机硅色浆,完全分散,加入环保稀释剂调节合适粘度,过滤,真空脱泡,即得所述面层浆料;
步骤b,配制中间层浆料:将磁性微粒分散于多孔硅胶,加入有机硅塑剂、消泡剂、粘结剂、有机硅色浆,完全分散,加入环保稀释剂调节合适粘度,过滤,真空脱泡,即得所述中间层浆料;
步骤c,配制粘接层浆料:取一定比例的液体有机硅橡胶A和液体有机硅橡胶B,加入填料、抑制剂、有机硅色浆,完全分散,加入一定量的环保稀释剂调节合适粘度,过滤,真空脱泡,即得所述粘接层浆料;
步骤d,将步骤a制得的所述面层浆料涂于离型纸表面,加热烘干,制得所述有机硅手套用合成革的面层;
步骤e,将步骤b制得的所述中间层浆料涂于所述面层上,加热烘干,制得所述有机硅手套用合成革的中间层的介质层;
步骤f,通过磁铁牵引在步骤e制得的所述介质层上排布周期化、阵列化的液态金属线圈,制得所述有机硅手套用合成革的中间层的磁感应层;
步骤g,待步骤f制得的所述磁感应层的表面氧化形成薄膜后,将步骤c制得的所述粘接层浆料涂于步骤f制得的所述磁感应层上,制得所述有机硅手套用合成革的粘接层;
步骤h,在所述粘接层上贴合所述底布层,熟化分离收卷,制得所述有机硅手套用合成革。
在以上技术方案中,步骤f中,所述液态金属线圈图案化的厚度控制在0.5mm以下。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明通过在有机硅合成革中构建液态金属线圈和顺应性永磁体实现自充电、自供能可持续发展,无需外部供能驱动,可以无线充电智能可穿戴手套上的智能芯片,实现心率监测、GPS定位等功能。
2、本发明在有机硅树脂中加入磁性钕铁硼(Nd-Fe-B)粉末作为顺应性永磁体,液态金属线圈作为磁感应层,液态金属为镓(Ga)及其盐类,优势在于其毒性低,在微氧环境下表面都会氧化形成薄膜,可以使液态金属被构图成不同的图形。少量磁性微粒分散到液态金属中,磁场作用使磁性微粒聚集在液态金属液滴内部,通过磁铁牵引可在有机硅中间层上直接图案化。
3、本发明所用手套用合成革面层、中间层和粘接层脱离了传统合成革用树脂为碳基的束缚,大幅降低碳排放,符合国家环保政策,生产过程环保,无溶剂,无有害挥发成分,同时顺应未来新型高分子材料发展趋势,有机硅高分子材料将取代石油高分子材料。
4、本发明所用手套用合成革底布使用水性聚氨酯进行含浸,以分子量较高的聚酯多元醇为软段,脂肪族或脂环族、亲水扩链剂为硬段,得到兼具固-固相变储能功能和水溶性特点的水性聚氨酯相变材料;在含浸树脂中添加了石墨烯粉末,提升聚氨酯的力学性能和耐化学药品性、导热性、耐腐蚀、抗菌、阻燃等化学性能。
5、本发明制备方法生产过程环保,无溶剂,无有害挥发成分,有效解决溶剂型有害物质的问题,制备出的有机硅合成革环保、无毒、生理相融性能优。

本发明提供了一种智能可穿戴式有机硅手套用合成革,由外到内包括依次贴合的面层、中间层、粘接层和底布层。其中,面层为有机硅面层涂层;中间层为硅胶涂层,包括介质层和磁感应层;粘接层为液体有机硅橡胶粘接层;底布层为抗菌调温层。面层、中间层和粘接层的各组分质量份数如下表1所示。

其中,有机硅面层树脂是双组份聚硅氧烷面层树脂,即有机硅面层树脂A和有机硅面层树脂B,固含量100%。
液体有机硅橡胶是双组份铂金催化加成型液体硅橡胶,即液体有机硅橡胶A和液体有机硅橡胶B。
填料是消光粉、氢氧化铝、氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、硅酸铝、碳酸镁、玻璃微珠、白炭黑、有机硅树脂微粉、二氧化硅、碳酸钙或氧化镁中的一种或者两种以上。
抑制剂是炔醇类化合物、多乙烯基聚硅氧烷、酰胺化合物或马来酸酯类化合物。
磁性微粒是钕、铁、硼纳米磁性粒子或铁氧体磁粉。磁性微粒最好是纳米级别,在硅胶中分散均匀,产生良好的磁响应。
有机硅增塑剂是一种环保有机硅改性多元醇酯类增塑剂。
消泡剂是有机硅一聚醚共聚型消泡剂。
粘结剂可选乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、三甲氧基硅烷等。
铂金催化剂是氯铂酸-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷配合物、氯铂酸-1,3,5,7-四乙烯基-1,3,5,7-四甲基-环四硅氧烷或氯铂酸-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷,铂金催化剂中Pt原子含量为300-100000ppm。
有机硅耐磨手感剂可选Silok 51H、C-4801等有机硅耐磨手感剂。
环保稀释剂可选HX820、A-800等环保稀释剂。
多孔硅胶可选基胶为α,ω-二羟基聚硅氧烷的单组份室温硫化硅橡胶。
有机硅色浆可选LSR液态硅胶色浆、MT的S-1924耐高温环保硅胶色浆等。
本发明底布层的制作方法如下:
(1)配浸渍液。取一定量的水性聚氨酯,调节至所需固含量,加入分散剂使一定量的石墨烯在水性聚氨酯中分散均匀,再加入色浆,最终浆料分散均匀无团聚;
(2)浸渍液渗透。将底布进行预缩处理,同时去除表面油剂,一浸一轧后进入凝固浴,水洗、轧水、烘干定型。
其中,根据底布的克重选用不同固含量的树脂,底布可以是无纺布,机织布、针织布、超细纤维等,底布材料可以是涤纶、尼龙、芳纶等,金属纳米颗粒或碳纳米材料等混入聚酯、聚酰胺或聚丙烯腈中进行纺丝得到的抗菌纤维,竹纤维和大豆蛋白纤维等天然纤维等;不同用途特点,可以换不同的底材加工。
加入分散剂是因为石墨烯在水以及有机溶剂中的分散性较差。分散剂可以为胆酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚羧酸活性剂等,添加量在0.1-3%。
加入石墨烯目的:构建抗菌防污层;提升聚氨酯的力学性能和耐化学药品性、导热性、耐腐蚀、抗菌、阻燃等化学性能。添加量在2-10%。石墨烯粉末要分散均匀,不能出现抱团等不均匀现象。
凝固液:破乳交联剂和水混合搅拌使破乳交联剂溶解,即得凝固液。根据水性聚氨酯亲水基团类型选择破乳交联剂。破乳交联剂控制在10-20%,轧余率在30%-90%;
使用的水性聚氨酯以分子量较高的聚酯多元醇为软段,脂肪族或脂环族、亲水扩链剂为硬段,兼具固-固相变储能功能,在相变材料加入不同含量石墨烯粉末,构建调温抗菌底胚。作为其中一种实施例,其可以是一种聚酯型、脂肪族或脂环族固含量在30%-40%的水性聚氨酯树脂;亲水扩链剂可以是二羟甲基丙酸、二羟甲基丁酸及一些自制的含羧基二醇等。
本发明还提供了一种智能可穿戴式有机硅手套用合成革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤a,配制面层浆料:将有机硅面层树脂A和有机硅面层树脂B按比例混合,加入铂金催化剂、抑制剂、填料、消泡剂、环保稀释剂、有机硅耐磨手感剂和有机硅色浆,完全分散,加入环保稀释剂调节合适粘度,过滤,真空脱泡,即得面层浆料;
步骤b,配制中间层浆料:将磁性微粒分散于多孔硅胶,加入有机硅塑剂、消泡剂、粘结剂、有机硅色浆,完全分散,加入环保稀释剂调节合适粘度,过滤,真空脱泡,即得中间层浆料;
步骤c,配制粘接层浆料:取一定比例的液体有机硅橡胶A和液体有机硅橡胶B,加入填料、抑制剂、有机硅色浆,完全分散,加入一定量的环保稀释剂调节合适粘度,过滤,真空脱泡,即得粘接层浆料;
步骤d,将步骤a制得的面层浆料涂于离型纸表面,加热烘干,制得有机硅手套用合成革的面层;
步骤e,将步骤b制得的中间层浆料涂于面层上,加热烘干,制得有机硅手套用合成革的中间层的介质层;
步骤f,通过磁铁牵引在步骤e制得的介质层上排布周期化、阵列化的液态金属线圈,制得有机硅手套用合成革的中间层的磁感应层;
步骤g,待步骤f制得的磁感应层的表面氧化形成薄膜后,将步骤c制得的粘接层浆料涂于步骤f制得的磁感应层上,制得有机硅手套用合成革的粘接层;
步骤h,在粘接层上贴合底布层,熟化分离收卷,制得有机硅手套用合成革。
本发明中,电磁感应发电通过在中间层工序构建磁响应和磁感应层,面层作为保护层,可适当增加厚度。
液态金属线圈图案化的厚度要控制在0.5mm以下,保证阵列化、周期化,有足够的发电能力。
控制介质层厚度、磁性微粒浓度和液态金属图案的量,要求发电能力:手指敲击10次要大于4e-5J。
采用本发明制备方法制备有机硅手套用合成革,将成品进行性能测试,测试结果见表2所示。

1.一种智能可穿戴式有机硅手套用合成革,由外到内包括依次贴合的面层、中间层、粘接层和底布层,其特征在于:所述中间层包括介质层和磁感应层,所述底布层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤(1),配制浸渍液:取一定量的水性聚氨酯,调节至所需固含量,加入分散剂使一定量的石墨烯在水性聚氨酯中分散均匀,再加入色浆,最终浆料分散均匀无团聚,即得所述浸渍液;
步骤(2),浸渍液渗透:将底布进行预缩处理,同时去除表面油剂,一浸一轧后进入凝固浴,水洗、轧水、烘干定型,即得所述底布层;
所述面层由以下重量份数的组分制成:有机硅面层树脂A 50份、有机硅面层树脂B 50份、铂金催化剂0.01-1份、抑制剂0.01-1份、填料10-40份、消泡剂0.1-1份、环保稀释剂0-50份、有机硅耐磨手感剂0.5-10份和有机硅色浆0-5份;
所述中间层的介质层由以下重量份数的组分制成:多孔硅胶100份、磁性微粒0-30份、粘结剂1-10份、有机硅增塑剂1-10份、消泡剂0.1-1份、环保稀释剂0-50份和有机硅色浆0-5份;
所述粘接层由以下重量份数的组分制成:液体有机硅橡胶A 50份、液体有机硅橡胶B50份、填料10-30份、抑制剂0.01-5份、环保稀释剂0-40份和有机硅色浆0-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述有机硅手套用合成革,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述凝固浴采用的凝固液由破乳交联剂和水混合搅拌使破乳交联剂溶解后制备而得。
3.根据权利要求1所述有机硅手套用合成革,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述水性聚氨酯以分子量较高的聚酯多元醇为软段,脂肪族或脂环族、亲水扩链剂为硬段,是兼顾固-固相变储能功能和水溶性特点的水性聚氨酯相变材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述有机硅手套用合成革,其特征在于:所述磁性微粒为钕、铁、硼纳米磁性粒子或铁氧体磁粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述有机硅手套用合成革,其特征在于:所述铂金催化剂为氯铂酸-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷配合物、氯铂酸-1,3,5,7-四乙烯基-1,3,5,7-四甲基-环四硅氧烷或氯铂酸-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷,铂金催化剂中Pt原子含量为300-100000ppm。
6.权利要求1-5任一项所述有机硅手套用合成革的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤a,配制面层浆料:将有机硅面层树脂A和有机硅面层树脂B按比例混合,加入铂金催化剂、抑制剂、填料、消泡剂、环保稀释剂、有机硅耐磨手感剂和有机硅色浆,完全分散,加入环保稀释剂调节合适粘度,过滤,真空脱泡,即得所述面层浆料;
步骤b,配制中间层浆料:将磁性微粒分散于多孔硅胶,加入有机硅增塑剂、消泡剂、粘结剂、有机硅色浆,完全分散,加入环保稀释剂调节合适粘度,过滤,真空脱泡,即得所述中间层浆料;
步骤c,配制粘接层浆料:取一定比例的液体有机硅橡胶A和液体有机硅橡胶B,加入填料、抑制剂、有机硅色浆,完全分散,加入一定量的环保稀释剂调节合适粘度,过滤,真空脱泡,即得所述粘接层浆料;
步骤d,将步骤a制得的所述面层浆料涂于离型纸表面,加热烘干,制得所述有机硅手套用合成革的面层;
