1. A velvet having air and moisture permeability and printing effects, comprising: velvet base cloth and velvet pile;
the velvet base cloth is formed by interweaving warp yarns and weft yarns, and consists of an upper base cloth layer and a lower base cloth layer; the warp yarn consists of an upper layer warp yarn, a lower layer warp yarn and weft yarns, wherein the weft yarns consist of an upper layer weft yarn and a lower layer weft yarn;
the velvet warps are interwoven with the upper base cloth warp and weft and then returned to the lower layer, are interwoven with the lower base cloth warp and weft and then returned to the upper layer and the upper base cloth warp and weft, and then returned to the lower layer and continuously interweaved back and forth, so that the upper base cloth and the lower base cloth are continuously woven; finally, cutting off and cutting off connecting velvet warps connecting the upper base cloth and the lower base cloth by using a velvet cutting knife between the upper base cloth and the lower base cloth, thereby forming velvet piles;

the upper layer first weft yarn, the upper layer third weft yarn, the upper layer fourth weft yarn, the upper layer sixth weft yarn, the lower layer first weft yarn, the lower layer third weft yarn, the lower layer fourth weft yarn and the lower layer sixth weft yarn are tight weft yarns;
the upper layer second weft yarns, the upper layer fifth weft yarns, the lower layer second weft yarns and the lower layer fifth weft yarns are loose weft yarns, and the loose-loose ratio is 1:0.9;
the pile warp yarn consists of a first pile warp yarn, a second pile warp yarn, a third pile warp yarn and a fourth pile warp yarn.
2. A weaving method for weaving a velvet having air and moisture permeability and a printing effect as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that the weaving method comprises the steps of:
the first step, warping, including:
sequentially arranging and warping an upper first warp yarn, an upper second warp yarn, an upper third warp yarn, an upper fourth warp yarn, an upper fifth warp yarn, an upper sixth warp yarn, an upper seventh warp yarn and an upper eighth warp yarn to serve as an upper loom beam;
sequentially arranging and warping the lower first warp yarn, the lower second warp yarn, the lower third warp yarn, the lower fourth warp yarn, the lower fifth warp yarn, the lower sixth warp yarn, the lower seventh warp yarn and the lower eighth warp yarn to serve as the lower loom beam;
dyeing the pile warp yarns according to the requirements of customers, and warping the first pile warp, the second pile warp, the third pile warp and the fourth pile warp in sequence to form pile warp beams;
in a second step, warp printing, comprising:
printing the upper layer loom beam according to the flower-shaped weaving shrinkage ratio in proportion, and printing the lower layer loom beam according to the flower-shaped weaving shrinkage ratio in proportion;
third, dyeing, including:
dyeing the upper weft yarns and the lower weft yarns into a cylinder according to specific requirements of clients;
